目前国内外正常在生产铜版纸种类无外乎分为两大类,即双面高光泽铜版纸以及双面哑光铜版纸,主要的区别在于光泽度上存在差异,色系、印刷及后加工性能基本无明显差异。目前铜版纸色系为主流色系,若要打开欧洲市场,则需开发柔和色系的铜版纸。但现有使用的原料及工艺无法满足开发柔和色系艺术纸。为解决此类问题,需重新调整工艺以及采用特殊的化学药品,如不同类型染料等,以满足生产柔和色系艺术纸的需求。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种柔和色系艺术纸及其制备方法,该方法可在现有工艺及原料上进行调整,适当增加黑色(炭黑类型)染料进行涂料调色,优化涂布工艺,实现成功抄造新型柔和色系的铜版纸,以打开欧洲市场,且产品在抄造期间工艺稳定可控,成品A级率高,损耗小。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种柔和色系艺术纸,包括原纸层、施胶层、预涂层和面涂层;
所述原纸层浆料包括以下重量份原料:短纤浆50~90份、长纤浆5~30份、机械浆5~30份、助留剂2~10份、助滤剂0~4份、阳离子淀粉3~8份、蓝色染料10~20ppm和紫色染料10~50ppm;
所述预涂层和面涂层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙230~290份、瓷土0~25份、乳胶2~60份、增稠剂0.02~1份、碱液0.1~0.5份、蓝色染料70~100ppm、紫色染料100~280ppm和黑色染料100~250ppm。
优选地,所述预涂层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙160~220份、乳胶2~35份、碱液0.1~0.5份、蓝色染料40~60ppm和紫色染料50~140ppm;
所述面涂层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙70~90份、瓷土15~25份、乳胶0~25份、增稠剂0.03~0.05份、碱液0.1~0.5份、蓝色染料30~40ppm、紫色染料50~140ppm和黑色染料150~250ppm。
更优选地,所述预涂层包括底部层和中部层,所述底部层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙80~120份、乳胶0~20份、蓝色染料20~30ppm和紫色染料30~40ppm;
所述中部层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙80~100份、乳胶2~15份、蓝色染料20~30ppm和紫色染料20~30ppm。
优选地,所述蓝色染料为蓝色有机分散染料,粘度≤500cps,pH6.5~9.5;
所述紫色染料为紫色有机分散染料,粘度≤500cps,密度1~1.3g/cm3;
所述黑色染料为炭黑类型分散染料,粘度≤1000cps,pH6.5~9.5,密度1.1~1.3g/cm3;
优选地,所述研磨碳酸钙中,C98等级的粒径分布为:1μm粒径占比至少70%,2μm粒径占比至少98%,C65等级的粒径分布为:2μm粒径占比至少65%;
所述瓷土为煅烧瓷土,粒径分布为:1μm粒径占比至少80%,2μm粒径占比至少99%;
所述乳胶粒径为50~100mm,玻璃化温度为-17~0℃;
所述助留剂为纳米二氧化硅或聚丙烯酰胺中的至少一种;
所述助滤剂为纳米二氧化硅或聚丙烯酰胺中的至少一种;所述聚丙烯酰胺为非离子聚丙烯酰胺和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;
所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、聚甲基淀粉钠或聚酰胺中的至少一种;
所述碱液为质量浓度5~10%的氢氧化钠溶液。
本发明还提供一种柔和色系艺术纸的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
S1制备原纸:将短纤浆、长纤浆、机械浆混合,进行PEI磨打浆后,加入助留剂、助滤剂、阳离子淀粉,蓝色染料和紫色染料混合,搅拌,抄造、烘干,得原纸;
S2表面施胶:采用膜转移方式进行施胶,单面施胶0.5~1.5gsm,以获得更高的原纸层间结合力;
S3、制备涂料:按配方将上述研磨碳酸钙、瓷土、乳胶和淀粉混合,搅拌均匀,在300~600rpm的速度搅拌下,再加入增稠剂、蓝色染料、紫色染料、黑色染料和碱液,高速分散,得涂料;
根据纸张克重工艺的调整,在加入增稠剂时,可再加入分散剂、消泡剂和润滑剂;
其中,分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠、羧酸盐、变性酰胺共聚物或改性丙烯酸共聚物中的至少一种;
消泡剂为耐酸碱类型消泡剂;所述耐酸碱类型消泡剂包括重量比为1:2~3:1~3:1~3的聚硅氧烷消泡剂、橄榄油羧酸钠、聚醚改型硅油和乳化甲基硅油;
润滑剂为矿物油、聚乙烯蜡、聚乙二醇或偏磷酸钠中的至少一种;
需管控涂料色度,涂料色度管控范围视不同浆料配比而定,抄造期间可根据不同纸种克重进行调整;
S4、预涂层涂布:采用膜转移涂布,进行预涂层涂布;
S5、面涂层涂布:采用刮刀涂布,进行面涂层涂布;
S6、压光:压光后,制得目标艺术纸。
优选地,所述高速分散的转速为1000~4000r/min,高速分散的时间为15~20min。
优选地,所述预涂层涂布时,涂料固形份为60~68%,低剪切粘度为400~800cps,涂布量为8~20g/m2;所述面涂层涂布时,涂料固形份为65~70%,低剪切粘度为800~1500cps,涂布量20~28g/m2。
更优选地,,所述面涂层涂布时,进行两次刮刀涂布。
优选地,所述压光温度为160~180℃,压光线压为40~50KN/m。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的柔和色系艺术纸由原纸层、施胶层,预涂层与面涂层组成,原纸层通过纸浆,化学助剂以及蓝紫色染料的合理配比,提升短纤浆可以避免长纤浆在抄造过程中收缩剧烈,而导致原纸平整性变差,加入助流剂、助滤剂协助机械浆和短纤浆进行抄造,改善交织和原纸的平整性,降低原纸基重提升涂布量改善涂层对原纸的遮饰性能,提升白水浓度,可填充原纸孔隙,达到改善原纸平整性的目的;原纸蓝紫色染料可调原纸的a,b值,确保原纸底色的稳定。
(2)本发明通过优化涂料配方,科学配比,按比例加入含有聚硅氧烷的消泡剂,改善涂布过程中的漏涂问题,在面涂涂料当中取消由淀粉制备的生物乳胶,增加蓝紫黑色三种染料进行涂料调色开发柔和色系铜版纸满足欧洲市场需求,达到反倾销目的;开发瓷土改善吸墨性,优化颜料比例,采用更宽泛的粒径分布涂料,改善成纸表面的孔隙度,解决吸墨问题,其中,所采用的clay(瓷土)为扁平六棱形状,颜料C98粒径分布在1μm占比80%,2um占比98%以上,颜料C65粒径分布2μm占比65%以上。为克服因研磨碳酸钙粒径窄,流动性差的缺点,使用的胶乳粒径为50-100nm,Tg(玻璃化)温度为-17~0℃,作为胶粘剂它可以使更多的胶乳粒子填充于轻质碳酸钙粒子之间,达到改善研磨碳酸钙流动性的目的。
(3)本发明提供的一种柔和色系艺术纸,其特点是纸色观感柔和,面感细腻平滑、高印刷性能,伸缩性小,图书强度较高,可适应于高速印刷机。
(4)本发明的关键技术在高车速高幅宽的条件下实现纸色观感柔和的艺术纸的高效运转,以及生产的高细腻面度面感艺术纸的印刷性能的保证。
具体实施方式
为了更好理解本发明技术内容,下面提供具体实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明实施例所用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
本发明实施例所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1-调色评估
原纸层浆料包括以下重量份原料:短纤浆60份、长纤浆15份、机械浆25份、助留剂200ppm、助滤剂2.5份、阳离子淀粉7份、蓝色染料10ppm、紫色染料40ppm,所述其他助剂及化药添加量以及涂料配比色度管控如下表1所示;
涂料包括以下重量份数:研磨碳酸钙280份、瓷土20份、乳胶48份、增稠剂0.04份、质量浓度5%NaOH溶液0.1份,涂料中,蓝色染料86ppm、紫色染料153ppm、黑色染料200ppm,涂料色度及涂布量如下表1所示。

注:表中CS为阳离子淀粉;RA为非离子聚丙烯酰胺;Silica为二氧化硅;Polymer为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;C65,C98为重质碳酸钙的不同粒径;Clay为瓷土;SBR为丁苯胶乳;CBC6,CBC7为生物胶乳;OBA为荧光增白剂,二苯乙烯联苯二磺酸钠;CMC为羧甲基纤维素钠;下表同。
由上表1可知,通过不同色系染料调色至艺术纸目标纸色,黑色(炭黑类型染料)在使用量上远低于其他染料搭配的用量,其获得的目标纸色的色相则更稳定,不易反黄,且黑色炭黑染料在色稳定性上明显优于黄色有机染料,以达到色系稳定柔和,且产品可适用于长途运输不变色,顺利远销欧洲市场。
涂料配方中碱液的加持,也使得涂料流变性能得到改进,高剪切粘度在100万剪切速率下可获得更低更稳定的粘度,适用于大型高速涂布机的涂布运转,使得涂布纸面感细腻,伸缩性小,吸墨性更佳均匀。
实施例2-涂布性能评估

由上表可知,在相同的涂料配方下,使用碱液可获得更低的高剪切粘度,这有助于涂料流变性能的稳定,使得涂布过程中可适应于大型高速纸机,在高速涂布运行中,可获得更高更稳定的涂布量,且涂布刀压刀角并未有明显的变化。
实施例3-柔和色系艺术纸DAH150抄造工艺
一种柔和色系艺术纸,包括以下组成:原纸层、施胶层、预涂层、面涂层,所述预涂层和面涂层使用不同涂料配方以及不同涂料色系管控。
所述原纸层浆料包括以下重量份原料:短纤浆65.6份、长纤浆15.5份、机械浆18.9份、助留剂(二氧化硅)4.7份、阳离子淀粉7份;所述其他助剂及化药添加量以及涂料配比色度管控如下表3所示。
所述涂料包括以下重量份数:研磨碳酸钙90份、瓷土8份、乳胶9份、增稠剂(羧甲基纤维素钠)0.02份、碱液0.1份,加入蓝色染料24ppm,紫色染料93ppm,黑色染料80ppm,涂料色度及涂布量参考下表3所示。
涂料配方中碱液的加持,也使得涂料流变性能得到改进,高剪切粘度在100万剪切速率下可获得更低更稳定的粘度,适用于大型高速涂布机的涂布运转,使得涂布纸面感细腻,吸墨性更佳均匀。
原纸配方中机械浆的加持,使得原纸具有更好的厚挺度和更小伸缩性,实际生产及后加工段纸张都不会产生较大的形变,纸张的稳定性得到大幅提升,使得加工性能更佳。

Claims (10)
1.一种柔和色系艺术纸,其特征在于,包括原纸层、施胶层、预涂层和面涂层;
所述原纸层浆料包括以下重量份原料:短纤浆50~90份、长纤浆5~30份、机械浆5~30份、助留剂2~10份、助滤剂0~4份、阳离子淀粉3~8份、蓝色染料10~20ppm和紫色染料10~50ppm;
所述预涂层和面涂层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙230~290份、瓷土0~25份、乳胶2~60份、增稠剂0.02~1份、碱液0.1~0.5份、蓝色染料70~100ppm、紫色染料100~280ppm和黑色染料100~250ppm。
2.根据权利要求1的一种柔和色系艺术纸,其特征在于,所述预涂层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙160~220份、乳胶2~35份、碱液0.1~0.5份、蓝色染料40~60ppm和紫色染料50~140ppm;
所述面涂层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙70~90份、瓷土15~25份、乳胶0~25份、增稠剂0.03~0.05份、碱液0.1~0.5份、蓝色染料30~40ppm、紫色染料50~140ppm和黑色染料150~250ppm。
3.根据权利要求2的一种柔和色系艺术纸,其特征在于,所述预涂层包括底部层和中部层,所述底部层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙80~120份、乳胶0~20份、蓝色染料20~30ppm和紫色染料30~40ppm;
所述中部层涂料包括以下重量份原料:研磨碳酸钙80~100份、乳胶2~15份、蓝色染料20~30ppm和紫色染料20~30ppm。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项的一种柔和色系艺术纸,其特征在于,所述蓝色染料为蓝色有机分散染料,粘度≤500cps,pH6.5~9.5;
所述紫色染料为紫色有机分散染料,粘度≤500cps,密度1~1.3g/cm3;
所述黑色染料为炭黑类型分散染料,粘度≤1000cps,pH6.5~9.5,密度1.1~1.3g/cm3。
5.根据权利要求1~3任意一项的一种柔和色系艺术纸,其特征在于,所述研磨碳酸钙中,C98等级的粒径分布为:1μm粒径占比至少70%,2μm粒径占比至少98%,C65等级的粒径分布为:2μm粒径占比至少65%;
所述瓷土为煅烧瓷土,粒径分布为:1μm粒径占比至少80%,2μm粒径占比至少99%;
所述乳胶粒径为50~100mm,玻璃化温度为-17~0℃;
所述助留剂为纳米二氧化硅或聚丙烯酰胺中的至少一种;
所述助滤剂为纳米二氧化硅或聚丙烯酰胺中的至少一种;所述聚丙烯酰胺为非离子聚丙烯酰胺和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;
所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、聚甲基淀粉钠或聚酰胺中的至少一种;
所述碱液为质量浓度5~10%的氢氧化钠溶液。
6.根据权利要求1~5任意一项的一种柔和色系艺术纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
S1制备原纸:将短纤浆、长纤浆、机械浆混合,进行PEI磨打浆后,加入助留剂、助滤剂、阳离子淀粉,蓝色染料和紫色染料混合,搅拌,抄造、烘干,得原纸;

7.根据权利要求6的一种柔和色系艺术纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高速分散的转速为1000~4000r/min,高速分散的时间为15~20min。
8.根据权利要求6的一种柔和色系艺术纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预涂层涂布时,涂料固形份为60~68%,低剪切粘度为400~800cps,涂布量为8~20g/m2;所述面涂层涂布时,涂料固形份为65~70%,低剪切粘度为800~1500cps,涂布量20~28g/m2。
9.根据权利要求8的一种柔和色系艺术纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面涂层涂布时,进行两次刮刀涂布。
10.根据权利要求6的一种柔和色系艺术纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述压光温度为160~180℃,压光线压为40~50KN/m。
