Claims (10)

1. A method of processing test data for a press for testing the performance of a building material, the method comprising:
after the press machine test is completed, an insert in a computer running on a test site of the press machine grabs test data of the press machine, data assembly is carried out on the test data, and the assembled test data are uploaded to a cloud platform;
the cloud platform screens unqualified test data from the spliced test data, classifies the unqualified test data in a list form, and starts the rectification flow of various unqualified test data according to a preset rectification flow;
the cloud platform executes the modification flow, receives modification operation information of various unqualified test data and field evidence of a test site, which are input by test personnel, generates a modification list according to the modification operation information, the field evidence and the various unqualified test data, and sends the modification list to a metering payment system and/or a project management system so that a user of the metering payment system and/or the project management system can acquire the test condition of the performance of the building material.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the insert capturing test data of the press comprises:
when the plug-in unit first grabs test data of the press, the plug-in unit grabs the test data in a database of the press in a time reverse query mode after running, and records the ID of the last piece of the grabbed test data;
and when the plug-in unit does not grab the test data of the press for the first time, grabbing the test data in the database of the press in a time reverse query mode after the plug-in unit operates, and stopping grabbing the test data in the database of the press until the ID number of the grabbed test data is identical to the ID of the test data grabbed last time.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the cloud platform screening out reject test data from the assembled test data comprises:
the cloud platform analyzes a plurality of pieces of test data from the assembled test data;
the cloud platform eliminates data corresponding to non-preconfigured parameters in each piece of test data to obtain each piece of test data after the elimination operation, wherein the preconfigured parameters comprise test type parameters, test number parameters, test personnel parameters, shape parameters, whether qualified parameters, test process detail parameters and test curve picture parameters;
and the cloud platform identifies a plurality of pieces of unqualified test data based on the data corresponding to the qualified parameters in the operated pieces of test data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the cloud platform performs the rectification process comprising:
identifying a target tester according to data corresponding to tester parameters in any type of unqualified test data;
transmitting any unqualified test data to an account number of a target tester;
and responding to the triggering operation of the target test personnel, displaying the data of the test type parameter, the data of the test number parameter, the data of the shape parameter, the data of the test process detail parameter and the picture of the test curve picture parameter in the unqualified test data, so that the target test personnel can identify the target building material through the data of the test number parameter, identify the test item of the target building material through the data of the test type parameter, and identify the problem of the target building material through the data of the shape parameter, the data of the test process detail parameter and the picture of the test curve picture parameter, so as to determine the rectifying operation information corresponding to the unqualified test data.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the corrective action information comprises scrapping action information and/or repair action information;
when the scrapped operation information is displayed, the field evidence of the test field comprises a photo diagram of the target building material which is surveyed by the target test personnel on site;
when the repair operation information is received, the field evidence of the test site includes a photo of the target test person repairing the target building material in the field.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the correction ticket to a metering payment system and/or a project management system, further comprising: and when receiving the confirmation information sent by the metering payment system and/or the project management system, confirming that the rectification flow is finished, and stopping executing the rectification flow.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
the cloud platform generates daily report information of the previous day according to the assembled test data, wherein the daily report information comprises the running condition, the test condition and the qualification rate of the press machine of the previous day, the running condition is determined according to the on-site evidence, the test condition is determined according to the unqualified test data, and the qualification rate is determined according to the proportion of the unqualified test data occupying all the received test data;
and the cloud platform renders daily report information to a user interface.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
and after receiving a time period selected by a user, the cloud platform derives daily report information in the time period, generates a report based on the daily report information in the time period, and renders the report to the user interface.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
after the press test is finished, if the computer at the test site of the press is detected to be not provided with the plug-in unit, the computer sends collected test data to an MQTT message queue;
when the cloud platform monitors that the test data exist in the MQTT message queue, the test data in the MQTT message queue are read, unqualified test data are screened out, the unqualified test data are classified according to a list form, and the correction flow of various unqualified test data is started according to a preset correction flow;
the cloud platform executes the modification flow, receives modification operation information of various unqualified test data and field evidence of a test site, which are input by test personnel, generates a modification list according to the modification operation information, the field evidence and the various unqualified test data, and sends the modification list to a metering payment system and/or a project management system so that a user of the metering payment system and/or the project management system can acquire the test condition of the performance of the building material.
10. A test data processing system of a press for testing the performance of a building material, wherein the test data processing system comprises a computer and a cloud platform at a test site of the press; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
after the press machine test is completed, an insert in a computer running on a test site of the press machine grabs test data of the press machine, data assembly is carried out on the test data, and the assembled test data are uploaded to a cloud platform;
the cloud platform screens unqualified test data from the spliced test data, classifies the unqualified test data in a list form, and starts the rectification flow of various unqualified test data according to a preset rectification flow;
the cloud platform executes the modification flow, receives modification operation information of various unqualified test data and field evidence of a test site, which are input by test personnel, generates a modification list according to the modification operation information, the field evidence and the various unqualified test data, and sends the modification list to a metering payment system and/or a project management system so that a user of the metering payment system and/or the project management system can acquire the test condition of the performance of the building material.
