after enough wood chips are stored in the collecting box 9, the motor 503 is started to drive the screw 501 to rotate, so that the collecting box 9 which is in threaded connection with the screw 501 through the moving plate 502 moves leftwards, the left part of the collecting box 9 moves into the forming box 10, then the electric cylinder five 13 is started to push the wood chips to move leftwards of the collecting box 9, the magnetic connection relation between the magnet 15 and the iron sheet 16 is temporarily released under the action of the gravity of wood chips, the sealing cover 14 is opened, the wood chips fall into the forming box 10 through the discharge hole, the wood chips firstly fall on the supporting frame 701, when the wood chips are stored on the supporting frame 701 too much, the electric cylinder six 602 can be started to push the extruding plate 601 to extrude the wood chips, then the electric cylinder seven 702 is started to enable the supporting frame 701 which is in sliding connection between the two fixed plates to descend, so that the extruded wood chips are discharged, and the air discharged from the air outlet pipe 7 is purified through the purifying device 11, so that impurities in the air are temporarily removed, and the discharged air is ecological and cannot influence on the surrounding environment.

Claims (10)

1. An ecological dust removal device in furniture processing, characterized by comprising:
the wood processing device comprises a working box (1), wherein a fixed frame (2) is arranged in the working box (1) through a moving assembly (200), a plurality of clamping assemblies (100) are arranged in the fixed frame (2) and used for fixing wood to be processed, and a feed inlet is formed in the front end of the working box (1);
the dust collection device comprises a sealing cover (3), wherein a plurality of working ports are formed in the sealing cover (3), an air suction device (4) is arranged at the top end of the sealing cover (3), a collecting cover (5) is arranged between the inner walls of the sealing cover (3), an air suction pipe (6) and an air outlet pipe (7) are respectively communicated with the bottom end and the rear end of the air suction component, the air suction pipe (6) stretches into the sealing cover (3), a dust removal component (300) is arranged in the sealing cover (3), the dust removal component (300) is communicated with the air suction pipe (6), and a sealing component (400) is arranged in the dust removal component (300) and is used for sealing the dust removal component (300) after the dust is absorbed, so that filtered wood dust is prevented from overflowing from the dust removal component (300);
the dust collection device comprises a conveying channel (8), wherein the conveying channel (8) is arranged between the side wall of a sealing cover (3) and the bottom end of a dust collection assembly (300), a collection box (9) is arranged in the conveying channel (8) in a sliding mode, and a driving assembly (500) is arranged between the collection box (9) and the conveying channel (8) and used for collecting and conveying filtered wood dust;
the shaping box (10), the shaping box (10) is installed on the lateral wall of the sealed cowling (3), the left end of the conveying channel (8) penetrates through the sealed cowling and is communicated with the shaping box (10), the top of the shaping box (10) is provided with an extrusion assembly (600), the bottom of the shaping box (10) is provided with a support assembly (700), and collected wood chips are extruded and shaped through the mutual cooperation between the extrusion assembly (600) and the support assembly (700), so that recycling is facilitated;
the purification device (11), communicate between purification device (11) and outlet duct (7) for perhaps adulterated large granule impurity handles in the air, thereby maintain ecological environment.

The ecological dust removal equipment in the furniture processing process according to claim 4, wherein the sealing assembly (400) comprises a fixed disc (401) and four sealing plates (402), bottoms of the four sealing plates (402) are hinged in corresponding through holes, corresponding ends of the four sealing plates (402) are provided with slope-type sliding grooves (403), trapezoidal sliding blocks (404) are connected in the slope-type sliding grooves (403) in a sliding mode, connecting rods (405) are fixedly connected to the other ends of the trapezoidal sliding blocks (404), a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the filter plate (302), electric cylinders four (406) are mounted in the mounting hole through mounting rings, corresponding ends of the four connecting rods (405) are connected with the fixed disc (401) in a rotating mode through rotating balls, and output ends of the electric cylinders four (406) are fixedly connected with the top ends of the fixed disc (401).

The ecological dust removal equipment in the furniture processing process according to claim 1, wherein a pushing plate (12) is slidably connected between the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the collecting box (9), an electric cylinder five (13) is installed on the right portion of the collecting box (9), an output end of the electric cylinder five (13) is fixedly connected with the pushing plate (12), a discharge hole is formed in the left portion of the collecting box (9), a sealing cover (14) is hinged in the discharge hole, a magnet (15) is installed at one end of the sealing cover (14), an iron sheet (16) is installed at one side of the discharge hole, and magnetic connection is achieved between the magnet (15) and the iron sheet (16).
