Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product 3D glue, in particular to a skin care product 3D glue with multiple functions and curative effects.
Background
The conventional adhesive for sticking the human body has several major problems, such as a common self-adhesive tape or gummed paper, and the most common adhesive bandage in the adhesive tape can be removed when the adhesive is stuck on the skin, so that sweat can flow; when the plaster is dried, the plaster has strong adhesive force for a long time, and the plaster can damage skin after being torn off; too much time, skin allergy and the like.
The general glue is not adhered to the skin, the solid glue is needed, no cosmetic is available like the solid glue, and the medical adhesive has the following problems: the rubber adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive or medical double faced adhesive tape in the market has been tried to have too great adhesion force to the skin of human body, and the skin is torn off due to different colors when the rubber adhesive is torn off. In addition, the adhesive force to the surface of the non-woven fabric, the textile cloth and other cloth is not very firm, and the non-woven fabric, the textile cloth and other cloth is easy to be de-adhered. Therefore, an additional colloid is needed, which can be used frequently and for a long time.
The adhesive force is strong, so that the skin hair follicle and the like are often damaged, and experiments are carried out, such as the rubber is adopted to paste the object to be pasted, so that a lot of sweat is removed by tearing off the rubber, the hair follicle is damaged, the skin is stimulated, and the skin is easy to inflame and allergic. And the pressure-sensitive adhesive is torn off, so that the rubberized skin becomes white, and compared with the skin with the periphery not rubberized, cells such as epidermis horny layer and the like can be torn off. Especially for the fragile skin on the face. On the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the rubber adhesive are poor in adhesion effect when being used for adhering the adhered objects, and are easy to deglue. There is a need for a glue for such cloths and direct attachment to the human or animal body that can be used to secure things to the skin of the human body without damaging the skin.
The existing glue or pasting structure is thin and thin, and belongs to two dimensions on one plane, such as medical rubber glue, pressure sensitive adhesive or double faced adhesive tape. And the test shows that the adhesive force to the skin of the human body is too large, the skin color is different when the skin is torn off, and the epidermis is torn off. In addition, the adhesive force to the surface of the device, non-woven fabric, woven fabric and other fabrics is not very firm, and the device is easy to debond. Therefore, an additional colloid is needed, which can be used frequently and for a long time.
The existing medical adhesive tape is airtight, moisture and sweat on skin are not easy to diffuse, so that the adhesive force of the adhesive tape is reduced, the adhesive tape is easy to fall off, skin is whitened and wrinkled even, bacteria are easy to grow, and the phenomena of wound inflammation, wound difficult healing and the like occur.
The paste and the film forming agent form a framework and a space, sweat can be volatilized from the side after being stored, and the two problems are solved.
Has a thickness and can relax skin and have elasticity.
In the earliest research and implementation of the inventor, when the paste is used for plugging the leakage, the fluidity is close to that of the toothpaste, the skin care cream containing a small amount of glue can be used for pasting an adherend, the fixing belt of the embodiment can be even not used, the effect of pasting the object can be realized, and the novel 3D glue can be found. A novel skin care product is provided. The adhesive paste has various effects, such as sweat and oil storage, and can be more adhered to the contour, ravines and lines of human skin, so that the three-dimensional category is embodied, and the use of the adhesive can be greatly reduced, so that the adhesive paste becomes a skin care product. I.e. a three-dimensional glue, the industry commonly refers to three-dimensional as 3D, and 3D-like printing is a visual understanding.
In fact, many things need to be adhered to the skin, for example, a man runs, breasts can be rubbed, skin is severely broken and chest protector is needed, but the prior products mainly adhere to the skin by the adhesive force of the adhesive, so that many problems are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides 3D glue and a method, which solve the problems in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention also provides a new cosmetic, no existing cosmetic can directly attach cloth and other objects on the face before, and the cosmetic is suitable for different people due to long-time use. The 3D glue is required to be accepted by a large number of people and various people including skin allergy, including young children, so that a safe and reliable cosmetic or skin care product is needed.
The prior art basically adopts adhesive bonding similar to adhesive, such as: pressure-sensitive adhesive, adhesive plaster, silica gel paste, double-sided adhesive and magic tape. Through testing, the adhesive has the following problems: the adhesive force is strong, often damages skin hair follicles and the like, and experiments prove that when the skin hair follicles are torn off, a plurality of sweat hairs are adhered, the hair follicles are damaged, the skin is stimulated, and inflammation and allergy are easily caused. After tearing off, the skin on which the adhesive is applied becomes white, and cells such as the epidermis horny layer are torn off as compared with the skin on which the adhesive is not applied on the periphery. Especially for the fragile skin on the face. On the other hand, the adhesive cloth has poor adhesive effect and is easy to degum. There is a need for a new glue that can also be used for direct application of cloth to the human body, for application of items to the skin of the human body, and that does not damage the skin and is beneficial to the skin.
One of ordinary skill in the art is prejudicial, and many people feel that the adhesive on the market can be adhered to many things including masks, but the fact is not. Because some prior magic tapes, double-sided adhesives, self-adhesive tapes, silica gel pastes, gel pastes and the like are tested in the early stage, glass cement with high viscosity is tested, and some sticky skin care products are tested, the following tests are detailed, the sticking is not found, and the following is the easiest occurrence: the mask can be separated from the skin of the face in the middle of the two side edges, and the mask leaks in a trip, which is fatal to the protection of wearing the mask, and the mask is basically abandoned because the environment protection which is dangerous originally requires sealing and the mask is abandoned.
The prior Shen Qingchu mask is provided with a pasting structure at the periphery, although similar applications exist for many years, none of the pasting structures has practicability, industrialization and no corresponding products are available in the market, the inventor performs the implementation according to the embodiments of the prior applications, and discovers that whether gel, silica gel and pressure-sensitive adhesive are adopted, a thin adhesive layer is adopted, the skin of a human body has rich three-dimensional curves, and the pasting structure also has special movement and stress, and can be used for being pasted on the human body to adapt to the dynamics by taking the example. Therefore, even if the adhesive layer is matched with soft materials such as gel, silica gel and the like, the adhesive at each position point can only move in two-dimensional directions, so that after things are attached to the skin through the structures, the problems of degumming, non-adhesion and the like easily occur, and even the risk of detachment occurs.
The present invention has been found through extensive research to find out that the skin has a rich three-dimensional curve, and that there is a need for an adhesive structure and composition that is capable of moving in three dimensions after applying something to the skin, particularly just after applying to the skin.
It was later discovered by accident that the paste of some components was adjusted to be non-flowing, capable of sticking and not falling off, so that this non-flowing property was found to be important for applying skin patches.
The inventor has studied and explained how it is not flowable like toothpaste by mechanics, or how it is not flowable like bingham fluid, because toothpaste is squeezed out on the bristles of a toothbrush during brushing and flows into the bristles quickly if there is fluidity. And the other important point is that the paste is stuck by using a non-flowing paste, so that the paste can not be deformed and the structure of the paste is not damaged, and the atmospheric pressure can be well utilized.
There is a technical prejudice that the adhesive structure of the prior application is also thick and thick, but the inventor researches the field and mechanics, and the fact is not the same, the adhesive structure of the prior application technical scheme truly plays the role of gluing a thin layer of self-adhesive, if the object to be glued is provided with the thick layer of self-adhesive, the object is easy to deform and store, and a lot of residual adhesive is torn off, the thickness units describing that the thickness of the residual adhesive are more suitable are micrometers, and the 3D glue proposed by the inventor is a new object, a new connection relation, and the suitable thickness units of the self-adhesive are millimeters. For example, the thickness of the pressure sensitive adhesive is about 20 micrometers, and the thickness of the 3D glue is more than 0.5 millimeter.
The inventor solves the problem by using a new substance and connection relation, and proposes 3D glue, and a paste, particularly a paste which is not flowable like toothpaste, is the best way to solve the problem. Mainly based on the following two points:
1. such pastes are very bulky. 1. The functional substances can be contained much more, the particle size of the functional substances can be larger, the acting durability is strong, the paste is large in capacity, the multifunctional can be realized, a plurality of active substances are contained in the paste, even the reaction changes, and the form can be changed much. The thin adhesive layer is effective in treating skin, and is difficult to release for a long time.
2. The paste can prevent allergy and dip, namely the pressure sensitive adhesive is airtight when sweat flows out, sweat is not discharged out, skin is easy to be stimulated, allergy is caused, the paste has large accommodation, so that sweat and moisture can be absorbed, oil can be absorbed, and the paste can be stored, and particularly the paste has better effect by adopting water-soluble components.
2. Such pastes can be applied with a variety of forces, including with atmospheric pressure, thereby greatly reducing the amount of adhesive used. The non-fluidity can ensure that the paste cannot deform and the structure of the paste cannot be destroyed, so that the paste can be used for atmospheric pressure.
The film forming agent is additionally added, and the great force can be increased, so that the inventor refers to the "root principle", namely that the paste permeates into gaps of skin and fills facial ravines. After the film forming agent is solidified, the film forming agent is firmly grasped like putting tree roots on facial ravines. The adoption of the film forming agent solves two problems, namely, the film forming agent plays a role of a root principle, and the film forming agent is easy to remove from skin. 3. The film forming agent is favorable for absorbing and storing sweat and grease.
The following significant advances are also made with such pastes.
1. The connection place of the attached object and the skin can ensure that the stress of each point is relatively uniform, reduce or prevent stress concentration, and avoid the risks of degumming and separation. 2. The skin three-dimensional curve is rich, the distance between the object to be pasted and the skin is long or short, and the paste is very suitable for connecting the two objects, so that the connection ensures that each point is connected, the connecting area is greatly increased compared with the prior technical schemes, the adhesive is greatly reduced, and the same pasting force is realized. It is also the new connection and structure, greatly reducing the use of adhesives, and the skin care ingredients can be used in a large number, so that the adhered substance is changed from an adhesive to a skin care article, which is a qualitative change of the invention. The skin care is mainly changed, the pasting effect is auxiliary, and the long-time use is convenient, and the 3D glue can be used.
The invention has the following greater findings and applications in a plurality of previous tests:
unlike the mask for pasting, which is used for protecting infectious diseases, the mask can not be degummed and leaked, and the mask for pasting is used for pasting skin normally, so that the pasting force can be reduced greatly. The present invention has found that it is important that it is not fluid, that is, that atmospheric pressure can be fully utilized, and that it is only slightly adhesive. Or very little adhesive is added. The purpose of pasting can be realized. Because atmospheric pressure is used, non-flowability is important, and as soon as the flow breaks its own structure, the atmospheric pressure is not used. It has been found that it is possible to use a wide variety of ingredients of skin care products, mainly skin care products, with very little other ingredients, and this has become a particular skin care product. Thus, the content of the cosmetics catalog can be at least 50% larger, which can be realized by using a plurality of ingredients at random. For this purpose, many tests have been carried out, and many special glues with very strong adhesion, including glass glues, have been purchased, and problems have been found to occur as long as there is fluidity. The glue composition applied to the skin can be greatly modified, and in addition, the glue composition can infiltrate into the ravines of the skin and also can be matched with the shape of the skin. For example, the skin is arc-shaped, and the three drops of glue fit the shape, so that the adhesive property is strong. After drying, it is the shape that fits it, and this adhesion is also increased, which is one of the reasons for the 3D glue.
Since the pressure-sensitive adhesive (pressure-sensitive adhesive) can be repeatedly stuck, the pressure-sensitive adhesive (pressure-sensitive adhesive) may be more preferable. However, the existing pressure-sensitive adhesive solvents may be sensitive to skin, so that the existing pressure-sensitive adhesive solvents are generally not free of fluidity but are made to be close to solids, so that filling of skin gaps is further limited, and thus, the atmospheric pressure cannot be well utilized. Another way of making 3D glue can be used, namely, the existing self-adhesive glue is used to add the cosmetic skin care product, and the cosmetic skin care product is added into the paste. For example, the self-adhesive or the self-adhesive base (basically having the performance of the self-adhesive) and the skin care product containing the film forming agent can be mixed and stirred to be prepared into a non-flowing paste. A staggered spacing of substances which are impermeable to air and breathable substances, which absorb and do not absorb sweat, which are detrimental to the skin and which repair nourishing skin is formed. In addition, the self-adhesive is also distributed in the 3D glue like countless small suckers.
The 3D glue mainly comprises components of skin care products, wherein the components can be selected from a cosmetic component catalog. The component powder is finer because it is made into a non-flowable paste by using the atmosphere, and then the active substance is added as needed.
When in use, the cream is stuck on the skin in a non-flowing paste form, and fits the arc shape of the skin, and the textures, the concave-convex and the ravines of the skin surface are also formed. And more importantly, conforms to the arc shape of the skin. After drying, there is also this arc. So the requirement on the formula is not high, and the preparation can be realized in many ways. The key is therefore this state, a new state.
In addition, the 3D glue needs to be innovated in storage and use, and an innovative structure is needed.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
in particular to the wearable equipment, wig and milk paste, which has good functions and effects.
The wearable device which is beneficial to pasting can enable possible devices to be pasted at will.
3. The adhesive is sealed and stored in a paste form, so that the adhesive can still maintain the effect in the long-time storage process.
4. According to the prior art constructions of the prior art, the adhesive is used in a large amount to attach the mask to the face without removal, but tearing the mask can cause damage to the skin, and if the adhesive is used in a small amount, the adhesive is not firmly attached.
5. The transdermal absorption is greatly promoted, and the paste can keep the efficacy and the high permeability of the substance.
The 3D glue becomes a paste with extremely high adaptation requirement and extremely multiple functions.
After long-time test and use by a plurality of people, the 3D glue is already an adhesive with skin care function, and fills the blank.
The novel 3D glue, in particular to a bead-explosion type glue, can meet the two functions of efficacy and adhesion at one time and can solve the problem of storing the two substances at one time.

The mask protection article of the invention is: the mask, the related parts on the mask, the related articles of the mask, or the related articles of breathing, comprises a small mask for nose and a large mask including a face mask.
The tackiness referred to in the present invention also means the adhesive strength of the adhesive, and can be expressed in terms of peel strength.
The extract according to the present invention refers to all extractable substances harmless to the human body unless otherwise specified.
The active ingredients and the functional ingredients of the invention are functional substances.
Because the mask is worn on the face for a long time, the influence on the comfort of a person is large, the person can feel stuffy, breathe and speak, and the like, so that the space humidity formed by the mask and the mouth and nose is large, bacteria are easy to breed, and the influence on the comfort of the person is large, and therefore, the functional substances contained in the 3D glue are particularly used for wearing the mask.
Solving these problems can be implemented as follows:
the following examples are all examples that have been explored for the purpose of making skin and the like more comfortable.
An important thing is that, unlike the mask used for pasting, the mask is required to protect infectious diseases, the mask cannot be degummed and leaked, and the pasting force can be reduced greatly when the mask is used for pasting the skin. Thus, the content of the cosmetic catalogue can be at least 50% more. This can be achieved with a large number of ingredients at will, and we have made a large number of tests, buying a large number of special glues with very strong adhesion, including glass glues, and found that fluidity is a problem, so a major breakthrough. After drying, the shape of the adhesive is matched, and the attaching force is increased, so that the 3D glue is also called.
Should be repeatable and may be more biased towards pressure sensitive adhesives. There may be another way to produce 3D glue, namely to take the existing self-adhesive glue to add cosmetic skin care products, to add it into a non-flowing paste.
In the embodiment, the 3D glue utilizes the existing self-adhesive glue, and is added with a non-flowing skin care product component, preferably a powdery skin care product, so that a gap is occupied in the glue, a space is reserved, for example, polyvinyl alcohol and the like are added, a net-shaped framework can be formed in the glue, sweat absorption, water absorption and the like can be realized, sticky powder is preferred, a lot of common plant powder has a certain viscosity, and aloe powder and jujube powder are mixed into a non-flowing paste.
The skin care product components which are not flowing in form can be subjected to simple safety tests on the individual material components listed in the invention or can be selected according to the content suggestions of the cosmetic catalogue and can be formulated according to the content suggestions of the cosmetic catalogue, the form is not flowing, and the flowing can be subjected to desolventizing treatment, such as dehydration treatment, or water stirring is not added, or the skin care product components are not flowing. Preferably a powdered skin care product ingredient.
And a layer of 3D glue is coated on the surface of the bottom layer, the bottom layer is made of airtight materials, the periphery of the bottom layer is left to be uncoated, the upper layer is made of airtight materials, such as a film, and the periphery of the upper layer is in sealing connection with the periphery of the bottom layer, such as hot pressing. And air is filled between the upper layer and the layer of 3D glue. So that the upper layer does not contact the 3D glue.
The 3D glue adds functional particles, such as sweat-absorbent, e.g. cotton fibers; such as power generation, such as skin sensors.
The 3D glue is super-two-dimensional, the 3D glue is matched with the roughness and the wrinkles of the skin, and a matched model is formed after the 3D glue is dried. The adhesive is greatly reduced, so that the property of the 3D glue to the skin care product is changed, the better the skin is, and 3D can be added with a plurality of 3-dimensional things, such as a small sucking disc, a small ventilation pipeline, such as bamboo charcoal powder, and 3D glue is added with functional particles, such as sweat-absorbing cotton fibers; such as power generation, such as skin sensors.
The existing black plaster has the problems that the existing black plaster needs to be burned with fire, is not easy to grasp, and can hurt functional substances after being burned, also can cause turbulence, pollute clothes and remain on the skin.
The 3D glue woolen cloth is also provided with a semi-self-adhesive, namely, the self-adhesive and the film forming agent are added, and then the self-adhesive is dried after being regulated to about four hours, so that the self-adhesive is more favorable for tearing off to remove the adhesive, and meanwhile, the adhesive force is also increased.
Alternatively, a substance having that effect such as cotton fiber, a substance for generating electricity may be added.
3D glue and innovative structure thereof
The invention adopts a small mask bag to hold an object similar to 3D glue, can be used for masks and mask bag paste, and can be extruded, exploded and flowed out.
The following 3D glue has different shapes or existence forms, and the form and the expression form can better reflect the 3D three-dimensional characteristics.
The 3D glue is implemented (new method and new structure of glue), the 3D glue is wrapped by the shell of the explosion bead and the microcapsule, and is fixed on the surface of the object, when the object needs to be pasted, the shell of the explosion bead and the microcapsule indicated by the object is extruded, so that the 3D glue is released, and the object can be pasted on the things such as human body.
Or: the cross section of the sheet-shaped bag is coated with a layer of 3D glue on the surface of a bottom layer, the bottom layer is made of airtight materials, the periphery of the bottom layer is left to be uncoated, the upper layer is made of airtight materials, such as a film, and the periphery of the upper layer is in sealing connection with the periphery of the bottom layer, such as hot pressing. And air is filled between the upper layer and the layer of 3D glue. So that the upper layer does not contact the 3D glue.
Alternatively, the 3D glue is made as follows: a layer of 3D glue is coated on the surface of the bottom layer 2, the bottom layer is made of airtight materials, a circle of airtight materials are left on the periphery of the bottom layer, the upper layer 3 is made of airtight materials, the periphery of the upper layer is in sealing connection with the periphery of the bottom layer, the bottom layer or the periphery of the upper layer is made to have hardness, and a cavity is formed between the bottom layer and the upper layer by supporting so as to prevent the 3D glue from being extruded at ordinary times; or the cross section of the sheet-shaped bag 1 shown in fig. 1, the peripheries of the bottom layer 2 and the upper layer 3 are also pressed into a small air passage, and the air passage is filled with air, so that the 3D glue coating is prevented from being pressed to deform.
The wearable device needs to contact with the parts of the skin, such as a sensor and the like, can pass through the bottom layer, and is in tight connection with the bottom layer at the passing place, so that leakage is prevented, the wearable device stretches into a cavity formed between the bottom layer and the upper layer, and when the 3D glue is attached to the skin, the parts of the wearable device are also fixed on the skin.
The bottom layer is coated with glue.
When the mask is used for the mask, the 3D glue with the structure can be arranged on the periphery of the inner surface of the mask, when the mask is to be adhered to the face of a person, the upper layer is torn, the upper layer is separated from the bottom layer, and then a circle of 3D glue coated on the bottom layer is adhered to the face of the person.
When various ointments are pasted with the 3D glue with the structure, the upper layer is torn, the upper layer is separated from the bottom layer, and then a circle of 3D glue coated on the bottom layer is pasted on the part of the human body, which needs to be pasted.
Or the 3D glue contains more than 50% of cosmetic catalogue, such as 15-48% of self-adhesive, 80-51% of cosmetic catalogue and 1-5% of additive. Ingredients of the cosmetic catalog such as: aloe powder, sodium hyaluronate, self-adhesive components such as: polyurethanes and their derivatives, acrylic acid and its derivatives. Additives such as: protective agents, medicines, plant essential oil, glue auxiliary agents and the like.
Or the 3D glue can be implemented by adding powdery skin care products by using the existing self-adhesive glue, so as to prepare a non-flowing paste. The skin care product powder comprises aloe powder, sodium hyaluronate powder, polyvinyl alcohol, and some of the added powder has void structure such as diatomite, etc., and can prevent adhesion and air tightness. If the adhesive force of the self-adhesive glue is smaller, skin care product powder for assisting in increasing the adhesive force, such as sodium hyaluronate powder and xanthan gum powder, can be added. Substances harmful to the skin are removed before the process, and the substances are replaced by harmless substances, or non-setting glue harmless to the skin is found. Film formers may also be added.
In the case of a skin-mounted sensor, such as a sensor of a wearable device, the paste can be deformed by an external force, so that the sensor can be more mounted on the skin by pressing.
The 3D glue contains:
selected from: at least one of essential oils or extracts of Moschus, herba Agastaches, herba Menthae, herba Coriandri, garlicin, curcumin, mustard oil, curcuma rhizome, capsaicin, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, tea, oleum Anisi Stellati, oleum Eucalypti, perilla oil, capsaicin, fructus Piperis, propolis, monoglyceride, caulis Bambusae in Taenia, rhizoma Cyperi, exocarpium Citri rubrum, and lignum Santali albi;
or is selected from: at least one of plant essential oil or extract of Chinese medicinal materials. Such as: centipeda minima.
And adding substances or medicines for stopping smoking into the 3D glue.
The amounts of the above additives may be in the range of one ten thousandth to one thousandth.
Since new coronaviruses are constantly mutated, we have sought new methods, using natural methods.
According to previous researches and descriptions of 3D glue mask liquid, the 3D glue and mask liquid (liquid 3D glue) are implemented as follows: the 3D glue contains at least two of a plurality of volatile antibacterial or antimicrobial preparations, wherein the volatile antibacterial or antimicrobial preparations are as follows: allicin, curcumin, mustard oil, capsaicin, eucalyptus oil (eucalyptus oil), perilla oil, tea tree oil, or extracts or essential oils of turmeric, ginger, pepper, peppermint, star anise, tea, caraway; or 3D glue contains extracts of radix Isatidis and flos Lonicerae.
Therefore, the mask liquid contains: three substances such as garlic extract, honeysuckle and radix isatidis which are effective for new coronavirus are matched with the articles with protective function of the mask so as to enable the mask liquid to form aerosol, (such as matched mask, mask protective articles, mask container and the like which are favorable for forming aerosol)
The effect of honeysuckle and radix isatidis on new coronaviruses is studied and theorized in the prior art.
Allicin: this is evidence that we go to folk surveys, are effective against new coronaviruses, and are record-keeping correlations.
These three things have good effect on the new coronaviruses. Mainly, at present, the new coronavirus is mutated to generate several varieties, so that at least three varieties are contained and are effective on the new coronavirus. Therefore, the three are combined, the low concentration can have good antibacterial effect, and the novel coronavirus with various variants can be widely epidemic-controlled through scientific speculation. Followed by an associated test table. That table was deliberately bacteria-free and the bacteria were tested after being torn from the face and found to be bacteriostatic.
The three substances are compounded to 1. The variation of the new coronavirus is treated, more different components are killed to play a better role, and 2. The dosage of each substance is reduced, so that the human body can be contacted for a long time.
Has the advantages of nature, safety, mildness, no toxic or side effect, simple preparation method, low cost and mass production.
According to the search, the existing mask type protective product is matched with three substances including garlic, honeysuckle and radix isatidis.
In other implementations:
the aerosol mask comprises: mask protective product beneficial to forming aerosol mainly contains natural antibiotics which are compounded and have no side effect on human body
The aerosol may be further subjected to an ionization charge treatment or may be blended with negative ions. The charge on the aerosol can destroy the structure of the cell virus. And if negatively charged, the product can finally have the effect similar to negative ions.
Mask-like shields that facilitate aerosol formation include: the mask or mask component can be coated with 3D glue or mask liquid, and the explosion beads are extruded to release the liquid or paste therein.
The shell of the explosive bead which can be broken is filled with pasty substances. The present invention finds a serious problem that is not found: the explosion beads of the existing mask are liquid substances and almost oily substances, are compatible with the mask material, and can destroy electrostatic adsorption of the mask material and pass through the liquid area.
The special substance 3D glue of the invention is preferably a mask pop bead made of a new substance which has no fluidity, good mask material, good respiratory system and good skin even if contacting skin. The adopted 3D glue is paste, preferably, the paste without fluidity generally has point adhesiveness, and is convenient to attach to an object. Therefore, the mask explosion bead is not limited and can be arranged at any place of the mask, such as in the interlayer of the mask, such as on the surface of the mask.
It can also be implemented as follows: adding components with strong water absorption such as sodium polyacrylate and polyvinylpyrrolidone into 3D glue; such as a hygroscopic component, such as a water absorbent resin. The moisture absorption component is generally strong in water absorption, can prevent 3D glue from being coated on an object, impregnates the object, and can strengthen the 3D glue to be used for preventing the impregnation from damaging the attached object, such as being used on a mask. Alternatively, the 3D glue may be added with an anti-impregnation component, including a component that is opposite to the adherend according to whether it is polar or nonpolar, and may be used for the most part.
Therefore, the 3D glue with the structure is very suitable for mask bursting beads, the paste which is not flowable needs to have certain viscosity, and after the shell is burst, the paste is stuck on the mask and positioned at a required place, and contains components with smell or benefiting the lung.
If the 3D glue adopts stickiness, the mask with the viscose function is innovatively manufactured, the explosion beads can be firstly fixed on an additional product to be adhered to the mask, the additional product is pressed on the mask, the explosion beads are squeezed, the 3D glue flows out, the additional product and the mask are adhered together, and the additional product such as the support sheet of the invention can be in a sheet shape, so that the mask is supported away from the opening nose, and the mask is prevented from being touched by lips. For example, the bursting beads can be fixed at two ends of the sheet.
The embodiments can well seal and pack functional substances at ordinary times, and the functional substances can well form aerosol when being kneaded and exploded.
The mask explosion bead consists of a shell capable of being kneaded and exploded and a paste containing the paste in the shell and having adhesiveness, the mask explosion bead can be fixed on the periphery of the inner surface of the mask, and can be simply fixed at four corners only, and the four corners of the mask can be pasted on the face of a person by kneading and exploding the explosion bead at the four corners, so that the mask is pasted on the face without using mask ropes.
The paste-like bursting beads also have the advantage of a uniform and durable release of aerosol. And solves the problem that the liquid explosion beads are easy to damage. I.e. the present invention solves and numerous problems.
The aerosol mask comprises: the mask type protective structure containing the explosion beads is favorable for forming aerosol, and the mask explosion beads contain the content.
Or further the mask is provided with a mask explosion bead which consists of a shell capable of being pinched and exploded and paste contained in the shell, and the mask explosion bead can be arranged at any place of the mask.
Or further the mask explosion bead consists of a shell capable of being kneaded and exploded and paste contained in the shell, the mask explosion bead can be kneaded and exploded at the nostril accessory, and the content is coated near the nostril to replace the mask or is coated on the mask.
Or further the mask explosion bead consists of a shell capable of kneading and exploding and a paste containing the shell and having a tackiness, wherein the explosion bead is fixed on an additional product to be adhered to the mask, the additional product is pressed on the mask, the explosion bead is extruded, and the additional product and the mask are adhered together; or the mask explosion beads can be fixed on the periphery of the inner surface of the mask or on the four corners of the periphery of the inner surface of the mask.
Or is implemented as follows: the novel explosive bead is made, has multiple functions, contains paste, does not damage the mask protection, releases aerosol uniformly and permanently, and solves the problem that the liquid explosive bead is easy to damage; has adhesiveness and can be used for simultaneously pasting things.
Or is implemented as follows: an accessory of mask is made up of a strip-shaped supporting piece with a certain arc shape. The support piece is fixedly provided with the explosion beads, and after the explosion beads are kneaded and exploded, the support piece is stuck in the middle of the transverse direction or the middle of the longitudinal direction of the inner surface of the mask, and the middle of the support piece is wider than the two ends of the support piece, so that the effect of supporting the middle of the mask to leave a mouth is achieved. The support sheet has a certain curved shape, and can bring the two sides of the mask to lean against the direction of the face after being stuck to the middle of the inner surface of the mask.
The invention may be divided into several general embodiments, and specific embodiments are listed from the general classes.
First class of embodiments a:
the earliest proposed examples were:
the 3D glue is obtained by the following steps: a protective layer, a skin-friendly layer and a curative effect layer. The protective layer is arranged on the outermost periphery of the efficacy layer for blocking and protecting. Also resembling a skeleton. One surface of the skin-friendly layer is connected with the curative effect layer, and the other surface of the skin-friendly layer has certain viscosity and is adhered to the skin on the face.
The efficacy layer may also retain only the skin-friendly layer. The skin-friendly layer is the most important and major. The skin friendly layer contains ingredients that are beneficial to the skin, such as nutrient supplementing, whitening ingredients. I.e. the skin-friendly layer contains skin care products. (it can be seen from the above that the components of the cream have no specific requirements, the compatibility of materials can be quite wide, but naturally, skin is not damaged), the skin-friendly layer has certain viscosity and plays a role in pasting skin, and the skin-friendly layer can be prepared from components of skin care products, such as aloe extract and jujube extract.
The curative effect layer plays the role of: according to different needs, contains different functional substances.
Or the curative layer contains components for regulating temperature or humidity; or contains components for inhibiting bacteria and viruses, such as Chinese medicinal components.
Or the curative effect layer contains components for inhibiting bacteria and viruses, and is: the components containing extracts of garlic and shallot are adopted.
The efficacy layer is prepared into paste like toothpaste in advance, the efficacy layer is glued in a hose bottle, and the efficacy layer glue is extruded to be coated on a needed place when in use. The efficacy layer paste is also called 3D glue, and can be used for immediately pasting the object to be pasted on the skin.
And the adhesive or the film forming agent needs little dosage under the condition of skin care function, and the adhesive is adhered by the adhesive with large contact surface with the skin even without fixing the adhered object by the fixing rope, so that the function of adhering the adhesive is realized. There are also various effects of such an implementation, such as: sweat and oil secreted by the skin are stored.
Further embodiment
A method is proposed, namely, the active ingredient or the active ingredient is sealed to preserve the activity, and then the method of direct administration is sealed: the 3D glue is packaged in a sealing way, so that the effective components or active components contained in the 3D glue are not volatilized and do not react, and the 3D glue is coated between the skin and the object to be pasted or coated on the skin or the object to be pasted firstly when in use, and then the two are pasted. The 3D glue contains corresponding effective components or active components, and can be used for replacing various medicinal patches or efficacy patches, such as antipyretic patch, cold compress patch, analgesic adhesive patch, traumatic injury adhesive patch, far infrared magnetic therapy patch, common cold patch, diarrhea patch, cough relieving patch, etc. For example, if necessary, the coating can be applied to the corresponding region, and a cover, such as a nonwoven fabric, can be applied. Different functional substances are put according to different needs, and the method is applicable to different needs.
The functional substance can even be granule, also can be tectorial granule, when using, make the parcel membrane break through extrusion, the content flows and 3D glue reaction.
In this pasting structure, the inventor finds that the non-fluidity of paste is very important, and general glue or powder can be added, so that the embodiments are proposed in the early stage:
the 3D glue contains vaseline, gum, oil, wax, mud, powder, and clay, wherein the glue can be used for skin care product, and the glue can be animal, plant, mineral, or synthetic. The glue is such as silica gel, the grease is such as mineral oil, the wax is such as beeswax, the powder is such as talcum powder, and the clay is such as bentonite. The 3D glue adopts different substances as main raw materials, has different properties and the like, and can be selected according to specific needs or favorites. Or further adding regulator, or further adding skin beneficial component. Since the 3D glue of the present invention, i.e. the functional layer paste, is formed by the functional layer, and the functional layer is even formed by the skin-friendly layer, it can be seen that all the substances contained in the 3D glue are skin-friendly substances such as cosmetic grade, food grade, etc. because the substances are in contact with the skin. It is obvious that 3D glue can be easily prepared into paste for mask, and especially contains these substances.
The 3D glue component is also added with components for inhibiting and killing bacteria and viruses. The things can be attached to the skin for a long time.
Or the 3D glue adopts vaseline, and then some additives are added to adjust the physicochemical properties, especially the physical properties, of the vaseline, and the 3D glue with simple function can also play roles of filling gaps, adhering and the like.
The Vaseline can also be Vaseline added with an additive for adjusting physical and chemical properties, and the 3D glue comprises: petrolatum, silica gel, garlic or onion extract.
Subsequent examples:
and an important finding is that when 3D glue for mask is used, if the 3D glue is less flowable, the used glue materials such as adhesive can be much less flowable than the used glue materials, and the test experiment is described later. That is, if the paste with fluidity should be able to adhere to the adherend without moving or falling off, the adhesive should be too much, and when the adherend should be removed, the adhesive and the skin of the face are hardly separated.
3D glue to: one or more of gums, oils, fats, waxes, mud, powders, clays, vaseline, esters, acids, and alcohols can be used as skin care products, and at least one of the gums is used as matrix, and optionally a regulator or various effective components are added. The glue is such as silica gel, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. It is not difficult to prepare a paste, and these substances are contained in particular.
The 3D glue component contains a film forming agent, such as polyvinyl alcohol, and the content of the film forming agent is 9-89%.
The 3D glue contains: film formers, such as polyvinyl alcohol, clay materials, which also refer to clay materials, such as: volcanic mud, loess and sea mud are preferable, because the volcanic mud can release anions and other functions, and is very suitable for the application of 3D glue for masks. Cosmetic additives such as collagen, water, garlicin, etc. comprise the following components: 9-89% of film forming agent powder, 10-90% of mud powder and 1-10% of additive.
It will be appreciated that if the film former itself is in powder form, a solvent such as water may be added. The less film former is added, the less water is added, i.e., the less fluid the composition is to be made into a paste. Stirring into a non-flowing paste, wherein the mass of the solvent added by most materials is about one time, and the mass of the actual additive is halved after the mass of the solvent such as water is calculated, so that the paste is as follows: 1 to 5 percent of the total weight of the composite material is not more than 5 percent,
the Vaseline can also be Vaseline added with an additive for adjusting physical and chemical properties, and the 3D glue comprises: petrolatum, silica gel, garlic or onion extract.
For example, the following component formula can be adopted, other substances such as additives are added in the formula, and the weight of the other substances such as the additives is small and can be ignored. According to mass, the 3D glue contains: 10-89% of Vaseline, 10-80% of silica gel, 1-10% of garlic or onion extract, and 100% of the sum of the components.
The 3D glue contains extract of Bulbus Allii or herba Alii Fistulosi, and can be directly powder of plant, wherein the extract of Bulbus Allii or herba Alii Fistulosi is mainly garlicin, or can be replaced by iodized garlicin.
The components of the 3D glue all contained mustard extract. Mustard extract generally refers to mustard oil and mustard oil. Or mustard powder.
Or 3D glue contains curry extract. Curry extract generally refers to Curcuma rhizome, curcumin, etc. Or Curcuma rhizome powder, curcuma rhizome resin, or curry powder. Tetrahydrocurcumin for use in cosmetics may also be included.
Or the components of 3D glue, all contain capsaicin.
Or 3D glue contains monoglyceride.
Or 3D glue contains propolis.
I.e. the 3D glue contains at least one of the following substances: one or a combination of antibacterial or antiviral agents; garlic or onion extracts or plant powders; nano silver; mustard extract or plant powder; curry extract or plant powder; a moisture absorbent; monoglyceride; a temperature regulator.
A method is also proposed, namely: the active ingredient or active ingredient is preserved by sealing, and is directly administered by sealing. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the 3D glue adopts sealed package, so that the effective components or active components contained in the 3D glue are not volatilized and do not react, or a stabilizing agent can be filled in the package, and when the 3D glue is used, the package is opened, and the 3D glue is coated on the skin.
The invention is very necessary and practical for the functional substances with strong volatility, because the functional substances are not treated in this way and can volatilize in less than one or two months in the process of transportation and storage. The packaging also uses in particular a structure with resistance to evaporation, for example a plastic tube, with five tubes with a barrier film in the middle.
The 3D glue contains a temperature regulating agent. The regulator such as reduced iron powder, water-absorbent resin, water can generate heat to raise the temperature. The temperature rise promotes the penetration of the active ingredients and functional substances. The temperature can be reduced by a regulator such as dry ice mint.
A preferred composition of heat generating substances is exemplified herein: iron powder, vermiculite, activated carbon, inorganic salts, and water, and when the mixture encounters air, the iron powder oxidizes and releases heat in the presence of water and oxygen.
The method for heating the substance capable of heating up and heating when needed comprises the following steps: the substance which can generate heat when oxygen and/or water is needed is sealed, the substance is exposed to air when needed, or the substance which can generate heat when the sealed state is changed into the unsealed state is sealed, the substance is unsealed when needed, or the substance which can generate heat when the light is needed is sealed from light when needed, and the substance is exposed to light when needed. These are suitable for placing the heat generating composition together. When the heating substance combination is arranged on two objects separately and can generate heat after being combined together, the two objects are arranged separately and then are contacted when needed. In the specific implementation, part of components of the heating substance composition can be arranged in the 3D glue, the rest part of the heating substance composition is arranged on the adhered object, and when the 3D glue is coated on the parts, the two parts of the heating substance composition are contacted, the heating is generated; or the partial components of the heating substance composition can be respectively arranged in two types of 3D glues, and the two glues are coated together to generate heat.
The plant as referred to in the present invention may be considered as an extract thereof and/or a plant and/or a puree of a part of a plant.
In some applications, in order to pursue stronger adhesiveness, adhesiveness is particularly required in some cases, and an adhesive may be added to the 3D glue. This also belongs to the class of glue materials referred to in the invention as such. Such as: biological glue, adhesive plaster and pressure sensitive adhesive. The 3D glue can dilute the effect of the adhesive on the skin, particularly the damage effect, so as to reduce the influence on the skin.
The adhesive adopts the following materials:
thermoplastic molding: cellulose esters, vinyl polymers (such as polyvinyl acetate, perchloroethylene and polyisobutylene), polyesters, polyethers, polyamides, polyacrylates, a-cyanoacrylates, polyvinyl acetals and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers
And (3) thermosetting: epoxy resin, phenolic resin, urea resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin, silicone resin, furan resin, unsaturated polyester, acrylic resin, polyimide, polybenzimidazole, phenolic-polyvinyl acetal, phenolic-polyamide, phenolic-epoxy resin, epoxy-polyamide and the like
Synthetic rubber type: such as butyl rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene elastomer, silicone rubber, etc
Rubber resin agent: epoxy-polysulfide glue and the like
Among the above, medical and cosmetic products are selected to be harmless to skin.
The novel self-adhesive is also provided, the self-adhesive can be dried for a long time, namely, the chronic self-adhesive is also provided, the self-adhesive is added with a film forming agent, and the film can be dried after a few hours, so that the self-adhesive is convenient to clean, and the self-adhesive is not dried within a few hours, and is also beneficial to repeated pasting for many times.
Preferably, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, additives and water are adopted, and the proportions are as follows: 0.5-2.5:5:0.25-1.25:15-24
For example, the self-adhesive or the self-adhesive base (which basically has the function and the function of the self-adhesive, such as the intermediate product in the production process of the self-adhesive) and the skin care product containing the film forming agent can be mixed and stirred to be prepared into a non-flowing paste. A staggered spacing of substances which are impermeable to air and breathable substances, which absorb and do not absorb sweat, which are detrimental to the skin and which repair nourishing skin is formed. In addition, the self-adhesive is also distributed in the 3D glue like countless small suckers.
According to the previous embodiment, it is therefore also possible to implement a matrix of 3D glue comprising, calculated on a dry weight basis, mainly on a total mass of 100%; the skin care component containing film forming agent is 9-90%, adhesive sticker or adhesive sticker basic product is 10-91%.
While stickers may be implemented in a variety of ways, such as: the self-adhesive comprises a soft monomer, a hard monomer, a functional monomer, an initiator and a cross-linking agent, wherein the soft monomer is long-chain hydrophobic acrylic ester, the hard monomer is methyl acrylate, the functional monomer is acrylic acid, the initiator is benzoyl peroxide, and the cross-linking agent is acrylamide. Skin care ingredients containing film formers such as: polyvinyl alcohol and sodium hyaluronate.

The 3D glue adopts different substances as main raw materials, has different physical and chemical properties and the like, and can be selected according to specific needs or preference. Different components can be selected for the 3D glue, and the same components have various proportions. A composition of components is provided herein.
In order to make more functions better, two 3D glues A and B can also be made to be used together.
The 3D glue adopts quick-drying components, and after the 3D glue is stuck to the skin, the skin generally has a tight feel due to insufficient elasticity, and is uncomfortable. And thus is not the most preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Examples of 3D glue with special basic functions:
the 3D glue can also be used as a skin care product, and different from the existing skin care product, the existing skin care product is light, thin, light and free of sense, the 3D glue is close to common toothpaste in fluidity, has adhesiveness, is quick-dried and quick-solidified, is easy to clean and cannot be seen to the naked eye. Also unlike existing pastes. These effects are promoted both in formulation and production.
The use definition of 3D glue implies that the claimed product has a certain specific structure and/or composition, as distinguished from other pastes in the past.
According to the use environment and the application of the 3D glue, the 3D glue has the following different characteristics: the fluidity of the paste is close to that of common toothpaste, the paste has adhesiveness, quick drying and quick solidification, and is easy to clean and can not be seen with the naked eyes. The invention has the following functional characteristics: perfect 3D glue with special basic functions. Or can say that the finished product just has strong adhesiveness when being used as a guest-han fluid, and too much water or too little water is not added. Further experiments show that when the dry weight of either powder is more than 10% and the corresponding other powder is less than 90%, and the two powders are stirred together, the composition has no tackiness at the beginning of stirring, and is stirred for more than about one minute, the composition is more and more viscous, and is stirred for more than 2 minutes (which is the stirring time of a small amount of samples in a laboratory), the composition has the tackiness of common glue, can be in a viscous paste like toothpaste, speculates that the substances in the paste interact, molecular bonds interact and the like, forms bonds including hydrogen bonds and the like, and chain entanglement and the like. And when the proportion of the polyvinyl alcohol powder added is smaller, the water added is smaller, otherwise, the physical properties and the adhesiveness of the composition are affected. The polyvinyl alcohol powder adopts fine powder, the powder can pass through 100 meshes as much as possible, the powder is coarse, the solubility is poor, the adhesiveness of the finished product is affected, and the component is 3D glue with perfect special basic functions.
Oily film formers should be replaced by water with an oily or nonpolar solvent.
The mask can be attached to the face by using the obtained 3D glue. It was later found that the gel-like solid could be coagulated by applying it to the skin for more than ten minutes. When the mask is taken down, the 3D glue can be slowly torn off from the face without being remained on the skin. Simply is a perfect 3D glue with special basic functions.
The following amounts are all calculated on dry weight without solvent.
It was found that the dry weight of the polyvinyl alcohol powder contained in the composition ingredients which are stirred into a paste-like form by adding water is less than about 20%, the 3D glue is relatively dry and hard after solidification, and according to people's habit, it is certainly expected that the volcanic mud, which is a substance with good efficacy, accounts for a large amount, so that the content of the polyvinyl alcohol powder is controlled to be less than about 50%, i.e. the 3D glue with special basic functions, calculated by dry weight, has a polyvinyl alcohol powder content of 19% -49% and a volcanic mud powder content of 51% -81%. The inventors again tested the properties of the composition up to the limit, and were also marginally acceptable when the dry weight was 9% film former powder, 91% mud powder, and much less water was added, and the 3D glue prepared was less viscous and too hard after setting, more limiting tests were: the common soil is directly used for dipping the skin, and after the skin is dried, the skin sweat which can be pulled up is removed, which is the problem that polyvinyl alcohol is less.
When the film forming agent powder accounts for 91%, the mud powder accounts for 9%, the water adding amount is increased by at least one time, the prepared 3D glue has poor viscosity, is too soft after solidification, and is too small in volume. And when the composition contains about 30% of polyvinyl alcohol powder and about 70% of volcanic mud powder, the formed 3D glue has more perfect properties. Other various combinations were later tested: the combination of polyvinyl alcohol and other mud, other earth, or other powders, or volcanic mud and other film forming agents, was tested using these ratios above, and none of the various performance functions were combined.
Of course, because vaseline has the effects of retaining water and preventing dryness on skin, a small amount of vaseline can be added into polyvinyl alcohol powder, volcanic mud and water.
One comparative example is given
For a perfect 3D glue with special basic functions, for example, the method can be implemented by adopting high-viscosity polyvinyl alcohol, 30 parts of film forming agent polyvinyl alcohol, 70 parts of volcanic mud and 100 parts of water.
A comparative example is listed: the same polyvinyl alcohol is used, but the solvent water is added more, specifically: 40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 60 parts of volcanic mud and 150 parts of water, wherein the prepared paste has fluidity and can be removed when the adhered object is adhered.
To the following, the best embodiments for the skin are found, mainly in case the basic functions are achieved. In the one-component embodiment, if the 3D glue is applied to the object to be applied by using the one-component adhesive, the one-component adhesive is basically unfavorable to the skin, and many adhesives are unfavorable to the skin, such as polyvinyl alcohol alone, when the mask is taken down, the skin is painful, the colloid has a deep adhesive mark after being dried, and the colloid is too hard, and polyvinylpyrrolidone alone is hard and brittle because of being dried, so that the skin is painful in the drying process, and the skin is painful when the mask is taken down. A preferred embodiment of 3D glue is further sought.
Second class of embodiments B:
various lipids and waxes can be selected. The lipid may be mineral lipid (vaseline), animal fat or oily extract of plant, mainly vegetable oil, and is cosmetic or edible vegetable oil, wherein essential oil is vegetable essential oil, such as: corn oil, canola oil, peanut oil, blend oil, castor oil, olive oil, sesame oil sunflower seed oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, corn germ oil, camellia seed oil, safflower seed oil, wheat germ oil, soybean oil, safflower seed oil, edible cocoa butter, coconut oil, edible palm kernel oil, edible palm oil, edible linseed oil, lecithin, rapeseed oil, tea oil, sesame oil, and the like, as well as kernel oils such as: almond oil. Waxes are not preferred, since waxes (ceresin, mineral waxes such as paraffin wax, animal waxes such as beeswax, vegetable waxes such as palm wax) are solid and are heated, and polyvinyl alcohol is also prone to caking.
The invention explores the proportion of forming the perfect 3D glue basic performance, and the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass:
1 part of film forming agent, 3-7 parts of water and 1-5.5 parts of grease or wax; preferably: 1 part of film forming agent, 4.5 to 6 parts of water and 3 to 4.5 parts of grease or wax. The film forming agent is preferably polyvinyl alcohol, and the fat or wax is preferably vaseline. The ratio of fat or wax is generally liquid, and if solid, is similar to that of powdery sugar, the ratio is: 2-8 parts of film forming agent, 1 part of solid grease or wax, and 8-20 parts of water or non-water solvent.
Such as: according to the mass ratio, the polyvinyl alcohol, water and vaseline are: 3:10:1
Various milks (such as cow milk, sheep milk, camel milk and soymilk) containing more lipid substances can also be used as components of the 3D glue, and the 3D glue is obtained by adding film forming agents such as polyvinyl alcohol and the like after adjusting the moisture and stirring.
The invention provides a new administration mode, a new treatment mode, a new carrier and a medicine, various plant essential oils are important plant oily extracts, different plant essential oils contain various effective components and functional substances and even extend to the effective components of various traditional Chinese medicines, have various effects on human bodies, and can be added with the plant oily extracts of different plant essential oils according to different diseases or different requirements of different people so as to achieve the curative effect. The grease or wax is used as skeleton base material and functional material, which is favorable to long-term skin effect.
Third class of embodiments C:
other effective components, namely functional substances, can be added at the back according to the requirement, and the film forming agent can be a functional substance, so that the 3D glue can be quickly dried and can be conveniently removed from the skin.
The mud material also refers to clay material or stone powder, and volcanic mud is preferable, because the volcanic mud can release anions and other functions, and is very suitable for the application of 3D glue for masks. And the adsorbent also has strong adsorptivity and adsorbs various harmful gas substances. Cosmetic additives such as collagen, garlicin, water, etc. comprise the following components: 9-89% of film forming agent powder, 10-90% of clay powder and 1-10% of additive. According to the previous experiment, the film forming agent powder is preferably 19-49% and the soil powder is preferably 51-81%. The proportion can be: 19-49 parts of film forming agent powder, 51-81 parts of soil powder and 45-189 parts of water.
It will be appreciated that if the film former itself is in powder form, water is also added, and the amount of additive is greater. The less film former is added, the less water is added, i.e., the less fluid the composition is to be made into a paste.
For example, this can be done: 9 parts of film forming agent, 89 parts of volcanic mud and 50 parts of water; or 89 parts of film forming agent, 10 parts of volcanic mud and 268 parts of water; 30 parts of film forming agent, 70 parts of volcanic mud and 90 parts of water.
The finer the mud material is, the better. Sterilizing and disinfecting before processing, and neutralizing acid and alkali.
The soil powder comprises the following substances: volcanic mud, sea mud, seaweed mud, chlorite mud, red mud, loess, bentonite, sepiolite clay, illite clay, kaolin, attapulgite, kieselguhr, montmorillonite, animal bone meal, animal meat meal, animal skin meal, cosmetic or medicinal plant meal, shell meal, metal compound powder, talcum powder, bamboo charcoal powder and protein powder. The common protein powder comprises collagen powder, collagen, gelatin powder, lac Regis Apis powder, animal skin powder such as donkey hide gelatin is sun-dried and ground into powder, animal bone powder comprises Margarita powder, and plant powder is plant or some part of plant is sun-dried and ground into powder, and metal salt compound powder. The most basic requirements of these are of course that it is beneficial to the skin of the human body, and cosmetic or medicinal plant powders such as aloe powder, seaweed powder, tremella powder, ganoderma lucidum powder, ginseng pollen, yew powder, red pollen. The volcanic mud is preferred. The soil powder can be used to form film forming agent, especially polyvinyl alcohol, to form hydrogen bond and other bonds, and to form chain entanglement and other interactions.
The cosmetic or medicinal plant powder also comprises plant powder extract, and plant liquid extract is obtained by drying. All plant powder particles are too large and then ground into powder, and can generally pass through a sieve with more than 20 meshes. Also, for example: many vegetables and fruits can be used as the facial mask, and the purpose of skin care according to the invention is met, so the plant powder naturally comprises powder made of vegetables and fruits which can be used as facial mask materials, such as: apple powder, banana powder, cherry powder, potato powder, tomato and cucumber powder.
Metal salt compounds such as: calcium chloride, sodium chloride, aluminum hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, magnesium aluminum silicate, titanium dioxide, calcium sulfate, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, silicon dioxide, ferric oxide, and aluminum oxide.
In addition, the inventors have found that in such embodiments, the relatively thick paste is hard after drying, and that it is uncomfortable to the face for a long period of time, and that the addition of aloe gel or aloe polysaccharides can greatly increase the flexibility of the paste after drying, with all materials being added in an amount of typically less than 10% on a dry weight basis. And the addition of other saccharides found: the added sugar can harden the paste after drying. The 3D glue gives new application to aloe.
So 3D glue can be selected from: volcanic mud, sea mud, seaweed mud, chlorite clay, red clay, loess, bentonite, sepiolite clay, illite clay, kaolin, attapulgite, diatomite, montmorillonite, animal bone powder, animal meat powder, animal skin powder, plant powder, shell powder, metal compound powder, talcum powder and bamboo charcoal powder. Preferably: volcanic mud, sea mud, seaweed mud, chlorite mud, red mud, diatomite, silica micropowder, bentonite, sepiolite powder, montmorillonite powder, bamboo charcoal powder and talcum powder. More preferably: volcanic mud, diatomite, bentonite, cosmetic or medicinal plant powder, sepiolite powder and montmorillonite powder.
Because volcanic mud is adopted, the prepared paste has the adhesiveness of common glue, and the paste has very good elasticity after being dried, and is like rubber. And volcanic mud has the characteristics of releasing anions, eliminating fatigue and the like and is more suitable for being used as 3D glue, so the volcanic mud is preferred.
The invention also discloses a novel glue, preferably earth powder substances capable of absorbing moisture, and the prepared 3D glue is novel glue which has hygroscopicity and is not dried too fast, and the hygroscopicity is used for keeping the high elasticity, the softness and the viscosity of the glue for a long time. The glue can not be dried too fast, can absorb some excreted water vapor of the skin continuously, and is very suitable for being used as a new matter of 3D glue by being attached to a human body, because the inventor does not find the matter of 3D glue by searching various resources before the application date. As 3D glue, it is a hygroscopic paste which is capable of absorbing and draining moisture on the one hand and maintaining the humidity, elasticity and viscosity of the 3D glue itself on the other hand.
In addition, the paste is a porous material, contains a plurality of pores, has adsorptivity and promotes slow release and lasting balance of functional substances.
A proportioning example is preferably given, and according to parts by weight, 30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol (medium viscosity) powder, 70 parts of volcanic mud powder and 100 parts of water are contained.
Fourth class of embodiments D:
many of the film formers are gum materials, such as polyvinyl alcohol, and many of the saccharides are gum materials, such as aloe vera. According to the earliest embodiment of the invention, it was possible to obtain: the 3D glue contains glue substances, wherein the glue substances are aloe glue and polyvinyl alcohol.
The carbohydrate material is mainly some polysaccharides, mostly plant extracts, mostly in powder state, i.e. plant powder, also in the third class C embodiments. Saccharides also include derivatives, such as glycoproteins. Some are in the state of a mucilage colloid, which belongs to the category of colloid substances mentioned previously in the present invention, such as: aloe Vera, sargassum, hyaluronic acid, xanthan gum, agar, auricularia gel, etc., carbomers containing saccharide, these are called cosmetic saccharide, preferably Aloe Vera, sargassum, hyaluronic acid. The film forming agent is preferably polyvinyl alcohol. However, it was found that 3D glues prepared with cosmetic saccharides, i.e., gums, having a smaller amount of water added than other examples, had a weaker tackiness, presumably because the saccharides contain hydroxyl groups, and also have a bond and chain action with polyvinyl alcohol, but weaker. According to the mass parts, 1 part of film forming agent, 2-5.5 parts of cosmetic saccharide, 0.5-5.5 parts of water or non-aqueous solvent, preferably 1 part of film forming agent, 3-4.5 parts of cosmetic saccharide and 1-4.5 parts of water or non-aqueous solvent. When the saccharide is powdery, the ratio is: 2-8 parts of film forming agent, 1 part of saccharide and 8-20 parts of water or non-water solvent.
Examples the components in test example 3 are: polyvinyl alcohol, water and aloe powder: 89,100,11
Examples example the components in test example 16 are: pullulan (saccharide film forming agent), water and aloe powder in proportion: 6,10,1
Sugars such as also: starch, glucose, sucrose, honey, maltose, fructose, etc.
According to the introduction: aloe has strong vitality and striking injury repair capability, and its magic efficacy is derived from the various functional components it contains. The aloe gel is prepared by cutting off leaf skin on upper and lower surfaces of aloe leaf to obtain semi-solid and semitransparent meat, and its main active ingredient is aloe polysaccharide.
The 3D glue can also be added with the sugar substances. Since the inventors have surprisingly found that the properties of adding carbohydrates in the above described embodiments of 3D glue are greatly improved, such as increased viscosity, increased softness, increased elasticity. In particular to an embodiment of 3D glue which comprises polyvinyl alcohol, volcanic mud and water, aloe gel is added, and the aloe gel also belongs to sugar, after the 3D glue is dried, the paste is soft and elastic, and is coated on a mask, so that the mask is more comfortable to wear, and the mask shaping and mask repeated wearing are facilitated. So that the component may be replaced by a sugar solvent instead of water.
Fifth class of embodiments E:
with the help of certain air pressure suction, the 3D glue contains the following components: the soil powder is made of porous materials such as bamboo charcoal powder, and when the 3D glue is coated between the object to be adhered and the skin, the porous materials contained in the 3D glue can generate a certain adsorption force to the skin, so that the object to be adhered can be fixed on the skin.
Even 3D glue can be coated on the object to be pasted in advance during production, sealing is well performed, and sealing is opened during use. Or the 3D glue contains components which are softened or solidified and hardened when encountering air components (such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide or water), and after the package is opened and attached to a human body, the 3D glue can be softened or solidified and hardened so as to be suitable for being more tightly connected with the skin of the human body under different conditions. For example, 3D glue contains sugar, absorbs moisture from the air, and softens; such as starch containing gelatinous starch, gradually recrystallizes in air to lose moisture and harden.
Sixth class of embodiments F:
selection of 3D glue functional substances
Improving skin feel and bringing cool skin.
Functional substances capable of reducing the temperature in a physiochemical way are adopted, menthol and eucalyptol have cooling effect, and the functional substances are contained: peppermint, eucalyptus blue, essential oil of rosewood, borneol, icilin (an agonist of non-selective cation channel TRPM 8).
It was found that the single functional material peppermint was used more often and had a little irritation to the skin, at this time if peppermint was reduced considerably and eucalyptus oil was added, less irritation to the skin was obtained but a better cooling sensation was obtained. The functional substance is also a technical effect of adopting the compounding. Meanwhile, the invention also uses the peppermint, eucalyptus oil and other compounds as antibacterial or bacteriostatic agents. The invention is also a technical effect of fully searching and excavating a plurality of objects. The reduction of the additive is more beneficial to skin pasting for a long time without allergy.
The contents of the above substances can be: one ten thousandth to one thousandth.
Or a functional substance capable of physically cooling is adopted, and the physical cooling effect is poorer than the physiochemical effect when the functional substance acts as a substance containing dry ice or the like or refrigeration such as freezing or the like.
Seventh class of embodiments G:
antibacterial and/or antimicrobial.
The 3D glue contains at least two of a plurality of antibacterial or antimicrobial preparations which are derived from daily foods of people, wherein the antibacterial or antimicrobial preparations are as follows: allicin, curcumin, mustard oil, capsaicin, perilla oil, tea tree oil, turmeric, ginger, pepper, peppermint, star anise, tea, coriander extracts or essential oils. The human skin excretes metabolites and grows microorganisms such as bacteria, and the human body can adapt to the substances and can contact the substances for a long time because the food is contacted by the human body for thousands of years. So that the 3D glue can be stuck and used for a long time, such as wigs and the like.
Or in addition, the invention innovatively adopts the combination of more than two edible natural antibiotics, and the volatile antibacterial or antimicrobial preparation comprises the following components: allicin, curcumin, mustard oil, capsaicin, perilla oil, tea tree oil, turmeric, ginger, pepper, peppermint, star anise, tea, coriander, honeysuckle and isatis root extract or essential oil.
The contents of the above substances can be: one ten thousandth to one thousandth.
Eighth class of embodiments H:
3D glue
The novel glue is a new generation of glue, needs to be such in the new generation, emphasizes comfortableness and efficacy, has large capacity, good preservation of functional substances and can act for a long time. And has multiple functions and effects. The skin is fully used for sticking things on the skin for a long time, and the skin care cream has corresponding efficacy on the stuck parts.
When applied to chest sticks, such as female chest sticks, the 3D glue contains components or structures that promote chest enlargement, such as blood circulation or meridian dredging, such as trace mustard oil.
Such as breast enlargement, contains: at least two of papaya, cassia twig, angelica sinensis, akebia stem, kudzuvine root, corn juice and sweet potato leaf juice.
The contents of the above substances can be: one ten thousandth to one thousandth.
Ninth class of embodiment I:
when the 3D glue is used for sticking wig, the 3D glue contains substances capable of promoting hair growth, such as ginger, black sesame, polygonum multiflorum, semen cassiae, rhizoma gastrodiae and ligusticum chuanxiong, at least two of the substances are contained, and the 3D glue is used for sticking wig for a long time, and simultaneously the growth of hair growth is promoted.
The contents of the above substances can be: one ten thousandth to one thousandth.
Summarizing the above examples:
the matrix of the 3D glue is calculated according to dry weight, and the 3D glue mainly comprises, calculated according to 100% of total mass; 9-90% of film forming agent powder, and 10-91% of one or more of lipid, wax, soil powder and sugar; the components and/or the proportion of the 3D glue are selected to prevent the mask filter material, skin and respiratory system from being damaged; the 3D glue is prepared by selecting components, adding water or non-water solvent, and making the finished product into paste. The proportion can be: 9-90 parts of film forming agent powder, 10-91 parts of one or more of lipid, wax, clay powder and sugar and 12-268 parts of water.
In the above embodiment, if the film forming agent is not liquid, the film forming agent may be selected from the group consisting of: polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose derivatives, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, carbopol, vinyl pyrrolidone derivatives, acrylic acid polymers or copolymers, organic siloxanes, polyurethanes, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, acacia and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, chitosan, and trimethylsiloxysilicate, and the film forming agent is selected from medical, food or cosmetic grades. The film forming agent can also be: protein film-forming agent, saccharide-containing film-forming agent, and Chinese medicinal powder film-forming agent such as rhizoma bletilla powder, and can be mixed with water to obtain colloid. Further comprises: acrylic acid or derivative for medical cosmetics, polyurethane or derivative for medical cosmetics. Polyvinyl alcohol is preferred. The polyvinyl alcohol has a viscosity of 20 mPas or more, otherwise, it is added in a large amount.
The special basic function of the 3D glue is realized by adding various cellulose derivatives such as hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, acrylic acid or derivatives such as sodium acrylate, preferably polyvinyl alcohol and other film forming agents, and the effect is poorer than that of the 3D glue. But can be made into the simplest 3D glue, namely, the 3D glue is used as a matrix, and other effective components and functional substances are added on the basis.
The simple component system of the invention also has strong bearing effect, and the active substance is solid or liquid and oil-bearing, and can be dispersed and bear without adding emulsifying agent and stabilizing agent.
The 3D glue is also innovative solid glue which is compatible with the human body or beneficial to the human body, and the common solid glue such as the solid glue in a stationery shop has poor flexibility, so that the glue is easy to break, and when a certain thickness is formed, the glue is easy to break and has poor ductility, so that the adhesive force is also poor when the thickness is formed, and only a thin layer has good adhesive property. The 3D glue has the advantages that the thin layer is adhesive, the thick layer is adhesive, so that the 3D glue can be used for adhering the mask to the skin, holes can be blocked, and other solid glue such as the solid glue is toxic to human bodies.
The skin care product is much stronger than a solid adhesive mask in adhesion to non-woven fabrics such as masks and the like.
According to the international mutual recognition detection mechanism with Chinese recognition: under the same condition, the 3D glue of the product has stronger adhesiveness than the solid glue of the morning light brand manufactured by the morning light stationery company of the large-brand marketing company on the market under the detection report of the chemical industry synthetic material aging quality supervision and inspection center.

Detection mechanism detects report number: (No. GL 20060220) (No. GL20060221R 1)
The following are important summaries:
the components and/or the proportion of the 3D glue do not harm to mask filter materials, skin and respiratory systems, and the components such as common imidazolidinyl urea, diazoimidazolidinyl urea and the like are not contained in the 3D glue, and are analyzed in detail below. Does not contain most of volatile organic solvents contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive. Such as: benzene, toluene or formaldehyde.
The 3D glue is not only used for pasting the mask, but also used for plugging, the paste coated on the mask has a certain capability of inhibiting bacterial and viral, but also is natural, preferably food ingredients for inhibiting bacterial and viral are adopted for long time because the paste is inhaled into the lung to be absorbed by human body, and the ingredients are also considered to be beneficial to the skin, such as: allicin, curcumin, mustard oil, capsaicin, perilla oil, turmeric, ginger, pepper, star anise and tea. And volatile alcohols such as ethanol and propylene glycol are usually used for cosmetics rarely or even not used.
The 3D glue formulation, the processing and the preparation and the addition amount of solvents such as water are very special.
Perfect 3D glue with special basic function, and viscosity and fluidity of the 3D glue are as same as those of common toothpaste, which is important to the invention. The more 3D glue solution is added, namely, the more the 3D glue is thin, when the film forming agent adopts polyvinyl alcohol, the more the water content is, the more the water affects several aspects of the paste: the 3D glue is coated on the mask, and the mask can shrink in the drying process, so that the middle of the edge coated with the 3D glue is tilted; the 3D glue is coated on the mask and then is stuck on the face, and the face can be easily separated; 3D glue permeates into other layers of the mask; the 3D glue is prone to remain on the skin.
The fluidity is found by the inventor through long-term experiments, namely if the paste has fluidity, the mask and the face are easily separated from each other at the side edge of the mask, and the inventor can find the problem through multiple proportioning experiments in the process of obtaining the embodiments. Not only the 3D glue of the invention is tested for a plurality of times, but also other adhesive pastes on the market are purchased for testing,
for example, 799 clear silicone rubber, gel-like, because it is pasty, but has fluidity compared to toothpaste, for example, 5 mm from the nozzle, it can drip.
The inventor personally tests that the mask is coated according to the mode that the mask is coated by 3D glue, after the mask is worn on the face, the taste is uncomfortable, the mask is separated from the face after 3 minutes, and after 6 minutes, at least more than half of the two sides of the mask are separated from the face. After 10 minutes, the facial skin had felt a bit of irritation, 15 minutes later the mask was removed, residual silicone rubber was removed, and some places in contact with the skin had erythema, which the inventors did not have before tested 3D glue.
This non-flowability is also of great importance in protecting the mask, since if the direct contact of peppermint oil etc. is on the mask, several layers of infiltration will be soaked, which will affect the adsorptivity of the meltblown, the filtering effect, and even some small particles, can pass through the mask by means of this liquid. In particular, the higher the fluidity, the more pronounced the permeability, and after numerous experiments, it was found that no fluidity was substantially saturated.
To be a good 3D glue, it is simply attached to the surface without wetting the inner layer and damaging it.
Through tests, the formula of the 3D glue composition has an affinity effect on a mask.
The mass ratio of the components of polyvinyl alcohol and water and related substances is very important, and when the water is added little, even if the related substances are liquid, the polyvinyl alcohol may be agglomerated. Or less water and related substances, polyvinyl alcohol also tends to agglomerate the mixture. It is only suitable if the amount of water, related substances added is such that several substances are stirred together to form a paste like a paste of toothpaste, in combination with the amount of polyvinyl alcohol added.
And garlicin, mustard oil, curcumin and the like are added, and natural antibacterial antibiotics are also added, so that other preservatives can be not added into the 3D glue through a certain proportion.
The amount of various additives added to the 3D glue may be in the range of one part per million to one part per million.
Important remarks expressed in the above examples are as follows:
the above polyvinyl alcohol is preferably used at a medium viscosity or more, and if the viscosity of the polyvinyl alcohol used is small, the amount of the polyvinyl alcohol to be used is larger.
Comprises the following components in parts by mass: film forming agent, solvent, and one or more of lipid, wax, soil powder, and saccharide; the matrix of the 3D glue is calculated according to dry weight, and the 3D glue mainly comprises, calculated according to 100% of total mass; 9-90% of film forming agent powder, and 10-91% of one or more of lipid, wax, soil powder and sugar;
in a third class of embodiments C of the present invention, the components by mass are: 9-89% of film forming agent powder, 10-90% of clay powder and 1-10% of additive. The mixing ratio is also satisfied because other various substances such as saccharides can be in powder form. The ratio of solid lipid to wax is also suitable. It will be appreciated that if the film former itself is in powder form, a solvent such as water may be added. The less film former is added, the less water is added, i.e., the less fluid the composition is to be made into a paste. The mass of the solvent added into most materials is about one time, and the mass of the actual additive is halved after the mass of the solvent such as water is calculated, so that the material is as follows: 1 to 5 percent is not more than 5 percent, and the other is matrix, and the main function of the mask is to be matched with the mask, so the above embodiments of the invention are all described as main components.
The present embodiment has little effect on the adhesion of the 3D glue with or without additives.
The mask is stuck on the face, which is a multi-disciplinary problem related to mechanics and the like, when the mask and the face are stuck tightly and sealed, the internal air pressure is high, and the local degumming leakage is easily caused by the movement of the nose bulge and the mouth, namely, the local face and the mask are separated. Through many times of experimental tests, the paste coating body is coated on the periphery of the inner surface of the mask, the mask is attached to the face through the paste, the paste is closer to the face without fluidity, and the face and the mask are not separated from each other, so that a leak is generated. In particular, the paste film forming agent is the most serious agent mainly comprising polyvinyl alcohol, and the paste is required to have no fluidity so as not to separate the face from the mask. The important proportion of the invention is that the solvent is added in an amount such that the composition is pasty. Such as a paste like toothpaste.
And one specific embodiment is as follows: according to the mass parts, 30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 70 parts of volcanic mud powder and 100 parts of water. Of course, the values may not be so precise as to be referenced.
In the fourth class of embodiments D of the present invention, the inventors have surprisingly found that the addition of carbohydrates to 3D glue has a very high increase in properties, such as increased viscosity, increased softness and increased elasticity. Especially, in the components added with the clay, or in the independent glue, aloe is added, so that the softness is obviously improved and the elasticity is obviously improved. This is important for 3D glue applied to the face for a long period of time. And the mask is too dry and hard, and the mask can not be repeatedly worn, so that the mask is not suitable for long-term epidemic prevention. If not, the skin may feel tight or even torn during the drying of the 3D glue. Therefore, the 3D glue mainly comprises: film forming agent, clay powder, aloe saccharide, and solvent. And when aloe is a liquid, it may be mixed with water, such as half of each. A similar implementation may be made with 30 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 70 parts by weight of volcanic mud powder, 100 parts by weight of water and aloe vera gel. The addition of aloe gel or aloe polysaccharide also greatly increases the flexibility of the paste after drying. The aloe is generally added in an amount of less than 10% by dry weight of all raw materials.
And the additives may be:
the 3D glue can be added with nutrients for supplementing skin nutrients, such as vitamins, protein polypeptides and minerals.
The 3D glue can be added with some acid-base indicators to reflect the physiological condition of people or reflect the perception of certain bacteria and viruses or acid-base indicators to test the PH value of human skin excreta, so that people with acid are unhealthy. Such as: since curcumin has two hydroxyl groups at both ends, the conjugation effect of electron cloud deviation occurs under alkaline conditions, and thus curcumin will be formed from Huang Biangong when PH is greater than 8. Modern chemistry exploits this property as an acid-base indicator.
The 3D glue may incorporate a fragrance.
The 3D glue contains additives and cosmetic additives, and is: at least one of proteins, saccharides, alcohols, water, superoxide dismutase (SOD), vitamins, minerals, plant essential oils, essence, stabilizer, humectant, antioxidant, antiseptic, coagulant, and film forming adjuvant. Or contains antibacterial components as follows: the 3D glue contains extracts of radix Isatidis and flos Lonicerae.
And a cross-linking agent can be added, and the cross-linking agent has the function of forming a network structure between molecules after the film-forming agent is solidified, so that the film-forming strength is improved. Or a volatile promoter may also be added.
The active substances such as allicin and the like for the 3D glue can be scientifically treated firstly, so that the irritation is reduced, and the human body cannot be greatly stimulated.
The 3D glue can also be added with substances with warm effect, such as white mustard and white mustard, because the 3D glue is stuck on skin for a long time, the effect of dredging channels and collaterals can be achieved.
Through the above embodiment, the present invention also provides a new method for 3D glue:
or the component contains natural food bacteriostat;
or a bacteriostatic agent of plant essential oil.
A method for preparing a novel coronavirus-preventing glue comprises adding components capable of inhibiting or killing novel coronaviruses into the glue.
Such as inhibiting or killing the novel coronavirus, are: the components at least comprise: honeysuckle and radix isatidis; or the composition contains at least: honeysuckle, isatis root and garlicin.
The invention also provides a 3D glue method, namely a new convenient glue using method, glue is sealed in the small bag body or the small bag body, the small bag body or the small bag body is fixed on the surface of an object, and when the small bag body or the small bag body needs to be pasted, the small bag body or the small bag body shell indicated by the object is extruded and exploded, so that the glue in the small bag body or the small bag body shell is released, and the object is pasted on another object.
A method for preparing healthy glue, which comprises adding aerosol components which are beneficial to human health into the glue; or healthy glue, which can produce aerosol components beneficial to human health and control substances harmful to human body, such as formaldehyde, benzene, etc. within safe range.
A method for preparing a novel coronavirus-preventing glue comprises adding components capable of inhibiting or killing novel coronaviruses into the glue.
The paste, in particular the non-flowing paste, is adopted to reduce the damage to the adhered paper.
Test of efficacy of the 3D glue of the invention (test 1, with no additive addition, no effect due to the other additives of the invention not exceeding 5%):
test 1 evaluation of adhesion Effect on adherend and hand skin
Test article:
these are also examples of better adhesion.
The components in example 1 are: polyvinyl alcohol, water and vaseline in proportion: 3. 10, 1
The components in example 2 are: polyvinyl alcohol, water and volcanic mud proportion: 3,10,7

The components in example 14 are: polyvinyl pyrrolidone, water and diatomite in proportion: 3. 3, 7
The components in example 15 are: collagen (protein film forming agent), water and diatomite in proportion: 2,1.5,4
The components in example 16 are: pullulan (saccharide film forming agent), water and aloe gel in proportion: 6,10,1
The components in example 17 are: polyvinylpyrrolidone, water and aloe vera gel: 7, 10,1
The components in example 18 are: sodium hyaluronate (saccharide film forming agent), water and aloe gel: 3,22,1
The components in example 19 are: polyvinyl alcohol, pullulan, water and aloe gel: 2.5,1,10.75,0.75
The components in example 20 were: polyvinyl alcohol, sodium hyaluronate (or hyaluronic acid), water and aloe vera gel in proportion: 4. 0.15, 12, 0.5
The aloe vera gel of examples 16,17,18 may be replaced with aloe vera gel lyophilized powder, and the pullulan polysaccharide and sodium hyaluronate of examples 19, 20 may be added in an amount of about one twentieth to one third of the dry solids weight; preferably one fifteen to one quarter. (lack of all)
The water addition amounts in the above examples are all such that the finished product is stirred into paste.
For such embodiments as film forming agents, water, aloe vera gel or aloe gel lyophilized powder (aloe polysaccharide), it was found that the viscosity of the paste was not very strong even if made very thick, and that the viscosity of the paste was greatly improved by further adding pullulan or sodium hyaluronate (or hyaluronic acid). The 3D glue gives sodium hyaluronate new application.
Specific example 26: the 3D glue contains: polyvinyl alcohol, aloe gel freeze-dried powder, sodium hyaluronate and water. The weight portions of the components are as follows: 13-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 61-93 parts of water, 1.5-4 parts of aloe gel lyophilized powder and 0.5-4 parts of sodium hyaluronate. Or 1-5 parts of additive can be added, wherein the additive is selected from the following components: honeysuckle extract, isatis root extract, lavender oil, peppermint leaf oil, lemon citronella oil, eucalyptus oil, star anise oil, garlic extract, capsicum extract (various additives may be added in an amount of one fifth to one hundredth); also has certain antiseptic effect: p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol (each in an amount of 0.1% by weight only 1%). In the formula proportion, sodium hyaluronate plays three roles, namely, 1, the pasting force of the formula paste is increased, 2, the skin care effect of the paste is increased, and 3, the production of large blocks of polyvinyl alcohol is reduced, and particularly, solid powder is uniformly stirred before water is added. If the aloe gel freeze-dried powder is replaced by aloe gel, the proportion is as follows: 50-70 parts, and the water is correspondingly reduced by 50-70 parts.
While an example of a specific numerical component may be implemented with intermediate values for each part of the substance.
Specific example 27: the 3D glue contains: aloe gel, volcanic mud, polyvinyl alcohol and water. The weight portions of the components are as follows: 35-65 parts of aloe gel and water together, 8-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 45-25 parts of volcanic mud. Or 1-5 parts of additive can be added, wherein the additive is selected from the following components: honeysuckle extract, turmeric extract, sodium hyaluronate, lavender oil, peppermint leaf oil, citronella oil, eucalyptus oil, star anise oil, garlic extract, capsicum extract (various additives may be added in an amount of five parts per million to one percent); also has certain antiseptic effect: p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol (each in an amount of 0.1% by weight only 1%). The addition of no additive in this example had little effect on the adhesion of the 3D glue.
While an example of a specific numerical component may be implemented with intermediate values for each part of the substance.
Such levels may also be used for the additives of other embodiments.
Comparative example: in consideration of only pasting the mask to the face, the skin care product with the best pasting force on the market is searched, and several types of skin care products are selected preferentially, namely, a certain brand of skin care product paste in korea, a certain brand of skin care product paste in China, a certain brand of skin care product liquid in China and a certain brand of skin care product liquid in China.

End of pipe
Surprisingly, the 3D glue of the invention is adhered to the skin, and after a few hours, the adhered object and the 3D glue adhered on the face are taken down, and the skin pores contacted with the 3D glue are obviously reduced compared with the skin pores at the periphery, so that the 3D glue has a certain effect of improving wrinkles, namely the components and the proportion have a compact effect on the skin by adding the using method. The components are as follows: polyvinyl alcohol, water, volcanic mud; polyvinyl alcohol, water and vaseline; polyvinyl alcohol, water, volcanic mud, aloe vera gel or polyvinyl alcohol, water, aloe vera gel. The invention also provides a new viscous cosmetic with the effect of beautifying and protecting skin. Of course, the antibacterial component is added and can be used as an antibacterial agent. And other skin care effects are shown in detail in the test.
The better the adhesion is, the better the skin is, when the connection between the skin and the adhesive is tighter and the connection between skin cells and cells is stronger, the adhesive strength between the skin and the adhesive is larger than the adhesive strength between the cells, the skin epidermis layer is partially or completely separated, and even without obvious trauma, the removal of the adhesive can cause the separation of epithelial cells, thereby damaging the skin. These problems are present in common pressure sensitive adhesives, plasters, etc. The 3D glue provided by the invention is sealed and comfortably peeled, can not adhere to skin sweat, is small in damage, and does not influence hair follicles. Common adhesive plaster and pressure-sensitive adhesive are very painful to tear, are too airtight, are easy to allergic to skin, and contain substances which are not skin-friendly and are easy to sensitize.
The adhesive has the adhesiveness of common glue, namely the average peeling strength of common solid glue sold in stationery stores in the market.
Summarizing:
the heating substance composition is arranged on the 3D glue, the package is opened, and the heating substance starts to generate heat when the package is exposed to the air, so that the function substance can be used for acting or heating and warming.
The exothermic composition may also be a composition that is capable of generating heat by physical action, such as extrusion, such as a composition containing calcium oxide and magnesium chloride. The heat-generating composition can also be far infrared heat-generating material. Of course, devices with heat generation directly fixed can also be used.
