Abstract

本发明公开了一种人造玉石路面砖及其生产方法,由氧化镁、氯化镁、水、石英砂砾、玻璃纤维、氟化钙、硫酸钡、六偏磷酸钠及其它辅助材料组成,其生产方法是按比例和程序混料制成底料和面料,将底料、玻璃纤维和面料按要求厚度逐层加入模具中,经振动密实处理和养护而得成品,本产品色彩丰富,表面光滑,耐磨、坚硬如玉、成本低廉、生产简单、便于实施、值得推广。

人造玉石路面砖
本发明涉及到路面铺设材料领域,特别是一种人造玉石路面砖及其生产方法。
现有技术所用的路面砖多为混凝土、粘土砖等,生产这种砖均需烧成,且强度及耐磨能力较差,甚至毁坏、占用耕地、色泽亦不美观。八十年代初市场上出现过一种免烧成型砖,该产品以氧化镁、氯化镁、玻璃纤维、滑石粉为主要材料制成,因其免烧成型、生产工艺简单、美观而热噪一时,后因原料组成方面的原因使其使用过程中质量不能稳定,易折曲变形,耐磨性也不理想而夭折。
本发明的目的是为了克服上述缺陷,提供一种改进的抗折强度高、耐磨性好的新型路面砖及其生产方法。
本发明是这样实现的:人造玉石路面砖以氧化镁材料为粘合剂,以氯化镁为催化剂,以水为溶剂,以石英砂砾为骨料,以玻璃纤维为增强材料,以氟化钙为颗粒表面活化剂,以硫酸钡为增附剂,以六偏磷酸钠为扩散剂,其重量配比为:
氧化镁        8-12%
氯化镁        6-10%
水            8-12%
石英砂砾      54-83%
玻璃纤维      0.1-1.5%
氟化钙        1-3%
硫酸钡        0.5-3%
六偏磷酸钠    0.5-3%
其它辅助材料  0.5-2%
生产方法为:①按比例将水、氯化镁、氟化钙、六偏磷酸钠、硫酸钡加入搅拌机搅拌5分钟;再加入氧化镁搅拌3分钟,然后再加入石英砂砾搅拌10分钟制成底料待用;②取部分底料加入颜料或色浆混匀而制成面料;③在模具中首先加入少量面料作为砖面材料,再一层玻璃纤维网布一层底料根据厚度要求加若干层经振动密实处理后,再经50℃温度下100-180分钟保温保养后脱去模具,再经80℃温度下12-24小时保温养护即为成品。
实践证明利用本发明技术方案制成的人造玉石路面砖机械强度高、抗压强度>1000kg/cm2,抗折强度>313kg/m2,硬度>6.8,光泽度>80,吸水率<0.1%,比重为2.2--2.5T/m3,色彩多样,各项指标明显优于现有技术产品,本发明生产工艺简单、成本低廉,市场需求大,易于推广应用。

Claims (2)

1.一种人造玉石路面砖,其特征在于以氧化镁材料为粘合剂,以氯化镁为催化剂,以水为溶剂,以石英砂砾为骨料,以玻璃纤维为增强材料,以氟化钙为颗粒表面活化剂,以硫酸钡为增附剂,以六偏磷酸钠为扩散剂,其重量配比为:
氧化镁         8-12%
氯化镁         6-10%
水             8-12%
石英砂砾       54-83%
玻璃纤维       0.1-1.5%
氟化钙         1-3%
硫酸钡         0.5-3%
六偏磷酸钠     0.5-3%
其它辅助材料   0.5-2%
2.一种如权利要求1所述的人造玉石路面砖的生产方法,其特征在于采用如下工艺和步骤:①按比例将水、氯化镁、氟化钙、六偏磷酸钠、硫酸钡加入搅拌机搅拌5分钟;再加入氧化镁搅拌3分钟,然后再加入石英砂砾搅拌10分钟制成底料待用;②取部分底料加入颜料或色浆混匀而制成面料;③在模具中首先加入少量面料作为砖面材料,再一层玻璃纤维网布一层底料根据厚度要求加若干层经振动密实处理后,再经50℃温度下100-180分钟保温保养后脱去模具,再经80℃温度下12-24小时保温养护即为成品。
