Abstract
The invention discloses a compound insecticidal bactericidal composition containing pymetrozine, which is characterized in that the active ingredients of the composition comprise a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is pymetrozine, the component B is triazole bactericide, the total weight of the active ingredients of the composition accounts for 2-70% of the total weight of the whole preparation, and the rest ingredients are auxiliary agents; the triazole fungicide is selected from cyproconazole, flutriafol and diniconazole. The composition has the characteristics of high efficiency, broad spectrum, low toxicity, environmental protection and the like, realizes double killing of the worm and the fungus, reduces manpower and material resources, and improves the yield and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a compound insecticidal and bactericidal composition containing pymetrozine.
Background
The control of agricultural pests has been the most interesting and important issue in agricultural production. The whole growing season of crops is almost affected by various diseases and insect pests. For pest control of crops, it is currently common practice to apply bactericides to the pest, and to apply pesticides to the pest, i.e., a strategy for individual pest control, which undoubtedly increases the number of times of application. Thus, there is a need to improve current dosing habits.
Pymetrozine is a novel low-toxicity pyridine amide insect growth regulator pesticide. Pymetrozine has a contact killing effect on pests and also has systemic activity. The plant body can be transported and guided in the xylem and phloem; therefore, the spray can be used for foliar spraying and soil treatment. Because of the good conducting property, the branches and leaves which are newly grown after the stem and leaf are sprayed can be effectively protected. The product has excellent control effect on piercing-sucking mouthparts pests of various crops, can be widely used for controlling various pests such as aphids, plant hoppers, whiteflies, leafhoppers and the like in agriculture and horticulture such as crops, fruit trees, vegetables, tea and the like, such as cabbage aphids, cotton aphids, wheat aphids, peach aphids, leafhoppers, brown planthoppers, white-back planthoppers, sweet potato whiteflies, greenhouse whiteflies and the like.
Triazole bactericides are sterol inhibitors, have good top conduction and fumigation effects, have a broad bactericidal spectrum, are not effective on viruses and algae bacteria, are effective on a plurality of bacteria, and have the effects of protecting, removing and treating. Can be widely applied to the economic crops such as wheat, rice, corn and the like, and can prevent and treat powdery mildew, banded sclerotial blight, rust disease and the like.
If the insecticidal or bactericidal agent is used independently, the problem of wasting manpower and material resources caused by multiple application of the agent is caused. Therefore, under the condition of meeting the actual demands in the production of wheat, rice and corn, how to reduce the waste of manpower and material resources caused by repeated application of crop pesticides and bactericides, effectively reduce ecological damage and environmental pollution, and improve the yield and quality of crops is still a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a high-efficiency, broad-spectrum, low-toxicity and environment-friendly composite insecticidal and bactericidal composition capable of killing insects and killing bacteria.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the active ingredients of the composite comprise a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is pymetrozine, the component B is triazole fungicide, the total weight of the active ingredients of the composite accounts for 2-70% of the total weight of the whole preparation, and the rest ingredients are auxiliary agents; the triazole fungicide is selected from cyproconazole, flutriafol and diniconazole.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the active ingredient component A to the active ingredient component B is 100:1-1:100.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the active ingredient component A to the active ingredient component B is 50:1-1:50.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the active ingredient component A to the active ingredient component B is 20:1-1:20.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the active ingredient component A to the active ingredient component B is 5:1-1:5.
Preferably, the total mass of the active ingredients of the composition accounts for 10-40% of the total weight of the whole preparation.
Preferably, the auxiliary agents include solvents, emulsifiers, dispersants, wetting agents, film formers, thickeners, antifreeze agents, defoamers, warning colors and fillers.
The solvent can be selected from the following materials: benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, chloroform, methylene chloride, cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, N-methylpyrrolidone, methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, isobutanol, cyclohexanol, methyl glycol ether, ethyl glycol ether, petroleum ether, acetonitrile, paraffin, tetrahydronaphthalene, isophorone, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, and the like;
the cosolvent can be selected from the following materials: one or more of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, etc.;
the emulsifier can be selected from: one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether phosphate amine salt, polyoxyethylene castor oil ether phosphate amine salt, polyoxyethylene fatty amide, alkylpyridinium salt, alkylisoquinolinium salt, dialkylmorpholinium salt, oleamide sulfonate, diisopropylnaphthalene sulfonate, lignin sulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, styrylphenyl polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene phenethylphenol polyoxypropylene ether, polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether, polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polymer, polyoxyethylene alkylphenol formaldehyde resin ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester, sorbitan monostearate, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol mono fatty acid ester, and the like;

the thickener can be selected from the following materials: one or more of acacia, xanthan gum, gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol, magnesium aluminum silicate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and the like;
the defoamer can be selected from the following components: one or more of butyl phosphate, isobutyl phosphate, n-octanol, silicone, and the like;
the antifreezing agent can be selected from the following materials: one or more selected from ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, etc.;
the stabilizer can be selected from the following components: one or more of triphenyl phosphite, N-soyabean oil-based trimethylene diamine, dialkyl succinate sulfonate, epichlorohydrin, butyl glycidyl ether, and the like;
the warning color can be selected from the following colors: one or more of alkaline rose essence, alkaline violet 10, alkaline violet 49, acid red 51, acid red 52, acid red 14, acid blue 9, acid yellow 23, alkaline red 10, alkaline red 108;
the preservative can be selected from the following materials: one or more of benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, and the like;
the pH regulator can be selected from the following components: one or more of hydrochloric acid, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide, a hydroxide agent, triethanolamine and the like;
the filler can be selected from the following materials: one or more of attapulgite, diatomaceous earth, kaolin, white carbon black, bentonite, montmorillonite, calcium carbonate, zeolite, acid clay, pyrophyllite, talc, calcite, etc.
Preferably, the composition is prepared into agriculturally acceptable suspending agents, aqueous emulsion, microemulsion, water dispersible granule, wettable powder, suspension seed coating agent, granule and microcapsule suspending agent.
For example, when prepared as a suspension, the following weight components may be included: 2-70% of active components, 2-10% of wetting agents, 2-10% of dispersing agents, 1-5% of thickening agents, 1-5% of antifreezing agents, 0.1-2% of defoaming agents and the balance of water;
when prepared as an aqueous emulsion, the aqueous emulsion may comprise the following components by weight: 2-70% of active components, 2-20% of solvents and cosolvents, 1-10% of emulsifying agents, 1-5% of antifreezing agents, 0.1-2% of defoaming agents and the balance of water;
when prepared as wettable powders, may comprise the following components by weight: 2-70% of active component, 2-10% of wetting agent, 2-10% of dispersing agent and the balance of filler;
when prepared into a suspended seed coating, the seed coating can comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-70% of active components, 2-10% of wetting agents, 2-10% of dispersing agents, 1-5% of thickening agents, 1-5% of film forming agents, 1-5% of antifreezing agents, 0.1-2% of defoaming agents, 0.1-2% of warning colors and the balance of water;
when prepared as a microemulsion, the following components may be included by weight: 2-70% of active components, 2-20% of solvents and cosolvents, 5-20% of emulsifying agents, 1-5% of antifreezing agents, 0.1-2% of defoaming agents and the balance of water;
when the water dispersible granule is prepared, the water dispersible granule can comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-70% of active component, 2-10% of wetting agent, 2-10% of dispersing agent, 1-5% of disintegrating agent, 1-5% of adhesive and the balance of filler.
The above-mentioned dosage forms are all conventional dosage forms in the art, the preparation methods thereof are well known to those skilled in the art, the agricultural adjuvants and/or carriers used in the preparation of the above-mentioned various dosage forms and the amounts thereof are also well known to those skilled in the art, and these can be found, for example, in "pesticide dosage form processing techniques" (Liu Bulin master, second edition). One or more of these auxiliary substances may be selected by the person skilled in the art.
In another aspect, the present invention provides the use of the above composition for preventing or controlling agricultural pests. Among them, suitable crops include but are not limited to rice, wheat, corn, barley, rye, oat, sorghum, cotton, peanut and like commercial crops.
The present invention also provides a method for preventing or controlling pests by applying the active ingredient composition or the pesticidal and bactericidal composition of the present invention to a target useful plant, a target pest or its environment, propagation material of a target useful plant, by treating the plant, plant propagation material, soil, surface, material or space with an effective amount of the active ingredient before and after infestation by pests. The insecticidal and bactericidal composition is particularly important in preventing and controlling a large number of plant diseases and insect pests on various plants such as wheat, rice, corn and other economic crops.
The insecticidal and bactericidal composition obtained by compounding and combining pymetrozine and triazole bactericide has the following beneficial effects: on one hand, the composition can be used for various cash crops, realizes the effects of simultaneously killing insects and bacteria, and reduces the use of manpower and material resources; on the other hand, the composition has the characteristics of high efficiency, broad spectrum, low toxicity and environmental protection, can effectively improve the yield of crops, and has more remarkable effect especially when being applied to the aspects of disinsection and sterilization of rice, wheat, corn and other economic crops.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it should be noted that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways other than those described herein, and persons skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Unless otherwise indicated, "%" referred to in the examples below is "weight percent".
In the embodiment of the invention, wettable powder is prepared by taking preparation of wettable powder as an example, and the active components are prepared into wettable powder with different proportions, wherein the preparation proportions are 1:1, 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:50, 1:100, 5:1, 10:1, 20:1, 50:1 and 100:1, and other dosage forms can be prepared according to the conventional operation.
The component A is pymetrozine, and the component B is cyproconazole
EXAMPLE 1 5% pymetrozine+cyproconazole 5% wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 5% of pymetrozine, 5% of cyproconazole, 6% of triphenyl ethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 6% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and the balance of attapulgite, wherein the balance is 100%.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the formula, mixing, grinding and crushing the components to prepare the wettable powder.
EXAMPLE 2 1% pymetrozine+5% cyproconazole wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 1% of pymetrozine, 5% of cyproconazole, 6% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 6% of polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl ether and the balance of attapulgite, wherein the balance is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 3 1% pymetrozine+10% cyproconazole wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 1% of pymetrozine, 10% of cyproconazole, 6% of sodium isooctyl succinate sulfonate, 5% of polyoxyethylene glyceryl monofatty acid ester and the balance of bentonite which is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 4 1% pymetrozine+20% cyproconazole wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 1% of pymetrozine, 20% of cyproconazole, 6% of sodium isooctyl succinate sulfonate, 5% of polyoxyethylene glyceryl monofatty acid ester and the balance of bentonite which is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 5 pymetrozine 0.5% + cyproconazole 25% wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: pymetrozine 0.5%, cyproconazole 25%, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sodium carboxylate 5%, alkyl alcohol amide and polyoxyethylene alkylamine 5%, and diatomite in balance 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 6 50% wettable powder of pymetrozine 0.5% + cyproconazole
The formula comprises the following components: 0.5% of pymetrozine, 50% of cyproconazole, 5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of attapulgite, wherein the balance is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 7 5% pymetrozine+cyproconazole 1% wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 5% of pymetrozine, 1% of cyproconazole, 6% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 6% of polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl ether and the balance of attapulgite, wherein the balance is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 8 10% pymetrozine+cyproconazole 1% wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 10% of pymetrozine, 1% of cyproconazole, 6% of sodium isooctyl succinate sulfonate, 5% of polyoxyethylene glyceryl monofatty acid ester and the balance of bentonite which is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 9 pymetrozine 20% + cyproconazole 1% wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 10% of pymetrozine, 1% of cyproconazole, 6% of sodium isooctyl succinate sulfonate, 5% of polyoxyethylene glyceryl monofatty acid ester and the balance of bentonite which is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 10 pymetrozine 25% + cyproconazole 0.5% wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 25% of pymetrozine, 0.5% of cyproconazole, 5% of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether carboxylic acid sodium, 5% of alkyl alcohol amide and polyoxyethylene alkylamine, and the balance of diatomite is 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
EXAMPLE 11 50% pymetrozine+cyproconazole 0.5% wettable powder
The formula comprises the following components: 50% of pymetrozine, 0.5% of cyproconazole, 5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of attapulgite for 100%.
The preparation method is as in example 1 above.
The other two triazole bactericides, namely tebuconazole, diniconazole and pymetrozine are compounded in pairs, and corresponding wettable powder of pymetrozine, tebuconazole and pymetrozine, namely tebuconazole, can be prepared according to the proportion, and are not excessively exemplified here.
Experiments show that after the pymetrozine and the triazole fungicide are compounded, the effect is obviously better than that of an independent pesticide or fungicide, and the synergistic effect can be achieved after the pymetrozine and the triazole fungicide are compounded.
In summary, the embodiment provided by the invention prepares the pesticide pymetrozine and the triazole fungicide into a plurality of dosage form compositions with different proportions, and the triazole fungicide can be selected according to the situation in the actual production process. The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: on one hand, the composition can be used for various cash crops, realizes the effects of simultaneously killing insects and bacteria, and reduces the use of manpower and material resources; on the other hand, the composition has the characteristics of high efficiency, broad spectrum, low toxicity and environmental protection, can effectively improve the yield of crops, and has more remarkable effect especially when being applied to the aspects of disinsection and sterilization of rice, wheat, corn and other economic crops.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the invention, and it should be noted that: it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made in the present invention based on the description of the invention. Accordingly, such modifications or improvements may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (10)
1. The composite insecticidal and bactericidal composition containing pymetrozine is characterized in that the active ingredients of the composition comprise a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is pymetrozine, the component B is triazole fungicide, the total weight of the active ingredients of the composition accounts for 2-70% of the total weight of the whole preparation, and the rest ingredients are auxiliary agents; the triazole fungicide is selected from cyproconazole, flutriafol and diniconazole.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the active ingredient component a to the component B is 100:1 to 1:100.
3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the active ingredient component a to the component B is 50:1 to 1:50.
4. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the active ingredient component a to the component B is 20:1 to 1:20.
5. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the active ingredient component a to the component B is from 5:1 to 1:5.
6. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the total mass of the active ingredients of the composition is 10-40% of the total weight of the whole formulation.
7. The composition of claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agents comprise solvents, emulsifiers, dispersants, wetting agents, film forming agents, thickeners, antifreeze agents, defoamers, warning colors and fillers.
8. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition is formulated as an agriculturally acceptable suspension, emulsion in water, microemulsion, water dispersible granule, wettable powder, suspension seed coating, granule, microcapsule suspension.
9. Use of the composition of claim 1 for preventing or controlling agricultural pests.
10. A method for preventing or controlling agricultural pests, characterized in that the composition according to claim 1 is applied to a target useful plant, a target pest or its environment, propagation material of the target useful plant.
