The bottom of the inclined hopper 15 is horizontally paved with a bottom plate 17; the bottom plate 17 is used as a structural requirement of installation, and the inclined hopper 15 is guaranteed to have a stable installation space.
The middle section of the inclined hopper 15 along the top partition crawler belt 23 is provided with a bridging baffle piece 21, and the bridging baffle piece 21 is in baffle-poking contact with the brush handle which is stacked in a double-layer manner. The bridge baffle 21 can avoid the sticking phenomenon of the two groups of brush handles 18, and the bridge brush handles 18 are removed by utilizing the height limiting and blocking structure of the bridge baffle 21.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the front end of the horizontal supporting plate 19 is provided with a translation crawler 7 through a lifting platform, the translation crawler 7 is synchronously provided with a moving trolley 40, the moving trolley 40 extends along the direction of the horizontal supporting plate 19 to form a handle clamping jaw 41, and the handle clamping jaw 41 is in grabbing contact with a handle 18 reserved on the upper end face of the horizontal supporting plate 19. The translation crawler 7 is a track structure of the auxiliary mobile trolley 40, so that the mobile trolley 40 can make a translation motion along the direction of the translation crawler 7, and the handle clamping jaw 41 clamps and transports the grabbed handle 18 into the perforated sponge prefabricated member to be inserted.
In fig. 1, a horizontal mounting plate is paved at the left diagonal position of the workbench, an ultrasonic welding device can be externally connected to the horizontal mounting plate, the ultrasonic welding device can perform an ultrasonic welding process with a sponge prefabricated member horizontally placed on a brush holder righting clamping piece 46 through a welding head, and the contact part of the brush holder 18 and the sponge prefabricated member can be fused in the welding process. Thereby achieving the fixing effect.
Handle retainer 8, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, includes a fixed mounting position vertical loading plate 47, a handle alignment clip 46 to correct the position of handle 18, and a support 44 to cradle and adjust the horizontal height of handle alignment clip 46; the handle positioner 8 can utilize the handle positioning clamping piece 46 to complete the horizontal positioning and placing process of the handle 18, and the handle 18 which is horizontally placed is matched with the first folding swinging device 9 and the second folding swinging device 10 to gradually complete the step-by-step ninety-degree folding process.
The upper end face of the workbench 12 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the vertical loading plate 47, a supporting piece 44 is fixedly arranged at the outer end face of the vertical loading plate 47, a brush handle righting clamping piece 46 is connected to the top of the supporting piece 44, and the clamping head of the brush handle righting clamping piece 46 inclines to the center. The handle alignment clip 46 serves as a positioning assembly to cooperate with the handle 18 to complete the horizontal positioning process.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the first folding swing device 9 and the second folding swing device 10 belong to the same structure, the first folding swing device 9 and the second folding swing device 10 are fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the workbench 12 through a portal frame 36, a swing arm 31 is arranged at the top of the portal frame 36 through a driving end of a servo motor, a lifting cylinder 32 is vertically arranged at the tail end of the swing arm 31, a connecting plate is synchronously arranged at the telescopic end of the bottom of the lifting cylinder 32, a steering clamp plate 35 is arranged on the side wall of the connecting plate, the steering clamp plate 35 is in a double-plate structure, an inner clamp plate in the double-plate structure is in a fixed plate structure, an inclined cylinder 34 is arranged on the fixed plate structure, and a synchronous connecting plate arranged on the outer ring of the inclined cylinder 34 is sleeved on a guide rod 33;
the driving end edge of the inclined cylinder 34 extends out of the inner clamping plate, the driving end is in transmission butt joint with the butt joint port of the outer plate body, a turnover groove is formed in the inner end wall of the outer plate body, and the brush handle 18 is in turnover extrusion contact with the turnover groove.

the first turning and folding swinging device (9) and the second turning and folding swinging device (10) are in ninety-degree turning and grabbing contact with the brush handle (18) through a steering clamping plate (35) which is controlled pneumatically.

The sponge stick disinfection brush recycling processing and transporting device according to claim 1, wherein: the circulating work disc (11) comprises a fixed tray (27) and a rotary tray (25), wherein the fixed tray (27) is fixedly arranged at the top of a bearing seat at the top of a rotating shaft, the rotary tray (25) is positioned at the bottom of the fixed tray (27), the radius of the disc body of the rotary tray (25) is larger than that of the fixed tray (27), and a plurality of groups of sponge filling dies (13) are uniformly distributed on the extending end face of the rotary tray (25) along the bottom of the fixed tray (27);
