本发明涉及农药技术领域,提供一种杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物含有活性成分四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素,其中四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的重量百分比为1:10~30:1。本发明还涉及所述的杀菌组合物用于防治黄瓜霜霉病等。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种含四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,用于防治黄瓜霜霉病等。
背景技术
四唑吡氨酯(Picarbutrazox),是日本曹达公司开发的氨基甲酸酯类杀菌剂。目前四唑吡氨酯的作用机理不明确,杀菌剂国际抗性委员会(FRAC)将其归为独立的U17一类。四唑吡氨酯具有渗透和治疗作用,对卵菌纲病害有效,如盘霜霉属、腐霉属、假霜霉属和疫霉属等;其应用作物广泛,包括大豆、玉米、水稻、黄瓜、甜瓜、西瓜、番茄、莴苣、西兰花、甘蓝、大白菜、洋葱、萝卜、菠菜、马铃薯、葫芦,以及草坪等。
氨基寡糖素(oligosaccharins),属微生物代谢提取的一种具有抗病作用的低毒杀菌剂,氨基寡糖素能对一些病菌的生长产生抑制作用,影响真菌孢子萌发,诱发菌丝形态发生变异、孢内生化发生改变等。能激发植物体内基因,产生具有抗病作用的几丁酶、葡聚糖酶、保素及PR蛋白等,并具有细胞活化作用,有助于受害植株的恢复,促根壮苗,增强作物的抗逆性,促进植物生长发育。氨基寡糖素溶液可广泛用于防治果树、蔬菜、地下根茎、烟草、中药材及粮棉作物的病毒、细菌、真菌引起的病害。
现有技术中并没有四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素组合使用的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种增效作用明显,能够延缓抗性、降低使用量的杀菌组合物。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种包含四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的杀菌组合物,活性成分包含四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素,并且四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的质量配比为1:10~30:1。优选的,四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的质量配比为1:1~30:1。更优选的四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的质量配比为20:1。
杀菌组合物中活性成分的重量百分含量为5~80%。优选的活性成分的重量百分含量为10~50%。
所述的杀菌组合物在防治黄瓜霜霉病上具有显著效果,表现明显优于单剂的效果。
本发明的优点在于:两者复配,在一定范围内表现出显著的增效作用,能够减少用药量、降低成本;能够延缓抗性;安全性高,对环境友好环保。
实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于此。实施例中的百分比均为重量百分比。
实施应用例一:四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素复配对黄瓜霜霉病的室内毒力测定试验
试验材料:
黄瓜霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis);田间采集鉴定,室内活体培养保存。
测试方法:
参照《农药室内生测试验准则 杀菌剂》规定的杀菌剂防治黄瓜霜霉病试验(盆栽法)(NY/T 1156.7-2006)。待黄瓜长至8~10片真叶时,选择长势基本一致的健康无病盆栽黄瓜苗,供试验用。将新鲜孢子囊悬浮液均匀喷雾至黄瓜苗叶片背面,然后将黄瓜幼苗放置在20±2℃,光暗比12:12,相对湿度90%的人工气候箱内培养。24h后进行药剂茎叶喷雾处理(药剂浓度梯度根据预试试验确定),待空白充分发病进行病情调查。
分级标准:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶片面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶片面积的6~10%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶片面积的11~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶片面积的26~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶片面积的50%以上。
病情指数=∑(各级病叶数×相对级指数)/ (调查总叶数×最高级数值)×100
防治效果(%)=[(对照病情指数-处理病情指数)/ 对照病情指数 ]×100
用DPS数据处理软件计算试验结果,分别求出试验药剂单剂和不同配比混剂的毒力回归方程、EC50和EC90,比较增效情况,并根据孙云沛法计算复配药剂混剂的共毒系数(CTC)。共毒系数(CTC)计算公式如下:
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂的EC50/供试药剂的EC50) × 100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A 药剂的毒力指数 ×A 药剂在混剂中的百分含量+ B 药剂的毒力指数×B 药剂在混剂中的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)= (ATI/TTI)×100
按照共毒系数(CTC)的划分标准,CTC≤80 为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120 为增效作用。
毒力测定结果:

从表1可以看出,四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素在1∶10~30∶1的范围内复配时,共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,对黄瓜霜霉病表现出协同增效作用,特别是四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素质量比为20∶1时,两者复配效果最佳。
综上所述,本发明所述的杀菌组合物四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素复配,对黄瓜霜霉病有显著的增效作用,扩大杀菌谱,能够延缓抗性,对作物安全,能够减少用药量,对环境安全。

1.一种含有四唑吡氨酯的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素,四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的质量配比为1:10~30:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的质量配比为1:1~30:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,四唑吡氨酯和氨基寡糖素的质量配比为20:1。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,活性成分的重量百分含量为5~80%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,活性成分的重量百分含量为10~50%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的杀菌组合物用于防治黄瓜霜霉病等。
