In addition, the novel energy battery cell is not locked in the conveying process by the traditional conveying equipment, so that the novel energy battery cell is inclined, shaked, clamped and the like, and therefore, the manipulator is unstable when clamping the novel energy battery cell, and the novel energy battery cell is damaged due to falling.
Chinese patent CN115504206B discloses a new energy battery cell cleaning, posture adjusting and transferring device, which comprises: the device comprises a conveying line, a carrying mechanism, a jacking mechanism, a push-pull mechanism and a turnover mechanism; the object carrying mechanism is movably arranged on the conveying line and used for locking corresponding new energy battery cells which are horizontally placed; the conveying line conveys the carrying mechanism to the upper part of the jacking mechanism, and the jacking mechanism moves upwards to lift the carrying mechanism; the push-pull mechanism pulls the carrying mechanism open, so that the corresponding new energy battery cells on the carrying mechanism are unlocked, namely the turnover mechanism grabs the corresponding new energy battery cells on the carrying mechanism to turn over, so that the vertically placed corresponding new energy battery cells are placed in the carrying mechanism for locking until the conveying line drives the corresponding new energy battery cells on the carrying mechanism to be sent into the gummed paper equipment for cleaning and gummed paper pasting.
According to the scheme, although the attitude of the battery cell of the new energy battery can be prevented from being changed in the conveying process, the outer side shape of the battery cell can be changed after the adhesive tape is attached to the battery cell, so that the surface of the battery cell is not smooth any more, the placing position is required to be calibrated for the second time when the battery cell is placed in the battery pack, the battery cell can be accurately placed in the groove of the battery pack, and when the battery cell is placed by the traditional device through the manipulator, the battery cell can only be conveyed each time, because the manipulator is usually only provided with one battery cell, after the manipulator grabs one battery cell, the conveying device for conveying the battery cell is stopped, if the manipulator is provided with too many battery cells, the manipulator can directly collide during operation, and the efficiency is low.
