技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种提高小麦田病害防治效果的组合物。
背景技术
氰烯菌酯,是由江苏农药研究所于1998年创制开发的一种氰基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。氰烯菌酯作用机制独特,能强烈抑制引起麦类赤霉病的禾谷镰孢菌和引起水稻恶苗病的串珠镰孢菌的菌丝生长和发育。氰烯菌酯可降低禾谷镰孢菌敏感菌株分生孢子的萌发速率,影响其萌发方式;同时氰烯菌酯可使敏感菌株分生孢子膨大、畸形,并使其芽管肿胀、扭曲,明显抑制其芽管的伸长生长。但氰烯菌酯对抗性菌株分生孢子芽管伸长的抑制作用很小,致畸作用不明显。随着氰烯菌酯的长期使用,引起麦类赤霉病的禾谷镰孢菌已对其产生抗性,导致氰烯菌酯对小麦赤霉病的防治效果降低。
桧木醇(CAS:499-44-5)是从扁柏树中提取的一种单萜类天然化合物,具有抗菌、抗氧化以及抗肿瘤功效。研究表明,桧木醇可抑制贮藏过程中引起芋艿腐烂变质的镰刀菌和可可毛色二孢菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发,加剧菌丝膜脂过氧化,并破坏菌丝体亚细胞结构,抑菌效果明显。另外,CN202110070030.X,公开了一种含有桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分的杀菌组合物在防治植物病害和霉菌中的用途,在专利中公开了桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香油、香芹酚、丁香酚或百里酚的二元组合物对油菜菌核病、番茄灰霉病、小麦赤霉病、稻瘟病和棉花枯萎病等具有增效作用。

申请号CN201510475579.1,公开了一种异黄酮类化合物用于制备农用杀菌剂的用途,在专利中公开了光甘草定化合物用于制备农用杀菌剂的应用,同时还公开了光甘草定和左旋紫草素组合使用,对小麦小麦赤霉病菌、茶叶炭疽病菌、猕猴桃溃疡病菌及姜瘟病菌具有增效作用。
小麦是全球范围内广泛种植的重要粮食作物之一,位居粮食作物第二位。由多种镰孢菌引起的小麦赤霉病是对小麦生产危害最大的真菌病病害之一,是影响全球粮食安全的主要隐患之一。据统计,至少有20个镰刀菌种或变种能够侵染小麦,引起赤霉病发生。在我国,禾谷镰孢菌(Fusariumgraminearum)和亚洲镰孢菌(Fusarium asiaticum)是引起小麦赤霉病的主要优势菌种。小麦赤霉病能够对小麦的产量造成毁灭性的损失,目前药剂防治是减轻小麦赤霉病发生程度的关键。在药剂防治中,如何减缓抗性的产生是一个必须需要考虑的问题。发明人通过大量试验发现,氰烯菌酯与桧木醇或左旋紫草素复配后,对小麦赤霉病菌具有增效作用,这样既能提高对小麦赤霉病的防治效果,又能延缓小麦赤霉病菌抗药性的发展。目前还未见到这方面复配的相关报道。

一种提高小麦田病害防治效果的组合物,其由氰烯菌酯与桧木醇或左旋紫草素复配而成。

进一步地,所述氰烯菌酯与左旋紫草素的质量比为1-19:29-1。

本发明组合物由氰烯菌酯与桧木醇或左旋紫草素按一定质量比复配而成,对引起小麦赤霉病的禾谷镰孢菌具有增效作用,可以提高对小麦赤霉病的防治效果。同时可以延缓小麦赤霉病病菌抗药性的发展,降低单一有效成分的抗药性风险。

实施例:室内试验
1.试验病菌:禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum)。采集郑州小麦种植地内染病的小麦叶片,在实验室内分离得到,保存于PDA培养基上。
2.供试药剂
95%氰烯菌酯原药(江苏省农药研究所股份有限公司)
98%桧木醇原药(成都植标化纯生物技术有限公司)
96%左旋紫草素原药(上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司)
将供试药剂先用二甲基亚砜溶解,再用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂母液和配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个质量浓度梯度,所有药剂现配现用。
3.试验方法(参考《NY/T 1156.2-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第2部分:抑制病原真菌菌丝生长试验平皿法》)
将预先融化的PDA培养基9mL加入无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度到高浓度依次定量吸取药液1mL,分别加入上述锥形瓶中,充分摇匀后倒入直径为9cm的培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板;并设不含药剂的处理作空白对照,每个处理设置5个重复。用直径5mm打孔器在供试菌株菌落边缘切取菌饼,接种于含药平板和空白对照平板中央,盖上皿盖后置于25℃恒温箱培养。待空白对照菌落的直径达培养皿直径的2/3以上时,用卡尺测量菌落直径,每个菌落用十字交叉法垂直测量直径各一次,取其平均值,以此计算各处理的菌丝生长抑制率。
4.数据分析:采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,以杀菌剂浓度对数值为x,对应的菌丝生长抑制率几率值为y进行线性回归,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标病菌的毒力EC50值,并根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
上式中:ATI--混剂实测的毒力指数;S--标准药剂的EC50,单位为mg/L;M--混剂的EC50,单位为mg/L。
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
上式中:TTI--混剂的理论毒理指数;TIA--A药剂的毒力指数;PA--A药剂在混剂中百分含量,单位为百分率(%);TIB--B药剂的毒力指数;PB--B药剂在混剂中百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。
上式中:CTC--共毒系数;ATI--混剂实测毒力指数;TTI--混剂理论毒力指数。
5.测定结果
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-2。

由表1可知,有效成分氰烯菌酯和桧木醇复配,在质量比为1-8:12-1范围内对禾谷镰孢菌的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。

由表2可知,有效成分氰烯菌酯和左旋紫草素复配,在质量比为1-19:29-1范围内对禾谷镰孢菌的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。
综上,氰烯菌酯与桧木醇或左旋紫草素复配时,对引起小麦赤霉病的禾谷镰孢菌具有增效作用,可以提高对小麦赤霉病的防治效果。

1.一种提高小麦田病害防治效果的组合物,其特征在于,其由氰烯菌酯与桧木醇或左旋紫草素复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高小麦田病害防治效果的组合物,其特征在于,所述氰烯菌酯与桧木醇的质量比为1-8:12-1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高小麦田病害防治效果的组合物,其特征在于,所述氰烯菌酯与左旋紫草素的质量比为1-19:29-1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高小麦田病害防治效果的组合物,其特征在于,所述小麦田病害为小麦赤霉病。
