一种包含多杀霉素和杀虫环的杀虫组合物
技术领域
本发明属于杀虫剂领域,具体涉及一种包含多杀霉素和杀虫环的杀虫组合物及其应用。
背景技术
稻纵卷叶螟属鳞翅目螟蛾科,是我国南方稻区水稻三大主要害虫之一,主要以幼虫危害稻叶,严重时全田白叶,特别对孕穗后期水稻危害大,严重影响产量。由于不同地域耕作制度、气候特征以及害虫迁飞特性等多种因素影响,导致该害虫在全国要稻区大发生的频率明显增加,为害加重,已成为影响水稻生产的常发性害虫之一。化学防治一直是治理稻纵卷叶螟的主要方法,以前稻纵卷叶螟的防治主要依靠久效磷、甲胺磷、杀虫单等老品种农药,但2007年我国全面禁止使用甲胺磷等剧毒农药,而由于抗药性,杀虫单等杀虫剂防治稻纵卷叶螟的效果越来越不理想,因此,生产上迫切需要筛选出能防治稻纵卷叶螟高龄幼虫的药剂,以实现水稻生产的可持续发展。
多杀霉素对害虫具有快速的触杀和胃毒作用,对叶片有较强的渗透作用,可杀死表皮下的害虫,残效期较长,对一些害虫具有一定的杀卵作用。无内吸作用。是一种低毒、高效、广谱的杀虫剂。
杀虫环是沙蚕毒素类杀虫剂,具有触杀、胃毒、内吸和熏蒸作用,且能杀卵。对害虫的毒效较迟缓,对水稻二化螟及烟草烟青虫有良好的防除效果。它在植物体中消失较快,残效期较短,收获时作物中的残留量很少。
化学药剂长期单独使用容易造成杂草抗药性的产生,对环境造成污染,寻找能提高杀虫效果,降低活性成分施用剂量的协同组合物是国内众多农药公司的研发重点。
发明内容
本发明一种包含多杀霉素和杀虫环的杀虫组合物。具体技术方案如下:
一种包含多杀霉素和杀虫环的杀虫组合物,活性成分包含多杀霉素和杀虫环,并且多杀霉素和杀虫环的质量配比为1:20-20:1。优选的多杀霉素和杀虫环的质量配比为1:10。
组合物可制备成油悬浮剂的形式,油悬浮剂中包含增效剂,所述的增效剂为茶皂素、胡椒基丁醚中的一种或两种。优选的所述的增效剂为茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚,优选的茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚的质量配比为:1:3-3:1。更优选的茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚的质量配比为:1:1。
所述的杀虫组合物,包含如下重量百分含量组分:多杀霉素3%、杀虫环30%、NNO3%、农乳0201B 3%、农乳500 2%、凹凸棒土0.5%、茶皂素2%、胡椒基丁醚2%、大豆油补足100%。
所述的杀虫组合物用于防治稻纵卷叶螟的用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
多杀霉素和杀虫环复配对稻纵卷叶螟表现出协同、相加。其中多杀霉素和杀虫环的配比为1:10表现为增效作用。茶皂素或胡椒基丁醚可显著提高复配药剂对于稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果;当茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚组合使用后,防治效果显著提升,特别是当茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚以1:1组合时制备得到的33%多杀霉素·杀虫环油悬浮剂对于稻纵卷叶螟的防效高达95.6%。
具体实施方式
根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例1:多杀霉素和杀虫环复配对稻纵卷叶螟室内毒力测定
供试害虫:稻纵卷叶螟3龄幼虫,敏感品系。
供试药剂:多杀霉素原药、杀虫环原药;市购。
试验方法:采用浸叶法(参考文献肖汉祥等,多杀霉素对稻纵卷叶螟室内毒力测定及高龄幼虫田间药效试验)。配置系列浓度梯度药剂,将新鲜嫩稻叶放入各处理浓度的药液中浸30s,取出后晾干,以浸湿的脱脂棉包住叶下部放入培养杯,每杯8片叶,接入稻纵卷叶螟3龄幼虫15头,每浓度重复4次,共60头。处理后的试虫均放置于(26±2)℃、光周期L∶D=16∶8的人工气候箱中。处理后注意保持包裹稻叶的脱脂棉的湿度,防稻叶干枯。72小时后检查试验结果,以毛笔轻触虫体,幼虫不能协调运动为死亡标准,对照死亡率小于10%为有效试验。采用DPS分析软件计算药剂LC50值,采用CTC值评价组合物的联合作用。

结果分析:由表1可知,多杀霉素和杀虫环复配对稻纵卷叶螟表现出协同、相加作用。其中多杀霉素和杀虫环的配比为1:10表现为增效作用。多杀霉素和杀虫环的配比为20:1、10:1、1:1、1:20、1:30表现为相加作用。

实施例3多杀霉素和杀虫环复配对稻纵卷叶螟田间药效测定
测试方法:设置6个药剂处理,1个空白对照,重复4次;随机排列。于水稻幼穗分化末期,稻纵卷叶螟1-2龄幼虫发生高峰期喷雾施药一次。施药后15d,为害症状定型后调查一次。每小区采用五点取样法调查25丛,记录调查总叶数和卷叶数,根据处理区和对照区的调查总叶数和卷叶数,计算卷叶率、防治效果。

结果分析:由表3可知,茶皂素或胡椒基丁醚可显著提高复配药剂对于稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果;当茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚组合使用后,防治效果显著提升,特别是当茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚以1:1组合时制备得到的33%多杀霉素·杀虫环油悬浮剂对于稻纵卷叶螟的防效高达95.6%。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种包含多杀霉素和杀虫环的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含多杀霉素和杀虫环,并且多杀霉素和杀虫环的质量配比为1:20-20:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,多杀霉素和杀虫环的质量配比为1:10。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,组合物可制备成油悬浮剂的形式,油悬浮剂中包含增效剂,所述的增效剂为茶皂素、胡椒基丁醚中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的增效剂为茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚,并且茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚的质量配比为:1:3-3:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,茶皂素和胡椒基丁醚的质量配比为:1:1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分含量组分:多杀霉素3%、杀虫环30%、NNO 3%、农乳0201B 3%、农乳500 2%凹凸棒土0.5%、茶皂素2%、胡椒基丁醚2%、大豆油补足100%。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的杀虫组合物用于防治稻纵卷叶螟的用途。
