本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药。一种防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,所述生物农药的有效成分由多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配而成,所述多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱的质量比为1‑100:100‑1。本发明生物农药中多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配时,在一定质量比范围内表现为增效作用,可以提高对黄曲条跳甲的防治效果,降低有效成分的用量,降低农药残留和防治成本。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药。
背景技术
黄曲条跳甲(Phyllotreta strilata)属鞘翅目叶甲科,主要为害包括菜心、白菜、萝卜和油菜等在内的十字花科蔬菜,是世界范围内十字花科蔬菜经济上重要的害虫。黄曲条跳甲成虫和幼虫均能为害作物,成虫主要在取食地上部叶肉,造成大量孔洞,孔洞会随着叶片的长大而变大,严重时整株啃光,对幼苗为害最为严重。幼虫咬食寄主根皮,剥食根皮或蛀入根内,形成不规则条状痕,也可咬断须根,使幼苗地上部分叶片发黄,萎焉而死,也可传播根部软腐病。
长期以来,化学防治是农业害虫防治最快速且高效的方式,比如甲氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、多杀菌素、阿维菌素、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺和哒螨灵等药剂均可防治黄曲条跳甲,但化学防治也造成了农药的“3R”问题,黄曲条跳甲以对多种现有药剂产生不同程度的抗药性,防治效果降低。因此,研究筛选有效的防治药剂具有迫切的现实意义。
农药的增效作用是指复配的各种药剂有效成分有相互促进作用,使复配后的实际效果大于理论效果。农药的合理复配使用,能够提高药剂防治效果,延缓抗药性的产生,减少各成分的用量,有助于降低农药残留和防治成本。
目前已有相关研究报道,在杀虫及酶抑制活性研究发现,醌类化合物对褐飞虱的杀虫活性由于东方粘虫。通过酶活性抑制试验对其杀虫机理研究初步发现,大黄素显著抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性,且激活细胞色素P450s的活性,杀虫机理可能与通过诱导激活P450s而增加昆虫对药物的敏感性以及通过抑制谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶活性阻断II相代谢系统有关,神经系统和运动功能障碍也是导致昆虫死亡的重要原因。在该研究报道中还公开了大黄素对褐飞虱和东方粘虫的杀虫活性,LC50分别为84.30μg/mL和548.74μg/mL。
弥拜菌素(milbemectin)是由日本三公化学公司开发的抗生素类杀虫杀螨剂,由同系物milbemectin A3和milbemectin A4以3:7质量比组合而成。弥拜菌素为γ-氨基丁酸抑制剂,作用于外围神经系统。通过提高弥拜菌素和γ-氨基丁酸的结合力,使氯离子流量增加,从而发挥杀虫杀螨活性。对各个生长阶段的害虫均有效,作用方式为触杀和胃毒。
二氢血根碱从小果博落回叶中分离纯化出的生物碱类化合物,相较分离出的其他生物碱类化合物去甲基血根碱、二氢白屈菜红碱、6-丙酮基二氢血根碱、小檗碱、6-甲氧基二氢血根碱、β-别隐品碱和原阿片碱等,二氢血根碱对粘虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫和棉铃虫等具有较好的生物活性,可以为开发生物杀虫药剂提供支持。
目前,还未见到多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配而成,所述多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配的相关报道。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,其可以提高对黄曲条跳甲的防治效果,降低有效成分的用量,降低农药残留和防治成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,所述生物农药的有效成分由多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配而成,所述多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱的质量比为1-100:100-1。
作为优选,所述多角体病毒为甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒、斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒、苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒、棉铃虫核型多角体病毒、茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒或松毛虫质型多角体病毒。
作为优选,所述多角体病毒为2000亿PIB/克的甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒。
作为优选,所述多角体病毒和大黄素的质量比为1-19:39-1。
作为优选,所述多角体病毒和弥拜菌素的质量比为1-25:40-1。
作为优选,所述多角体病毒和二氢血根碱的质量比为1-18:1-6。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的生物农药中多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配时,在一定质量比范围内表现为增效作用,可以提高对黄曲条跳甲的防治效果,降低有效成分的用量,降低农药残留和防治成本。
(2)本发明的生物农药可以延缓黄曲条跳甲抗药性的产生,克服使用单一有效成分存在的缺陷。
(3)本发明的生物农药中有效成分采用生物活性成分,绿色安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明专利的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域所属的技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:室内生物活性试验
1.试验对象:黄曲条跳甲采自十字花科蔬菜地内,在温度(25±1)℃、湿度75%、光周期14L:10D的人工气候培养箱内用新鲜干净的萝卜叶片饲养多代,选取体型相似的黄曲条跳甲成虫为试验对象。
2.供试药剂
2000亿PIB/克的甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒(河南省济南白云实业有限公司)、95%大黄素原药(上海阿拉丁生化科技有限公司)、95%弥拜菌素原药(南京伊贝加科技有限公司)、98%二氢血根碱原药(上海源叶生物科技有限公司)。
将供试药剂配置成单剂母液后设置多组配比,各单剂母液及每组配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个质量浓度梯度,每个质量浓度药液量50mL,所有药剂现配现用。
3.试验方法
采用浸叶法(参考《NY/T 1154.14-2008农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第14部分:浸叶法》)。将新鲜干净的萝卜叶片裁成叶段,用镊子夹取裁剪好的叶段浸于待测药剂溶液中,10s后取出晾干置于含有浸湿滤纸的培养皿(直径9cm)中。在每个培养皿中接入20头试验对象,用橡皮筋在皿口上固定纱网以防止逃逸。将培养皿置于温度(25±1)℃、湿度75%、光周期14L:10D的人工气候培养箱内饲养观察,每个处理重复4次,并设蒸馏水的处理作为空白对照。处理后72h观察试虫的死亡情况,分别记录各处理的总虫数和死虫数,并以此计算出各处理的校正死亡率。

4.数据分析:用DPS软件对各处理药剂浓度对数值和各处理的校正死亡率几率值进行回归分析,计算各处理药剂的LC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。
5.药效评价
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-2。

由表1可知,在1-19:39-1的质量比内,甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒与大黄素复配后对黄曲条跳甲的共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用。

由表2可知,在1-25:40-1的质量比内,仅有20:1时,甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒与弥拜菌素复配后对黄曲条跳甲的共毒系数在80-120之间,表现为相加作用,其余的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。

由表3可知,在1-18:6-1的质量比内,甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒与二氢血根碱复配后对黄曲条跳甲的共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用。
综上所述,本发明生物农药中甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配时,在一定质量比范围内表现为增效作用,可以提高对黄曲条跳甲的防治效果,降低有效成分的用量,降低农药残留和防治成本。

1.一种防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,其特征在于,所述生物农药的有效成分由多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱复配而成,所述多角体病毒与大黄素、弥拜菌素或二氢血根碱的质量比为1-100:100-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,其特征在于,所述多角体病毒为甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒、斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒、苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒、棉铃虫核型多角体病毒、茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒或松毛虫质型多角体病毒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,其特征在于,所述多角体病毒为2000亿PIB/克的甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,其特征在于,所述多角体病毒和大黄素的质量比为1-19:39-1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,其特征在于,所述多角体病毒和弥拜菌素的质量比为1-25:40-1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防治萝卜黄曲条跳甲的生物农药,其特征在于,所述多角体病毒和二氢血根碱的质量比为1-18:1-6。
