本发明涉及中药领域,特别是一种用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂。
背景技术
病毒感染引发的急性呼吸道传染性疾病,具有变异快、传染性强、破坏力大、传播途径多样等特点,严重威胁人民群众的生命健康,是我国乃至全球目前面临的公共卫生问题之一。患者感染的初期以发热、干咳、乏力、咽喉不利等为主要临床表现,少数伴有鼻塞、流涕、腹泻等上呼吸道和消化道症状;在感染中期存在高热、喘憋气促、反复发热、口干舌燥、咳血等症状,重症病例多在1周后出现呼吸困难,严重者快速进展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒症休克、难以纠正的代谢性酸中毒、出凝血功能障碍及多器官功能衰竭等,进而危及生命。
截止目前,在病毒感染的预防和治疗上,西医临床仍无确切特效药,但中医药在治疗病毒感染患者有着独特的优势,且被载入国家诊疗方案,并得到世卫组织充分肯定。病毒感染肺炎属于中医“疫病”范畴,“疫病”是中医对外感疫毒邪气引发的具有强烈传染性的一类急性热病的统称。在漫长的中医发展历史中,虽没有形成一门中医疫病学,但几千年前的《黄帝内经》、《伤寒论》以及明清时期的温病学派著作中都有“疫病”的记载;中医药在防病治病中也发挥了不可替代的作用,因此,中医药在治疗“疫病”方面有丰富的诊疗经验可以借鉴,对不同临床治疗时期患者进行中医药辨证论治,能够更好地提高患者生存质量,达到全面康复的目的。因此,针对病毒感染关键证候邪热犯肺证开发出一种工艺简便、成本低、便于服用的中药合剂,是目前必需的,但至今未见有公开报导。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,可有效解决病毒感染的治疗用药问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,一种用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花10-20g、连翘10-20g、荆芥10-16g、炒牛蒡子5-15g、射干8-16g、白芷5-15g、黄芪8-18g、虎杖5-15g、薏苡仁10-20g、芦根15-25g、前胡5-12g、马鞭草10-16g、甘草4-8g、炒麦芽10-20g和陈皮5-15g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,重量体积是指固体以g计,液体以mL计,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.05-1.10的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.5-0.7g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.5-0.7g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。
根据需要,可按上述组方配比制备任意所需成品药液的量。
本发明组分配伍科学合理,原料丰富,制备方法易操作,产品使用效果好,具有清热解毒、健脾祛湿之功效,有效用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证,经济和社会效益巨大。

本发明一种用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花13-18g、连翘13-18g、荆芥10-15g、炒牛蒡子7-12g、射干10-15g、白芷8-12g、黄芪10-15g、虎杖7-11g、薏苡仁13-17g、芦根18-20g、前胡7-11g、马鞭草10-17g、甘草5-7g、炒麦芽13-17g、陈皮7-11g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.05-1.10的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.55-0.65g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.55-0.65g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。

本发明一种用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花15g、连翘15g、荆芥13g、炒牛蒡子10g、射干12g、白芷10g、黄芪13g、虎杖10g、薏苡仁15g、芦根20g、前胡8.5g、马鞭草13g、甘草6g、炒麦芽15g和陈皮10g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.08的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.6g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.6g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。

本发明所用中药,其中:
金银花,味甘,性寒,归肺、心、胃经。能清热解毒,疏散风热,用治痈肿疔疮,喉痹,丹毒,热毒血痢,风热感冒,温病发热。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗炎、解毒、抗病原微生物、免疫调节等作用。
连翘,味苦,性微寒,归肺、心、小肠经。能清热解毒,消肿散结,疏散风热,《本草新编》载“性轻而浮,升也,阳也,无毒”。用治痈疽,瘰疬,乳痈,丹毒,风热感冒,温病初起,温热入营,高热烦渴,神昏发斑,热淋涩痛。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎等作用。
荆芥,味辛,性微温,归肺、肝经。能引血归经,清头目之火。功效为解表散风,透疹,消疮,用治感冒,头痛,麻疹,风疹,疮疡初起。
炒牛蒡子,《本草经解》载,牛蒡子气平,禀天秋平之金气,味甘无毒。得地西方之金味,入手太阴肺经。气味降多于升。牛蒡气平清热,味辛散郁,郁热清,则目得血而能视矣,所以明目。中者阴之守也,人身阴阳,求之升降。牛蒡辛平清肺,肺气下降则阴生,所以补中也。风伤于卫,卫附皮毛,皮毛者肺之合也,辛平疏肺,则皮毛解散,所以除风伤也,牛蒡子炒制后苦寒药性降低,果皮破裂,有效成分更易煎出。
射干,味苦,性寒,归肺经。降逆开结,善利肺气。能清热解毒,消痰,利咽,用治热毒痰火郁结,咽喉肿痛,痰涎壅盛,咳嗽气喘。
虎杖,味微苦,性微寒,归肝、胆、肺经。能利湿退黄,清热解毒,散瘀止痛,止咳化痰。《医学入门》载“甘平破瘀血,通经能散暴结,止痛排脓利小便。”用治湿热黄疸,淋浊,带下,风湿痹痛,痈肿疮毒,经闭,癥瘕,跌打损伤,肺热咳嗽。
薏苡仁,味甘、淡,性凉,归脾、胃、肺经。能利水渗湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结。其“清热而不如芩、连辈损阴,益气而不如参、术辈犹滋湿热”(《本草述》),兼有扶正之用。用治水肿,脚气,小便不利,脾虚泄泻,湿痹拘挛,肺痈,肠痈。
芦根,味甘,性寒,归肺、胃经。能清热泻火,生津止渴,除烦,止呕,利尿。《医学入门》载“芦根甘寒清胃热,时行热疫大烦渴,止霍乱及小便多,孕妇心烦更可活”。用治热病烦渴,肺热咳嗽,肺痈吐脓,胃热呕哕,热淋涩痛。
白芷,味辛,性温,归胃、大肠、肺经。能辛散祛风,温燥除湿,芳香通窍。《滇南本草》载“白芷,升也,阳也,入阳明经。以辛入肺,止阳明头痛之寒邪。四时发热,祛皮肤游走之风,止胃冷腹痛、寒痛。除风湿燥痒顽痹,攻疮痈,排脓定痛。”
黄芪,味甘,性微温,归肺、脾经。能匡扶正气,一则照拂“邪之所凑,其气必虚”,一则预防传变。功效有补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹,托毒排脓,敛疮生肌。
前胡,味苦、辛,性微寒,归肺经。能降气化痰,散风清热。主治痰热咳喘,咯痰黄稠,风热咳嗽痰多,与虎杖、芦根、牛蒡子一同清肺化痰止咳,直达病所。
马鞭草,味苦,凉。归肝、脾经。能通淋利尿,截疟,血,杀虫,消炎镇痛。用水肿腹胀,黄疸型肝炎,关节酸痛,肠胃病,痢疾,久疟,闭经,腹腔内痞块积聚,跌打损伤、痈肿疮毒,肿瘤,感冒,腹痛,牙痛,高血压、喉痛,口腔炎,牙周病,中耳炎,月经不调,经痛。
炒麦芽,味甘,性平,归脾、胃经,行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀;
陈皮,味苦、辛,性温,归肺、脾经,理气健脾,燥湿化痰。
甘草,味甘性平,具有益气补中,清热解毒,怯痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和药性的功效。
本发明组方中,金银花、连翘清热解毒,疏散风热,使疫毒之邪复达于外,共为君药;荆芥辛凉解表,能够增强表散之力,为臣药;上焦湿热郁结于咽喉,炒牛蒡子、射干利咽散结同时,可助君药疏风清热;虎杖、薏苡仁、芦根与辛凉解表药一道,既能透风于热外,又能渗湿于热下,使湿邪去而热势孤;虎杖、薏苡仁又可通经、解痉,缓解热闭肌腠导致的周身疼痛;芦根清热生津,使湿去而阴不伤,白芷温燥除湿、芳香通窍,止阳明头痛之寒邪;黄芪可扶正以预防疾病传变;温邪易袭肺,热性炎上,前胡降气化痰,与虎杖、芦根、炒牛蒡子一同清肺化痰止咳,直达病所,马鞭草活血通络散结,助清肺活络,作为佐药;甘草调和诸药,兼以益气和中。疫病易犯脾胃,炒麦芽、陈皮健运中州,健脾消食和胃。全方“开上”、“畅中”、“渗下”相结合,共奏清热解毒、健脾祛湿之功。
本发明结合现代制药技术而制备的合剂为中药汤剂浓缩物,浓度高、服用剂量小、方便患者携带、使用和贮存,适合工业化生产,密封包装,质量稳定,疗效好,并经实验取得了非常好的有益技术效果,有关实验资料如下(以实施例2为例):
病例选择方法:试验病例为2022年10月~2022年12月收治的病毒感染邪热犯肺证患者。
临床资料:随机选取2022年10-12月收治的病毒感染邪热犯肺证患者250例,将患者随机分为试验组与对照组,每组125例。研究过程中共脱落5例,其中试验组2例(未按试验方案服药1例,因不良事件停药1例),对照组3例(未说明原因退出1例,未按试验方案服药1例,因不良事件停药1例)。最终共纳入分析245例,其中试验组123例,男65例,女58例,平均年龄(34.82±12.91)岁,病程时间(1.31±0.95)d;对照组122例,男69例,女53例,平均年龄(35.68±11.87)岁,病程(1.69±0.93)d。
选择指标:
(1)纳入标准:患者咽拭子核酸检验阳性、抗体IgM检测阳性;纳入患者均无用药禁忌证;患者对治疗的依从性较良好;患者及其家属均知情同意且均签署相关知情同意书;患者均无青霉素、头孢类或磺胺药物过敏反应。
(2)排除标准:诊断为重型或危重型病毒感染邪热犯肺证患者;合并高血压、糖尿病以及冠心病等基础疾病患者。重症标准:呼吸窘迫,患者呼吸频率>30次/min;患者在静息状态或无吸氧状态时指脉氧≤93%;患者动脉血压分压(PaO2)/吸氧浓度(FiO2)<300mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。
治疗方案:试验组全部服用实施例2制备的本发明中药合剂,口服每次100mL,每日2次,以14天为观察期,主要观察发热、咳嗽、乏力等症状改善情况。对照组全部服用中药安慰剂作为对照,口服每次100mL,每日2次;中药安慰剂采用辅料、色素相结合的方法制备而成;其中辅料采用上述极低剂量的中药合剂(5%实验药物)等,色素采用焦糖色等;安慰剂的包装、服用方法、口感与试验组完全一致,以14天为观察期,主要观察发热、咳嗽、乏力等症状改善情况。所有患者服用该中药合剂或中药安慰剂均符合自愿原则。
观察指标:比较两组患者核酸转阴率、临床症状消退时间,评价本发明中药合剂的疗效及安全性。

结果显示,在治疗第10天,试验组核酸转阴率高于对照组,治疗第14天,两组核酸转阴率显示出显著差异(P<0.05);试验组患者发热、咳嗽、乏力、腹泻症状的消退时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
典型病例
本实施例为部分感染患者信息与观察情况记录:(病例信息如下:)
病例1,男,65岁,检查确诊病毒感染邪热犯肺,症状表现为38℃以下低烧,咳嗽,周身乏力,精神一般。使用本发明实施例2的配方,制成合剂,口服100mL,分早晚两次服用。服药2天后,低烧频率较第一天降低,第4天体温恢复正常,乏力明显改善,第7天后咳嗽症状消失。停药三天后,双机构平行核酸检测转阴,病毒抗体IgM转阴。
因患者连续三天无发热,无明显呼吸道症状,双机构平行核酸检测阴性,经省市专家组审核同意出院。
病例2:女,23岁,检查确诊病毒感染邪热犯肺,病症表现为反复低烧,稍感胸闷,无其他症状。本发明申请人使用本发明实施例2的配方,制成合剂,口服100mL,分早晚两次服用;服用2天后,低烧频率较第一天降低,第4天不再低烧,胸闷消失。以后三天,低烧未复发,双机构平行核酸检测转阴,病毒抗体IgM转阴。
因患者连续三天无发热,无明显呼吸道症状,双机构平行核酸检测阴性,经省市专家组审核同意出院。
病例3,男,53岁,病毒感染肺炎核酸检测阳性,病症表现为咳嗽,伴乏力,活动后稍气短。本发明申请人使用本发明实施例2的配方,制成合剂,口服100mL,分早晚两次服用;服用5天后,咳嗽有改善,乏力、气短消失;服药第8天后,不再咳嗽。停药三天后,双机构平行核酸检测转阴,病毒抗体IgM转阴。
因患者无明显呼吸道症状,双机构平行核酸检测阴性,经省市专家组审核同意出院。
经统计学处理,采用本发明中药合剂对123例患者治疗,以14天转阴率计算,只有1人未转阴,占0.8%,其他患者122例全部转阴,转阴有效率99.2%,有关症状得到了有效改善,具体情况见表2。
在上述对实施例2试验的同时,还对其它实施例进行了试验,均取得了相同和相近似的结果,这里不再一一列举。
综上所述,本发明的治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药组合物,配伍合理,使各组分发挥最优效果,能够有效地治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证,是治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证药物上的一大创新,有巨大的经济和社会效益。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花10-20g、连翘10-20g、荆芥10-16g、炒牛蒡子5-15g、射干8-16g、白芷5-15g、黄芪8-18g、虎杖5-15g、薏苡仁10-20g、芦根15-25g、前胡5-12g、马鞭草10-16g、甘草4-8g、炒麦芽10-20g和陈皮5-15g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,重量体积是指固体以g计,液体以mL计,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.05-1.10的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.5-0.7g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.5-0.7g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花13-18g、连翘13-18g、荆芥10-15g、炒牛蒡子7-12g、射干10-15g、白芷8-12g、黄芪10-15g、虎杖7-11g、薏苡仁13-17g、芦根18-20g、前胡7-11g、马鞭草10-15g、甘草5-7g、炒麦芽13-17g、陈皮7-11g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.05-1.10的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.55-0.65g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.55-0.65g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花15g、连翘15g、荆芥13g、炒牛蒡子10g、射干12g、白芷10g、黄芪13g、虎杖10g、薏苡仁15g、芦根20g、前胡8.5g、马鞭草13g、甘草6g、炒麦芽15g和陈皮10g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.08的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.6g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.6g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花11g、连翘19g、荆芥11g、炒牛蒡子6g、射干15g、白芷6g、黄芪9g、虎杖14g、薏苡仁11g、芦根24g、前胡6g、马鞭草15g、甘草7g、炒麦芽11g和陈皮14g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,重量体积是指固体以g计,液体以mL计,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.09的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.5g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.5g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花19g、连翘11g、荆芥15g、炒牛蒡子14g、射干9g、白芷14g、黄芪17g、虎杖6g、薏苡仁19g、芦根16g、前胡11g、马鞭草11g、甘草5g、炒麦芽19g和陈皮6g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,重量体积是指固体以g计,液体以mL计,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.07的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.7g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.7g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗病毒感染邪热犯肺证的中药合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料药制成:金银花12g、连翘12g、荆芥12g、炒牛蒡子7g、射干9g、白芷7g、黄芪10g、虎杖7g、薏苡仁12g、芦根17g、前胡7g、马鞭草12g、甘草5g、炒麦芽12g和陈皮7g,其中,将上述原料药加入6倍重量体积的水,重量体积是指固体以g计,液体以mL计,浸泡30min,大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第一次药液;药渣再加原料药物重量体积5倍的水大火煎沸,转文火煎煮1小时,过滤,得第二次药液;合并两次药液,用80目滤网过滤,将过滤后的药液减压浓缩至70℃相对密度为1.06的清膏,将清膏在12000r/min条件下进行离心,取上清液;将离心后的上清液在100℃下煮沸30min,放冷至室温,灭菌,再加入苯甲酸钠0.5g,然后在20000r/min条件下离心,取上清液,加入阿司帕坦0.5g,静置12h,滤过,加水至200mL,混合均匀,灌装,密封,灭菌,即得成品。
