Description

Plant growth promotion method based on organic silicon, system and electronic equipment thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant growth promotion, in particular to a plant growth promotion method based on organic silicon, a system and electronic equipment thereof.
Background
Light is an important environmental factor for crop growth and development, and light quality (wave band composition) and illumination intensity have great influence on crop morphogenesis, photosynthesis, metabolic regulation and quality. The 1-3 months each year is the season of each region with the lowest annual gas temperature and illumination intensity, the least number of illumination hours and frequent cold invasion. The unfavorable climate conditions lead to that plants in various places are subjected to heat preservation and concentrated seedling raising measures, but the cultivated plants are weak due to insufficient illumination, poor in stress resistance and long in seedling stage after transplanting, so that the growth yield and quality of the plants are greatly influenced. Therefore, the temperature is low, and the insufficient illumination time is one of the main reasons that the plant quality of the tobacco areas is difficult to improve.
The prior art reports an LED plant growth lamp composed of a chip and a chip mode, which is used for supplementing illumination in vegetable, flower greenhouse and greenhouse, and is characterized in that: the light-emitting diode has the advantages of rich wavelength types, high luminous efficiency, low heat load, long service life, energy conservation, environmental protection, low running cost and the like. However, the chip-on-chip mode has two problems: the spectrum obtained by the mode of the blue light chip and the red light chip is a line spectrum and is far away from sunlight, so that the original growth environment of plants is kept away; secondly, the price of the red light chip is more than 2-3 times of that of the blue light chip, and meanwhile, the double-chip packaging mode increases the difficulty of the process, indirectly improves the production cost, so that the application and popularization of the LED plant lighting device in the chip-on-chip mode are restricted, in the prior art, the temperature and the illumination intensity are always in a change stage, when the temperature compensating device and the natural temperature are overlapped to cause the overhigh temperature or the light intensity caused by the overlapping of the light compensating illumination intensity and the natural light illumination intensity is overhigh, certain energy waste can be caused, the environment where plants are located is also fluctuated, and the optimal growth of the plants is influenced
Thus, the prior art is still to be further developed.

The method and the device have the advantages that when the total time data is larger than or equal to the third preset threshold value, the fact that the illumination required by the plant on the same day is sufficient is proved, and at the moment, the control signal related to the turn-off of the GBT transistor in the LED growth promoting light source is output to control the turn-off of the LED growth promoting light source, so that energy is saved, personnel participation is not needed, the intelligent degree and the automation degree of the method and the device are improved to a great extent, and the workload of workers is reduced.
S200, judging whether the environmental temperature data is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value or not, and judging whether the illumination intensity data is smaller than a second preset threshold value or not.
S300, outputting control signals related to adjusting the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the LED growth promoting light source and/or the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the heating module according to the judging result.
Specifically, the S300 includes:
if the temperature data is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value and the illumination intensity data is less than a second preset threshold value, outputting a control signal for reducing the output duty ratio of the I GBT switch tube of the heating module according to the first preset proportion, collecting the illumination intensity data and the environmental temperature data of the environment where the next plant is located according to a second monitoring period, judging whether the next illumination intensity data is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold value, and outputting a control signal related to adjusting the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the LED growth-promoting light source and/or the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the heating module according to a judging result.
It should be noted that when the temperature data is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold value and the illumination intensity data is smaller than the second preset threshold value, it is proved that at this time, the environmental temperature is higher and the illumination intensity is lower, at this time, the molecular movement speed is accelerated by heating, the intermolecular collision probability is increased, the non-radiative transition is increased, thereby reducing the characteristic of fluorescence efficiency, by outputting the control signal for reducing the output duty ratio of the I GBT switch tube of the heating module according to the first preset proportion, the environmental temperature of the plant is properly reduced, thereby improving the fluorescence efficiency, realizing the utilization of environmental heat, reducing the energy consumption of the system, saving energy sources to a great extent, conforming to the technical development concept of energy conservation and emission reduction, realizing the dynamic complementary adjustment of the temperature and illumination intensity of the environment of the plant, saving energy sources to a great extent, improving the stability of the temperature and illumination intensity of the environment of the plant, and improving the consistency of plant growth. Preferably, the first preset proportion is 3%, and setting the first preset proportion to 3% is obtained by a plurality of experiments by the technicians of the invention, so that the dynamic complementary adjustment of the temperature and the illumination intensity of the environment where the plants are located can be better realized.
The invention also acquires illumination intensity data and environment temperature data of the environment where the next plant is located according to a second monitoring period, judges whether the illumination intensity data of the next time is larger than or equal to a second preset threshold value, judges whether the illumination intensity data is lifted to a data interval suitable for plant production by the reduction of the environment temperature, and outputs control signals related to adjusting the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the LED growth-promoting light source and/or the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the heating module according to the judging result. The intelligent degree and usability of the invention are further improved.
Specifically, the S300 further includes:
if the next illumination intensity data is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold, returning to step S100.
If the next illumination intensity data is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold, it is proved that the reduction of the ambient temperature increases the illumination intensity data to a data interval suitable for plant production, and the step S100 is returned to continue to perform the normalization monitoring, so that the intelligent degree and the automation degree of the invention are further improved, the consistency of plant growth and the stability of the production environment are further improved, and the application scene of the invention is further expanded.
Specifically, the S300 further includes:
if the next illumination intensity data is smaller than a second preset threshold value, outputting a control signal related to increasing the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the LED growth promoting light source according to a first preset proportion, collecting third environmental temperature data according to a second monitoring period, judging whether the third environmental temperature data is larger than or equal to the first preset threshold value, and outputting a control signal related to adjusting the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the LED growth promoting light source and/or the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the heating module according to a judging result.
If the next time the illumination intensity data is smaller than the second preset threshold, it is proved that the illumination intensity data is not increased to the data interval suitable for plant production by the decrease of the ambient temperature, at this time, the output power of the LED growth promoting light source is increased by increasing the control signal of the output duty ratio of the I GBT transistor in the LED growth promoting light source according to the first preset proportion, so as to increase the illumination intensity of the environment where the plant is located, and by collecting the third ambient temperature data according to the second monitoring period, it is determined whether the third ambient temperature data is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, it is determined whether the ambient temperature is reduced to below the first preset threshold by the above steps, if the third ambient temperature data is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, it is proved that the ambient temperature is not reduced to below the first preset threshold by the above steps, at this time, it is not necessary to increase the ambient temperature, it is returned to step S100 to perform the normal monitoring,
if the third time of environmental temperature data is smaller than the first preset threshold value, the environmental temperature is proved to be reduced to be below the first preset threshold value by the steps, and the environmental temperature needs to be increased to improve the plant production quality. Complex algorithm modeling is not needed, the application and maintenance cost is low, and the application scene of the invention is greatly expanded.
