Abstract
本发明公开了一种半拒水材料的制备工艺与应用,该半拒水材料包括基布和半拒水整理剂;基布为水刺非织造布,纹路为平纹或22目网孔;水刺非织造布原料为纤维素纤维、如粘胶纤维、竹纤维、棉纤维中的一种或多种;半拒水整理剂为聚氨酯聚合物整理剂的稀释液,使用过程中将聚氨酯聚合物整理剂加水稀释至浓度为0.1%~1.0%;烘干温度为100~150℃、带液率为100%~160%。经过以上工艺制备的半拒水材料,液体能快速渗透表层且不在表面扩散,保持材料表面干爽。采用的整理剂无氟无硅,对人体皮肤无刺激,水刺无纺布所用原料100%可自然降解,生产过程环保节能。该材料能够应用在一次性卫生用品的生产制造上,为其提供了新的解决方案。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及半拒水材料制造领域,具体涉及一种半拒水材料的制备工艺以及采用该制备工艺制得的半拒水材料和应用。
背景技术
半拒水材料因其特有的吸湿透气性能被广泛的应用于一次性卫生用品,如卫生巾纸尿裤面层。市面上半拒水材料大多是运用多层结构,来使得复合材料具备一定的吸湿及拒水性能。而卫生巾及纸尿裤要求面层材料能够迅速吸收液体并将液体进行传输到导流层,同时要求面层材料要保持干爽。多层结构的材料不能满足卫生用品舒适、安全、环保的要求。
市面上也有对非织造布进行半拒水处理使得到的材料有一定的疏水性,由于设备局限性,市场上大多数水刺生产线不具备在线整理的功能,且受车间布局的影响,无法进行设备改造,大多都是离线整理,对非织造布简单快捷的生产效率有影响。
为解决以上问题,开发一种满足液体能快速渗透、在表面不扩散且回渗量较小、安全环保的一次性卫生用品面层材料是目前行业内急需的。
发明内容
基于上述分析,本发明提供了一种半拒水材料的制备工艺与应用,制备的材料能够迅速吸收液体且液体不在表面扩散,工艺流程短、节能环保。本发明是通过如下工艺制得的:
一种半拒水材料,包括:
基布和半拒水整理剂;
基布为水刺非织造布、克重33~50g,纹路为平纹或22目网孔;
水刺非织造布的原料为纤维素纤维。
进一步的,所述纤维素纤维选自粘胶纤维、竹纤维、棉纤维中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述半拒水整理剂为聚氨酯聚合物整理剂的稀释液。
进一步的,所述半拒水整理剂成分为聚氨酯聚合物整理剂与水的混合乳白色溶液;聚氨酯聚合物整理剂使用过程中的稀释浓度为0.1%~1.0%。
一种半拒水材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备水刺非织造布:取纤维素纤维进行开松、混合、过滤、梳理,得到纤维网,纤维网经过高压水刺机处理,形成具有平纹或网孔布面纹路的水刺非织造布;
2)制备半拒水整理剂:将聚氨酯聚合物整理剂与水混合稀释至浓度为0.1%~1.0%,得到半拒水整理剂备用;
3)浸渍整理:水刺非织造布通过装有整理液的浸渍槽后经过轧辊,轧去多余的液体,然后进入烘箱烘干;
4)分切包装:烘干后的布成卷、分切成需要的幅宽,按要求包装。
进一步的,步骤1)所述纤维素纤维选自:粘胶纤维、竹纤维、棉纤维中的一种或多种。
进一步的,步骤2)所述半拒水整理剂pH值为5.5~6.7。
进一步的,步骤3)所述水刺非织造布带液率为100%~160%。
进一步的,步骤3)所述烘干温度为100℃~150℃。
本发明还公开了一种根据上述任一制备方法制得的半拒水材料。
本发明还公开了一种根据上述任一半拒水材料在制备卫生用品面层生产中的应用。
本发明的有益效果在于:
此整理工艺可在线对水刺无纺布进行处理,得到的材料液体能够快速渗透且不在布面扩散,渗透时间、回渗量指标均有提升,在线整理,提升了生产效率,减小能耗。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种卫生用品面层半拒水材料
材料包括水刺无纺布基布和半拒水整理剂。基布的克重为40克,纹路为22目网孔,原料为100%粘胶纤维。
制备工艺如下:
(1)纤维网制备:将粘胶纤维进行开松、混合、过滤和梳理,得到纤维网。
(2)高压水刺:水刺机前四个水刺头压力分别为40、50、70、90,纤维间相互缠结,形成具有一定强度的无纺布。在三号转鼓上装用22目网孔网套,水刺机五、六号水刺头压力为110、100,纤维进一步分散缠结并使得无纺布具备带有网孔的纹路。
(3)浸渍整理:将成分为10%聚氨酯聚合物、90%水的整理剂与水稀释,整理剂浓度占比0.32%,加1%醋酸,调节溶液PH为6.5。水刺后带有网孔纹路的布以55m/min速度经过浸渍槽,压辊压力为1.6,保持浸渍后无纺布带液率为130%。
(4)烘干:调节烘干温度为120℃,无纺布经过烘筒与热风穿透,迅速烘干,烘干后含水率为4.5%。
(5)烘干后的布成卷、然后分切成客户需要的幅宽,按要求包装。
实施例2
一种卫生用品面层半拒水材料
材料包括水刺无纺布基布和半拒水整理剂。基布的克重为40克,纹路为平纹,原料为90%粘胶纤维,10%竹纤维。
制备工艺如下:
(1)纤维网制备:将粘胶纤维与竹纤维按比例进行开松、混合、过滤和梳理,得到混合纤维网。
(2)高压水刺:水刺机前四个水刺头压力分别为35、45、65、85,纤维间相互缠结,形成具有一定强度的无纺布。在三号转鼓上装用国产平纹网套,水刺机五、六号水刺头压力为110、100,纤维进一步分散缠结并使得无纺布具备平纹效果。
(3)浸渍整理:将成分为10%聚氨酯聚合物、90%水的整理剂与水稀释,整理剂浓度占比0.5%,加1.5%醋酸,调节溶液PH为6.0。水刺后带有平纹纹路的布以60m/min速度经过浸渍槽,压辊压力为2.1,保持浸渍后无纺布带液率为110%。
(4)烘干:调节烘干温度为135℃,无纺布经过烘筒与热风穿透,迅速烘干,烘干后含水率为4%。
(5)烘干后的布成卷、然后分切成客户需要的幅宽,按要求包装。
实施例3
一种卫生用品面层半拒水材料
材料包括水刺无纺布基布和半拒水整理剂。基布的克重为35克,纹路为22目网孔,原料为90%粘胶纤维、10%竹纤维。
制备工艺如下:
(1)纤维网制备:将粘胶纤维、竹纤维按比例进行开松、混合、过滤和梳理,得到混合纤维网。
(2)高压水刺:水刺机前四个水刺头压力分别为30、45、60、85,纤维间相互缠结,形成具有一定强度的无纺布。在三号转鼓上装用22目网孔网套,水刺机五、六号水刺头压力为105、95,纤维进一步分散缠结并使得无纺布具备带有网孔的纹路。
(3)浸渍整理:将成分为10%聚氨酯聚合物、90%水的整理剂与水稀释,整理剂浓度占比0.6%,加1%醋酸,调节溶液PH为6.2。水刺后带有网孔纹路的布以65m/min速度经过浸渍槽,压辊压力为2.1,保持浸渍后无纺布带液率为120%。
(4)烘干:调节烘干温度为140℃,无纺布经过烘筒与热风穿透,迅速烘干,烘干后含水率为4%。
(5)烘干后的布成卷、然后分切成客户需要的幅宽,按要求包装。
对比例1
专利CN 111549445A公布了一种半拒水纯棉水刺布的制备工艺,通过对棉纤维开清、梳理、铺网、水刺复合、漂白少脱脂、水洗、烘干,最终制备得到半拒水纯棉水刺布,其中漂白少脱脂工序需进行冷堆处理,需要将布卷静置24小时,水洗工序需水洗三次,整个生产流程复杂,耗时较久,不符合非织造布生产流程短、快速高效的特点。
对比例2
专利CN 213538325 U公布了一种半拒水纯棉水刺复合布,结构为无纺布主体、吸收层、抗拉层,最终通过湿强纸来防止液体渗透,达到整个材料半拒水的效果。此方法制备的材料结构复杂,不适用市面上半拒水材料通常应用的卫生用品面层材料领域,成本较高,应用场景不明确,不适用无纺布作为快消品的特点。
试验例1
将实施例1~3、对比例1~2制得的半拒水材料进行性能测试,具体结果详见表1:其中,回渗量和渗透时间的测定参考GB/T 30133标准方法,表面潮感参考客户内部检测标准:一定压力下,对完全浸湿的材料作用一定时间后每单位质量的材料保留液体的量。

根据表1的结果可知,经本发明工艺制备的半拒水材料,液体能快速渗透表层且不在表面扩散,保持材料表面干爽。采用的整理剂无氟无硅,对人体皮肤无刺激,水刺无纺布所用原料100%可自然降解,生产过程环保节能。为一次性卫生材料提供了新的解决方案。

基布和半拒水整理剂;
基布为纹路为平纹或22目网孔的水刺非织造布,重33~50g。

所述水刺非织造布由纤维素纤维制得;
所述半拒水整理剂为聚氨酯聚合物整理剂的稀释液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的半拒水材料,其中:
所述聚氨酯聚合物整理剂的稀释浓度为0.1%~1.0%。
4.一种制备如权利要求1~3任一所述半拒水材料的方法,包括:
1)制备水刺非织造布:取纤维素纤维进行开松、混合、过滤、梳理,得到纤维网,纤维网经过高压水刺机处理,形成具有平纹或22目网孔布面纹路的水刺非织造布;
2)制备半拒水整理剂:将聚氨酯聚合物整理剂与水混合稀释至浓度为0.1%~1.0%,得到半拒水整理剂备用;
3)浸渍整理:水刺非织造布通过装有整理液的浸渍槽后经过轧辊,轧去多余的液体,然后进入烘箱烘干;
