本发明公开了一种用于增强记忆力的中药制剂及其制备方法,一种用于增强记忆力的中药制剂,其包括以下的药物原料:龙骨、牡蛎、桂枝、白芍、生姜、甘草、大枣,本发明的有益效果是具有生精补髓,安神定志,益气养血的功效,制剂可根据使用需求制作为膏方、粉剂以及口服液的药剂形式,使用方式较为丰富,可以根据使用者的病症状况灵活选用药剂形式,其组分简单,所需物质容易获得,生产加工成本低,制备方法简便,通过其中益补的组分由内至外的作用于人体,作用机理循序渐进,无任何毒副作用,可以有效提高大脑的抗疲劳能力、增强记忆力、提高学习效率。

本发明涉及中药制剂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于增强记忆力的中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,青少年处于生长发育的快速期,不仅身体迅速生长,而且智力也处在快速发育阶段,是获得科学文化和社会知识的黄金时期,当今时代,科技和信息的发展很快,需要青少年掌握更多新的知识与技能,由此消耗的体力和脑力都比较大,需要得到更多营养补充,获得足够能量,以保证以充沛体力和脑力去更好地学习,我们应当认识到,对青少年来说,只是给予一般饮食还是很不够的,因为青少年的主要任务是学习,脑的工作量很大,大脑的营养与能量消耗也相当大,需要不断补充,需要特别注意“护脑”营养物质的补充,才能维持脑的营养和能量消耗,以提高青少年的学习效果,青少年生长发育快,对食物需求量大,一日三餐较其他年龄段吃得多,因此,如果食物充足,青少年很少发生营养不良,而我们日常所食用的食物一般含碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质较多,而与大脑的工作、代谢和发育密切相关的营养物质却很少补充,造成学习紧张的青少年较长一段时间内有莫名的疲倦、烦躁、焦虑和恐惧、倦怠、心悸、头昏、食欲减退、眼睛疲劳、记忆力减退等症状,影响青少年身体发育和心理健康。
申请号为:201610649982.6的中国发明专利公开了一种增强记忆力的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用,其包括以下组分:知母提取物、银杏叶提取物、姜黄提取物、大豆卵磷脂、红景天提取物、远志提取物、益智仁提取物、绿茶提取物、葡萄籽提取物、磷酯酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、南极磷虾油粉及石榴多酚。然而该种增强记忆力的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用中组合物组分较为复杂,所需物质较难获得,生产加工成本较高,制备方法较为繁琐,其通过各组分的提取物提高动物的学习记忆能力,类似于催化剂的效果,使动物处于亢奋状态,会对动物脑组织造成一定程度的损伤,无法提高大脑抗疲劳能力。

本发明的目的是提供一种用于增强记忆力的中药制剂及其制备方法。

D、澄清:对步骤C中制得的药液进行沉淀澄清操作;
E、对步骤D中制得的药液进行过滤以得到上清液状态的药剂;
F、浓缩:对步骤E中制得的上清液状态的药剂进行浓缩处理;

案例一:王某,男,18岁,高中生,面临高考,压力较大,由于每日学习时间较长,导致其缺少休息,在课堂上出现走神,犯困的现象,并且其大脑易疲劳,记忆力较差,导致学习效率较低,2021年3月6日开始服用实施例六中的口服液药剂,至2021年5月6日,其记忆力明显提升,大脑抗疲劳能力提高,有效提高其学习效率。
案例二:吴某,男,36岁,工薪族,背负房贷,面临企业裁员,为保证工作绩效,长时间加班,工作过程中频繁出现头痛,疲劳的现象,记忆力出现衰退,工作效率较低,2020年6月7日开始服用实施例七中的胶囊药剂,至2020年9月7日,其记忆力衰退现象减缓,大脑抗疲劳能力提高,工作效率提升。

龙骨:味甘、涩,性平,入心、肝、肾经,具有镇惊安神,平肝潜阳,收敛固涩的功效,其主治心悸怔忡,失眠健忘,惊痫癫狂,头晕目眩,自汗盗汗,遗精遗尿,崩漏带下,久泻久痢,溃疡久不收口及湿疮,并可治疗高血压病、失眠、癫痫、躁郁精神病、精神分裂症等属肝阴不足,肝阳上亢者,遗精、遗尿、功能性子宫出血等属正虚不固者,其主含羟基磷酸钙以及少量碳酸钙及铁、铝、镁、锰、锶等元素,具有镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用。
牡蛎:味咸湿,性平,入肝、肾经,具有益阴潜阳、软坚散结、固涩的功效,其主治惊痫,眩晕,自汗,盗汗,遗精,淋浊,崩漏,带下,瘰疬,瘿瘤。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疠痰核,瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛泛酸。煅牡蛎收敛固涩。用于自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛吞酸,具有收敛、镇静、解毒、镇痛的作用,其酸性提取物在活体中对脊髓灰质炎病毒抑制作用,使感染的鼠死亡率降低,其含80~95%的碳酸钙、磷酸钙及硫酸钙,并含镁、铝、硅及氧化铁。
桂枝:味辛甘,性温,入膀胱、心、肺经,具有发汗解表、散寒止痛、通阳化气、温通经脉、平冲降气的功效,其主治风寒感冒、寒凝血滞诸痛症、痰饮、蓄水证、心悸。
白芍:味苦、酸,性微寒,归肝、脾经,具有养血调经,敛阴止汗,柔肝止痛,平抑肝阳的功效,其主治血虚萎黄,月经不调,自汗,盗汗,胁痛,腹痛,四肢挛痛,头痛眩晕,肝脾不和,胸胁脘腹疼痛,四肢挛急疼痛,肝阳上亢,头痛眩晕,其敛阴,有止汗之功。
生姜:味辛,性温;归肺、脾、胃经,具有解表散寒,温中止呕,温肺止咳,解毒的功效,其主治风寒感冒:辛散温通,能发汗解表,祛风散寒,但作用较弱,故适用于风寒感冒轻证;脾胃寒证:能温中散寒,对寒犯中焦或脾胃虚寒之胃脘冷痛、食少、呕吐者,可收祛寒开胃、止痛止呕之效;胃寒呕吐:辛散温通,能温胃散寒,和中降逆,其止呕功良,素有“呕家圣药”之称,随证配伍可治疗多种呕吐;肺寒咳嗽:辛温发散,能温肺散寒、化痰止咳,对于肺寒咳嗽,不论有无外感风寒,或痰多痰少,皆可选用。
甘草:味甘,性平,入心、肺、脾、胃经,具有益气补中,润肺止咳,清热解毒,缓急止痛,调和药性的功效,其主治脾虚倦怠,心虚悸动,咳嗽气喘,痈疽喉痹,药食中毒,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,其具有抗炎和助溶特性,可以创制出爽感、透明、粘着性及生理效应极佳的化妆品。
大枣:味甘,性温,入脾、胃经,具有补脾和胃,益气生津,调营卫,解药毒的功效,其主治胃虚食少,脾弱便溏,气血津液不足,营卫不和,心悸怔忡,妇人赃躁,其含含大枣皂甙Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、酸枣仁皂甙B、光千金藤碱、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、环磷腺苷、环磷乌苷。
菟丝子:味甘,性温,入肾、肝、脾经,具有滋补肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎、明目、止泻的功效,其主治肾虚腰痛、阳痿遗精、尿频、宫冷不孕、目暗便溏之肾阴阳虚证,其甘辛微温,禀气中和,既可补阳,又可益阴,具有温而不燥,补而不滞的特点,具有固精安胎与性激素样作用。
枸杞子:味甘,性平,入肝、肾经,具有滋补肝肾,益精明目的功效,其同具滋养阴液、生津润燥之功,兼能清热,其主治肝肾阴虚,精血不足,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳痿遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明,主含含枸杞子多糖;生物碱类成分:甜菜碱、莨菪亭,对细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能均具有调节作用;枸杞子还有抗氧化、抗衰老、降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗诱变、抗辐射、降血压作用,枸杞子浸出液对金黄色葡萄球菌等17种细菌有较强的抑菌作用。
五味子:味酸、甘,性温,入肺、心、肾经,具有收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心的功效,其主治久咳虚喘、自汗,盗汗、遗精、滑精、久泻不止、津伤口渴、消渴、心悸、失眠、多梦,其含有五味子素及维生素C、树脂、鞣质及少量糖类。有敛肺止咳、滋补涩精、止泻止汗之效,其含挥发性成分、木脂素类和有机酸类,亦含柠檬醛、叶绿素、甾醇、维生素C、维生素E、糖类、树脂和鞣质,五味子醇提取物能降低由四氯化碳、硫代乙醇胺引起的实验动物谷丙转氨酶升高,γ-五味子素具抗肝损伤作用,五味子素有广泛的中枢抑制作用,并且有安定作用的特点,五味子有强心作用,其水浸液及稀醇浸液,可加强心肌收缩力,增加血管张力,并能增强机体对非特异性刺激的防御能力,其乙醇浸液在体外对炭疽杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、霍乱弧菌等均有抑制作用。
工作原理:
本方案由龙骨、牡蛎、桂枝、白芍、生姜、甘草、大枣、菟丝子、枸杞子、五味子组成“补脑液”配方,其通过性平的龙骨、牡蛎、甘草、枸杞子搭配性味相对的桂枝、白芍、生姜、大枣、菟丝子、五味子组成温和不刺激的中药制剂,可以起到生精补髓,安神定志,益气养血的作用,其药剂形式可根据患者病症灵活选择,使用方式丰富。

A、称药:按量称取龙骨、牡蛎、桂枝、白芍、生姜、甘草、大枣、菟丝子、枸杞子、五味子并将其进行混合,充分混合后,粉碎为药粉;
B、浸泡:将步骤A中制得的药粉浸泡12小时;
C、煎煮:将步骤B中制得的药液煎煮2次;
D、澄清:对步骤C中制得的药液进行沉淀澄清操作;
E、对步骤D中制得的药液进行过滤以得到上清液状态的药剂;
F、浓缩:对步骤E中制得的上清液状态的药剂进行浓缩处理;
