Abstract
The invention discloses a mugwort handmade soap which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 76-89 parts of soap base, 2-5 parts of amino acid humectant, 2-5 parts of lauric acid sodium glutamate, 5-8 parts of alkyl glycoside, 1-3g of mugwort leaf extract, 1-3g of mugwort leaf powder and 1-1.5 mu L/g of preservative. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the mugwort handmade soap, which specifically comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) heating the soap base in a water bath to dissolve; (3) Adding amino acid humectant, sodium laurate glutamate, alkyl glycoside, folium Artemisiae Argyi extractive solution, folium Artemisiae Argyi powder and antiseptic, stirring, mixing, and shaping. The mugwort leaf handmade soap is made by pure hands, adopts pure natural plant extracts, is suitable for any skin, has strong beautifying and skin-nourishing functions and strong cleaning ability, has an antibacterial function, is beneficial to improving the defects of dryness, roughness and the like of the skin after the traditional handmade soap is used, and is natural and non-irritating for moistening the skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics and cleaning products, in particular to a mugwort handmade soap and a preparation method thereof, and more particularly relates to a mugwort handmade soap based on white soap (opaque) and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In daily life, people often use makeup remover to remove makeup, but long-term use of makeup remover can lead to the fact that the acid-base balance of facial skin is adversely affected to a certain extent, can lead to some sensitivity enhancement of skin, and easily causes some skin problems such as acne, redness, allergy and the like.
The handmade soap is made by using natural grease and alkali liquor and manually. Essentially as a result of the saponification of the fat and alkali liquor, the fat and alkali liquor can be used for washing and cleaning after curing and ripening procedures. The handmade soap can be added with various additives such as cow milk, essential oil, essence, flowers and plants, chinese medicinal materials, etc. according to personal preference and purpose.
The Chinese medicinal material folium Artemisiae Argyi is dried leaf of Artemisia argyi Levl et Vant. Picking when flowers are not opened in summer, removing impurities, and sun drying. The description of Ben Cao gang mu: folium Artemisiae Argyi is used as the medicine, has warm nature, bitter taste, no toxicity, and pure yang nature, and has effects of dredging twelve meridians, restoring yang, and regulating qi and blood. The mugwort handmade soap has the antibacterial effect, and can deeply clean pores, moisturize, remove acnes, whiten and repair. The mugwort leaf extract has broad-spectrum antibacterial property, and can be used as antiseptic and antibacterial agent of cosmetics and oral hygiene products; inhibition of nuclear factor receptor activation by mugwort leaf extract indicates use as an anti-inflammatory agent in cosmetics; the mugwort leaf extract can be used as an antioxidant, an anti-wrinkle agent, an antiallergic agent, a hair tonic and a moisturizing agent.
However, most of the existing mugwort leaf handmade soaps in the market have the defects of less applicable people, single function, poor use effect and the like.
Therefore, how to develop a mugwort leaf handmade soap which is purely manual, is made from purely natural plant extracts, is applicable to any skin, has strong cleaning ability and has antibacterial effect is a problem to be solved by the technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to provide the mugwort handmade soap and the preparation method thereof, so as to solve the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the mugwort handmade soap comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 76-89 parts of soap base, 2-5 parts of amino acid humectant, 2-5 parts of lauric acid sodium glutamate, 5-8 parts of alkyl glycoside, 1-3g of mugwort leaf extract, 1-3g of mugwort leaf powder and 1-1.5 mu L/g of preservative.
In the invention, the chemical name of the amino acid humectant is trimethylglycine, is a natural structural substance zwitterionic moisturizing component, has the effects of moisturizing, softening skin, resisting wrinkles, whitening, refreshing and the like, can rapidly improve the moisture retention of skin, excite the cell viability, and has the effects of keeping the skin moist and smooth and preventing dryness and darkness.
The molecular formula of the lauric acid sodium glutamate is C 17 H 30 NNaO 5 The amino acid foaming agent is also called an amino acid type surfactant, has good degradability, antibacterial property, safety and no sensitization, and has a plurality of excellent properties of good water solubility, strong salt resistance and pH responsiveness as an ampholytic surfactant due to the special structure.
The Alkyl glycoside refers to an Alkyl glycoside (APG) synthesized from glucose and fatty alcohol, and refers to a glycoside having a sugar unit of 2 or more in a complex glycoside compound, which is collectively referred to as an Alkyl polyglycoside (or Alkyl polyglycoside). The alkyl glycoside has the following performance characteristics: (1) the compatibility is good, and the synergistic effect can be generated by compounding the water-soluble polymer with various ionic and nonionic surfactants; (2) the foamability is good, and the foam is rich and fine; (3) the dissolubility is good, the alkali and electrolyte resistance is high, and the thickening capability is good; (4) has good compatibility with skin, remarkably improves the mildness of the formula, is nontoxic and nonirritant, and is easy to be biodegraded.
The folium Artemisiae Argyi extract is brown powder product prepared from dried folium Artemisiae Argyi. The mugwort leaf extract mainly plays the roles of hair conditioner, antibacterial agent, skin conditioner and the like in the product; the effects in cosmetics and daily chemical products are mainly antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and allergy relieving; has broad-spectrum antibacterial property, and can be used as antiseptic and antibacterial agent for cosmetics and oral hygiene products; inhibition of nuclear factor receptor activation, indicating use as a cosmetic anti-inflammatory agent; it can also be used as antioxidant, anti-wrinkle agent, antiallergic agent, hair tonic and humectant.
