Abstract
一单件式单向阀结构具有一中心密封环,密封环上带有一组从其上延伸出的径向轴向导向件,每一导向件的外径尺寸使其可以滑动地装入筒形腔内,每一导向件在轴向相对于密封环位置上有一周向延伸的弹簧爪,用来对单向阀施加偏压力,使之进入关闭状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种单向阀。
背景技术
多年来,气动双隔膜泵已成为通用产品,广泛用于流体传输及其它用途。这种泵由许多厂家采用不同的设计制造。尽管这些各种各样的设计在市场上被证明是成功的,人们始终希望能够降低产品的制造成本,通常是指减少这一产品的零件数量。
本发明的目的是提供一种气动双隔膜泵,和现有技术相比,它采用较少的零件,便于制造,便于组装,操作可靠。
为了达到这一目的,本发明设计采用了若干特征,该特征可帮助完成这一目的,使产品赢得更多用户,并适用于最终用户。
发明内容
本发明提供一种单向阀,包括:一个筒形腔;一个中心密封环;一组从所说的中心密封环径向及轴向地延伸出的导向件,每一所说的导向件的外径尺寸使其可以滑动地装入筒形腔内;以及一组在每一导向件上轴向相对于密封环的位置处周向延伸的弹簧爪,用来对单向阀压缩和施加偏压力,使之进入关闭状态。
本发明提供的空气阀呈矩形移动,对于隔膜泵空气阀来说,该阀大大减少了零件数目。阀支架上带有一个阀套,并在每端装有活塞,活塞由位于阀套下底下的五个端口中两个内的导向气体关闭来驱动。阀板和阀套上方的区域充满空气,形成第六端口,这些阀套未能盖住的端口由高压气体施压。这样,阀套通过阀支架在第一方向上移动,通过主隔膜组件驱动的销子在垂直于第一方向的第二方向上移动。
管道基座上的模压螺纹可使用美国管道螺纹(NPT),或英国标准管道螺纹(BST)。本发明提供的泵带有一管道基座,其上连接有系统管件,当泵需要维修或更换时,仅仅需要将若干个常用紧固件松开,把泵主体从基座上卸下,进行维修或更换,然后再将泵复位,无需松开或卸下流体装配件。基座和主要的流体部件之间装有“O”形圈密封件。
泵的主体,也就是中心部件及流体端盖固定在管道基座上,基座上还包括有单向阀,以及为了连接流体管线的螺纹连接件。如果泵体因故需要检修,可将泵的主体从基座上移出,而无需松开和卸下流体装配件。这种移动也适用于单向阀的直接检修和更换,不需要进一步拆卸泵体。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的序号10由一个模制中心部件12、两个流体端盖14及一个阀盖16组成。在最佳实施例中,中心部件12由聚酯树脂(PBT)Valox357-GE塑料压制而成。
阀盖16通过常用紧固件18安装在中心部件12上。流体端盖14也通过紧固件18安装在中心部件12上。由中心部件12和流体端盖14组成的泵主体通过紧固件18安装在管道基座20上。管道基座20分别设有流体输入和输出通道22和24,每一通道的端口可连接不同的管件设备。
参照图3,每一个单向阀26均包括一个中心密封区26a,在最佳实施例中,中心密封区26a带有四个从其上延伸出的径向和轴向延伸臂26b及面26c,面26c使单向阀26紧紧定位在单向阀通道28中。弹簧负载爪26d从每一导向臂26b的边缘伸出,作用在通道28的底部或顶部,对单向阀26施偏压,使其进入关闭状态并保持该状态,直到流体压力作用在密封区26a上使其打开。径向延伸导向件26b也起到中止作用。弹簧爪26d压缩,导向臂26c的顶部顶在流体端盖14的输入口和管道基座20的输出口上。这样限制了单向阀的移动。
基座20上的部件30包括通道28,由流体端盖14通过密封件32在其端部进行密封。
参看图1,阀盖16上有一个空气入口32,该入口挤压在阀盖16下方的表面上。第一、第二辅助端口34和36分别设置在中心部件12的侧面,用于如果遥控泵时,直接输入来自电磁阀而不是空气阀的空气。端口34和36使由空气阀控制泵改变到由空气阀移动并由空气阀塞代替它来远距离控制泵变得容易。
参看图2、图9和图10,空气阀组件34由阀支架36组成,支架上通常设有带密封件36b的圆柱形端部36a,和一个装有可动阀块38的矩形孔36c。阀块38有下密封部38a和中部,孔36c和支架36使阀块38可在垂直于图2的平面内移动。移动是通过销子40推动阀块38引起的,销子40由隔膜42中部的隔膜安装块41所驱动。在最佳实施例中,阀块38由90硬度的XNBP(羰化腈)及10%TFE粉末制成,以减少摩擦力。
如图2所示,空气通道M1、M2与位于隔膜组件42内侧的主空气腔相连,将压缩空气压入空气腔,下面的空气阀操纵部分将进一步说明该内容。通道P1、P2分别与空气腔44、46相连,如图所示通道P1、P2为直通道,因此由阀盖16覆盖,并借助阀盖16与空气腔44、46连接。
阀块38通过阀盖16上的凸台16a保持在阀支架36上。为拆卸阀组件,仅仅需要从阀盖16上拆下紧固件18,取下阀盖16及阀块38,使阀支架36可以从中心部件12中滑出。
图5-8表示的是具有五个端口的阀端口表面48的视图。中心排出口E连接在排出通道50上,而导向端口P1、P2分别与导向阀支架36的第一端及第二端相连。同样,主端口M1、M2分别与第一和第二隔膜空气腔相连。端口上方的区域52充满了压缩空气,没有被阀块38盖住的端口由压缩空气加压。
一般情况下,两个相邻的端口和出口E总是同时被盖住并连通,而其它两相邻端口则输入压缩空气。如果从阀块38处于如图5所示的右上位置作为开始,当压缩空气进入端口M1和P2时,端口M2和P1与排出口E连通。在这种情况下,阀支架36处于其滑动的上端,这时隔膜向它们滑动的左端上面的销子40靠近,通过隔膜42把阀块38推到如图6所示的左上位置,此时压缩空气进入端口M1和P1,而端口P2和M2为出口。这时导向阀支架36的上端受压并向下移动,阀块38移到如图7所示的左下位置,此时压力空气进入P1和M2,端口M1和P2为出口。
这时,当导向阀支架处于下方位置时,隔膜一起向右移动。当导向阀支架移至其冲程的右端,阀块38移动到如图8所示右下位置时,压力空气进入端口P2和M2,P1和M1为出口。这时导向阀支架36的下端受压,该导向阀支架36向上移动至开始位置。
值得注意的是,生产这种阀所需要的零件很少。放置导向阀支架36的腔的上端面是阀盖16,同时阀盖16也覆盖阀腔的顶部。
管道基座上的输入螺纹既可以使用美国管道螺纹(NPT),也可以使用英国标准管道螺纹(BSP)。这种混合螺纹可以在塑料零件中形成,并通过带有两种形式螺纹配合的塑料或黄铜外螺纹管形成压力紧联结。螺纹参数定义如下:

图9所示的是消声装置54。排出口E通向圆柱形通道56,该通道由隔板56c分为第一部分56a和第二部分56b。通道包括管道基座20上的消声区域58。由此,排出口E中的流体流入第一部分56a,再流入消声区域58,然后向上流入第二部分56b,最后从消声出口60流出。这种结构的消声装置成本低,运行损失小。
在不脱离本发明所限定的发明构思和范围内,可以对泵作出各种变更和修改。
Claims (1)
1.一种单向阀,包括:
一个筒形腔;
一个中心密封环;
一组从所说的中心密封环径向及轴向地延伸出的导向件,每一所说的导向件的外径尺寸使其可以滑动地装入筒形腔内;以及
一组在每一导向件上轴向相对于密封环的位置处周向延伸的弹簧爪,用来对单向阀压缩和施加偏压力,使之进入关闭状态。
