本发明涉及一种仿汉白玉栏杆及其制备方法。
传统的汉白玉栏杆一般为手工制作,存在着资源少,价格高,制作过程繁琐,费工产量低,不适于大面积使用,且其重量不能调整统一等缺点。
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿汉白玉栏杆及其制备方法以克服现有技术存在的不足。
本发明的各主要组分是:
一种仿汉白玉栏杆,其特征在于其中各组分含量是(单位重量份,下同):
水泥           0.5-2      水溶性树脂     0.1-1
颗粒状填充剂   2-12       水             0.5-6
本发明的其他组分及水泥是:所述的颗粒状填充剂为砂子1-4和石子2-5、空心玻璃微珠1-6和陶粒1-6、粉煤灰1-6和陶粒1-6、粉煤灰1-6和蛭石1-6中的一种。水泥选自普通灰水泥,白水泥,快干水泥。
本发明的制备方法是:
将水与水溶性树脂混合,并将其余物料混合均匀后倒入水与水溶性树脂混合液中搅拌均匀后注入模具中浇铸,上述搅拌、浇铸时间为10-60分钟,温度为0-60℃,在模具中经1-48小时固化成形后脱模即可。
以下对本发明的实施例作进一步详述:
实施例1.
各组分含量是:
快干水泥1.砂子2.石子3.脲醛树脂0.5.水5;
制备方法是:
将水与脲醛树脂混合均匀,并将快干水泥,砂子、石子混合均匀后倒入上述混合液中,在40℃下搅拌均匀注入模具,上述操作过程时间为15分钟,物料在模具中固化2小时后脱模即可。
实施例2
各组分配比是:
白水泥1.空心玻璃微珠3.陶粒4.脲醛树脂0.8水4。
将水与脲醛树脂混合均匀后加入按比例混配均匀的白水泥,空心玻璃微珠,陶粒混合物中搅拌,入模具浇铸,上述操作温度为5℃,时间为40分钟,上述混合物料在模具中固化30小时成形后脱模。
实施例3
各组分配比是:
普通灰水泥1.5粉煤灰5.陶粒5.脲醛树脂0.9水5.5。
将水与脲醛树脂混合均匀后注入灰水泥,陶粒脲醛树脂的混合物料中搅拌均匀注入模具,上述操作过程温度为50℃,时间为10分钟,上述模具中的物料经15小时固化成形后脱模即成。
本发明所取得的技术进步在于:
本发明中各组分原料易得,制备方法简单迅速,外观效果好,重量可根据用户需要调整,适于大批量生产。

1.一种仿汉白玉栏杆,其特征在于其中各组分含量是(单位重量份,下同):
水泥0.5-2、水溶性树脂0.1-1、
颗粒状填充剂2-12、水0.5-6。
2.根据权1所述的仿汉白玉栏杆,其特征在于所述的颗粒状填充剂为砂子1-4和石子2-5、空心玻璃微珠1-6和陶粒1-6、粉煤灰1-6和陶粒1-6、粉煤灰1-6和蛭石1-6中的一种。
3.根据权1所述的仿汉白玉栏杆,其特征在于水泥选自普通灰水泥,白水泥、快干水泥。
4.根据权1所述的仿汉白玉栏杆的制备方法,其特征在于将水与水溶性树脂混合,并将其余物料混合均匀后倒入水与水溶性树脂混合液中搅拌均匀后注入模具中浇铸,上述搅拌、浇铸时间为10-60分钟,温度为0-60℃,在模具中经1-48小时固化成形后脱模即可。
