The processing process after adding the film forming agent is kept to be close to normal temperature, the cooling is carried out for controlling the temperature not to rise, stirring is carried out after cooling, the temperature is controlled not to rise during stirring, the mixture is not uniform mainly at the initial stage of stirring, a plurality of film forming agents such as polyvinyl alcohol powder are easy to adhere when the temperature is high, and if the processing process is not careful, the whole adhesiveness of a finished product is small, and the finished product is not sticky to skin. The temperature for preparation can also be room temperature, and the room temperature and room temperature referred herein generally mean the temperature range can only be between 0 ℃ and 60 ℃ at most, and do not exceed the range.
The equipment adopts stirring and filling equipment which can be processed, sticky and thick, or is modified by common equipment, such as power increase and equipment strength.

Examples 16,17 and 18 aloe gel can be replaced by aloe gel freeze-dried powder, and in examples 19 and 20, the addition amount of pullulan and sodium hyaluronate is one twentieth to one third of the dry solid weight; preferably one-fifteen parts to one-quarter parts.
The water amount is added in the above examples until the finished product is stirred into paste.
For the examples of film forming agent, water, aloe gel or aloe gel lyophilized powder (aloe polysaccharide), it was found that the viscosity of the paste was not strong even if it was made thick, and the addition of pullulan or sodium hyaluronate (or hyaluronic acid) greatly increased the viscosity of the paste. The mask paste has new application of sodium hyaluronate.
Specific example 26: the mask paste contains: polyvinyl alcohol, aloe gel freeze-dried powder, sodium hyaluronate and water. In the formula proportion, the sodium hyaluronate plays three roles, 1, the adhesive force of the paste in the formula is increased, 2, the skin care effect of the paste is increased, and 3, the mass of the polyvinyl alcohol is reduced during production, and specifically, solid powder is stirred uniformly before water is added. If the aloe gel freeze-dried powder is replaced by aloe gel, the proportion is as follows: 50-70 parts, and a corresponding reduction in water of 50-70 parts.
Examples of specific numerical components, however, may be practiced with intermediate values for each part of the material.
Specific example 27: the mask paste contains: aloe gel, volcanic mud, polyvinyl alcohol and water. The proportion is as follows according to the mass portion: 35-65 parts of aloe gel and water, 8-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 45-25 parts of volcanic mud. Or 1-5 parts of additive can be added, and the additive is selected from: honeysuckle extract, turmeric extract, sodium hyaluronate, lavender oil, peppermint leaf oil, lemongrass oil, eucalyptus oil, star anise oil, garlic extract and pepper extract (the addition amount of various additives can be one-fifths to one-hundredth); also has a certain anticorrosion effect: p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol (0.1% of each can be added and only 1%). In this example, the addition of no additive had no effect on the adhesiveness of the mask paste.
Examples of specific numerical components, however, may be practiced with intermediate values for each part of the material.
Other examples of additives may be used in such amounts.
Comparative example: the skin care product with the best adhesive force on the market is searched under the condition that the mask can be adhered to the face, and several skin care products are selected preferentially according to the comparative example 1, certain brand of skin care product paste in Korea, the comparative example 2, certain brand of skin care product paste in China, the comparative example 3 and certain brand of skin care product liquid in China.
Comparative example 4, Mi xi ya brand female underwear silica gel sticker, select thin edge cut into strip, fix around the internal surface of gauze mask.
Comparative example 5, Bingbing gel paste defervesce paste, cut into strips, and fix around the inner surface of the mask.

The testing process comprises the following steps: the mask cream of examples 1 to 3 and the skin care product of comparative examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were coated on the inner surface edge of a general disposable medical mask, and the mask was directly attached to the face through the mask cream composition without hanging the fixing band of the mask on the ear, and the daily activities were performed normally, and after 3 hours, it was checked whether the mask was separated from the skin of the face at the site where the mask cream was coated. The test results are shown in Table 3.

The following examples and test examples are not given because the components are preferably formulated to the non-flowable state proposed by the present invention to achieve leak-sealing based on the principle of the non-flowable paste of the present invention acting on the skin and mask. The proportioning range can be relatively wide and is not particularly limited.

Test objects: 20 healthy adults between the ages of 20 and 60.
Testing equipment: the common disposable medical mask and the KN95 mask which are purchased from the market are selected.
The testing process comprises the following steps: 10 people adopt 10 KN95 masks, 10 people adopt 10 ordinary disposable medical masks, work or move for half an hour under the same environment, then 10 new KN95 masks and 10 new ordinary disposable medical masks are replaced again, mask paste is coated on the periphery of the inner surface of the masks, the masks are pasted on faces through the mask paste, and the same work or movement is respectively carried out for half an hour under the same environment. Compared with the breathing comfort of wearing the mask without coating the mask paste.
And (3) testing results: 2 individuals, consider nothing to be different. 18 persons think that the breathing mask paste is coated, the breathing gas is more comfortable, and the mask paste can absorb moisture, release negative ions and the like.
Test 4 test evaluation of medical staff in three hospitals on mask cream
Test article: mask cream according to example 26 of the present invention.
Test objects: medical care personnel.
Testing equipment: commercially available medical masks.
The testing process comprises the following steps: the mask paste of example 26 of the present invention was applied to the inner surface edge of the mask. The test results are shown in Table 3.

or the mask paste contains film forming agent;
the mask paste is used alone or the mask paste is stored separately from the mask protective articles at ordinary times, the mask paste is stored in a sealing mode alone, the mask paste is directly coated on the existing mask protective articles according to the amount and the position of individual needs during use and then is worn on the face, and the mask paste is connected with the mask protective articles and the face.

The mask paste according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein: the film forming agent comprises: at least one of polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose derivatives, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, carbopol, vinyl pyrrolidone derivatives, acrylic acid polymers or copolymers for medical and cosmetic use, organosilicones, polyurethane copolymers for medical and cosmetic use, polyesters for medical and cosmetic use, polyvinylpyrrolidone, gum arabic and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, chitosan, trimethylsiloxysilicate, protein film-forming agent, and saccharide film-forming agent; or the film-forming agent is a cellulose derivative or an acrylic acid derivative; or the film forming agent of the mask paste is polyvinyl alcohol.
14. The mask paste according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein: the mask ointment contains at least two of herba Menthae, folium Eucalypti Globueli oil, Eucalyptus globulus Labill oil, essential oil of folium Cyperi, Borneolum Syntheticum, and icilin.
15. The mask paste according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein: the mask paste contains at least one of the following substances:
an oxygen generating agent, or an oxygen generator;
an anion generator or anion generator;
one or a combination of an antibacterial or antiviral agent;
garlic or onion extract or plant powder;
nano silver;
mustard extract or plant powder;
curry extract or plant powder;
a moisture absorbent;
monoglyceride;
