本发明涉及一种气体压缩机,尤其涉及一种紧凑性压缩气体隔膜泵。
背景技术
压缩气体隔膜泵作为一种容积式压缩机,其具有压缩比大、密封性好两大优点,因而它被广泛应用于压缩和输送各种高纯气体、贵重稀有气体、有毒有害气体和腐蚀性气体等特殊气体,它作为一种不可替代的容积式压缩机将随着科学技术的进步与发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高将会有更加广泛的应用。隔膜压缩机的主要应用领域为:航空航天、核电核能、食品医药、石油化工、电子工业、材料工业、国防军工和科学试验等行业部门。
发明内容
一种紧凑性压缩气体隔膜泵,由电机1、带传动系统2、垫脚3、右泵头4、左泵头5、补偿泵6、曲轴7、滑块8、滑块导套9、滑块导套压板10、活塞杆11、缸套12、活塞13、锁紧螺母14、安全阀15、箱体16组成,其中整机安装在四块垫脚3上,电机1安装在箱体16上方,电机1通过带传动系统2将动力传递给曲轴带动活塞机构运转。
一种紧凑性压缩气体隔膜泵,曲轴7、滑块8、滑块导套9、滑块导套压板10构成动力转接机构,滑块8装配在曲轴7上,滑块8外侧两边与滑块导套9配合滑块8可以在滑块导套9内滑动,滑块导套9通过滑块导套压板10连接上活塞杆11;活塞杆11上装配有活塞13,活塞13通过锁紧螺母14锁紧在活塞杆11上,活塞13装配在缸套12中,左右缸套12分别与左泵头5、右泵头4连接;补偿泵6、安全阀15连接在泵头上;

一种紧凑性压缩气体隔膜泵,由电机1、带传动系统2、垫脚3、右泵头4、左泵头5、补偿泵6、曲轴7、滑块8、滑块导套9、滑块导套压板10、活塞杆11、缸套12、活塞13、锁紧螺母14、安全阀15、箱体16组成,其中整机安装在四块垫脚3上,电机1安装在箱体16上方,电机1通过带传动系统2将动力传递给曲轴带动活塞机构运转。

电机1通过带传动系统2驱动曲轴7旋转,旋转的曲轴7带动滑块8在滑块导套9内上下滑动,同时使滑块导套9产生左右往复移动,滑块导套压板10带动活塞杆11、活塞13在缸套12内往复运动,使左泵头5、右泵头4通过产生周而复始的压力差来不停的吸气排气,泵头内压力过大时安全阀15用来卸载压力,泵头内油液压力不足时,补偿泵6用来补偿油液增压。

1.一种紧凑性压缩气体隔膜泵,由电机1、带传动系统2、垫脚3、右泵头4、左泵头5、补偿泵6、曲轴7、滑块8、滑块导套9、滑块导套压板10、活塞杆11、缸套12、活塞13、锁紧螺母14、安全阀15、箱体16组成,其中整机安装在四块垫脚3上,电机1安装在箱体16上方,电机1通过带传动系统2将动力传递给曲轴带动活塞机构运转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑性压缩气体隔膜泵,曲轴7、滑块8、滑块导套9、滑块导套压板10构成动力转接机构,滑块8装配在曲轴7上,滑块8外侧两边与滑块导套9配合滑块8可以在滑块导套9内滑动,滑块导套9通过滑块导套压板10连接上活塞杆11;活塞杆11上装配有活塞13,活塞13通过锁紧螺母14锁紧在活塞杆11上,活塞13装配在缸套12中,左右缸套12分别与左泵头5、右泵头4连接;补偿泵6、安全阀15连接在泵头上。
