本发明公开了一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂及制备方法,具体涉及弹性整理剂技术领域。所述整理剂包括半精炼石蜡、精制蓖麻油、非离子软片、非离子表面活性剂、氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液和非离子水性聚氨酯乳液。本发明优选了半精炼石蜡及精制蓖麻油作为部分原料,利用非离子软片与非离子表面活性剂的有效结合,选择合适的油乳比例,将半精炼石蜡及精制蓖麻油充分乳化,制成稳定性优异的乳液,在后整理工艺中,乳液中的油蜡成份能均匀的吸附在面料上,使得面料表面显示出轻薄细腻的油蜡手感,从而避免了面料经过涂刷或浸渍蜡油所形成的油腻感及厚重感这一缺陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及弹性整理剂技术领域,具体涉及一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂及制备方法。
背景技术
棉、麻或其混纺面料是一种较高档的外衣面料,目前多用于风衣,休闲装,帽子的制作。棉麻面料虽然穿着舒适,但是有易折皱的缺点,所以目前棉麻面料的整理多是针对面料的抗皱性及弹性。有关棉、麻面料的油蜡感弹性整理未见有专利和文献报道。
市场上所见的油蜡布一般是用涤纶为坯布,经过涂刷或浸渍蜡油做成的具有防水、防霉、防尘功能的帆布,用于制作帐蓬,货物盖布等,此种油蜡布油腻感强,厚重,不耐水洗,无弹性,不适合在服装面料上使用。有关棉、麻面料的抗皱性及弹性整理,文献报道较多的是采用改性2D树脂做为有效组份,此方法整理会使面料含有少量甲醛,同时会影响面料的强力。也有采用溶剂型有机硅高弹涂层胶进行涂层整理,但不足之处是涂后的织物经过水洗之后特有手感风格会严重下降,而且溶剂胶中70%~80%为溶剂甲苯,涂层后甲苯被烘走,不仅造成资源的浪费,污染环境,如果操作不当极易发生火灾或爆炸,从而造成人员及财产的损失。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂及制备方法;该整理剂主要由石蜡,精制蓖麻油,非离子软片,非离子表面活性剂,氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,非离子水性聚氨酯乳液组成。该整理剂是一种水性助剂,通过浸轧方法对面料进行整理,避免了涂层方法的厚重感,整理后的面料具有细腻光滑的油蜡手感,柔和的仿旧风格及优异的高回弹性、耐洗性,产品水性环保,不含甲醛及对环境有害物质;经此整理剂整理后的棉、麻面料具有细腻的油蜡手感,柔和的仿旧风格及优异的高回弹性、耐洗性,赋予了面料新的手感及视觉风格,大大提高了面料的附加值。。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
根据本发明一方面提供的一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,包括半精炼石蜡、精制蓖麻油、非离子软片、非离子表面活性剂、氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液和非离子水性聚氨酯乳液。
进一步的,包括以下份数的原料:10~20份半精炼石蜡,10~20份精制蓖麻油,4~8份非离子软片,2~4份非离子表面活性剂,10~25份氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,30~50份非离子水性聚氨酯乳液。
进一步的,所述半精炼石蜡为52#,54#,56#或58#半精炼石蜡。
进一步的,所述非离子软片的主要成份为脂肪酸和多元醇化合物;优选广东宝丽美的软片EX。
进一步的,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚;可选12~14仲醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司产品FS-860E。

根据本发明另一方面提供的一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂的制备方法,包括:
步骤一,将半精炼石蜡,精制蓖麻油,非离子软片,非离子表面活性剂混合,升温,并搅拌至混合物均匀无颗粒,缓慢分次加入软化水,混合搅拌并逐渐下降至室温,得到白色微稠状乳液;
步骤二,向白色微稠状乳液中加入氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液和非离子水性聚氨酯乳液,混合搅拌,即得棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明优选了半精炼石蜡及精制蓖麻油作为部分原料,利用非离子软片与非离子表面活性剂的有效结合,选择合适的油乳比例,将半精炼石蜡及精制蓖麻油充分乳化,制成稳定性优异的乳液,在后整理工艺中,乳液中的油蜡成份能均匀的吸附在面料上,使得面料表面显示出轻薄细腻的油蜡手感,从而避免了面料经过涂刷或浸渍蜡油所形成的油腻感及厚重感这一缺陷。
2、本发明选用非离子软片做为辅助乳化剂,一方面脂肪酸和多元醇化合物结构的软片具有较低的HLB值,亲油性好,配合具有较高HLB值的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚,能更好地将石蜡及精制蓖麻油乳化成稳定的乳液,另一方面非离子软片还具有柔软蓬松的手感,对整理后的棉、麻面料的弹性手感有一定的贡献。
3、本发明选用氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液作为整理剂的弹性组份,该乳液是采用高压匀质乳化技术,将含有氨基及环氧基的三烷氧基硅烷偶联剂与有机硅中间体乳化,再进行低温乳液聚合制得,乳液分子主链上的聚硅氧烷结构会使面料产生顺滑的手感;侧链上引入的氨基,环氧基,烷氧基和羟基均为活性基团,在加热条件下,会与棉、麻面料上的羟基、氨基发生交联反应,改善改性聚有机硅氧烷在面料上的附着力,提高整理后面料的洗涤耐久性;同时,不同分子链中所包含的活性基团相互之间也会反应,形成网状的交联体系,从而增加了产品本身的自交联性,有效地提高整理后织物的弹性及抗皱性。
4、本发明选用的非离子水性聚氨酯树脂FS-5706R产品具有橡胶膜感,同时又是热解闭型聚氨酯,在加热条件下解闭的NCO基团会与改性聚硅氧烷分子上的氨基,环氧基,羟基等活性基团反应形成交联,进一步增加整理后面料的弹性;同时也会与棉、麻面料上的羟基、氨基发生交联反应,显著改善改性聚有机硅氧烷在面料上的附着力,从而提高整理后面料的洗涤耐久性。
5、本发明通过对半精炼石蜡和精制蓖麻油的乳化液,氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,非离子水性聚氨酯乳液的合理复配,对棉、麻面料进行浸轧整理,可以使整理后面料具有细腻光滑的油蜡手感,优异的高回弹性及耐洗性,产品水性环保,不含甲醛及对环境有害物质,可以满足出口环保要求。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂的制备方法:
(1)将10份58#半精炼石蜡,15份精制蓖麻油,5份非离子软片EX,3份12~14仲醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚混合,升温至63~65℃,搅拌1小时左右至混合物均匀无颗粒,在此温度范围下缓慢分次加入软化水70份,然后将混合物在搅拌下降至室温,得到白色微稠状乳液。
(2)在步骤(1)所得的乳液中加入10份氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,35份非离子水性聚氨酯乳液,混合搅拌,得产品。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂的制备方法:
(1)将20份52#半精炼石蜡,10份精制蓖麻油,8份非离子软片EX,2份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚混合,升温至60~62℃,搅拌1小时左右至混合物均匀无颗粒,在此温度范围下缓慢分次加入软化水80份,然后将混合物在搅拌下降至室温,得到白色微稠状乳液。
(2)在步骤(1)所得的乳液中加入25份氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,40份非离子水性聚氨酯乳液,混合搅拌,得产品。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂的制备方法:
(1)将20份54#半精炼石蜡,20份精制蓖麻油,5份非离子软片EX,2份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚,2份12~14仲醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚混合,升温至62~65℃,搅拌1小时左右至混合物均匀无颗粒,在此温度范围内缓慢分次加入软化水100份,然后将混合物在搅拌下降至室温,得到白色微稠状乳液。
(2)在步骤(1)所得的乳液中加入20份氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,50份非离子水性聚氨酯乳液,混合搅拌,得产品。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂的制备方法:
(1)将10份56#半精炼石蜡,20份精制蓖麻油,4份非离子软片EX,4份12~14仲醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚混合,升温至63~65℃,搅拌1小时左右至混合物均匀无颗粒,在此温度范围内缓慢分次加入软化水85份,然后将混合物在搅拌下降至室温,得到白色微稠状乳液。
(2)在步骤(1)所得的乳液中加入15份氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,45份非离子水性聚氨酯乳液,混合搅拌,得产品。
对比例
选用法国BALENCIAGA巴黎世家的油蜡感风格的弹性亚麻面料风衣,裁取一片。
实验例1
本实验例提供实施例1-4和对比例面料的产品性能测试:
将实施例在规格为21S*21S、52*53亚麻面料(与对比例面料规格相同)上进行浸轧整理,整理工艺:整理剂用量70克/升,轧液率60~70%,100℃条件下烘干,170℃焙烘1min。
折皱回复角按GB/T3819-1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定回复角法》测试;
水洗按GB/T 8629-2001《纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序》测试;
实施例整理后面料及对比例面料的手感对比,我们以6人对手感的综合评价结果为准,评价结果为表面油蜡感相近,柔软度相近。
我们用折皱回复角来评价面料的弹性,测试结果如表1。

由表1可以看出,经实施例整理后的面料折皱回复角接近或优于对比例,说明可以达到对比例的弹性及抗皱效果。虽然经对比例整理后的面料的折皱回复角在水洗前与实施例相近,但水洗5次后,其折皱回复角下降较多,说明对比例耐洗性较差,本发明的实施例具有更优异的耐洗性。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,其特征在于,包括半精炼石蜡、精制蓖麻油、非离子软片、非离子表面活性剂、氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液和非离子水性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,其特征在于,包括以下份数的原料:10~20份半精炼石蜡,10~20份精制蓖麻油,4~8份非离子软片,2~4份非离子表面活性剂,10~25份氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液,30~50份非离子水性聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,其特征在于,所述半精炼石蜡为52#,54#,56#或58#半精炼石蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,其特征在于,所述非离子软片的主要成份为脂肪酸和多元醇化合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,其特征在于,所述氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司产品FS-860E。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂,其特征在于,所述非离子水性聚氨酯乳液为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司产品FS-5706R。
8.一种棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一,将半精炼石蜡,精制蓖麻油,非离子软片,非离子表面活性剂混合,升温,并搅拌至混合物均匀无颗粒,缓慢分次加入软化水,混合搅拌并逐渐下降至室温,得到白色微稠状乳液;
步骤二,向白色微稠状乳液中加入氨基及环氧改性的高摩尔质量自交联型聚有机硅氧烷乳液和非离子水性聚氨酯乳液,混合搅拌,即得棉、麻面料油蜡感弹性整理剂。
