as shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides a structure diagram of a project field management system based on a mobile terminal program, including:
the login and attendance module is divided into a login unit and an attendance unit, wherein the login unit inputs an account number and a password to login, directly enters a home page interface, inputs a mobile phone number to login and jumps to the attendance unit, and performs attendance card punching;
furthermore, the attendance checking unit is used for providing the work personnel related to the project with the card punching on the work and the work, the card punching of the unit is divided into three time periods, namely, the morning, the afternoon and the evening, and each time period is provided with two buttons which respectively correspond to the card punching on the work and the card punching on the work. Quality and safety module: the method is used for issuing risk early warning of project sites, issuing a risk modification list and managing quality and safety problems of projects according to three flow steps of modification, acceptance and approval;
further, the supervision personnel collect relevant information on site for the safety risk and engineering quality problems occurring on the project site, and issue a risk modification list through the quality and safety module according to the collected risk information or engineering quality information, notify modification and update modification state in real time; after the correction is completed, the acceptance personnel carry out acceptance in the risk area, and release acceptance result information according to the acceptance result; and the decision layer remotely approves and monitors the progress of the rectification through rectification and acceptance result information.
The notification announcement module: and displaying project progress information, flow progress information, risk early warning correction progress information and published information related to the project.
The method is characterized in that a using platform is built based on B/S and C/S technologies, and the using platform comprises a mobile terminal using platform and a webpage terminal using platform; the mobile terminal using platform is used for remotely managing the project and reporting the working progress on site, and has an attendance function and a project related file searching and transmitting function; the webpage end platform is used for managing the authority of each sub account number, maintaining the stability of the platform, inputting, exporting and viewing various information; and meanwhile, the mobile terminal and the webpage terminal display the summary and the progress of each function entry, the latest project and the collection project by using the home page interface of the platform.
It should be noted that, the mobile terminal platform may be built by integrating the system program into a WeChat applet or a mobile device application program.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above described device embodiments are only illustrative, e.g. the division of the units is only one logical function division, and there may be other divisions in practice, such as: multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Alternatively, the above-described integrated units of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in essence or a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disk, or other medium capable of storing program code.

1. A method for project site management based on a mobile terminal program, comprising:
setting three operation authorities of a decision layer, a management layer and an implementation layer by adopting a hierarchical management method, and carrying out project field management through different operation authorities;
acquiring real-time field position information and current time information of a sub-account, and managing and inquiring attendance conditions of the sub-account according to the acquired space distance between the real-time field position information and preset position information;
according to different retrieval types, retrieval keywords and different operation authorities and operation types, retrieving related item information and files or uploading item files, and previewing the retrieved related item information and files on line;
the project site picture information is collected and uploaded in real time, so that the project site conditions are managed, the project site safety wind control information is issued, and the condition of the project site is monitored and inspected remotely;
the work execution step of the project is remotely arranged according to different flows Cheng Moban, and various administrative flow information and notification information are simultaneously issued.
2. The method for project field management based on mobile terminal program according to claim 1, wherein the method for project field management based on mobile terminal program is characterized by adopting a hierarchical management method, setting three operation authorities of a decision layer, a management layer and an implementation layer, and performing project field management through different operation authorities, and specifically comprises the following steps:
giving authority to each sub-account implementation layer, having operation authority to use all basic functions, and giving higher operation authority to each sub-account through a management platform webpage end;
the implementation layer authority comprises the use authority of the basic function, the management layer authority comprises the daily information of the management platform, the basic function and the authority for inputting various information, and the decision layer authority comprises the use authority and the approval flow of the basic function, the auditing risk correction progress and the authority for checking attendance information;
the hierarchical and layered management project field information is formed by reporting project field information by an implementation layer, managing daily information input by a management layer, maintaining basic functions, approving and checking various information by a decision layer.

The method for performing project field management based on a mobile terminal program according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the real-time field location information and the current time information of the sub-account number, and managing and querying the attendance status of the user according to the acquired spatial distance between the real-time field location information and the preset location information, specifically comprises:
an attendance model is built, and the attendance condition of a user is judged through the obtained real-time on-site position information and the current time information of the sub-account;
calculating according to the spatial distance between the acquired real-time position information and the preset position information and the distance between the preset attendance range to obtain the attendance condition of the user;
comparing the obtained current time information with preset attendance time to judge whether the attendance of the user is delayed or not;
and classifying all attendance data of different sub-accounts by adopting a clustering algorithm to obtain an attendance information summary table of the different sub-accounts, wherein the attendance information summary table is used for managing and inquiring attendance conditions of users.

The method for performing project field management based on a mobile terminal program according to claim 1, wherein the steps of searching related project information and files or uploading project files according to different search types, search keywords and different operation authorities and operation types, and previewing the searched related project information and files on line specifically include:
establishing a data storage library, and storing various project file information, project progress information, project flow information, account information, attendance information, facial image characteristic information of a prisoner, facial characteristic information of a labor worker and project risk management and control information;
and matching and searching the project files containing the corresponding keywords according to the input different query keywords, and automatically transmitting the uploaded project files to the corresponding category folders according to the category information of the uploaded project files.

The method for project site management based on mobile terminal program according to claim 1, wherein the project site condition management and project site safety wind control information release are performed by collecting and uploading project site picture information in real time, and the project site condition remote monitoring and examination are performed specifically comprises:
acquiring project site picture information through a mobile terminal, and publishing or reporting project site conditions;
according to the risk information of the project site, issuing a safety wind control early warning modification, combining picture information, risk level information, position information of risks, risk concrete description information and limiting modification period information of the project site to issue a risk modification list, and early warning the risk of the project site;
and carrying out risk modification on the project site according to the issued risk modification list, issuing modification execution information, checking and accepting the modified risk area, issuing checking and accepting result information, and checking the risk modification progress and result through the checking and accepting result information by a decision layer.

The method for project field management based on a mobile terminal program according to claim 5, wherein the method comprises performing risk modification on the project field according to the issued risk modification list, issuing modification execution information, checking and accepting the modified risk area, issuing checking and accepting result information, and checking the progress and result of the risk modification by the decision layer through the checking and accepting result information, and further comprising:
the face recognition model is established and used for opening the authority of the sub-account decision-making layer, so that the supervision personnel can conveniently record and audit the risk situation or the correction situation of the project site in real time;
auditing and supervising the project site risk area by adopting a remote monitoring or site monitoring mode;
and extracting characteristic information of the collected face image information of the on-site supervision personnel through the collected face image information of the on-site supervision personnel, comparing the characteristic information with the face image characteristic information of the supervision personnel which is pre-recorded in a storage database, and judging whether to open decision layer authority to the current sub-account.

The method for project field management based on mobile terminal program according to claim 1, wherein said issuing different flows according to different flows Cheng Moban remotely schedules the project work execution step, and simultaneously issues various administrative flow information and notification information, specifically comprising:

searching the files or file categories containing the search keywords in the storage database through the input search keywords, extracting the files containing the search keywords, transmitting file data information to a mobile terminal, and performing online previewing;
and searching files containing the search labels of the category search operation in a storage database through the category search operation, extracting all files containing the search labels of the category search operation, transmitting file data information to a mobile terminal, and performing online previewing.
10. The mobile-side-program-based project site management system of claim 8, further comprising a quality and security module:
the supervision personnel collect relevant information on the spot of the safety risk and engineering quality problems occurring on the project site, issue a risk correction bill through the quality and safety module according to the collected risk information or engineering quality information, notify correction and update the correction state in real time;
after the correction is completed, the acceptance personnel carry out acceptance in the risk area, and release acceptance result information according to the acceptance result;
and the decision layer remotely approves and monitors the progress of the rectification through rectification and acceptance result information.
