Example 3
Each square meter of color paste is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5kg of cement, 0.7kg of rubber powder, 3kg of sand, 0.4kg of additive and 0.6kg of ferric oxide pigment.
Example 4
The manufacturing method of the artistic paving square board shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
s1, die cleaning: the concrete residue remained on the trolley surface is removed by using an iron shovel, and the concrete residue is removed by using a broom and a dustpan. The method comprises the steps of loosening three-sided residual concrete residues of a side mold by using an iron shovel, cleaning the front side of each side mold by adopting a clockwise cleaning route, then shoveling the concrete residues on two side surfaces, and cleaning by using a brush. And (3) the concrete slag which cannot be shoveled can be gently chiseled by a hammer and shoveled. And continuously cleaning the residual concrete slag of the bottom die by using a rubber shovel in a single direction, and wiping the residual concrete slag by using a rag.
S2, coating a release agent: firstly, preparing water-based mold release oil for standby, and connecting a sprayer with an air compressor through an air pipe. And the release oil is sprayed according to a route from far to near, so that the inside of the die is guaranteed to be completely sprayed in place, and the spraying is uniform and no effusion exists. And (5) cross stacking the mold coated with the release oil for air drying. Aqueous release oil is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: oil = 3:1 is carried out in proportion. The surrounding mold (non-concrete contact surface) is smeared with oily mold release oil, so that the painting is required to be uniformly in place, and dead angles are not omitted. The spraying of the mold release oil cannot be omitted (the splicing part of the side mold), and the mold release oil is uniform and cannot accumulate liquid. The release agent must be smeared uniformly without liquid accumulation, and then dried in the shade for 2 hours.
S3, spraying color paste: color pastes with various colors are prepared as required and are respectively placed, and the watering can and the air compressor are connected in place. Spraying color paste by using a spray can according to the sequence of light color and deep color, so that color paste points are uniformly distributed in the die. And placing a mold with sprayed color paste aside to naturally air-dry the color paste points. And uniformly spraying a sealing agent in the mold after the color paste is air-dried. The color paste spraying is carried out according to the sequence of light color and deep color. The color paste points must be uniformly sprayed and cannot be piled up. The sealer must be sprayed uniformly so that no liquid build-up can occur. The color paste is a mixed paint which is independently researched and developed in a laboratory and meets different colors, and is prepared from the following raw materials of 1.25kg of cement, 0.5kg of rubber powder, 2.5kg of sand, 0.3kg of additive and 0.7kg of ferric oxide pigment according to the dosage of per square meter of color paste. The procedure is to match with different kinds of mortar according to different products selected by customers; this step is not required if the color is pure.
S4, rib arrangement: cutting the reinforcing mesh according to the size of the die. Placing the cut net sheet into a mould, wherein the bottom color paste cannot be disturbed when the reinforcing steel bar is placed, and ensuring that the front surface of the reinforcing steel bar net sheet is provided with a 10mm protection layer after the placing, wherein the distance between any end of the reinforcing steel bar and the mould is 20-25 mm. The reinforcing steel bar is put into the color paste, and then the reinforcing steel bar can not be dragged at will so as not to disturb the color paste at the bottom.
S5, distributing (pouring): the material is distributed by using a material distributing machine, the casting and tamping are from far to near, the material distribution is uniform, and the material distribution thickness is controlled within the tolerance range of +/-2 mm. After the cloth is finished, the material is slightly and uniformly raked out by the material rake. The vibration table is used for vibration until no bubbles exist in the concrete. The concrete must ensure sufficient fluidity and slump of the material must not be less than 200. When raking materials, the bottom color paste is not raked by gently raking. The vibration is sufficient and compact. The material is not too close to the outer edge mould (5 cm distance) when being distributed, so that the concrete is prevented from leaking out of the mould. When the concrete incoming material is dry, the material distribution should be stopped, and the material is redistributed after laboratory treatment. The concrete is prepared from 390kg of cement, 60kg of fly ash, 860kg of sand, 980kg of stone, 11kg of additive and 165kg of water for concrete per cubic meter.
S6, post-processing: and (3) surface inspection, namely, the concrete pouring plane is required to be level with the side mould, otherwise, concrete needs to be added, the surface of the component is visually inspected, and no steel bars can be exposed, otherwise, concrete coverage needs to be added. And (3) cleaning the surface, checking whether the surface has protruding objects such as stones or cushion blocks, otherwise, cleaning the surface, placing the surface into a dustbin, and appropriately trowelling the cleaned concrete material by using a trowel to keep the surface of the component flat. Paving the cut grid cloth on the surface of concrete, and trowelling with an iron trowelling.
S7, maintenance: after finishing the post-treatment, the film must be covered. And (5) putting the materials into a kiln for layering and constant temperature and humidity maintenance to ensure the strength. The following curing measures should be satisfied before demolding: when the air temperature is less than 25 ℃, heat preservation measures such as film covering heat preservation or steam curing are needed; when the air temperature is higher than 25 ℃, only covering the film for maintenance; curing time before demolding is more than or equal to 12 hours.
S8, demolding: the special lifting tool is fixed on the crane, the suction cup lifting tool is placed at the central position of the component, the front, the back, the left and the right are balanced, and the lifting and the demoulding are carried out when the suction cup air pressure is-0.08 MPA. And after lifting and demolding, operating the sucker lifting tool to overturn. Before the sling, the hanging claw and the steel wire rope are used, the sling, the hanging claw and the steel wire rope must be checked to be intact. In the process of lifting a route, falling off is prevented, and safety of the self and surrounding objects is ensured. Ensuring that the component is demolded after the strength is reached. The edges and corners of the component are not damaged when the burrs of the component are cleaned.
S9, surface treatment: and an automatic spraying tool is adopted, the tool is fixed, and the flow rate is adjusted. The surface treating agent is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the component according to the laboratory requirement, so that omission is avoided. If uneven spraying or missing spraying is needed, manual repair spraying is needed.
S10, cutting: and transferring the plate to a working platform by using a specific fixture. And (5) paving the plates horizontally and vertically on an operation table and adjusting the positions. And (5) debugging and setting the position and the size parameters of the cutting machine. And operating the cutting machine to cut according to the specified size. Personnel keep away from the cutting machine during cutting, prevent concrete slag from flying out. The cutting process must be performed with attention paid to the corners to prevent edge chipping and corner falling. It is necessary to connect a water pipe to prevent dust. And an industrial cutting machine is adopted to cut the required size, the size and the corner verticality are subjected to spot check according to the proportion, and the required size and the corner verticality are subjected to light holding and light placing in the transferring process.
S11, packaging: checking whether the sheet material to be packed has a defect. And placing the defective plate in the area to be treated. Stacking and sub-packaging the square plates according to 5 blocks and one stack. And packing the split-packed square plates by using a packer.
The square boards with different styles can be manufactured by adopting the formula of the invention, thereby meeting the requirements of different customers. And the square plate is manufactured without high-temperature firing. Particularly, square plates with larger size and specification can be manufactured according to the demands of customers, the municipal construction cost can be greatly reduced, the municipal construction efficiency is improved, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
Formula table of double-color pulp square plate
