When the filter plate 13 rotates to an inclined state, the filter plate 13 drives the telescopic rod 92 to rotate and contract, the telescopic rod 92 causes the closing plate 91 to ascend, so that the dust discharge port 15 is exposed, and the bristles 43 and the brush 46 can brush dust and scraps on the filter plate 13 into the dust collection box 16; when the filter plate 13 is rotated and reset, the filter plate 13 drives the telescopic rod 92 to rotate and extend, and the telescopic rod 92 causes the closing plate 91 to descend and closes the dust exhaust port 15, so that dust and waste in the dust collecting box 16 are not easy to float into the dust removing box 1.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: under the action of the fan 24, the dust and the waste will sequentially pass through the dust suction pipe 22, the connecting pipe 23 and the air inlet pipe 11 and enter the dust removing box 1, the air will be discharged through the air outlet pipe 12, and the dust and the waste will remain on the filter plate 13.
When more dust and scraps are accumulated on the filter plate 13 to affect the filtration of the filter plate 13, the rotation rod 32 is driven to rotate by the extension of the cylinder 31, the rotation rod 32 drives the filter plate 13 to rotate, the abutting plate 62 moves synchronously with the filter plate 13 and presses the knocking hammer 71 into the accommodating groove 7, so that the torsion spring 72 deforms; after the collision plate 62 is separated from the knocking hammer 71, the torsion spring 72 will urge the knocking hammer 71 to enter the swing cavity 621 and circularly swing to knock the surface of the filter plate 13, so as to shake off the dust and the waste on the surface of the filter plate 13.
During the rotation of the filter plate 13, the filter plate 13 will drive the telescopic rod 92 to rotate and contract, the telescopic rod 92 will make the closing plate 91 rise to expose the dust outlet 15, and the dust and the waste bits shaken off the surface of the filter plate 13 will fall into the dust collecting box 16.
When the filter plate 13 rotates to abut against the inner wall of the top of the dust removing box 1, the abutting plate 62 abuts against the extension rod 61 and pushes the extension rod 61 to slide, and the extension rod 61 drives the inserting rod 52 to sink into the fixed cylinder 51 and separate from the inserting groove 411; under the action of the counterweight 414, the sliding frame 41 will slide down along the inclined direction of the inclined filter plate 13, the gear 44 and the rack 45 will cooperate to urge the brush 43 to rotate and brush away the dust and the waste on the surface of the filter plate 13, and the two sets of brushes 46 will slide and brush away the dust and the waste on the edge of the filter plate 13, so that the dust and the waste will fall into the dust collection box 16. The cleaning of dust and scraps on the surface of the filter plate 13 can be realized only by controlling the cylinder 31, and the operation is convenient.
After the dust and the waste are cleaned, the rotating rod 32 is driven to rotate by the expansion and contraction of the air cylinder 31, and the rotating rod 32 drives the filter plate 13 to rotate and reset to a horizontal state; in the rotation process of the filter plate 13, the two groups of rolling rolls in the corresponding arc-shaped grooves 18, so that the rotation stability of the filter plate 13 is improved, the traction rope 8 is tightened and causes the sliding frame 41 to rise to the insertion groove 411 corresponding to the insertion rod 52, and the spring 53 drives the insertion rod 52 to be inserted in the insertion groove 411; meanwhile, the filter plate 13 will drive the telescopic rod 92 to rotate and extend, and the telescopic rod 92 will make the closing plate 91 descend and close the dust exhaust port 15, so that the dust and the waste in the dust collecting box 16 will not easily float into the dust removing box 1. The rotation reset of the filter plate 13, the sliding reset of the brushing device 4, the locking and fixing of the brushing device 4 by the locking device 5 and the sealing of the dust exhaust port 15 by the sealing plate 91 can be realized only by controlling the cylinder 31, and the operation is convenient.
