Abstract
The invention discloses a long-acting antibacterial disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the disinfectant comprises the following components: 5-50 parts of disinfection active ingredient, 5-20 parts of film forming agent, 1-10 parts of sterilization synergist, 1-3 parts of pH regulator, 5-20 parts of penetrating agent and 100-200 parts of solvent. The disinfectant can form a layer of protective film on the surface of an object; the antibacterial and disinfectant agent not only has antibacterial and disinfectant functions, but also is convenient to apply, can be conveniently applied to the surfaces of fabrics, wood, metal, ceramics and plastics, and has antibacterial functions after being dried.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectants, relates to a disinfectant, and in particular relates to a long-acting antibacterial disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
A disinfectant refers to an agent that kills pathogenic microorganisms in a transmission medium, thereby rendering it harmless. At present, the disinfectants in the market are various in variety, and different disinfectants have different disinfection effects. In order to overcome the defect of single component, improve the disinfection effect, meet the requirements of ideal disinfectant such as broad spectrum, high efficiency, moderate cost, and the like as much as possible, most disinfectants in the market are compound disinfectants. Glutaraldehyde belongs to aldehyde high-efficiency disinfectants, but has a stimulating effect on mucous membranes and short action time; the decamethylene bromide belongs to a double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound, has smaller antibacterial spectrum and limited action range, and can cooperate with glutaraldehyde to achieve the aim of quick disinfection after being compounded with glutaraldehyde.
The disinfection in a room is mainly represented by the following aspects:
(1) Various indoor pollution sources can be increased continuously along with time, the pollution degree of the indoor environment can be reduced only by indoor disinfection in time, and the pollution sources can be prevented from continuously emitting pollutant indoors, and the pollution sources are prevented from volatilizing in rooms or indoors and forming potential harm to the health of families.
(2) Various bacteria can be caused to grow due to the continuous increase of various pollution components, so that various indoor utensils, wall surfaces and washrooms are required to be disinfected and sterilized to avoid the random transmission of various harmful substances.
(3) The indoor environment is not disinfected for a long time, so that peculiar smell exists, and various bacteria exist in the air. When a person breathes deeply, speaks and sneezes, bacteria and germs can pass through the throat part of the person and then float in the air in the form of droplets and fall at all corners of the home, and particularly when infectious patients exist in the home, the germs carried in the droplets can infect families.
A sustainable antimicrobial disinfectant is thus an indispensable product for every household.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a long-acting antibacterial disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
