1. A method for decocting traditional Chinese medicines for communities is characterized by comprising the following steps:
inputting a prescription into a software APP, and identifying medicines in the prescription through the software APP to provide decoction advice for a user;
the frying pan is provided with a cabinet for scanning, one of a ceramic pan, a common marmite and a purple clay pot is selected, and a proper size is selected;
placing the medicinal materials into a pot, scanning a two-dimensional code on a water taking table, and selecting needed decoction water;
putting a frying pan containing water and medicinal materials on a frying table, and defining the frying time through a control panel on the frying table or the software APP so as to finish the frying;
after the decoction of the liquid medicine is finished, if the dosage of the decocted traditional Chinese medicine liquid is excessive, filtering the liquid medicine, concentrating the liquid medicine on a concentrating device arranged on the decoction table, and then filling the concentrated liquid medicine into a glass bottle or a medicine bag;
providing corresponding taking advice and the approximate time of the next decoction, and noting that the specific situation complies with the doctor's advice.

The method for decocting community-used traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 1, wherein the software APP can identify five types of medicines; wherein the first medicine is a first-decocted medicine, the second medicine is a second-lower medicine, the third medicine is a melted medicine, the fourth medicine is a bag-decocted medicine, and the fifth medicine is another-decocted medicine.
3. The method for decocting community-used traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
if the user has the medicine to be decocted but does not carry the gauze bag, the user can sweep the code to the sterilizing cabinet to obtain the gauze bag.
4. A Chinese medicine decocting device for communities is characterized by comprising a decocting system and software APP;
the medicine decocting system comprises a medicine decocting pot providing cabinet, a sterilizing cabinet, a decocting table, a water taking table and a medicine residue processing device;
the frying pan providing cabinet comprises a plurality of frying pans and a cabinet body for accommodating the frying pans, wherein the frying pans are of various types, the types of the frying pans comprise ceramic pans, common marmite and purple marmite, and the frying pans of each type are also of various sizes;
the sterilizing cabinet is used for storing the gauze bag; the decoction table is used for decocting medicinal materials; the water taking platform is used for obtaining different types of decoction water;
the medicine dreg treatment device comprises a medicine dreg hole, a spiral conveyor, a heating component, a connecting pipeline and a packaging device; the medicine residue hole is connected with the packaging device through the connecting pipeline, one end of the screw conveyor is positioned in the medicine residue hole, the other end of the screw conveyor penetrates through the connecting pipeline to be connected with the packaging device, and the heating component is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting pipeline; heating and drying the residues in the connecting pipeline within a distance when the residues in the residue holes are conveyed to the packaging device through the screw conveyor;
the software APP is used for carrying out self-defining setting on the drug decocting system.

The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the decoction table comprises a decoction hole and a concentration tank, a heating inner tank is provided on an inner wall of a bottom end of the decoction hole, the frying pan is placed in the decoction hole, the heating inner tank heats the frying pan, a communication assembly is provided on the decoction table, and the concentration tank and the frying pan are detachably connected through the communication assembly.

The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the packing device comprises an air pump, a packing bag and a containing cavity, the containing cavity is communicated with the connecting pipe, a pipe communicated with the connecting pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the containing cavity, and the pipe is inclined downwards; an inlet on the packaging bag wraps the pipeline;
when the medicine residues are conveyed onto a pipeline by a connected screw conveyor, the medicine residues fall into the packaging bag under the action of gravity, the bottom end of the packaging bag is connected with the air sucking pump, and the top end of the accommodating cavity is provided with a cover plate in a hinged manner;
when the medicine residues are required to be intensively treated and collected, the air pump is started, and the air pump can vacuumize the packaging bag, so that the medicine residues are packaged.

the connecting valve is a connecting valve pipe sleeved on the connecting pipe, and threads are arranged on the inner wall of the connecting valve; when the siphon pipe and the connecting pipe are mutually abutted, the connecting pipe and the siphon pipe are mutually screwed through a connecting valve;
the concentration liner is arranged at the lower side of the decoction hole and is connected with a medicine outlet pipeline and an air pump;
when the liquid medicine in the frying pan is required to be introduced into the concentration container for concentration, the air pump is started, the concentration container is in a negative pressure state at the moment, the liquid medicine in the frying pan can be introduced into the concentration container under the siphon effect, the concentration container is heated, the liquid medicine is concentrated, and then the concentrated liquid medicine is obtained by opening the medicine outlet valve positioned on the medicine outlet pipeline.
