本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于抗病育种的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂。一种用于抗病育种的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂,其有效成分由缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉、甲霜灵或丁香菌酯二元复配而成。本发明的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂具有明显的增效作用,可以提高对澳洲坚果衰退病的防治效果,尤其是对由樟疫霉侵染引起的澳洲坚果衰退病效果显著,可以减少施药剂量和施药次数,减轻农药对环境的压力,降低农药残留。

一种用于抗病育种的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于抗病育种的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂。
背景技术
澳洲坚果,别名夏威尼果,是一种原产于澳洲的坚果属植物,其不但具有较高的经济价值,还具有很好的营养价值和药用价值,素有“干果之王”的美誉。在广西,澳洲坚果的主要病害有茎干溃疡病、衰退病、炭疽病和灰霉病等,其中衰退病为全株性病害,对澳洲坚果植株的生长造成很大影响。
澳洲坚果衰退病染病株全株叶片褪色,顶端枝条回枯,逐渐从上向下扩展,直至全株枯死,从发病到枯死有速衰型和慢衰型两种情况。其中,速衰型发病后叶片从顶端变成红黄色,似火烧状,后迅速向下扩展,2-3个月即死亡;慢衰型发病后叶片黄花且逐渐脱落,严重时全株落叶,枝条回枯,历时2-3年死亡。
“云南澳洲坚果速衰病两种病原菌接种试验,李加智等,热带农业科技,2004,27(3)”对从云南澳洲坚果速衰病株上分离的色二孢属和腐霉属D.13和P.01菌株形态进行了描述;同时通过对澳洲坚果苗根系的接种试验证实,两种真菌是云南澳洲坚果速衰病的致病病原菌。“广西澳洲坚果主要病害调查与防治,王文林等,植物保护,2018.5总第84期”对澳洲坚果主要产区的主要病害进行了调查,发现澳洲坚果速衰型和慢衰型均由非侵染性病原和侵染性病原引起,侵染性病原包括木炭角菌和樟疫霉等多种。
通过施用化学药剂防除病原菌进而可以达到防治澳洲坚果衰退病的效果。但长期施用单一成分化学药剂容易使病原菌产生抗药性,导致防治效果降低。虽然加大用药剂量在短时间内提高对抗药性病原菌的防治效果,但随着时间的积累,会带来环境污染和农药残留等一些列问题。
将不同农药品种进行复配是开发和研制新型药剂以及防止农业上抗性病原菌的一种有效和快捷的方式。不同农药品种复配后,通常表现出三种作用类型:拮抗作用、相加作用和增效作用。其中,具有增效作用的复配,能够明显提高实际防治效果,降低农药的施用量,延缓病原菌抗药性产生的速度,是综合防治病害的重要手段。
目前,还尚未见有缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉、甲霜灵或丁香菌酯复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于抗病育种的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂,从而解决长期使用单一成分化学药剂带来的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种用于抗病育种的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂,其有效成分由缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉、甲霜灵或丁香菌酯二元复配而成。
作为优选,所述缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉的质量比为1-50:30-1。
作为优选,所述缬菌胺与甲霜灵的质量比为1-60:15-1。
作为优选,所述缬菌胺与丁香菌酯的质量比为1-25:10-1。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂具有明显的增效作用,可以提高对澳洲坚果衰退病的防治效果,尤其是对由樟疫霉侵染引起的澳洲坚果衰退病效果显著,可以减少施药剂量和施药次数,减轻农药对环境的压力,降低农药残留。
具体实施方式
根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例:澳洲坚果衰退病防治药剂筛选
1.供试菌株:在澳洲坚果种植基地内采集染病植株病健交界处病皮组织,在实验室内分离鉴定,并经接种试验证实,确定病原菌为樟疫霉(Phytophthora cinnamomiRands),保存于PSA培养基上。
2.供试药剂:98%缬菌胺原药、95%丁吡吗啉原药、91%甲霜灵原药和96%丁香菌酯原药,均为市售。
将供试药剂先用有机溶剂(比如二甲基亚砜、丙酮、乙醇或其他)溶解,再用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂和配比混剂均按等比方法设置7个质量浓度梯度。
4.试验方法:采用菌丝生长速率法,将预先融化的PDA培养基9mL加入无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度到高浓度依次定量吸取药液1mL,分别加入上述锥形瓶中,充分摇匀后等量倒入3个直径为9cm的培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板;并设只含0.1%吐温-80水溶液的处理作空白对照,每个处理设置3个重复。用直径5mm打孔器在供试菌株菌落边缘切取菌饼,接种于含药平板和空白对照平板中央,盖上皿盖;待空白对照菌落的直径达培养皿直径的2/3以上时,用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算不同处理对菌丝生长抑制率。
5.数据分析:采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,以杀菌剂浓度对数值为x,对应的菌丝生长抑制率几率值为y进行线性回归,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标病菌的毒力EC50值,并根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
上式中:ATI--混剂实测的
毒力指数;S--标准药剂的EC50,单位为mg/L;M--供试药剂的EC50,单位为mg/L。
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
上式中:TTI--混剂的理论毒理指数;TIA--A药剂的毒力指数;PA--A药剂在混剂中百分含量,单位为百分率(%);TIB--B药剂的毒力指数;PB--B药剂在混剂中百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。
上式中:CTC--共毒系数;ATI--混剂实测毒力指数;TTI--混剂理论毒力指数。
5.测定结果
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-3。

由表1可知,缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉复配后在质量比为1-50:30-1的范围内对对澳洲坚果衰退病原菌樟疫霉的共毒系数都大于120,表现为增效作用。

由表2可知,缬菌胺与甲霜灵复配后在质量比为1-60:15-1的范围内对对澳洲坚果衰退病原菌樟疫霉的共毒系数都大于120,表现为增效作用。

由表3可知,缬菌胺与丁香菌酯复配后在质量比为1-25:10-1的范围内对对澳洲坚果衰退病原菌樟疫霉的共毒系数都大于120,表现为增效作用。
综上,缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉、甲霜灵或丁香菌酯复配后具有很好的协同增效作用,可以提高对澳洲坚果衰退病的防治效果,尤其是对由樟疫霉侵染引起的澳洲坚果衰退病,可以减少施药剂量和施药次数,减轻农药对环境的压力,降低农药残留。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于抗病育种的澳洲坚果衰退病防治剂在防治澳洲坚果衰退病中的用途,其特征在于,其有效成分由缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉二元复配而成,所述缬菌胺与丁吡吗啉的质量比为1-50:30-1;所述的澳洲坚果衰退病是由病原菌樟疫霉(Phytophthora cinnamomi Rands)侵染引起的。
