背景技术
薄页包装纸是一种生产难度非常高的高档包装用纸,一般都要求纸质薄而柔软,具有优良的均匀度及透明度,较高的物理强度,及良好的表面性质,细腻、平整、光滑、无泡沙、良好的适印性。目前,薄页包装纸主要采用漂白木浆进行生产,但是我国木材资源匮乏,目前我国木材资源远不能满足日益发展的制浆造纸工业的需要,而且木材所制造出的包装纸容易发霉发烂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸及其制备工艺,所得薄页包装纸具有良好的抗菌防腐性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆30-40份、干稻草20-30份、改性环氧树脂30-40份、茶多酚3-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠5-7份和抗菌剂1-3份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆40份、干稻草30份、改性环氧树脂40份、茶多酚6份、十二烷基磺酸钠7份和抗菌剂3份。
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将玉米秸秆和干稻草放入粉碎机中粉碎,于40-50℃下加热搅拌64-72h,过滤干燥得到混合基体;
S2、将步骤S1所得混合基体、抗氧化剂、分散剂、抗菌剂和水混合,并于打浆机中进行打浆,过滤,得混合纸浆;
S3、将步骤S2所得混合纸浆经抄纸机抄成纸页,进行烘干处理,得半成品包装纸;
S4、于步骤S3所得半成品包装纸上涂抹改性环氧树脂,并在压光机上进行压光,静置,即得抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸。
优选的,步骤S2中抗菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚氯乙烯纤维、银纳米颗粒、硅烷偶联剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、壳聚糖和体积分数为10%的乙酸溶液混合,搅拌,干燥,得抗菌剂。
优选的,所述聚氯乙烯纤维、银纳米颗粒、硅烷偶联剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、壳聚糖和乙酸溶液的重量份比为3:2:1:1:1:2:3。

本发明N,N-二甲基甲酰胺能够使得聚氯乙烯纤维溶胀,从而使得银纳米粒子和壳聚糖能够更容易进入到纤维内部扩散、渗透,同时降低聚氯乙烯纤维与混合基体以及各组分间的界面张力,使得溶液中的分散剂和抗氧化剂更容易进入到混合基体内部,从而增加混合基体的抗菌性和防腐性;此外,多孔二氧化硅凝胶以及纤维素纳米晶改性的环氧树脂,具有良好的比表面积,提高了与改性环氧树脂的界面相互作用,可有效填充至半成品包装纸的缝隙中,增加缠结程度,以于半成品包装纸表面形成稳定的空间致密膜层,进一步提高包装纸的抗菌性和防腐性。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。另,特别说明,本发明原料和设备均可从市售所得,不再一一列举,其中,本发明原材料均可从市售获得,为本领域技术人员所熟知的,不再赘述。
实施例1:
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆40份、干稻草30份、改性环氧树脂40份、茶多酚6份、十二烷基磺酸钠7份和抗菌剂3份。
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述重量份的玉米秸秆和干稻草放入粉碎机中粉碎,于50℃下加热搅拌72h,过滤干燥得到混合基体;
S2、将步骤S1所得混合基体、抗氧化剂、分散剂、抗菌剂和水混合,并于打浆机中进行打浆,过滤,得混合纸浆;
S3、将步骤S2所得混合纸浆经抄纸机抄成纸页,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间4h,得半成品包装纸;
S4、于步骤S3所得半成品包装纸上涂抹改性环氧树脂,并在压光机上进行压光,静置,即得抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸。
其中,步骤S2中抗菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚氯乙烯纤维、银纳米颗粒、硅烷偶联剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、壳聚糖和体积分数为10%的乙酸溶液按照重量份比为3:2:1:1:1:2:3的比例混合,搅拌,干燥,得抗菌剂。
步骤S4中改性环氧树脂的制备方法为:
S41:将棉纤维和体积分数为50%的硫酸溶液按照重量份比为1:2的比例混合,于60℃下酸解3h,离心搅拌,干燥,得纤维素纳米晶;
S42:将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、环己烷、正硅酸甲烷、尿素和体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液按照重量份比为1:1:1:1:3的比例混合,用盐酸调节PH为4-5,于55℃下搅拌反应8h,得多孔二氧化硅湿凝胶;
S43:将纤维素纳米晶、多孔二氧化硅湿凝胶和环氧树脂水溶液按照重量份比为1:1:3的比例混合,搅拌48h,即得改性环氧树脂。
实施例2:
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆30份、干稻草20份、改性环氧树脂30份、茶多酚3份、十二烷基磺酸钠5份和抗菌剂1份。
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述重量份的玉米秸秆和干稻草放入粉碎机中粉碎,于40℃下加热搅拌64h,过滤干燥得到混合基体;
S2、将步骤S1所得混合基体、抗氧化剂、分散剂、抗菌剂和水混合,并于打浆机中进行打浆,过滤,得混合纸浆;
S3、将步骤S2所得混合纸浆经抄纸机抄成纸页,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间3h,得半成品包装纸;
S4、于步骤S3所得半成品包装纸上涂抹改性环氧树脂,并在压光机上进行压光,静置,即得抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸。
其中,步骤S2中抗菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:

实施例3:
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆35份、干稻草25份、改性环氧树脂35份、茶多酚4份、十二烷基磺酸钠6份和抗菌剂2份。
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述重量份的玉米秸秆和干稻草放入粉碎机中粉碎,于45℃下加热搅拌68h,过滤干燥得到混合基体;
S2、将步骤S1所得混合基体、抗氧化剂、分散剂、抗菌剂和水混合,并于打浆机中进行打浆,过滤,得混合纸浆;
S3、将步骤S2所得混合纸浆经抄纸机抄成纸页,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为55℃,烘干时间3.5h,得半成品包装纸;
S4、于步骤S3所得半成品包装纸上涂抹改性环氧树脂,并在压光机上进行压光,静置,即得抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸。
其中,步骤S2中抗菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚氯乙烯纤维、银纳米颗粒、硅烷偶联剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、壳聚糖和体积分数为10%的乙酸溶液按照重量份比为3:2:1:1:1:2:3的比例混合,搅拌,干燥,得抗菌剂。
步骤S4中改性环氧树脂的制备方法为:
S41:将棉纤维和体积分数为50%的硫酸溶液按照重量份比为1:2的比例混合,于55℃下酸解2.5h,离心搅拌,干燥,得纤维素纳米晶;
S42:将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、环己烷、正硅酸甲烷、尿素和体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液按照重量份比为1:1:1:1:3的比例混合,用盐酸调节PH为4-5,于50℃下搅拌反应7h,得多孔二氧化硅湿凝胶;
S43:将纤维素纳米晶、多孔二氧化硅湿凝胶和环氧树脂水溶液按照重量份比为1:1:3的比例混合,搅拌36h,即得改性环氧树脂。
对比例1:
对比例1与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,不同的是,不对环氧树脂进行改性,并直接使用银纳米颗粒和壳聚糖做抗菌性,具体为:
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆40份、干稻草30份、环氧树脂40份、茶多酚6份、十二烷基磺酸钠7份和抗菌剂3份。
一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述重量份的玉米秸秆和干稻草放入粉碎机中粉碎,于50℃下加热搅拌72h,过滤干燥得到混合基体;
S2、将步骤S1所得混合基体、抗氧化剂、分散剂、抗菌剂和水混合,并于打浆机中进行打浆,过滤,得混合纸浆;
S3、将步骤S2所得混合纸浆经抄纸机抄成纸页,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间4h,得半成品包装纸;
S4、于步骤S3所得半成品包装纸上涂抹改性环氧树脂,并在压光机上进行压光,静置,即得抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸。
其中,步骤S2中抗菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将银纳米颗粒、壳聚糖和体积分数为10%的乙酸溶液按照重量份比为2:2:3的比例混合,搅拌,干燥,得抗菌剂。
下面分别对实施例1-3、市售东莞大唐印刷科技有限公司的薄页包装纸和对比例1所得的薄页包装纸,进行腐蚀率和抑菌率的测试。
腐蚀率:分别测试PH=3-4的酸性环境下的腐蚀率和PH=8-9的碱性环境下的腐蚀率;
抑菌性:将包装纸,按照10mm×10mm大小进行裁剪,并将裁剪好的样品放入250ml的三角烧瓶中,分别加入70mL聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)和5mL菌悬液。将三角烧瓶固定在振荡摇床上,振荡条件为:温度20~25℃,振荡速度400r/min,振荡时间5min。取1.0mLPBS,作为试验组振荡前样液。继续振摇1h后取1.0mL样液。分别吸取振荡前和震荡后样液各1.0mL,以琼脂倾注法接种平皿,每个液样接种两个平皿,将接种好的平皿置于37℃培养箱内培养40h。统计菌落数(大肠杆菌和黑曲霉),算出抑菌率。抑菌率=(振荡前平均菌落数-振荡后平均菌落数)/振荡前平均菌落数。

从上表可以看出,实施例1-3的薄页包装纸较对比例1和市售薄页包装纸的抗菌性能和防腐性能均有所提高。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆30-40份、干稻草20-30份、改性环氧树脂30-40份、茶多酚3-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠5-7份和抗菌剂1-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:玉米秸秆40份、干稻草30份、改性环氧树脂40份、茶多酚6份、十二烷基磺酸钠7份和抗菌剂3份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将玉米秸秆和干稻草放入粉碎机中粉碎,于40-50℃下加热搅拌64-72h,过滤干燥得到混合基体;
S2、将步骤S1所得混合基体、抗氧化剂、分散剂、抗菌剂和水混合,并于打浆机中进行打浆,过滤,得混合纸浆;
S3、将步骤S2所得混合纸浆经抄纸机抄成纸页,进行烘干处理,得半成品包装纸;
S4、于步骤S3所得半成品包装纸上涂抹改性环氧树脂,并在压光机上进行压光,静置,即得抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中抗菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚氯乙烯纤维、银纳米颗粒、硅烷偶联剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、壳聚糖和体积分数为10%的乙酸溶液混合,搅拌,干燥,得抗菌剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯纤维、银纳米颗粒、硅烷偶联剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、壳聚糖和乙酸溶液的重量份比为3:2:1:1:1:2:3。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S4中所述改性环氧树脂的制备方法为:
S41:将棉纤维和体积分数为50%的硫酸溶液混合,于50-60℃下酸解2-3h,离心搅拌,干燥,得纤维素纳米晶;
S42:将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、环己烷、正硅酸甲烷、尿素和体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液混合,用盐酸调节PH为4-5,于45-55℃下搅拌反应6-8h,得多孔二氧化硅湿凝胶;
S43:将纤维素纳米晶、多孔二氧化硅湿凝胶和环氧树脂水溶液混合,搅拌24-48h,即得改性环氧树脂。
7.如权利要求6所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述棉纤维和硫酸溶液的重量份比为1:2。
8.如权利要求7所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、环己烷、正硅酸甲烷、尿素和乙醇溶液的重量份比为1:1:1:1:3。
9.如权利要求8所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述纤维素纳米晶、多孔二氧化硅湿凝胶和环氧树脂水溶液的重量份比为1:1:3。
10.如权利要求3所述的抗菌防腐型薄页包装纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中烘干温度为50-60℃,烘干时间3-4h。
