[0015]本实用新型的过滤器还可以应用到其它高压氧气系统、氧压机、膨胀机、空分装置等氧气生产和设备,军用和民用市场前景可观。

具体实施方式
[0020] 本实用新型的用于高压供氧系统的过滤器,包括过滤器壳体1,壳体I两端设有入口和出口,在出口端设有接头4,壳体内设有过滤元件2,所述的过滤元件包括过滤骨架2-2和滤网2-1,滤网2-1上设有滤孔2-3,在过滤骨架2-2、壳体I和接头4之间设有截面为三角形的紫铜密封垫圈3,在与密封垫圈的三个面接触的零件上均设有一个锥度迫紧槽7。所述的锥度迫紧槽为优选为V型槽,深度优选为0.3mm。当接头4通过螺纹旋紧后,紫铜异型垫圈3会产生塑性变形,把密闭空间和三个迫紧槽填满,达到内密封(即过滤元件与壳体的密封)和外密封(过滤元件与接头的密封)的目的。这种密封较平面密封可靠。
[0021] 所述的接头和壳体的配合面通过耐氧橡胶O形密封圈5和聚四氟乙烯挡圈6实现径向密封。O形密封圈的泄漏率相当于航空产品的漏率要求,当垫片失效时,产品也不会外漏,增加了密封高可靠性。
[0022] 所述的壳体为由美标ASTM B637镍基合金棒925制成的壳体;所述的接头为由美标ASTM B637镍基合金棒925制成的接头。美标ASTM B637镍基合金棒925,是一种各种腐蚀介质都具有优良的耐蚀性低的低碳镍基合金,并经固溶处理、时效硬化处理,其化学性能可达到:抗拉强度≥960MPa,屈服强度≥724MPa,延伸率≥20%。
[0023] 过滤元件的滤网与过滤骨架选用GB/T5233锡青铜QSn6.5-0.1,见图4,该合金具有较高的力学性能、减磨性能和耐腐蚀性,易切削加工,焊接性能好,收缩系数小,无磁性。
[0024] 所述的采用三层叠加,经过烧结而成,烧结过的三层滤网与过滤骨架采用全焊接结构,共有两道环焊缝和一道纵焊缝。焊接时,先用氩弧焊打底,再用真空电子束焊接,焊缝安全、可靠,满足不同精度的过滤元件的气泡点压力。焊后进行脱脂除油。本产品已做过35MPa的氧气冲击试验,没有发现滤网损坏。
[0025] 本实用新型的工作原理如下:当介质从进口进入时,通过过滤元件的滤网进入过滤骨架内孔,介质从出口流出(图示箭头为介质流向)。大于过滤元件的过滤精度的微粒被滤网挡在外面,起到分离的作用,保证系统下游介质的清洁度。(注:过滤器接口尺寸根据需要可以设计为法兰或螺纹连接,外型尺寸可以根据管道使用通径的大小设计。)

1.一种用于高压供氧系统的过滤器,包括过滤器壳体,壳体两端设有入口和出口,在出口端设有接头,壳体内设有过滤元件,所述的过滤元件包括过滤骨架和滤网,其特征在于:在过滤骨架、壳体和接头之间设有截面为三角形的密封垫圈,在与密封垫圈的三个面接触的零件上均设有一个锥度迫紧槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于高压供氧系统的过滤器,其特征在于:所述的锥度迫紧槽为V型槽,深度为0.3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于高压供氧系统的过滤器,其特征在于:所述的密封垫圈为紫铜密封垫圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于高压供氧系统的过滤器,其特征在于:所述的接头和壳体的配合面通过耐氧橡胶O形密封圈和聚四氟乙烯挡圈实现径向密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于高压供氧系统的过滤器,其特征在于:所述的壳体为由美标ASTM B637镍基合金棒925制成的壳体;所述的接头为由美标ASTM B637镍基合金棒925制成的接头。
