技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂领域,具体为一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂。
背景技术
饲料添加剂是指在饲料生产加工、使用过程中添加的少量或微量物质,在饲料中用量很少但作用显著。饲料添加剂是现代饲料工业必然使用的原料,对强化基础饲料营养价值,提高动物生产性能,保证动物健康,节省饲料成本,改善畜禽产品品质等方面有明显的效果;鸡的消化道相对较短,肠道黏膜屏障脆弱。在集约化养殖条件下,与长消化道动物相比更加容易受到不良微生物的侵害,导致各类疾病的发生,严重影响产蛋的质量,从而直接导致养殖户的经济损失,为此我们提出了一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,解决了上述的问题。

为实现上述所述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,按重量份数计,其中含30-50份谷氨酸渣、30-50份高核酸酵母肽、1-3份复合菌制剂、0.3-0.5份复合酶制剂、1-5份氨基酸、4-8份微量元素、1-5份维生素,1-5份大豆卵磷脂、1-5份丙酸钙和10-20份中药粉。
优选的,饲料添加剂还包括5-12份益生菌,所述益生菌为乳杆菌和双歧杆菌,且乳杆菌和双歧杆菌配比为1.5:1。
优选的,所述复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶,且木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶的重量百分比为30-50份:10-30%:5-10%:30-50份:10-30%。
优选的,所述氨基酸包括蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,其中蛋氨酸和赖氨酸配比为6:4。
优选的,所述微量元素按重量份数计含有:0-5%铜元素、0-5%锰元素、0-10%铁元素、0-0.5%硒、0-0.5%碘、0-10%钠元素和0-5%钾元素,铜元素、锰元素、铁元素、0-0.5硒、0-0.5份碘、0-10份钠元素和0-5份钾元素的重量份数不同时为0。
优选的,所述维生素按重量份数计含有:50-80%维生素A、30-50份维生素D3、10-30%维生素E、30-50份维生素K3、5-10%维生素B1、5-10%维生素B2、5-10%维生素B6、1-5份维生素B12、1-2%生物素、20-50%烟酰胺、5-10%叶酸、10-20份泛酸。
优选的,所述中药粉的组分如下:黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草,且黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草的配比为2:1:1:2:2。
优选的,所述饲料添加剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:称量处方量的谷氨酸渣、高核酸酵母肽,加入中药粉进行搅拌混合均匀,形成混合粉料;
S2:向S1制得的混合粉料中依次加入氨基酸、复合菌制剂、复合酶制剂、微量元素、维生素、大豆卵磷脂和丙酸钙,充分搅拌10-20min即可制得饲料调加剂。

一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,按重量份数计,其中含份30-50份谷氨酸渣、份30-50份高核酸酵母肽、份1-3份复合菌制剂、份0.3-0.5份复合酶制剂、份1-5份氨基酸、份4-8份微量元素、份1-5份维生素,份1-5份大豆卵磷脂、份1-5份丙酸钙和份10-20份中药粉。
饲料添加剂还包括5-12份益生菌,所述益生菌为乳杆菌和双歧杆菌,且乳杆菌和双歧杆菌配比为1.5:1。
复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶,且木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶的重量百分比为份30-50份:10-30份:5-10份:份30-50份:10-30份。
氨基酸包括蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,其中蛋氨酸和赖氨酸配比为6:4。
微量元素按重量份数计含有:0-5份铜元素、0-5份锰元素、0-10份铁元素、0-0.5份硒、0-0.5份碘、0-10份钠元素和0-5份钾元素。
维生素按重量份数计含有:50-80份维生素A、份30-50份维生素D3、10-30份维生素E、份30-50份维生素K3、5-10份维生素B1、5-10份维生素B2、5-10份维生素B6、份1-5份维生素B12、1-2份生物素、20-50份烟酰胺、5-10份叶酸、份10-20份泛酸。
中药粉的组分如下:黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草,且黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草的配比为2:1:1:2:2;鸡在产蛋后期,由于体内的造血机能和其他生理代谢减退,经常会出现产蛋率下降软壳蛋白壳蛋及肉品质不佳等现象。当归具有较好的补血活血功效,因此能很好改善肌肉品质和蛋品质;益母草、夏枯草具有益气健脾、渗湿止泻的功能;黄芪富含丰富的氨基酸、蔗糖、葡萄糖醛酸、微量叶酸、丰富的钙、磷及多种必须微量元素,铁含量较高;通过对中草药的合理配伍,使得各有益成分可发挥最大功效,长期食用本添加剂后,蛋鸡的发病率大大降低,其产蛋营养价值和产量也有较大提高,而且中药组合物兼具营养性的功效,含有较多的皂甙、生物碱、黄酮和多糖类物质,同时富含动物机体所必需的多种氨基酸、矿物质微量元素及维生素,具有理气补血、活血化瘀、增强机体抗病能力、激发鸡群生产性能等作用。不但消除了化学药物对动物机体交叉反应及对畜产品的残留污染,而且有利于Zn,Cu,Fe,Se等保健元素在鸡蛋中的沉积,有效改善了鸡蛋品质,当归与党参复合剂不但能较理想地保持蛋鸡的产蛋率和产蛋量,同时降低了料蛋比,有效提高蛋鸡生产性能。
饲料添加剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:称量处方量的谷氨酸渣、高核酸酵母肽,加入中药粉进行搅拌混合均匀,形成混合粉料;
S2:向S1制得的混合粉料中依次加入氨基酸、复合菌制剂、复合酶制剂、微量元素、维生素、大豆卵磷脂和丙酸钙,充分搅拌10-20min即可制得饲料调加剂。
实施例一
一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,按重量份数计,其中含35份谷氨酸渣、45份高核酸酵母肽、1份复合菌制剂、0.3份复合酶制剂、1份氨基酸、4份微量元素、1份维生素,1份大豆卵磷脂、1份丙酸钙和12份中药粉。
复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶,且木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶的重量百分比为40份:20份:7份:40份:2份。
氨基酸包括蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,其中蛋氨酸和赖氨酸配比为6:4。
微量元素按重量份数计含有:2份铜元素、2份锰元素、5份铁元素、0.2份硒、0.2份碘、5份钠元素和3份钾元素。
维生素按重量份数计含有:65份维生素A、40份维生素D3、20份维生素E、40份维生素K3、7份维生素B1、8份维生素B2、8份维生素B6、2份维生素B12、1份生物素、35份烟酰胺、7份叶酸、15份泛酸。

微量元素按重量份数计含有:2份铜元素、2份锰元素、5份铁元素、0.2份硒、0.2份碘、5份钠元素和3份钾元素。
维生素按重量份数计含有:65份维生素A、40份维生素D3、20份维生素E、40份维生素K3、7份维生素B1、8份维生素B2、8份维生素B6、2份维生素B12、1份生物素、35份烟酰胺、7份叶酸、15份泛酸。

微量元素按重量份数计含有:2份铜元素、2份锰元素、5份铁元素、0.2份硒、0.2份碘、5份钠元素和3份钾元素。
维生素按重量份数计含有:65份维生素A、40份维生素D3、20份维生素E、40份维生素K3、7份维生素B1、8份维生素B2、8份维生素B6、2份维生素B12、1份生物素、35份烟酰胺、7份叶酸、15份泛酸。
维生素按重量份数计含有:50-80份维生素A、份30-50份维生素D3、10-30份维生素E、份30-50份维生素K3、5-10份维生素B1、5-10份维生素B2、5-10份维生素B6、份1-5份维生素B12、1-2份生物素、20-50份烟酰胺、5-10份叶酸、份10-20份泛酸。

实验
分别用实施例一、实施例二和实施例三制得的饲料添加剂以及豆粕对产蛋期的鸡进行使用,每吨饲料分别添加4%实施例一、实施例二和实施例三制得的饲料添加剂以及40公斤豆粕,且使用每吨饲料对500只蛋鸡连续喂养130天,并记录蛋鸡的发病率、产蛋量及产蛋破损率(破损率的统计包括碎蛋、软壳蛋、薄皮蛋、畸形蛋、血斑蛋、蛋色不正等异常蛋)结果如下表所示:
根据数据结果,观察蛋鸡变化得到试验蛋鸡粪便细腻变黑,粪便中营养物质减少,证明消化利用度高,蛋壳品质变好,畸形蛋减少,且鸡群精神状态变好,羽毛鲜亮,冠髯趾爪皮肤颜色鲜亮。
该饲料添加剂通过精装配比谷氨酸渣、高核酸酵母肽、复合菌制剂、复合酶制剂、氨基酸、微量元素、维生素,大豆卵磷脂、丙酸钙和中药粉,将其混合为饲料添加剂添加到饲料中为蛋鸡产蛋期提供丰富、均衡的营养,同时能补充微量元素、钙磷、维生素等,大大提高了蛋鸡的产蛋品质;通过以家畜可消化的氨基酸为基础,根据理想的蛋白质模型配置饲料,添加赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸等一系列氨基酸不仅可以代替豆粕等植物性蛋白原料的使用,减少饲料中粗蛋白含量,而且有利于蛋鸡产蛋率和产蛋品质的提高;复合酶制剂、微量元素预混料以及维生素预混料的添加则可以作为益生营养调控因子,起到调节蛋鸡肠胃菌群平衡,提高免疫力的作用,非常有利于改善蛋鸡的产蛋品质。
实施例四
一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,按重量份数计,其中含30份谷氨酸渣、50份高核酸酵母肽、2份复合菌制剂、0.4份复合酶制剂、2份氨基酸、5份微量元素、2份维生素,2份大豆卵磷脂、2份丙酸钙和10份中药粉;
还包括7份益生菌,所述益生菌为乳杆菌和双歧杆菌,且乳杆菌和双歧杆菌配比为1.5:1。
微量元素按重量份数计含有:2份铜元素、2份锰元素、5份铁元素、0.2份硒、0.2份碘、5份钠元素和3份钾元素。
维生素按重量份数计含有:65份维生素A、40份维生素D3、20份维生素E、40份维生素K3、7份维生素B1、8份维生素B2、8份维生素B6、2份维生素B12、1份生物素、35份烟酰胺、7份叶酸、15份泛酸。
中药粉的组分如下:黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草,且黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草的配比为2:1:1:2:2。

实施例五
一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,按重量份数计,其中含30份谷氨酸渣、50份高核酸酵母肽、2份复合菌制剂、0.4份复合酶制剂、2份氨基酸、5份微量元素、2份维生素,2份大豆卵磷脂、2份丙酸钙和10份中药粉。
微量元素按重量份数计含有:2份铜元素、2份锰元素、5份铁元素、0.2份硒、0.2份碘、5份钠元素和3份钾元素。
维生素按重量份数计含有:65份维生素A、40份维生素D3、20份维生素E、40份维生素K3、7份维生素B1、8份维生素B2、8份维生素B6、2份维生素B12、1份生物素、35份烟酰胺、7份叶酸、15份泛酸。

根据实验数据可得,通过中药粉中的丝兰,具有改善动物消化道环境,改善肉产品品质,促进营养物质吸收,提高饲料利用率等具有重要作用,特别是丝兰提取物具有独特的固氮能力,对降低畜禽粪便中的氨气、硫化氢、粪臭素等有害物浓度,以及改善饲养环境方面效果显著。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:按重量份数计,其中包括:30-50份谷氨酸渣、30-50份高核酸酵母肽、1-3份复合菌制剂、0.3-0.5份复合酶制剂、1-5份氨基酸、4-8份微量元素、1-5份维生素,1-5份大豆卵磷脂、1-5份丙酸钙和10-20份中药粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:还包括5-12份益生菌,所述益生菌为乳杆菌和双歧杆菌,且乳杆菌和双歧杆菌配比为1.5:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶,且木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和β-葡聚糖酶的重量比为30-50:10-30:5-10:30-50:10-30。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述氨基酸包括蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,其中蛋氨酸和赖氨酸配比为6:4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述微量元素按重量份数计含有:0-5份铜元素、0-5份锰元素、0-10份铁元素、0-0.5份硒、0-0.5份碘、0-10份钠元素和0-5份钾元素,铜元素、锰元素、铁元素、0-0.5份硒、0-0.5份碘、0-10份钠元素和0-5份钾元素的重量份数不同时为0。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述维生素按重量份数计含有:50-80份维生素A、30-50份维生素D3、10-30份维生素E、30-50份维生素K3、5-10份维生素B1、5-10份维生素B2、5-10份维生素B6、1-5份维生素B12、1-2份生物素、20-50份烟酰胺、5-10份叶酸、10-20份泛酸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述中药粉的组分如下:黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草,且黄芪、当归、党参、丝兰和益母草的配比为2:1:1:2:2。
8.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种替代豆粕并促进肠道吸收、改善蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述饲料添加剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:称量处方量的谷氨酸渣、高核酸酵母肽,加入中药粉进行搅拌混合均匀,形成混合粉料;
S2:向S1制得的混合粉料中依次加入氨基酸、复合菌制剂、复合酶制剂、微量元素、维生素、益生菌、大豆卵磷脂和丙酸钙,充分搅拌10-20min即可制得饲添加剂。
