Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of gynecological gel, in particular to novel medical gynecological gel.
Background
Female genital organs are naturally warm and moist, and can easily grow microorganisms. Normally, the self-heating structure and chemical environment of the human body can play a role in protection, so that lesions are avoided. On one hand, the labia majora on both sides of the vulva are naturally folded to cover the vaginal orifice, so that exogenous microorganisms are difficult to enter; in the vagina, the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina are clung due to the action of the muscles of the pelvic floor, and the vaginal orifice is closed, so that the external pollution can be prevented to a certain extent. On the other hand, under the influence of estrogen, the vaginal epithelial cells are continuously metabolized and proliferated and thickened, so that the resistance to pathogens is increased; meanwhile, glycogen rich in vaginal epithelial cells can be decomposed into lactic acid under the action of vaginal bacillus so as to maintain the normal acidic environment of the vagina, and pathogens suitable for propagation in weak alkaline environment are inhibited. Thus, healthy women have some bacteria present in the vagina but generally do not cause inflammation.
Normally, the vagina is dominated by colpitis, and a small amount of anaerobic bacteria, mycoplasma and candida are also included, and the flora forms a certain ecological balance. However, when the immunity of the human body is low, endocrine hormones are changed, or external factors such as tissue damage and intercourse destroy the ecological balance of the vagina, the vaginal infection may be caused by these resident flora, and pathogenic microorganisms from the outside may be introduced while the bacteria are still deficient. In addition, the female vagina gradually relaxes with age, labor, etc., and the risk of invasion of exogenous microorganisms increases.
When such gynecological diseases occur, it is usually combined with drug therapy, for example, oral antibiotics, external antibacterial drugs, etc., in addition to relying on autoimmune systems. Because the infection is different from in-vivo organ infection, the disease position is on the body surface, so the curative effect of the externally applied medicine is more direct. The vaginal antibacterial drugs in the prior art can be divided into two main categories, wherein one category is antibacterial drugs which take antibiotics as active ingredients, the drugs have quicker onset of action, but are easy to have tolerance, and have no selectivity on the inhibition of microorganisms, so that the vaginal flora needs to be reconstructed for a long time after stopping the drugs, and the secondary infection is easy to occur in the process; another type of antibacterial medicine takes the traditional Chinese medicine composition as an active ingredient, and has the advantages of less skin irritation and no microbial tolerance phenomenon, but has the defects of partial medicine with uncertain curative effect and slower onset of action.
Therefore, it is necessary to propose a new medical gynecological gel to solve the above problems.

It is to be noted that bacterial virus is an organic organism, and its cell wall and cell membrane are composed of phospholipid bilayer membrane, and have negative charge; while silver carries a very active cation, i.e. a positive charge. Silver has its bactericidal effect expressed in physics as "like charges repel each other and opposite charges attract each other". When silver releases a large amount of positive charges on its material surface, bacteria or other organic organisms bearing negative charges are attracted to its surface. After the positive and negative charges react, the respiration of bacteria is inhibited, and the cell walls and cell membranes of the bacteria are thoroughly deformed and ruptured, so that the reproduction and viability are lost, and the 'dissolving death' occurs. In addition, the silver ion has a super-strong degradation function, when bacteria are absorbed on the surface of silver, the super-strong degradation function of the silver ion can destroy an enzyme system in cells, and the normal metabolism of the bacteria is affected, so that the bacteria die. The general antibiotics can only play a role on 6 germs on average, but silver can kill 650 germs. Therefore, the sterilization principle of silver is not a physical method which does not damage human and environment, so the mode of using the nano silver antibacterial gel can have strong inhibition and sterilization effects on virus strains, does not damage human and environment, and the nano silver antibacterial gel is combined with licorice root extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract, herba patriniae extract, winter ash, motherwort extract and cordate houttuynia extract, so that the effective components of the medicament are fully attached to the skin surface of a patient.
