Abstract

本发明涉及卫生巾技术领域,具体为一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺。方案以防漏底层、吸收芯层、面层的顺序依次叠放后热封压合成型,再在底层背面覆离型纸,裁剪包装得到卫生巾成品;方案将面层设计为双层复合结构,以竹纤维网一侧与吸收芯层贴合,粘胶纤维网设置为外侧,利用不同细度的粘胶纤维和竹纤维来设计双层复合水刺无纺布,以此来促使液体能够从粘胶纤维侧向竹纤维侧移动,实现单向导湿。方案设计合理,各层组分配比适宜,制备得到的面层基布不仅具有优异的单向导湿性能,而且防回渗,液体吸收速度快,抗菌性能优异,与吸收芯层、底层配合热封成型,能够得到一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾,实用性更优异。

本发明涉及卫生巾技术领域,具体为一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺。
背景技术
卫生巾是一种妇女经期使用的卫生用品,主要的材质为棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸,侧边的设计主要用来防止侧漏,由内到外分为面层、吸收芯、底层三层。
随着生活水平的日渐提升,女性对于卫生巾的需求量不断增加,对其性能要求也越来越高,而目前的卫生巾在吸湿性、抗菌性等性能无法满足我们的实际需求,因而为解决该技术问题,本申请公开了一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取粘胶纤维和竹纤维,分别进行开松、梳理、铺网,形成粘胶纤维网和竹纤维网,以粘胶纤维网为正面、竹纤维网为反面,平行叠合,水刺加固,烘干,得到面层基布;
(2)将烷基化单宁酸溶解于无水乙醇中,超声分散,得到疏水整理液;
将厚度为0.5mm的PP无纺布浸渍于水整理液中,浸润3~5min后取出,平铺至玻璃板表面,将面层基布的粘胶纤维网一侧与PP无纺布接触并水平放置,90~100℃烘干,得到含有疏水侧的面层基布;
在面层基布的疏水侧进行等离子体处理,得到面层;
(3)按照自上而下依次为面层、吸收芯层、底层的顺序叠放,面层的竹纤维网一侧与吸收芯层贴合,热封压合成型,底层背面覆离型纸,裁剪包装,得到成品。
较优化的方案,步骤(1)中,喷水孔直径为0.2mm,水针距离为14mm;水刺时正面、反面交替水刺,每面各水刺两道,正面水刺压力为25~50bar,反面水刺压力为35~65bar。
所述粘胶纤维网的面密度为15~20g/m2,所述竹纤维网的面密度为30~35g/m2
较优化的方案,步骤(2)中,烷基化单宁酸的制备步骤为:将炔化单宁酸与二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌均匀,加入烷基化叠氮,加热升温至60~65℃,抗坏血酸钠、五水硫酸铜催化体系下,催化反应7~8h,冷却至室温,过滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,收集产物后洗涤干燥,得到烷基化单宁酸。
较优化的方案,所述炔化单宁酸、烷基化叠氮的用量比值为1g:(2~4)mL;所述五水硫酸铜、抗坏血酸钠摩尔比为1:1;所述五水硫酸铜用量为炔化单宁酸的1~1.5wt%。
较优化的方案,步骤(2)中,疏水整理液的浓度为6~8mg/mL。
较优化的方案,步骤(2)中,等离子处理工艺参数为:等离子体处理气氛为空气,等离子体处理功率为1.0~1.2KW,处理时间为2~4min。
较优化的方案,炔化单宁酸的制备步骤为:将单宁酸、无水碳酸钾和二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌至溶解,氮气气氛下加入溴癸烷,加热升温至80~85℃,搅拌反应8~10h,降温至30~40℃,缓慢滴加溴丙炔,继续反应3~4h,过滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得到炔化单宁酸。
较优化的方案,所述单宁酸、溴癸烷、溴丙炔的用量比值为1g:0.7g:(2~3)mL。
较优化的方案,烷基化叠氮的制备步骤为:将卤代烷烃、叠氮化钠、甲醇混合,搅拌均匀,80~85℃下反应10~12h,反应结束后冷却,减压蒸馏,纯化,得到烷基化叠氮。
较优化的方案,所述卤代烷烃为溴癸烷、溴辛烷、氯代十二烷中的任意一种或多种复配;更为优化的,所述卤代烷烃为溴癸烷、溴辛烷复配,质量比为(2~3):1。
较优化的方案,根据以上任意一项所述的制备工艺制备得到的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:
本发明公开了一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺,方案以防漏底层、吸收芯层、面层的顺序依次叠放后热封压合成型,再在底层背面覆离型纸,裁剪包装得到卫生巾成品;方案将面层设计为双层复合结构,以竹纤维网一侧与吸收芯层贴合,粘胶纤维网设置为外侧,加工时分别将竹纤维、粘胶纤维梳理铺网,平行叠合后水刺加固,以得到面层基布;利用不同细度的粘胶纤维和竹纤维来设计双层复合水刺无纺布,以此来促使液体能够从粘胶纤维侧向竹纤维侧移动,实现单向导湿。
在此基础上,方案进一步对面层基布的粘胶纤维侧进行疏水整理,利用疏水性的烷基化单宁酸与无水乙醇溶解,制得浓度为6~8mg/mL的疏水整理液,并通过无纺布浸润后贴合至粘胶纤维一侧,烘干,实现面层基布的单侧疏水整理;在该步骤处理后,本申请制得的卫生巾具有优异的单向导湿性能,而且能够有效防止液体回渗,实用性较高。
此处需强调:由于方案疏水整理剂采用烷基化单宁酸,因而在疏水整理后,面层基布的疏水侧形成膜层,因此为避免该膜层对液体的通过造成影响,方案引入了等离子体处理,并限定其参数为“等离子体处理气氛为空气,等离子体处理功率为1.0~1.2KW,处理时间为2~4min”,从而在疏水侧形成孔洞,以促进液体从面层往吸收芯层扩散,提高面层基布的导湿性能。
同时,方案还调整了烷基化单宁酸反应工艺,在加工时先将单宁酸与溴癸烷、溴丙炔反应,引入炔基生成炔化单宁酸,同时溴癸烷能够引入长链烷基,从而提高产品的疏水性能;在此基础上,方案利用炔化单宁酸与烷基化叠氮点击反应,生成具有抗菌、疏水效果的烷基化单宁酸,一方面,该烷基化单宁酸能够溶于无水乙醇,并对面层基布进行疏水整理;另一方面,疏水整理后,面层基布的抗菌性能大大提升。
并且,方案需限定烷基化叠氮的反应原料,一般可选择为溴癸烷、溴辛烷、氯代十二烷,以引入长链烷基,但为了反应过程更加稳定,产物效果更为优异,方案选用了溴癸烷、溴辛烷复配,质量比限定为(2~3):1,在该反应参数下,产品具有最为优异的导湿性能,且抗菌性能优异。
方案实际加工时,可选择聚乙烯透气膜作为底层,吸收芯层采用高吸水性的树脂或纤维;在面层和吸收芯层之间还可以增加导流层,以实现液体导流,同时底层、吸收芯层各层中均可掺杂植物精油或抗菌中药成分,以提高卫生巾的功效的同时,实现抑菌除异味;具体卫生巾结构可根据要求来限定,在此不过多赘述。
本申请公开了一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺,方案设计合理,各层组分配比适宜,制备得到的面层基布不仅具有优异的单向导湿性能,而且防回渗,液体吸收速度快,抗菌性能优异,与吸收芯层、底层配合热封成型,能够得到一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾,实用性更优异。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本实施例中,炔化单宁酸的制备步骤为:将3g单宁酸、1g无水碳酸钾和50mL二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌至溶解,氮气气氛下加入2.1g溴癸烷,加热升温至80℃,搅拌反应9h,降温至40℃,缓慢滴加7.2mL溴丙炔,继续反应3.5h,过滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得到炔化单宁酸。
本实施例中,竹纤维的长度为35~38mm,直径为21~23mm;粘胶纤维的长度为32~34mm,直径为14~16mm;PP无纺布克重为60g/m2,陕西万隆无纺布有限责任公司提供。
实施例1:
一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取粘胶纤维和竹纤维,分别进行开松、梳理、铺网,形成粘胶纤维网和竹纤维网,所述粘胶纤维网的面密度为20g/m2,所述竹纤维网的面密度为30g/m2
以粘胶纤维网为正面、竹纤维网为反面,平行叠合,水刺加固,烘干,得到面层基布;喷水孔直径为0.2mm,水针距离为14mm;水刺时正面、反面交替水刺,每面各水刺两道,正面水刺压力依次为25bar、50bar,反面水刺压力依次为35bar、65bar。
(2)将4g卤代烷烃、1.8g叠氮化钠、50mL甲醇混合,搅拌均匀,80℃下反应12h,反应结束后冷却,减压蒸馏,纯化,得到烷基化叠氮。卤代烷烃为溴癸烷、溴辛烷复配,质量比为3:1。
将1g炔化单宁酸与50mL二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌均匀,加入4mL烷基化叠氮,加热升温至60℃,抗坏血酸钠、五水硫酸铜催化体系下,催化反应8h,冷却至室温,过滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,收集产物后洗涤干燥,得到烷基化单宁酸。所述五水硫酸铜、抗坏血酸钠摩尔比为1:1;所述五水硫酸铜用量为炔化单宁酸的1.5wt%。
(3)将烷基化单宁酸溶解于无水乙醇中,超声分散,得到浓度为7mg/mL的疏水整理液;
将厚度为0.5mm的PP无纺布浸渍于水整理液中,浸润5min后取出,平铺至玻璃板表面,将面层基布的粘胶纤维网一侧与PP无纺布接触并水平放置,100℃烘干,得到含有疏水侧的面层基布;
在面层基布的疏水侧进行等离子体处理,得到面层;等离子处理工艺参数为:等离子体处理气氛为空气,等离子体处理功率为1.0KW,处理时间为2min。
(4)按照自上而下依次为面层、吸收芯层、底层的顺序叠放,面层的竹纤维网一侧与吸收芯层贴合,热封压合成型,底层背面覆离型纸,裁剪包装,得到成品。
实施例2:
一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取粘胶纤维和竹纤维,分别进行开松、梳理、铺网,形成粘胶纤维网和竹纤维网,所述粘胶纤维网的面密度为20g/m2,所述竹纤维网的面密度为30g/m2

(3)将烷基化单宁酸溶解于无水乙醇中,超声分散,得到浓度为7mg/mL的疏水整理液;
将厚度为0.5mm的PP无纺布浸渍于水整理液中,浸润5min后取出,平铺至玻璃板表面,将面层基布的粘胶纤维网一侧与PP无纺布接触并水平放置,95℃烘干,得到含有疏水侧的面层基布;
在面层基布的疏水侧进行等离子体处理,得到面层;等离子处理工艺参数为:等离子体处理气氛为空气,等离子体处理功率为1.0KW,处理时间为2min。
(4)按照自上而下依次为面层、吸收芯层、底层的顺序叠放,面层的竹纤维网一侧与吸收芯层贴合,热封压合成型,底层背面覆离型纸,裁剪包装,得到成品。
实施例3:
一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)取粘胶纤维和竹纤维,分别进行开松、梳理、铺网,形成粘胶纤维网和竹纤维网,所述粘胶纤维网的面密度为20g/m2,所述竹纤维网的面密度为30g/m2

检测实验:
根据实施例1~3、对比例1~3公开的制备方法,取面层作为检测样品,按照GB/T3013-2013公开的方法检测其性能:
拉伸强度:样品尺寸为200mm*50mm,拉伸速度为100mm/min。
根据GB/T3013-2013附录B公开的方法,测试样品的回渗量;样品尺寸为100*100mm,测试时重复测试3~5次,记录平均值。根据GB/T24218.8-2010《纺织品非织造材料试验方法第8部分:液体穿透时间的测定(模拟尿液)》,测试液体穿透时间。
根据GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》公开的方法,检测样品的抗菌性,测试菌种为大肠杆菌。

结论:本申请公开了一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾及其制备工艺,方案设计合理,各层组分配比适宜,制备得到的面层基布不仅具有优异的单向导湿性能,而且防回渗,液体吸收速度快,抗菌性能优异,与吸收芯层、底层配合热封成型,能够得到一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾,实用性更优异。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取粘胶纤维和竹纤维,分别进行开松、梳理、铺网,形成粘胶纤维网和竹纤维网,以粘胶纤维网为正面、竹纤维网为反面,平行叠合,水刺加固,烘干,得到面层基布;
(2)将烷基化单宁酸溶解于无水乙醇中,超声分散,得到疏水整理液;
将无纺布浸渍于水整理液中,浸润3~5min后取出,平铺至玻璃板表面,将面层基布的粘胶纤维网一侧与无纺布接触并水平放置,90~100℃烘干,得到含有疏水侧的面层基布;
在面层基布的疏水侧进行等离子体处理,得到面层;
(3)按照自上而下依次为面层、吸收芯层、底层的顺序叠放,面层的竹纤维网一侧与吸收芯层贴合,热封压合成型,底层背面覆离型纸,裁剪包装,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述粘胶纤维网的面密度为15~20g/m2,所述竹纤维网的面密度为30~35g/m2;水刺时正面、反面交替水刺,每面各水刺两道,正面水刺压力为25~50bar,反面水刺压力为35~65bar。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,烷基化单宁酸的制备步骤为:将炔化单宁酸与二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌均匀,加入烷基化叠氮,加热升温至60~65℃,抗坏血酸钠、五水硫酸铜催化体系下,催化反应7~8h,冷却至室温,过滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,收集产物后洗涤干燥,得到烷基化单宁酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,疏水整理液的浓度为6~8mg/mL。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,等离子处理工艺参数为:等离子体处理气氛为空气,等离子体处理功率为1.0~1.2KW,处理时间为2~4min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:炔化单宁酸的制备步骤为:将单宁酸、无水碳酸钾和二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌至溶解,氮气气氛下加入溴癸烷,加热升温至80~85℃,搅拌反应8~10h,降温至30~40℃,缓慢滴加溴丙炔,继续反应3~4h,过滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得到炔化单宁酸。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:烷基化叠氮的制备步骤为:将卤代烷烃、叠氮化钠、甲醇混合,搅拌均匀,80~85℃下反应10~12h,反应结束后冷却,减压蒸馏,纯化,得到烷基化叠氮。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述卤代烷烃为溴癸烷、溴辛烷、氯代十二烷中的任意一种或多种复配。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述卤代烷烃为溴癸烷、溴辛烷复配,质量比为(2~3):1。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的制备工艺制备得到的一种抑菌除异味的卫生巾。
