Abstract

the reason decomposition unit 201 is configured to receive event information entered by the management terminal, and perform reason decomposition on the event information by using a hierarchical reason analysis method to obtain an event reason meeting a preset condition.
In this embodiment, the event information is an experience feedback event that is input into the management terminal by a user according to a preset code. Wherein the event information comprises an event location, an event date, a function location, a crew state, and event definition criteria. The code is an identification code of the event information.
It can be understood that event information of the nuclear power plant operation experience event needs to be recorded into a management terminal of the nuclear power plant and uploaded to a nuclear power plant management platform or a server, and then the nuclear power plant management platform or the server decomposes basic information of the event by using an accurate code according to a coding rule in the nuclear power plant and a nuclear power plant operation state by using a hierarchical reason analysis method. For example, the functional location code is H1XXX125DD, where H represents a plant code, 1 represents a unit code, XXX represents a system code, and DD represents a device code. The 10 digit number and letter code represents the functional location of the device. The unit states of the nuclear power plant are as follows: the method comprises a reactor power operation mode, a cooling shutdown mode, a maintenance shutdown mode, a refueling shutdown mode and a complete discharge mode. Therefore, according to the special encoding rule of the nuclear power plant, the occurrence place and the unit state when the event occurs can be identified, namely the encoding is the identification code of the event information.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram of an event cause analysis guide diagram according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the preset condition is set according to the correlation analysis guide map. The event reason analysis guide map is an event reason analysis guide map which is based on event information of nuclear power plant operation experience events and selects a layering mark for classification when a layering reason analysis method is used for layering the event information. The event causes analyze the map origination cause or direct cause, root cause or contributing factors, and barrier failures and organizational management.

And the classification statistical unit 202 is configured to perform classification statistics on the event reasons according to a preset association analysis guide map to obtain occurrence frequency and a nuclear security culture characteristic value of the event reasons, and generate and store an event report according to the event information, the event reasons, the occurrence frequency and the nuclear security culture characteristic value. In this embodiment, it should be noted that the classification and statistics unit 202 may perform classification table statistics on the entered event information and output the event information as an icon or Excel.
In this embodiment, the association analysis guide map is an association map between a preset event cause analysis guide map and a preset nuclear security culture characteristic. Wherein the event cause analysis leads the picture originating cause or direct cause, root cause or contributing factors, and barrier failure and organizational management; and the nuclear security culture characteristics are defined according to the event reason analysis guide graph, and the incidence relation between the event reason analysis guide graph and the nuclear security culture characteristics is established.
Further, the association relationship refers to that when an event reason meeting preset conditions is obtained, the nuclear security culture characteristics associated with the event reason are automatically extracted according to the event reason. The core security culture characteristic value is a score value defined for each core security culture characteristic according to a preset weighting algorithm.
It can be understood that, the performing classification statistics on the event reasons according to a preset correlation analysis guide map means that a correlation analysis guide map constructed based on a hierarchical reason analysis method detects an event according to event information and event reasons, obtains the event reasons of the event, and performs topic attribution judgment on the event reasons according to a preset weighting algorithm or other related algorithms (such as a similarity algorithm), that is, performing classification statistics and outputting statistical results. Therefore, the method can obtain the nuclear security culture characteristic value by quantitative means, and predict the occurrence time or time period of the event and the occurrence frequency of any reason.

And the alarm unit 203 is configured to trigger an alarm and send the event report to the management terminal when the occurrence frequency is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold or the nuclear security culture characteristic value is less than a second preset threshold.
In this embodiment, it may be set that an event occurring due to a certain event has a gradually increasing trend (the slope of the curve increases in three consecutive measurement periods), and an alarm is triggered. As another example, if the probability of a cause exceeds 35% (first preset threshold), an alarm is triggered.
Further, the event report comprises event information, event reasons, occurrence frequency, nuclear safety culture characteristic values and corresponding position responsible person information.
It should be noted that, based on the event information of the experience feedback event of the nuclear power plant uploaded by the management terminal and the preset correlation analysis guide map, the nuclear power plant management platform or the server can monitor and immediately feed back the operation event in real time in the operation process of the nuclear power plant, and when the event is detected to be abnormal, an alarm is given out to ensure that a malicious event occurs or spreads. Meanwhile, the malicious event is predicted and evaluated and fed back based on the model, so that operators can take corrective action in advance.
Because the reason in the event reason analysis guide picture in the correlation analysis guide picture and the sub-items of the nuclear safety culture characteristics have corresponding correlation, when the event is detected to be abnormal, corresponding or matched nuclear safety culture characteristics are selected for extraction according to the event reason of the event, evaluation feedback is generated according to a preset nuclear safety health degree evaluation rule and is sent to a management terminal (operator terminal) so that an operator can master the nuclear safety health degree of a nuclear power plant and the characteristic value of the corresponding nuclear safety culture characteristics in real time (the characteristic value refers to that a rating value is defined for each nuclear safety culture characteristic according to a certain related weighting algorithm, and when the related item under a certain nuclear safety culture characteristic theme fluctuates due to the occurrence of certain related event reasons, the characteristic value is also changed), through the characteristic value of the quantified nuclear safety culture characteristics, operators can intuitively master which standard item of which nuclear safety culture characteristics does not reach the standard, and particularly which culture block does not well in which place.
Therefore, the correlation between the event reason and the nuclear security culture is established, so that the characteristics of the nuclear security culture are quantized, and the health degree of the nuclear security culture is monitored, evaluated and fed back in real time.
It should be noted that, in the classification system for experience feedback events of a nuclear power plant based on a hierarchical reason analysis method provided in the embodiment, the management terminal may be configured to automatically enter event information or allow a user to manually enter event information, select a reason according to a preset reason analysis method, and obtain a state of a dynamic nuclear security cultural characteristic through an associated guide map. That is, based on the system, the management terminal can implement the functions of condition search and input, search according to preset reasons, search according to the state of the unit, and search according to the system code. Meanwhile, the method can also realize that the keywords of the generated event report are searched.
Further, the system can also output condition search through the management terminal, such as all event reports occurring in 2017 during overhaul of the unit, and such as all events occurring in 2015 and 2017 due to program quality.

Further, the search function of the system may search any html, xml, txt format of other system file sources, such as other systems used by nuclear power plants: such as a work ticket management system, a CAP (corrective action program), a system health report, and a pre-job record.
According to the classification system for the experience feedback events of the nuclear power plant based on the hierarchical reason analysis method, event information input by a management terminal is received, and the reason of the event information is decomposed by adopting the hierarchical reason analysis method, so that the reason of the event meeting preset conditions is obtained; according to a preset correlation analysis guide graph, carrying out classification statistics on the event reasons to obtain the occurrence frequency and the nuclear security culture characteristic value of the event reasons, and generating and storing an event report; and when the occurrence frequency is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, triggering an alarm, and sending the event report to the management terminal. According to the method and the system, the event reasons can be automatically counted and classified according to the events, and the nuclear safety culture characteristics are related to carry out quantification and fed back to the management terminal, so that operators of the nuclear power plant can visually observe the events in the operation and management of the power plant and take corrective action before higher-level events occur.

receiving event information input by a management terminal, and performing reason decomposition on the event information by adopting a hierarchical reason analysis method to obtain an event reason meeting a preset condition, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:
according to a preset event reason hierarchical mark, performing reason decomposition on the event information by adopting a hierarchical reason analysis method to obtain a preprocessed event reason; according to preset conditions, comparing the reason of the preprocessing event with a preset correlation analysis guide graph and calculating the similarity; when the similarity is larger than or equal to a third preset threshold, judging that the reason of the preprocessed event is an event reason meeting the preset condition;
the preset condition is set according to the correlation analysis guide map; the correlation analysis guide diagram is a correlation diagram of a preset event reason analysis guide diagram and a preset nuclear security culture characteristic; wherein the event cause analysis lead includes an origination cause or direct cause, a root cause or contributing factor, and a barrier failure and organizational management; the nuclear security culture characteristics are defined according to the event reason analysis guide graph, and an incidence relation between the event reason analysis guide graph and the nuclear security culture characteristics is established; the incidence relation refers to that when an event reason meeting preset conditions is obtained, nuclear safety culture characteristics relevant to the event reason are automatically extracted according to the event reason;
according to the correlation analysis guide graph, carrying out classification statistics on the event reasons to obtain the occurrence frequency and the nuclear security culture characteristic value of the event reasons, and generating and storing an event report according to the event information, the event reasons, the occurrence frequency and the nuclear security culture characteristic value;
and when the occurrence frequency is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value or the nuclear safety culture characteristic value is less than a second preset threshold value, triggering an alarm and sending the event report to the management terminal.

The classification method for the experience feedback events of the nuclear power plant based on the hierarchical cause analysis method according to claim 1, wherein the event information is the experience feedback events which are input into the management terminal by a user according to a preset code; the event information comprises an event place, an event date, a function position, a unit state and event definition criteria; the code is an identification code of the event information.

The method for classifying experience feedback events of nuclear power plants based on hierarchical cause analysis according to claim 1, wherein the nuclear safety culture characteristic value is a score value defined for each nuclear safety culture characteristic according to a preset weighting algorithm.

The method for classifying experience feedback events of nuclear power plants based on hierarchical cause analysis as recited in claim 1, wherein the event report includes event information, event cause, frequency of occurrence, nuclear safety culture characteristic values, and corresponding post-responsible person information.
5. A classification system for experience feedback events of a nuclear power plant based on a hierarchical cause analysis method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
