本实用新型涉及氧气呼吸器领域,尤其是一种氧气呼吸器报警装置。
背景技术
氧气呼吸器是煤矿救援人员开展井下救援时必须有的个人呼吸装备,其性能的好坏与救援人员的生命安全息息相关。报警器作为氧气呼吸器的安全警示装置,分为机械式和电子式两种,功能不尽相同,但都必须具备余压报警提示功能。机械报警器作为氧气呼吸器传统的余压报警提示装置,一直以来在抢险救援过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种氧气呼吸器报警装置,其结构简单,成本低,效果好。
所述的一种氧气呼吸器报警装置,其技术方案是:本实用新型由报警器壳体、膛压接头、阀芯、弹簧、报警哨、高压阀杆以及密封件组成,其中,底座中心位置设置膛压接头,壳体密封套接在底座内部,阀芯设置在膛压接头右侧,在其之间设置弹簧弹性连接;高压阀杆设置在阀芯右侧,并且,在阀芯下方设置报警哨孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型不但结构简单,而且安全可靠,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
由图1所示,一种氧气呼吸器报警装置,其技术方案是:本实用新型由报警器壳体、膛压接头、阀芯、弹簧、报警哨、高压阀杆以及密封件组成,其中,底座7中心位置设置膛压接头1,壳体2密封套接在底座1内部,阀芯4设置在膛压接头1右侧,在其之间设置弹簧弹性连接;高压阀杆5设置在阀芯4右侧,并且,在阀芯4下方设置报警哨孔6。
报警器工作过程:当气瓶阀打开时,高压阀杆5在高压的作用下,迅速向膛压接头1端运动,从而推动阀芯4 向左运动,进而使阀芯4 左端面与膛压接头1 右端面紧压在一起,实现气体的密封。此时弹簧3 具有最大压缩量,而膛压和弹簧对阀芯4的总作用力小于高压端对阀杆5 的作用力,阀芯4不动作。氧气呼吸器在使用过程中气瓶压力逐渐下降,使得高压端压力对阀芯4 的作用力逐渐减小,当气瓶压力即高压端气体压力下降到4 ~ 6 MPa 时,阀芯4 所受高压端作用力小于膛压和弹簧3对阀芯4的总作用力时,阀芯4在两端作用力差值的作用下开始向右运行,使阀芯4 左端与膛压接头1 脱开,膛压端气体通过两者的缝隙进入报警器腔体内,并通过阀芯4周边的缝隙进入报警哨腔体并通过报警哨孔6流出,气流形成哨音,从而实现报警功能。

1.一种氧气呼吸器报警装置,由报警器壳体、膛压接头、阀芯、弹簧、报警哨、高压阀杆以及密封件组成,其特征是:底座中心位置设置膛压接头,壳体密封套接在底座内部,阀芯设置在膛压接头右侧,在其之间设置弹簧弹性连接;高压阀杆设置在阀芯右侧,并且,在阀芯下方设置报警哨孔。
