Experimental example 1
The films with different proportions in examples 1-7 are respectively used for treating KOA patients, and the numerical comparison of the knee joint function score (Lysholm) before and after treatment is observed; the scoring system consists of 8 questions, the score is 0-100, and the higher the score is, the better the functional state of the patient is; the Lysholm score is more prone to activities of daily living than other scoring scales. The results of the Lysholm scoring for examples 1-7 are shown in Table 1, as compared before and after treatment:

According to Table 1, according to the medicinal films with different proportions prepared in examples 1-7, after treatment by using the medicinal films, lysholm scores of KOA patients are increased and the increase is obvious, the medicinal films prepared by the scheme can obviously improve knee joint functions, and 35g of gynostemma pentaphylla, 20g of sappan wood, 25g of conch, 20g of prepared rheum officinale, 25g of radix clematidis, 25g of garden balsam stem, 20g of rhizoma corydalis, 15g of liquorice, 15g of asarum, 30g of caulis spatholobi, 30g of honeysuckle stem and 20g of small-sized black tea of Zhengshan are adopted; the auxiliary materials comprise 80g of paraffin, 40g of beeswax, 300g of vaseline and 30g of shea butter, and the effect of the prepared medicinal film is more obvious.
Experimental example 2
In a certain clinic department, 82 cases of knee osteoarthritis of old people who visit the clinic before are selected, and the cases are divided into warm needle groups and medicinal membrane groups by adopting a random digital method, wherein the warm needle groups comprise 15 cases of men and 26 cases of women, the ages of the men and the women are 55-80 years, the average ages of the men and the women are 65.73 +/-6.13 years, the disease course is 9-96 months, and the average disease course is 36.61 +/-21.19 months; in the medicine film group, 17 men and 24 women with the ages of 55-79 years old, the average age of 65.80 +/-7.15 years old, the course of disease of 12-96 months and the average course of disease of 33.83 +/-21.65 months. Average age two groups compared, P value 0.149; the average disease course was compared with two groups, the P value was 0.811 and the P value was less than 0.05, and the two groups had no obvious difference in age and disease course.
Meets the standard of (1) diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis and diagnosis of knee joint diseases in traditional Chinese medicine; (2) has good cognitive function and can be matched with the whole course of treatment; (3) the patella floating test is negative; (4) age above 55 years old; (5) study content was known and participants were agreed.
Exclusion criteria (1) knee osteoarthritis patients with surgical treatment indications; (2) psychotic patients with a violent tendency; (3) a patient in the near end; (4) combining infectious diseases, and isolating the infectious diseases separately; (5) similar treatments have been accepted recently; (6) skin ulcer exists at the knee joint part; (7) treating knee osteoarthritis again.
Therapeutic method
Warm needle group: the acupoints of the affected knee, the outer knee, the eye, the three inner feet, the hills, the blood sea and the yin ling are selected. The patient is in supine position, and a disposable sterile acupuncture needle with the thickness of 0.3mm multiplied by 40mm is selected. Sterilizing needle and skin surface, directly puncturing acupoints, performing twisting, selecting inner and outer knee and eye acupoints for warm acupuncture after qi is passed, adding thin paper board for separating acupoints, selecting moxibustion strip with length of 3cm, inserting into needle handle, igniting moxa strip, performing moxibustion, and leaving needle for 30min for 2 times. 3 times per week and 4 weeks as a treatment course.
Medicine film group: the medical film prepared by the components in the embodiment 1 is subjected to hot compress, the first two weeks are subjected to hot compress in an outpatient service, and the second two weeks are subjected to hot compress in a home, and the outpatient service is followed by telephone call. 3 times per week, one knee joint, one pack of films can be used 6 times, 2 packs of films are prepared for each treatment course, and one treatment course is 4 weeks.

(1) Efficacy index
The curative effect judgment standard of the study is prepared by referring to the curative effect evaluation standard of the traditional Chinese medicine bone traumatology clinical diagnosis and treatment guide knee arthralgia (knee osteoarthritis) and combining the pain relieving condition and the knee joint function recovering condition of a patient.
Clinical cure: the knee pain completely disappears, and the knee joint functions normally;
the effect is shown: the knee joint is slightly painful, normal movement of the knee joint is not affected, but pain is slightly aggravated when the knee joint is overactive; improvement: the knee joint pain is slightly obvious but does not affect the normal movement of the knee joint;
invalidation: the pain of the knee joint is not obviously relieved, and the knee joint can not normally move.
Total effective rate= (total number of cases-ineffective cases)/total number of cases×100%.
(2) VAS scoring
The VAS score, i.e., the pain class score, is a visual simulation method for assessing pain severity. The scoring criteria were 10 aliquots using a ruler, 0 no pain, 1-3 mild pain, 4-6 moderate pain, and 7-10 severe pain.
(3) WOMAC osteoarthritis index

Therapeutic results
(1) The comparison of the drug film group and the warm needle group according to the curative effect evaluation standard and combining the pain relieving condition of the patient and the knee joint function recovering condition is shown in the table 2.

The χ2 value was 4.267 and the p value was 0.833
After one treatment course of warm acupuncture treatment, 4 cases are cured, 19 cases are obviously effective, 10 rows are improved, 8 cases are ineffective, and the total effective rate is 80.49%; after the warm needle is combined with the medicine film group for one treatment course, 6 cases are cured, 20 cases are obvious, 10 cases are improved, 5 cases are invalid, and the total effective rate is 87.80%; compared with the two groups, the curative effect of the medicinal membrane group is higher than that of the warm needle group (P is more than 0.05).
(2) The pairs of drug film sets and warm needle sets are shown in table 3 based on the VAS values quantified for pain.

In one treatment course after treatment, the warm needle group is 3.54+/-2.10 minutes, and compared with 7.61+/-1.05 minutes before treatment, the warm needle group has obvious difference (P is less than 0.001) before and after treatment; the value of the medicine film group before treatment is 7.41+/-1.20 minutes, the value of the medicine film group after treatment is 2.71+/-2.00 minutes, the medicine film group has obvious difference before and after treatment, the t value of the warm needle group is 12.406 when the two groups are compared, and the t value of the medicine film group is 20.498, so that the treatment effect of the medicine film group is better.
Figure 1 more intuitively shows the difference between VAS before and after treatment of the acupuncture group and the drug membrane group, and the decrease of VAS value after treatment of the drug membrane group is more remarkable.
(3) The comparison of WOMAC osteoarthritis index was followed, and the comparison of the drug membrane group and the warm needle group is shown in table 4.

After a treatment course, the warm needle group and the medicinal membrane group are improved in pain, stiffness and joint functions, and the medicinal membrane group effectively improves the pain, stiffness and movement function symptoms (P is less than 0.001) of knee joints of the old; the efficacy of the medicinal membrane group on relieving the knee joint movement function is obviously better than that of a warm needle group (P is less than 0.05).
(4) The comparison of recurrence rates at 3 months and 6 months follow-up after treatment is shown in Table 5.

In follow-up of 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the warm needle group is 9.09% and 12.12%, respectively, and the total recurrence rate is 21.21%; the temperature needle combined medicine film components are 2.78 percent and 5.56 percent respectively, and the total recurrence rate is 8.33 percent. Compared with the two groups, the recurrence rate of the medicinal membrane group is obviously lower than that of the warm needle group.
In conclusion, the medicinal film for relieving the knee osteoarthritis symptoms prepared by adopting the raw material formula disclosed by the invention has the main ingredients of gynostemma pentaphylla, threo, conch, prepared rhubarb, radix clematidis, garden balsam stem, rhizoma corydalis, liquorice, asarum, caulis spatholobi, caulis lonicerae and zhengshan black tea, and the sappan wood has the effects of promoting qi circulation, activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and relieving swelling and pain; the conch has effects of clearing heat, detumescence, removing toxic substance, and expelling pus; radix Clematidis has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind and dampness and dredging channels and collaterals; the garden balsam stem has the effects of relaxing tendons, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving swelling, detoxifying and relieving pain; rhizoma corydalis has effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, activating qi-flowing and relieving pain; caulis Spatholobi has effects of relieving rigidity of muscles and activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation, replenishing blood and relieving pain; the honeysuckle stem has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, dispelling wind and relieving pain; the Zhengshan black tea has the effects of diminishing inflammation, promoting urination and reducing swelling; herba asari has effects of dispelling cold, dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving pain, and can effectively remove blood stasis in human body by mixing the main ingredients according to a certain proportion; eliminating stagnation, relieving swelling, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, improving blood stasis state of local tissue, and dredging channels and collaterals.
