本发明公开了一种用于新旧水泥墙面、混凝土墙面的防水腻子，由浓度为50%聚合物乳胶、填料、助剂和水按重量配比12～20∶65～73∶1～5∶10～15配制而成，能够渗入水泥基层与涂层有机结合，并与涂层抹灰基底完全融为一体，抵抗水泥基层的龟裂，它是现代化学涂料作为建筑涂饰的重要表现形式，兼有有机涂料与无机涂料的优点。

所属技术领域：
本发明涉及一种抹外墙的涂料腻子，特别是一种用于新旧水泥墙面、混凝土墙面的防水腻子。
背景技术：
通常内外墙的抹灰基面均存在各种缺陷，在刷涂料之前都要批刮腻子。目前已知的腻子是用滑石粉、羧甲基纤维素、107胶和白乳胶等组成，这种腻子粘结强度低，耐水性差，收缩性大，因此，易空鼓、脱落和龟裂。或者由树脂乳液配上填料制成，其粘结力大大提高，但由于涂层薄，对基面平整度要求高，填补空洞的能力也差。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种耐水性好的用于新旧水泥、混凝土外墙面的防水腻子。该腻子能够渗入水泥基层，与涂层有机结合，同时，其独特的柔韧性，能抵抗水泥基层的龟裂。
本发明的技术方案如下：
本发明的特征在于：由浓度为50％聚合物乳胶、填料、助剂和水按重量配比12～20∶65～73∶1～5∶10～15配制而成。
本发明所述的浓度为50％聚合物乳胶是丙烯酸或者硅改性丙烯酸或者氟改性丙烯酸。
本发明所述的填料是滑石粉或者碳酸钙粉或者膨润土或类似物。
本发明所述的助剂是早强剂或者流平剂类或类似物。
本发明批刮于墙体的具体施工方法如下：
1、用批刀将防水外墙腻子满批均匀，待2小时腻层干燥以后即可砂磨，砂磨后，用抹布除尘；
2、施工要求：平整度≤0.3mm，无任何批刮痕迹，光滑，用手摸无凸凹不平感觉。
本发明耐水性好，可用于新旧水泥、混凝土外墙面，该腻子能够渗入水泥基层，与涂层有机结合，其独特的柔韧性能抵抗水泥基层的龟裂。

实施例1：
本发明由浓度为50％聚合物乳胶、填料、助剂和水按重量配比15∶70∶2∶13配制而成。
本发明所述的浓度为50％聚合物乳胶是丙烯酸或者硅改性丙烯酸或者氟改性丙烯酸，如罗卜哈斯厂生产的丙烯酸。
本发明所述的填料是滑石粉或者碳酸钙粉或者膨润土，如广州硫酸厂生产的滑石粉。
本发明所述的助剂是早强剂或者流平剂，如德国毕克厂生产的BYK104。
实施例2：本发明由浓度为50％聚合物乳胶、填料、助剂和水按重量配比20∶65∶2∶13配制而成。
本发明原料易得，易于施工，具有极强的防水性，能够渗入水泥基层与涂层有机结合，并与涂层抹灰基底完全融为一体；其独特的柔韧性，能抵抗水泥基层的龟裂，它是现代化学涂料作为建筑涂饰的重要表现形式，兼有有机涂料与无机涂料的优点。

1、一种抹墙基料防水腻子，其特征在于：由浓度为50％聚合物乳胶、填料、助剂和水按重量配比12～20∶65～73∶1～5∶10～15配制而成，其中：
所述的浓度为50％聚合物乳胶是丙烯酸或者硅改性丙烯酸或者氟改性聚合物；
所述的填料是滑石粉或者碳酸钙粉或者膨润土；
所述的助剂是早强剂或者流平剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种抹墙基料防水腻子，其特征在于：由浓度为50％聚合物乳胶、填料、助剂和水按重量配比15∶70∶2∶13配制而成。
