本发明属于植物保护与园林养护技术领域,涉及一种园林施工用织物及其制备方法,具体地说是涉及一种具有除草驱虫功能的施工用织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
园林庭院施工当中,为了提升人行道、园路等场地的美观效果,通常会采用鹅卵石、洗米石等材料对道路进行铺装,铺设时先在场地上铺一层用于垂直隔离的水泥,抹平之后,再将鹅卵石插入水泥中。由于水泥的透水性与透气性较差,经过烈日暴晒以及冰雪霜冻,时间久了会产生裂缝、脱落和碎屑。若不铺设水泥层,则存在分层混乱,长杂草、生昆虫等情形,影响美观,增加后期维护难度。为了让石料与地面形成分隔,目前采用最多的方法是用土工布进行垫底,土工布虽具有分层作用,也具有一定的透水性、透气性和保温性,但在实际使用及后期养护过程中存在以下不足:(1)传统土工布作为垫底布并不能完全做到防除杂草,仍然会出现垫底布上表面生长杂草的情形,杂草根系穿透垫底布后,吸取土壤当中的水分以及养分,且后期除草过程更为困难;(2)蛇虫鼠蚁常在传统土工布下做窝繁殖,不仅会产生植物虫害,还存在安全隐患,反而加重了后期的养护难度。
因此,设计一种既具有传统垫底布各种优异性能与作用,又具有全面防除杂草生长、杀灭昆虫、驱避有害动物功能的新型垫底织物显得尤为必要。

本发明针对传统垫底布不能完全防除杂草,杂草根系穿透垫底布后仍然生长,后期除草较为困难,蛇虫鼠蚁在垫底布下做窝繁殖后易产生植物虫害,存在安全隐患和后期养护难度大等缺陷,提出一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物及其制备方法,通过本制备方法制成的垫底织物,既具有传统垫底布优异的透水性、透气性、保温性和隔离性能,对杂草幼苗具有明显的防除效果,可有效抑制织物中微生物的生长,对蛇虫鼠蚁还具有较好的驱避效果,可显著降低后期的养护难度。
本申请提供的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物采用如下技术方案:
一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述垫底织物由织物与药剂浸泡烘干后制成,所述药剂由如下体积份数组分组成:0.5-10份除草剂、0.5-10份杀虫驱避剂、1-10份助剂、50-90份溶剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用药剂对杂草幼苗具有明显的防除效果,对于中型以及大型园林植物无损伤影响,具有优异的选择性。
进一步的,所述织物由布料及纤维经破坏拆解后,经无纺布针刺机进行梳理、针刺成型。
通过采用上述技术方案,垫底织物为布料及纤维制成,与传统的土工布相比具有更好的透水性、透气性、保温性和隔离性能。
进一步的,所述布料及纤维为全新制成品或废旧纺织品,或为两者的混合配合。
进一步的,所述全新制成成品为针织品、纺织品中的一种;废旧纺织品为布料生产过程中产生的次品、废品或回收得到的废旧服装、家纺、边角料。
通过采用上述技术方案,织物原料由可回收资源组成,价格低廉、易得,有助于实现可回收资源的高效利用,可进一步促进绿色健康可循环的生态发展。
进一步的,所述除草剂由药物单剂或复配而成,为二硝基苯胺类除草剂、磺酰脲类除草剂以及磺酰胺类除草剂,具体为二甲戊灵、丙嗪嘧磺隆、烟嘧磺隆。
进一步的,所述杀虫驱避剂由药物单剂或复配而成,具体为除虫菊酯、拟除虫菊酯、雄黄、吡虫啉。
通过采用上述技术方案,杀虫驱避剂可以抑制新型除草驱虫织物中微生物的生长与繁殖,可提高产品的耐腐蚀性,可延长产品的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述助剂由乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂组成,其体积份数为:乳化剂0.5-4份、分散剂0.5-3份、湿润剂0.5-3份、增稠剂0.5-2份、防冻剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.5-3份。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为农乳500#、农乳600#、农乳700#中的一种;所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种;所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐中的一种;所述增稠剂为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、硅酸铝镁中的一种;所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种;所述消泡剂为硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种。
进一步的,所述溶剂为去离子水、溶剂油S-150#、溶剂油S-200#中的一种。
本申请提供的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物的制备方法采用如下技术方案:
一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物的制备方法,制备方法如下:
(1)织物的制备:将布料及纤维放入无纺布针刺机的入料口,经过拆解、梳理、针刺,制得300-500g/m2、宽4米的织物;
(2)药剂的制备:将0.5-10份除草剂、0.5-10份杀虫驱避剂、1-10份助剂、50-90份溶剂按比例混合均匀配取药剂,并将制备的织物完全浸入其中,浸泡30-50分钟;
(3)将上述经过浸泡的织物取出,经过5-8小时、不高于40℃的低温烘干机烘干,最终完全干燥,得到平均每平米克重变化值为4g±1g新型除草驱虫织物。
综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
(1)由于本发明垫底织物为布料及纤维制成,与传统的土工布相比,具有更好的透水性、透气性、保温性和隔离性能。
(2)杂草种子萌发后根系接触本发明垫底织物中的药物,导致生长受阻,选用的药剂又由于具有内吸性,杂草茎叶会出现畸形生长,从而使得杂草无法吸收营养的同时维管束堵塞,对杂草幼苗具有明显的防除效果。
(3)本发明垫底织物对蛇虫鼠蚁具有优异的驱避效果,其含有的杀虫驱避剂毒性低,又可以抑制新型除草驱虫织物中微生物的生长与繁殖,减少了虫害隐患,提高了垫底织物的耐腐蚀性,延长了垫底织物的使用寿命。
(4)本发明垫底织物的厚度与密度可使药剂具有较长的持效期,不易被土壤渗入,而选用的药剂在自然环境中会被微生物快速分解,具有极高的使用安全性。
(5)本发明具有较好的除草功能、驱虫功能,可减少后期的养护的工作量及难度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施方式仅用于说明本发明专利而不用于限制本发明专利的范围,在阅读了本发明专利之后,本领域技术人员对本发明专利的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
本发明中,废旧布料纤维主要为废旧纺织品,具体可以为布料生产过程中产生的次品、废品以及回收得到的废旧服装、家纺、边角料。
步骤一、将废旧布料纤维经过针织机拆解、梳理、针刺,形成1米、4米、6米宽,每平米重300g、400g、500g规格的无纺布织物,即初步的除草驱虫织物。
步骤二、将0.5-10份除草剂、0.5-10份杀虫趋避剂、1-10份助剂、50-90份溶剂按比例混合均匀,此过程温度不得高于40℃。
除草剂由药物单剂或复配而成,包括二硝基苯胺类除草剂、黄酰脲类除草剂以及黄酰胺类除草剂,具体可以为二甲戊灵、丙嗪嘧磺隆、烟嘧磺隆。
杀虫趋避剂由药物单剂或复配而成,具体可为除虫菊酯、雄黄、吡虫啉。
助剂、溶剂包括用以制备成适合农业使用的各种适宜剂型。
溶剂为去离子水、溶剂油S-150#、溶剂油S-200#,更佳的为去离子水、溶剂油S-150#。
乳化剂为农乳500#、农乳600#、农乳700#,更佳的为农乳500#。
分散剂为木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、聚丙烯酸钠。更佳的为木质素磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠。
润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐,更佳的为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠。
增稠剂为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、硅酸铝镁,更佳的为海藻酸钠、硅酸铝镁。
防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇,更佳的为丙二醇、丙三醇。
消泡剂为硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类化合物,更加的为硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物。
步骤三、经过30-50分钟的浸泡后,捞出进行低温通风烘干,直至干燥,此时每平米相较未处理前增重4g±1g。
为防治药物失去效果或者变性,温度不得高于40℃。
实施例1
一、织物的制备
将布料及纤维放入无纺布针刺机的入料口,经过拆解、梳理、针刺,制得300g每平米、4米宽的织物。
二、药剂的制备
按照表1配取药剂并将上述织物完全浸入其中,浸泡40分钟。
将经过浸泡的织物取出,经过6小时不高于40℃的低温烘干机烘干,最终完全干燥,得到新型除草驱虫织物,测得平均每平米克重增加4.21克。

实施例2
一、织物的制备
将布料及纤维放入无纺布针刺机的入料口,经过拆解、梳理、针刺,制得400g每平米、4米宽的织物。
二、药剂的制备
按照表2配取药剂并将上述织物完全浸入其中,浸泡50分钟。
将上述经过浸泡的织物取出,经过7小时不高于40℃的低温烘干机烘干,最终完全干燥,得到新型除草驱虫织物,测得平均每平米克重增加4.66克。

实施例3
一、织物的制备
将布料及纤维放入无纺布针刺机的入料口,经过拆解、梳理、针刺,制得500g每平米、1米宽的织物。
二、药剂的制备
按照表3配取药剂并将上述织物完全浸入其中,浸泡50分钟。
将上述经过浸泡的织物取出,经过6小时不高于40℃的低温烘干机烘干,最终完全干燥,得到新型除草驱虫织物,测得平均每平米克重增加4.91克。

对照例
传统垫底布:即300g每平米土工布。
室内除草效果测试中,将实施例1、2、3对照传统的垫底布即300g每平米土工布,选用阔叶类杂草、莎草科杂草以及禾本科杂草中的代表品种各100粒萌发种子进行室内上表面除草效果测试,统计15天后的死亡率,重复3次,计算平均死亡率,具体数据如表4所示。

室外除草效果测试中,将实施例1对比传统300g每平米土工布以及空白土壤,选用禾本科、阔叶类和莎草科杂草中的代表品种进行上表面除草效果测试。具体方法如下:取面积为3平米的空白土壤地面,设置空白对照组、处理组1(实施例1)和处理组2(300g每平米土工布),每组设置三个重复,将每类杂草种子等量播撒至每组重复中,后在上表面铺设高2厘米左右的碎米石,统计25天后的成株数,成株效果如图2-4所示,具体成株数据如表5所示,对照例空白土壤中的各类杂草成株实物如图5所示,对照例土工布中的各类杂草成株实物如图6所示。

室内趋避效果测试中,将实施例1、2、3对比传统的300g每平米土工布,选用易于观察的蚂蚁作为对象,在长方形半封闭式的环境当中,一端为土壤,另一端为新型除草织物,中间放入10只蚂蚁,记录5分钟后每一端的只数,重复3次,计算平均值,具体数据如表6所示。

通过结果可以看出,如图7、图8、图9所示,本发明相比较空白土壤、传统土工布有着优异的上表面除草效果与对昆虫的驱避性。
Claims (10)
1.一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述垫底织物由织物与药剂浸泡烘干后制成,所述药剂由如下体积份数组分组成:0.5-10份除草剂、0.5-10份杀虫驱避剂、1-10份助剂、50-90份溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述织物由布料及纤维经破坏拆解后,经无纺布针刺机进行梳理、针刺成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述布料及纤维为全新制成品或废旧纺织品,或为两者的混合配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述全新制成成品为针织品、纺织品中的一种;废旧纺织品为布料生产过程中产生的次品、废品或回收得到的废旧服装、家纺、边角料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述除草剂由药物单剂或复配而成,为二硝基苯胺类除草剂、磺酰脲类除草剂以及磺酰胺类除草剂,具体为二甲戊灵、丙嗪嘧磺隆、烟嘧磺隆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述杀虫驱避剂由药物单剂或复配而成,具体为除虫菊酯、拟除虫菊酯、雄黄、吡虫啉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述助剂由乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂组成,其体积份数为:乳化剂0.5-4份、分散剂0.5-3份、湿润剂0.5-3份、增稠剂0.5-2份、防冻剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.5-3份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为农乳500#、农乳600#、农乳700#中的一种;所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种;所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐中的一种;所述增稠剂为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、硅酸铝镁中的一种;所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种;所述消泡剂为硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物,其特征在于:所述溶剂为去离子水、溶剂油S-150#、溶剂油S-200#中的一种。
10.一种新型除草驱虫垫底织物的制备方法,其特征在于,制备如权利要求1-9任意一项所述除草驱虫垫底织物,制备方法如下:
(1)织物的制备:将布料及纤维放入无纺布针刺机的入料口,经过拆解、梳理、针刺,制得300-500g/m2、宽4米的织物;
(2)药剂的制备:将0.5-10份除草剂、0.5-10份杀虫驱避剂、1-10份助剂、50-90份溶剂按比例混合均匀配取药剂,并将制备的织物完全浸入其中,浸泡30-50分钟;
(3)将上述经过浸泡的织物取出,经过5-8小时、不高于40℃的低温烘干机烘干,最终完全干燥,得到平均每平米克重变化值为4g±1g新型除草驱虫织物。
