本发明涉及热熔胶切割技术领域,特别是涉及一种热熔胶膜切割设备。
背景技术
热熔胶膜在成卷后,需要按客户需求切割成一定宽度的段,现有切割一般使用圆盘切割刀进行切割,在大卷的热熔胶膜中,由于圆盘切割刀具有厚度,圆盘切割刀进刀后会受到热熔胶膜的夹持,这样不仅会使得圆盘切割刀摩擦热熔胶膜而使得断面不整齐,更为严重的是,圆盘切割刀收到的侧向力可能相等,使得圆盘切割刀切割过程中发生弯曲,造成切割面歪斜,造成严重的质量问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种热熔胶膜切割设备,易切割、切割断面整齐。
本发明采用的技术解决方案是:
热熔胶膜切割设备,包括切割主机、胶卷旋转设备和整形机,所述切割主机具有切削刃,所述胶卷旋转设备用以旋转待切割的胶卷,所述切割主机带动切削刃运动,所述切削刃的运动方向为沿着胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线和垂直于胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线运动,所述整形机包括整形运动装置和整形装置,所述整形装置在整形运动装置带动下可沿着胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线和垂直于胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线运动。
优选的,所述切割主机包括切割横移台、切割横移轨、切割纵移轨、切割纵移台和切割机,所述切割横移台沿切割横移轨滑动,所述切割横移轨与胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线平行,所述切割纵移轨安装在切割横移台上,所述切割纵移台沿切割纵移轨滑动,所述切割纵移轨的指向与切割横移轨垂直,所述切割机安装在切割纵移台上,所述切割机上具有圆盘切割刀,所述圆盘切割刀形成切削刃,所述圆盘切割刀的旋转轴线与胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线平行。

整形运动装置31包括整形横移台、整形横移轨、整形纵移轨311和整形纵移台312,整形横移台沿整形横移轨滑动,整形横移轨与胶卷旋转设备2的旋转轴线平行,整形横移台在整形横移轨上运动进而改变整形位置,整形纵移轨311安装在整形横移台上,整形纵移台312沿整形纵移轨311滑动,整形纵移轨311的指向与整形横移轨垂直,整形装置32安装在整形纵移台312上,整形纵移台312沿整形纵移轨311滑动进而使得整形装置32伸入圆盘切割刀131切开的切口内,将已经切开的胶卷切口向远离圆盘切割刀131的方向拨动,防止胶卷切口给圆盘切割刀131施加侧向力而造成圆盘切割刀131变形,保证了圆盘切割刀131的切割精准,保证了切割质量。
具体的说,整形装置32包括整形架321、第一整形杆322、第二整形杆323和转动动力组件324,整形架321上设有两个圆弧口3211,第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323均设有沿对应圆弧口3211滑动的滑块3221,各滑块3221上均设有涡轮段,转动动力组件324安装在整形架321上,转动动力组件324与对应涡轮段传动连接,转动动力组件324带动涡轮段,进而使得滑块3221沿圆弧口3211滑动,这样使得第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323可以同步摆动,将切割下的胶卷向远离圆盘切割刀131的方向拨动,防止胶卷切口给圆盘切割刀131施加侧向力而造成圆盘切割刀131变形,保证了圆盘切割刀131的切割精准,保证了切割质量,之所以在设置第一整形杆322的基础上设置第二整形杆323,原因在于,切割结束后需要使用第二整形杆323将被向远离圆盘切割刀131的方向拨动的胶卷拨回。
具体的说,转动动力组件324包括转动杆和转动电机,转动杆上设有两个蜗杆段,各蜗杆段分别与对应涡轮段啮合,转动杆可转动的安装在整形架321上,转动电机安装在整形架321上,转动杆与转动电机输出端传动连接,转动电机带动转动杆转动,将转动杆的转动变成两个滑块3221的滑动,由于滑块3221沿圆弧口3211滑动,使得第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323同步摆动。
第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323均为锥形,第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323的相互最接近的母线平行,这样第一整形杆322伸入胶卷切口位置,第二整形杆323抵住胶卷边缘,由于第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323的相互最接近的母线平行,被切下的胶卷两端受到第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323的同步控制,最为更优选的实施例,第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323均通过轴承可转动的安装在整形架321上,这样第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323可以在切下来的胶卷侧边滚动,防止与胶卷侧边刚性摩擦而造成侧边不平整。
整形装置32还包括若干压面轮33,所述压面轮33可转动的安装在整形架321的与第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323对应位置,该压面轮33用以平整胶卷表面,防止胶卷在受到第一整形杆322和第二整形杆323的挤压后褶皱。
易切割热熔胶膜,采用上述的热熔胶膜切割设备切割,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
PES热熔胶基体40、60或90份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯类共聚物5、15或30份、改性乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物5、15或30份和抗氧化剂0.05、0.5或1份;
改性乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物为聚酯树脂与乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物共混改性的混合物;聚酯树脂与乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的质量比为1﹕9、1:3或5﹕5;乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中,醋酸乙烯酯的含量为40wt%、60wt%或80wt%;
甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯类共聚物中,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的含量为6wt%~20wt%;
甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯类共聚物的共聚单体包括甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和乙烯。
PES热熔胶膜具有易切割的特性,本发明的PES热熔胶膜采用CN115584218B文件记载的方式生产,在此不再赘述。

2.根据权利要求1所述的热熔胶膜切割设备,其特征在于,所述切割主机包括切割横移台、切割横移轨、切割纵移轨、切割纵移台和切割机,所述切割横移台沿切割横移轨滑动,所述切割横移轨与胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线平行,所述切割纵移轨安装在切割横移台上,所述切割纵移台沿切割纵移轨滑动,所述切割纵移轨的指向与切割横移轨垂直,所述切割机安装在切割纵移台上,所述切割机上具有圆盘切割刀,所述圆盘切割刀形成切削刃,所述圆盘切割刀的旋转轴线与胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热熔胶膜切割设备,其特征在于,所述胶卷旋转设备包括旋转气胀轴和胶卷旋转电机,所述旋转气胀轴与胶卷旋转电机输出端传动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热熔胶膜切割设备,其特征在于,所述整形运动装置包括整形横移台、整形横移轨、整形纵移轨和整形纵移台,所述整形横移台沿整形横移轨滑动,所述整形横移轨与胶卷旋转设备的旋转轴线平行,所述整形纵移轨安装在整形横移台上,所述整形纵移台沿整形纵移轨滑动,所述整形纵移轨的指向与整形横移轨垂直,所述整形装置安装在整形纵移台上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热熔胶膜切割设备,其特征在于,所述第一整形杆和第二整形杆均为锥形,所述第一整形杆和第二整形杆的相互最接近的母线平行。
