本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
目前,在高档食品、礼品、电子产品彩盒、等产品的包装盒以及大型户外广告的印刷纸和精装书本的封面,通常需要在其外侧覆盖一层保护膜。BOPP膜是一种非常重要的软包装材料,BOPP薄膜无色、无嗅、无味、无毒,并具有高拉伸强度、冲击强度、刚性、强韧性,因此,BOPP膜在彩盒、高端印刷纸、精装书本封面等产品上的应用越来越广泛。
但是BOPP膜作为食品包装如面包等易变质的产品包装时,一般仅起到防潮、耐磨的外观保护作用,而由于商品展示的需求,BOPP膜需保持透光性,但不可避免的商品会受到紫外线的直射而导致缩短保质期的问题。
因此,需提供一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜避免在光照强度大的情况下保护食品不受紫外线直射以延长保质期。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜及其制备方法与应用,可与食品直接接触、延长食品的保质期。
为达到上述技术目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜,包括BOPP膜以及设置于BOPP膜表层的涂布层,涂布层与BOPP膜一体成型;BOPP膜从下到上依次设置有次功能层、芯层、功能层;涂布层包括质量份数如下的组分:UV光变粉3-6份、热稳定剂0.1-0.5份、液态偶联剂0.1-0.3份、水性固化剂5-10份、有机硅油0.5-2份、附着力促进剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-1份、分散剂0.1-0.5份、水70-80份;UV光变粉经光照由无色变为有色。
优选的,UV光变粉的平均粒径为2-4μm。
优选的,UV光变粉与热稳定剂的质量比为10-20:1。

S1.按质量份将次功能层、功能层、芯层的原料送入熔融挤出机分别加工成对应的熔体,各熔体经过计量挤出机、过滤器、模头流延铸片于220-250℃下共挤成厚片;
S2.将涂布层的组分进行混合搅拌,得到涂布液;将厚片进行纵拉后进行电晕处理,再涂布涂布液,而后横拉成薄膜,将薄膜收卷处理成母膜,将母膜经时效处理并分切,即得BOPP涂布光感变色膜。
优选的,横拉的温度为120-180℃。

本申请的有益效果如下:本申请的BOPP涂布光感变色膜适用于食品包装,膜稳定性高、均匀度好,涂布层不易与BOPP膜脱落,粘附力强;当作为食品包装时,在大于紫外线阈值的光照条件下实现变色,由透明色转变为有色,可有效阻挡了紫外线对食品的伤害,保证了食品的品质和口感,延长了保存时间,同时在低于紫外线阈值条件下,BOPP涂布光感变色膜保持透明度以方便消费者辨认商品。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。本发明未做限定的试剂均为本领域技术人员常用的商用试剂产品。
本申请提供一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜,包括BOPP膜以及设置于BOPP膜表层的涂布层,涂布层与BOPP膜一体成型;BOPP膜从下到上依次设置有次功能层、芯层、功能层;涂布层包括质量份数如下的组分:UV光变粉3-6份、热稳定剂0.1-0.5份、液态偶联剂0.1-0.3份、水性固化剂5-10份、有机硅油0.5-2份、附着力促进剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-1份、分散剂0.1-0.5份、水70-80份;UV光变粉经光照由无色变为有色;本方案所用的UV(紫外线)光变粉采购自广州盛色科技有限公司,变色条件为紫外线等级大于4级。
涂布层的各组分混合形成涂布液,具有光感变色功能,在该涂布液中,硅氧烷偶联剂使UV光变粉能和涂布液其他组分紧密相溶在一起,和附着力促进剂同时作用使涂层和BOPP膜(次功能层、芯层、功能层三者共挤拉制而成)表面结合牢度加强,增加了涂布层与薄膜表面附着力;有机硅油是为了让涂布层富有爽滑性,保证薄膜有较低的摩擦系数,有利产品快速走机,不影响整个膜包装使用,也代替膜表层的硅酮爽滑剂作用,节约了成本、提升产品质量;实现成品膜稳定性高、均匀度好,涂布层不易与厚片脱落,粘附力强的效果。当作为食品包装时,在光照条件下实现变色,由透明色转变为有色,一方面可阻挡紫外线直射食品减少对食品的伤害,另一方面也可提示储存者更换储存条件;保证了食品的品质和口感,延长了保存时间。由于UV光变粉在高温条件下会降低变色的灵敏度,因此本方案还添加了热稳定剂以克服在加工过程中UV光变粉失效的缺陷。
UV光变粉的平均粒径为2-4μm,该粒径下,UV光变粉分散性好,该粒径可以通过微胶囊包覆而实现。
UV光变粉与热稳定剂的质量比为10-20:1,过多的热稳定剂会使得UV光变粉过于稳定,从而在大于4级紫外线的条件下都不产生变色,起不到防护作用,而过少的热稳定剂会使得UV光变粉在面临大于220℃加工条件下功能失效。
热稳定剂包括磷酸三甲酯、磷酸三苯酯和三乙基磷酸酯的一种或几种。
功能层包括组分共聚聚丙烯,本方案的功能层为热封层。
芯层包括质量份数如下的组分:60-70份均聚聚丙烯、5-10份增刚剂、0.5-1份抗氧剂、1-3份抗静电剂,本方案的芯层用作支撑层提高整体膜的机械性能。
次功能层包括质量份数如下的组分:90-95份共聚聚丙烯、1-5份SiO2,本方案的次功能层作为防粘热封层与基底进行接触。
附着力促进剂包括异氰酸酯、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、甲基丙烯酸酯树脂中的一种或几种。
本申请提供一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.按质量份将次功能层、功能层、芯层的原料送入熔融挤出机分别加工成对应的熔体,各熔体经过计量挤出机、过滤器、模头流延铸片于220-250℃下共挤成厚片;
S2.将涂布层的组分进行混合搅拌,得到涂布液;将厚片进行纵拉后进行电晕处理,再涂布涂布液,而后横拉成薄膜,将薄膜收卷处理成母膜,将母膜经时效处理并分切,即得BOPP涂布光感变色膜。
其中涂布液的具体制备方法如下:依次投入水(水温控制在10到25度),UV光变粉,附着力促进剂,分散剂开机400-600转/分钟,搅拌均匀10分钟;在400-600转/分钟速度状态下再加入,有机硅油,硅氧烷偶联剂搅拌均匀10分钟;再加入消泡剂,水性固化剂在800-1000转/分钟速度高速分散10分钟,完成混配,即得涂布液。
本方案的制备方法中,涂布层与BOPP膜(次功能层、芯层、功能层三者共挤拉制而成)经在线制备而成,相较于先制备BOPP膜再离线制备涂布层,本申请的涂布层与BOPP膜的粘附力更强,不易脱落,所制备的BOPP涂布光感变色膜更为稳定。
步骤S2中,电晕处理有利于提高膜面的极性,便于增强与涂布液的结合;横拉的温度为120-180℃。
本申请提供一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜在食品包装上的应用。

一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.按质量份将次功能层、功能层、芯层的原料送入熔融挤出机分别加工成对应的熔体,各熔体经过计量挤出机、过滤器、模头流延铸片于250℃下共挤成厚片;
S2.将涂布层的组分进行混合搅拌,得到涂布液;将厚片进行纵拉后进行电晕处理,再涂布涂布液,而后横拉成薄膜,将薄膜收卷处理成母膜,将母膜经时效处理并分切,即得BOPP涂布光感变色膜;横拉的温度为120-℃。
实施例2
一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜,包括BOPP膜以及设置于BOPP膜表层的涂布层,涂布层与BOPP膜一体成型;BOPP膜从下到上依次设置有次功能层、芯层、功能层;涂布层包括质量份数如下的组分:UV光变粉6份、热稳定剂0.3份、液态偶联剂0.3份、水性固化剂10份、有机硅油2份、附着力促进剂0.5份、消泡剂1份、分散剂0.5份、水80份;UV光变粉经紫外线等级4级的照射时,会由无色变为有色;UV光变粉的平均粒径为4μm;热稳定剂为磷酸三苯酯;功能层包括组分共聚聚丙烯;芯层包括质量份数如下的组分:70份均聚聚丙烯、10份增刚剂、1份抗氧剂、3份抗静电剂;次功能层包括质量份数如下的组分:95份共聚聚丙烯、5份SiO2
一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.按质量份将次功能层、功能层、芯层的原料送入熔融挤出机分别加工成对应的熔体,各熔体经过计量挤出机、过滤器、模头流延铸片于250℃下共挤成厚片;
S2.将涂布层的组分进行混合搅拌,得到涂布液;将厚片进行纵拉后进行电晕处理,再涂布涂布液,而后横拉成薄膜,将薄膜收卷处理成母膜,将母膜经时效处理并分切,即得BOPP涂布光感变色膜;横拉的温度为180℃。
实施例3
一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜,包括BOPP膜以及设置于BOPP膜表层的涂布层,涂布层与BOPP膜一体成型;BOPP膜从下到上依次设置有次功能层、芯层、功能层;涂布层包括质量份数如下的组分:UV光变粉5份、热稳定剂0.5份、液态偶联剂0.2份、水性固化剂8份、有机硅油1份、附着力促进剂0.2份、消泡剂0.5份、分散剂0.3份、水75份;UV光变粉经紫外线等级4级的照射时,会由无色变为有色;UV光变粉的平均粒径为3μm;热稳定剂包括三乙基磷酸酯;功能层包括组分共聚聚丙烯;芯层包括质量份数如下的组分:65份均聚聚丙烯、8份增刚剂、0.6份抗氧剂、2份抗静电剂;次功能层包括质量份数如下的组分:93份共聚聚丙烯、3份SiO2
一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.按质量份将次功能层、功能层、芯层的原料送入熔融挤出机分别加工成对应的熔体,各熔体经过计量挤出机、过滤器、模头流延铸片于220℃下共挤成厚片;
S2.将涂布层的组分进行混合搅拌,得到涂布液;将厚片进行纵拉后进行电晕处理,再涂布涂布液,而后横拉成薄膜,将薄膜收卷处理成母膜,将母膜经时效处理并分切,即得BOPP涂布光感变色膜;横拉的温度为150℃。
对比例1
一种BOPP膜,其他内容与实施例1相同,所不同的是,不包括涂布层。
对比例2
一种BOPP膜,其他内容与实施例1相同,所不同的是,稳定剂的用量为1份。
对比例3
一种BOPP膜,其他内容与实施例1相同,所不同的是,其制备方法为:按质量份将次功能层、功能层、芯层的原料送入熔融挤出机分别加工成对应的熔体,各熔体经过计量挤出机、过滤器、模头流延铸片于250℃下共挤成厚片,厚片经双向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理或火焰处理成母卷,母卷经时效处理、分切后,再涂布涂布层的涂布液,干燥后,得到BOPP膜。
评价测试
将实施例1-3及对比例1-3所得到的BOPP膜包装同一批次的面包,在同等条件且紫外线4级情况下照射10天,可以看到对比例1无变色情况,对比例2出现的变色程度较实施例1-3要低,进一步观察各包装内的面包霉变情况,结果如表1所示。

同时,经过10天的照射,对比例3中的BOPP膜上的涂层出现了部分脱落的情况,说明对比例3的方案BOPP膜的稳定性较本方案差;而由表1可以看出,本方案的BOPP膜能有效延缓食品变质。

Claims (10)

1.一种BOPP涂布光感变色膜,其特征在于,包括BOPP膜以及设置于所述BOPP膜表层的涂布层,所述涂布层与所述BOPP膜一体成型;所述BOPP膜从下到上依次设置有次功能层、芯层、功能层;所述涂布层包括质量份数如下的组分:UV光变粉3-6份、热稳定剂0.1-0.5份、液态偶联剂0.1-0.3份、水性固化剂5-10份、有机硅油0.5-2份、附着力促进剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-1份、分散剂0.1-0.5份、水70-80份;所述UV光变粉经光照由无色变为有色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜,其特征在于,所述UV光变粉的平均粒径为2-4μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜,其特征在于,所述UV光变粉与热稳定剂的质量比为10-20:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂包括磷酸三甲酯、磷酸三苯酯和三乙基磷酸酯的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜,其特征在于,所述功能层包括组分共聚聚丙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜,其特征在于,所述芯层包括质量份数如下的组分:60-70份均聚聚丙烯、5-10份增刚剂、0.5-1份抗氧剂、1-3份抗静电剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜,其特征在于,所述次功能层包括质量份数如下的组分:90-95份共聚聚丙烯、1-5份SiO2
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.按质量份将次功能层、功能层、芯层的原料送入熔融挤出机分别加工成对应的熔体,各熔体经过计量挤出机、过滤器、模头流延铸片于220-250℃下共挤成厚片;
S2.将所述涂布层的组分进行混合搅拌,得到涂布液;将所述厚片进行纵拉后进行电晕处理,再涂布所述涂布液,而后横拉成薄膜,将所述薄膜收卷处理成母膜,将所述母膜经时效处理并分切,即得所述BOPP涂布光感变色膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述横拉的温度为120-180℃。
10.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的BOPP涂布光感变色膜在食品包装上的应用。
