Abstract
本发明提供一种宠物鲜粮及其制备方法,所述宠物鲜粮以重量份计包括:葡萄籽提取物0.1‑1份、溶菌酶0.02‑0.1份、乳酸链球菌素0.01‑0.1份、酵母水解物0.3‑1份、畜禽肉及内脏65‑95份、维生素0.05‑0.5份、矿物质0.1‑2.5份。本发明提供的宠物鲜粮中加入了葡萄籽提取物,其富含多酚类物质可以有效预防宠物细菌感染,有效促进宠物对于有益成分的吸收;加入溶菌酶和乳酸链球菌素协同作用,共同促进宠物对于宠物鲜粮中营养物质的更好吸收,在保证营养价值的前提下,还能够有效增加鲜粮的常温保存时间。

本发明属于宠物食品技术领域,具体涉及一种宠物鲜粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于人们生活水平的提高以及休闲方式的改变,宠物犬猫已经成为现代都市生活中不可或缺的可爱伴侣,越来越多的人们享受着犬猫陪伴所赋予的快乐体验。人们对于其宠物犬猫的膳食要求越来越高,宠物犬猫粮不仅要满足犬猫的营养需求,蛋白质、脂肪、能量等,还要满足犬适口性,机体和骨骼健康,毛发亮丽、肠道健康等条件。由此,优质宠物犬猫粮的需求与日俱增,其诉求主要是为宠物犬猫提供良好的生长发育营养和活泼健康的生命保障。
现有的大多数宠物犬猫粮营养有余,功能欠缺,制作粗放,科技有限,添加混乱,适口性差,不仅达不到宠物犬猫营养免疫要求,长期喂食还会造成宠物犬猫消化系统等多功能紊乱,诱发各种疾病等不虞之患。
溶菌酶(LZM)是一种天然的动物防御因子,泪液、乳汁、血液、唾液、尿液等体液中都大量存在。它可以裂解侵染细菌细胞壁的β-1,4糖苷键,使其原生质溢出而死亡,也能与病毒外壳蛋白强力结合,使其失去传染能力。溶菌酶具备显著抗菌消炎、抗病毒传染、修复创伤组织、增强免疫力等功效。
我国葡萄资源较为丰富,年产量约有近600万吨,这些葡萄中约有80%用于酿酒,13%作为鲜果食用,7%用于加工果汁及其他葡萄产品。工业酒的生产伴随着大量的垃圾,全世界每年生产出数以万吨计酿酒葡萄废弃物,其中主要包括葡萄皮、葡萄籽等。随着葡萄酒市场的不断壮大,随之产生的酿酒副产物逐渐变成了一个不可忽视的环境问题。大多数企业一般是将皮籽丢弃、用作饲料、烧材或发酵后作为肥料,利用率很低,造成了极大的资源浪费。葡萄籽为葡萄的种子,为葡萄酒厂的下脚料。天然葡萄籽中含有多酚类物质,主要有儿茶素类和原花青素类(OPC)。葡萄籽提取物能有效清除人体内的自由基,保护人体细胞组织免受自由基的氧化损伤,防治过敏、癌症、衰老等100多种与自由基有关的疾病。OPC有很好的生物利用度,易于被动物体吸收。
现有葡萄籽的提取工艺是乙醇浸提法。将脱脂的葡萄籽原料用70%乙醇浸提两遍,200目滤布过滤,合并提取液浓缩至Be 20左右且无醇味,加水稀释,过层析柱LSA-8纯化,高浓度乙醇解析烘干得到产物。
CN108669333A公开了一种除宠物泪痕组合物、除宠物泪痕制品及其制备方法,涉及宠物制品技术领域。所述除宠物泪痕组合物包括万寿菊提取物、绿茶提取物、枸杞子提取物、蔓越莓提取物、葡萄籽提取物和小米草提取物。所述除宠物泪痕制品包括上述除宠物泪痕组合物和辅料。该方法通过万寿菊提取物、绿茶提取物、枸杞子提取物、蔓越莓提取物、葡萄籽提取物和小米草提取物多种抗氧化物质的配伍作用,具有抑菌性质,能有效缓解宠物眼部应激,抑制炎症的发生,疏通鼻泪管,可以从根源上减轻宠物泪痕的症状,改善宠物的美观度。
CN111838442A公开了一种宠物犬猫溶菌酶功能粮及其制备方法,所述宠物犬猫溶菌酶功能粮通过在采用肉粉、三文鱼、马铃薯粉、豌豆粉、红薯粉、鸡油、冻干鸡肉、鱼油、苜蓿、啤酒酵母粉、蛋粉、奶酪粉、胡萝卜、蔓越莓粉、红藻粉为原料的基础上还添加适量的溶菌酶,最终制得的宠物犬猫溶菌酶功能粮,配方合理,原材料简单易得,成本适宜,容易吸收;该方法为宠物犬猫提供了一款多功能的溶菌酶功能粮,适口性好,能增强宠物犬猫食欲,提升机体免疫力,对皮肤、消化、口腔、泌尿及免疫系统起调节改善作用,显著降低宠物犬猫各种疾病的发生,从而为宠物犬猫提供了安全可靠、均衡营养、免疫提升,活泼健康的重要保障。
现有技术公开了多种宠物饲料或者宠物粮,主要以干粮、湿粮两种形式售卖,干粮的形式可以增加其保存时间,不过湿粮中富含的营养物质更容易被宠物吸收,并且可以减少宠物肠道消化负担,有利于营养吸收,但是湿粮一般采用冷冻的保存方式,保存和运输成本较高,因此开发一种可以常温保存的宠物鲜粮是本领域的研究重点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种宠物鲜粮及其制备方法,可以有效提高宠物免疫力、促进宠物对于营养物质的吸收,而且可以常温保存。
为达到此发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

本发明提供的宠物鲜粮中加入了葡萄籽提取物,其富含多酚类物质包括:儿茶素类和原花青素类,对革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌均有良好的抑菌效果,可以有效预防宠物细菌感染,提高宠物免疫力;加入溶菌酶可以裂解侵染细菌细胞壁的β-1,4糖苷键,使其原生质溢出而死亡,也能与病毒外壳蛋白强力结合,使其失去传染能力。溶菌酶具备显著抗菌消炎、抗病毒传染、修复创伤组织、增强免疫力等功效;乳酸链球菌素是由多种氨基酸组成的多肽类化合物,它能有效抑制引起食品腐败的许多革兰氏阳性细菌,如肉毒梭菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血链球菌、利斯特氏菌、嗜热脂肪芽抱杆菌的生长和繁殖,尤其对产生孢子的革兰氏阳性细菌有特效,它是一种无毒的天然防腐剂,对食品的色、香、味、口感等无不良影响。本发明提供的宠物鲜粮中葡萄籽提取物有效促进宠物对于有益成分的吸收,溶菌酶和乳酸链球菌素协同作用,促进宠物对于宠物鲜粮中营养物质的更好吸收,在保证营养价值的前提下,还能够有效增加鲜粮的常温保存时间。

第二方面,本发明提供一种如第一方面提供的宠物鲜粮的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:将所述畜禽肉及内脏蒸煮,得到熟化的畜禽肉及内脏,将所述熟化的畜禽肉及内脏与葡萄籽提取物、溶菌酶、乳酸链球菌素、酵母水解物、维生素、矿物质、动物油脂、果蔬、蛋黄粉、壳寡糖、海藻纤维进行混合,得到混合物,将所述混合物装袋、灭菌,得到所述宠物鲜粮。
优选地,所述蒸煮步骤之前还包括解冻的步骤;
优选地,所述解冻的时间为4-12h,例如可以为5h、7h、9h或11h等。
优选地,所述蒸煮的温度为75-85℃,例如可以为76℃、78℃、80℃、82℃或84℃等,时间为25-35min,例如可以为26min、30min或33min等。

本发明提供的宠物鲜粮中加入了葡萄籽提取物,其富含多酚类物质可以有效预防宠物细菌感染,提高宠物免疫力;加入溶菌酶可以显著抗菌消炎、抗病毒传染、修复创伤组织、增强免疫力;乳酸链球菌素是一种无毒的天然防腐剂,对食品的色、香、味、口感等无不良影响。本发明提供的宠物鲜粮中葡萄籽提取物有效促进宠物对于有益成分的吸收,溶菌酶和乳酸链球菌素协同作用,促进宠物对于宠物鲜粮中营养物质的更好吸收,在保证营养价值的前提下,还能够有效增加鲜粮的常温保存时间;本发明对肉类进行一次熟化,采用低温加工环境对食材进行真空包装,并进行巴氏杀菌,进一步保证了宠物鲜粮可以在常温条件下保存。

测试例1
消化率表示消化物质占食入物质的百分比,因进入消化系统的养分只有一部分能被吸收,被吸收的这部分可以通过消化试验进行测定,并作为确定消化率的参数。我们可以同时测定饲料和粪便中含有的营养物质的量,计算出这两部分的差值就是被宠物消化吸收的部分,通常用百分数或对于1的小数表示(1表示完全消化)。参照GB/T 6432-94标准为宠物鲜粮和宠物粪样中的蛋白质含量进行测定。
挑选体重为10kg±0.5kg,年龄为2-3周岁的中华田园犬120只,将其分为8组,各组之间无统计学差异,实施例1-3组喂养本发明实施例1-3所制备的宠物鲜粮,对比例1-6组喂养本发明对比例1-6所制备的宠物鲜粮,每天喂食量为2±0.5kg,自由采水,饲养条件也相同:将这些中华田园喂养在温度保持在20-25℃,湿度为50%-60%的相同环境中,喂养7天后取粪便,测试粪便中的蛋白残留量,计算消化吸收率结果见表1。

根据表格数据可知,喂食本发明实施例1-3制备的宠物鲜粮的宠物粪样中蛋白质含量更低,表明宠物对于蛋白质的吸收更好,当宠物鲜粮中葡萄籽提取物的含量过低或过高时,宠物对于蛋白的吸收率均有所降低;当宠物鲜粮中溶菌酶的添加量过低或过高时,宠物对于蛋白的吸收率均有所降低;当宠物鲜粮中单一缺少溶菌酶或乳酸链球菌素时,宠物对于蛋白质的吸收率会进一步降低,根据数据显示,溶菌酶、乳酸链球菌素两者存在协同作用促进宠物对于鲜粮中蛋白质的吸收。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的工艺方法,但本发明并不局限于上述实施例,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述实施例才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的宠物鲜粮,其特征在于,所述葡萄籽提取物中包括多酚类物质;
优选地,所述葡萄籽提取物中多酚类物质的质量百分含量≥95%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的宠物鲜粮,其特征在于,所述酵母水解物中蛋白质的质量百分含量为40-50%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的宠物鲜粮,其特征在于,所述畜禽肉及内脏中畜禽肉与内脏的质量比为(1.7-6.5):1。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的宠物鲜粮,其特征在于,所述维生素包括维生素E、维生素C或氯化胆碱中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的宠物鲜粮,其特征在于,所述矿物质中包括硫酸钙、磷酸氢钙或氯化钠中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的宠物鲜粮,其特征在于,所述宠物鲜粮中还包括:动物油脂2-5份、果蔬5-15份、蛋黄粉1-5份、壳寡糖0.02-0.2份、氨基酸0.2-1份、海藻纤维0.3-1份。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的宠物鲜粮,其特征在于,所述动物油脂包括鱼油和/或鸡油;
优选地,所述鱼油与鸡油的质量比为1:(0.5-2)。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的宠物鲜粮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:将所述畜禽肉及内脏蒸煮,得到熟化的畜禽肉及内脏,将所述熟化的畜禽肉及内脏与葡萄籽提取物、溶菌酶、乳酸链球菌素、酵母水解物、维生素、矿物质进行混合,得到混合物,将所述混合物装袋、灭菌,得到所述宠物鲜粮。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蒸煮的温度为75-85℃,时间为25-35min;
优选地,所述装袋为真空包装;
优选地,所述真空包装的真空度≥-0.08MPa;
优选地,所述装袋使用铝箔袋;
优选地,所述混合、装袋步骤的温度≤20℃;
优选地,所述灭菌的温度为75-85℃,时间为25-35min。
