Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wet towel production, in particular to a degradable sanitary wet towel and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Wet tissues are moist tissues used to wipe the skin. Wet tissues on the market can be broadly divided into two categories: one type is that the skin care product is sterilized but cannot be sterilized, and skin care components are contained in the skin care product, so that the skin care product can only be used for moistening and maintaining the skin. The other type is sterilized wet tissue which is sterilized not only by itself but also to other articles, and can be used for sterilization or disinfection of skin abrasion, scratch and the like.
With the remarkable public health safety problem in recent years, the market of disinfection products is rapidly catalyzed, various sanitary products for disinfection and epidemic prevention are widely focused by people, but most skin surface disinfection wet tissues on the market are limited to a formula of 75% alcohol. The bactericidal effect of 75% alcohol is widely accepted, but the safety and risk of existence is not so small: 1. alcohol is a flammable and explosive chemical, which has high storage and transportation conditions and can cause combustion or explosion when encountering open fire in high-temperature environments; 2. the mechanism of alcohol disinfection is that strong penetrating power is utilized to quickly infiltrate into the interior of pathogenic microorganism, so that protein in the interior of the pathogenic microorganism is dehydrated, denatured and coagulated, and the pathogenic microorganism is finally killed, so that cells on the surface of the skin can also quickly lose water under the principle, and the skin is itchy and chapped. 3. Alcohol may cause skin allergy, and alcohol allergy sufferers are prohibited from using.
Therefore, it is needed to provide a wet towel product which has good sterilizing and disinfecting effects, is safe to store and transport, has little skin irritation, and is suitable for alcohol allergy sufferers.

The wet wipe products of three different formulations were tested as follows
Table 2 shows:
TABLE 2
In the test, three liquid medicines with different formulas are selected to obtain the following test results:
formula 1 was used as a control test group, wherein polysorbate-20 was used as a nonionic surfactant, and the addition thereof improved the cleaning ability of the product, but the sterilization effect was less desirable because polyhexamethylene biguanide and a metal ion chelating agent were not added to formula 1.
The ethylhexyl glycerol is added in the formula 2 and serves as an important representative of the concept of no preservative, so that a smooth skin feel can be provided for the product, the moisturizing effect is obvious, in addition, the ethylhexyl glycerol can synergize the traditional preservative, the dosage of the substances in the formula is reduced, and the antibacterial effect and the safety of the product are improved. The metal ion chelating agent (disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate) and the polyhexamethylene biguanide are added in the formula 2, so that compared with the formula 1, the sterilizing effect is remarkably improved. And the vitamin E acetate is added in the formula 2 to play a role in moisturizing and nourishing skin, so that the formula has strong oxidation resistance, increases skin barrier and prevents skin from being stimulated and damaged by the outside.
The moisturizing effect of the product can be improved in multiple aspects by adding glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into the formula 3. The glycerol has the function of absorbing water, and the moisturizing skin care product is often used for absorbing water molecules in the air so as to keep the skin cuticle covered by the moisturizing skin care product moist. The sodium hyaluronate aqueous solution has strong viscoelasticity and lubricity, can form a layer of moisturizing and breathable film when being coated on the surface of skin, keeps the skin moist and bright, and can permeate into the dermis layer to promote blood microcirculation, thereby being beneficial to the absorption of nutrients by the skin and achieving the purpose of deep water supplementing from inside to outside. The addition of the nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside to formulation 3 increases the preservative partition coefficient, e.g., the solubility of ethylhexyl glycerol in water is poor, and the pre-dissolution of the nonionic surfactant to water increases the solubility in the aqueous phase. In addition, in the formula 3, as the metal ion chelating agent (disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate) and the polyhexamethylene biguanide are added, compared with the formula 1, the sterilizing effect is obviously improved.
The above three formulations have no irritation to hand skin of the tester after patch test due to the addition of the antiallergic agent (flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract).
The invention also provides a preparation process of the degradable sanitary wet tissue, which comprises the following specific steps:
step 1), raw material weighing: weighing the raw materials of the wet tissue liquid medicine; for raw materials which are not easy to dissolve, pre-dissolving or pre-dispersing is carried out in advance;

Step 4), the wet towel production line folds the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric according to a preset folding mode and folding size, and the folded bamboo fiber non-woven fabric is conveyed to a liquid adding station by a conveying traction roller;
step 5), adding the prepared liquid medicine into a liquid medicine storage tank, wherein a plurality of spraying pipes are arranged on a liquid adding station and are connected with the liquid medicine storage tank through a liquid conveying pipeline; the liquid medicine is sprayed out from a spraying opening at the lower side of the spraying pipe; the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric passes through the lower part of the spray pipe, and the liquid medicine is sprayed onto the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric through the spray pipe; the mass ratio of the liquid medicine adsorbed on the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric to the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric is controlled between 1:2 and 1:4 by adjusting the liquid spraying speed of the spraying pipe;
step 6), cutting the liquid-added bamboo fiber non-woven fabric according to a set size to obtain wet tissue blocks, stacking the wet tissue blocks, and stacking a fixed number of wet tissue blocks to form a wet tissue stack;
step 7), weighing and detecting each wet towel stack, detecting metal ions, and conveying the wet towel stacks to a packaging station after the wet towel stacks are qualified;
step 8), after the wet towel stack enters a packaging station, covering a packaging film outside the wet towel stack, and labeling the packaging film to obtain a wet towel product;
the packaging film used in the step is made of OPP/PE material and is composed of a biaxially oriented polypropylene and high-pressure polyethylene composite film bag, so that the packaging film is very good in gas resistance and moisture resistance, resistant to corrosion of chemical raw materials, nontoxic, harmless, environment-friendly and recyclable;
