Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗水纹印缺陷的不锈钢轧制液组合物。本发明提供唑类衍生物在不锈钢轧制液中作为抗水纹印缺陷添加剂的应用,所述唑类衍生物包括苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑或含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。本发明利用唑类衍生物作为不锈钢轧制液中抗水纹印缺陷添加剂使用,能够有效抑制节镍型不锈钢冷轧带钢中水纹印的产生,效果显著。而且本发明提供的不锈钢轧制液组合物具有优异的抗水纹印性能、润滑性、冷却性、清净性,且不含刺激性气味成分,安全环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轧制液技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗水纹印缺陷的不锈钢轧制液组合物。
背景技术
节镍型不锈钢是在铬镍不锈钢中通过添加锰、氮等元素以部分或全部代替贵金属镍形成的氮合金化不锈钢。节镍型奥氏体的稳定性低于铬镍奥氏体不锈钢,但因节镍型不锈钢具有优良的可加工性、良好的综合力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和装饰性能,以及降低成本、节约资源的特点,被广泛应用于建筑装饰、餐厨具、卫生设备和用具、交通运输设备和零件等领域。
但是,节镍型冷轧不锈钢带钢在退火后放置一周以上极容易形成水纹印缺陷,类似于水渍干涸后留下的印记,而且随着放置时间的延长水纹印形态愈加明显,这会严重影响不锈钢制品的性能。
因此,提供一种能够避免节镍型不锈钢制品产生水纹印缺陷的轧制液显得尤为重要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗水纹印缺陷的不锈钢轧制液组合物。本发明提供的不锈钢轧制液组合物具有优异的抗水纹印性能,同时具有优异的润滑性、冷却性、清净性、环保等特点。
第一方面,本发明提供了唑类衍生物在不锈钢轧制液中作为抗水纹印缺陷添加剂的应用,所述唑类衍生物包括苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑或含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
发明人创造性地发现,唑类衍生物作为不锈钢轧制液中抗水纹印缺陷添加剂使用,能够有效抑制节镍型不锈钢制品中水纹印的产生,效果显著。
本发明所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物,通过唑类与脂肪酸的酰胺化反应得到,即所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物通过唑类中的N与所述脂肪链连接。
本发明所述唑类衍生物在不锈钢轧制液中作为抗水纹印缺陷添加剂的应用,所述不锈钢轧制液为节镍型不锈钢轧制液。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述唑类衍生物选自含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物的制备方法包括如下步骤:苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑与脂肪酸反应,得到所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物。
本发明所述苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑与脂肪酸反应为苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑与脂肪酸发生酰胺化反应。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物的制备方法包括如下步骤:将苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑与脂肪酸溶于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,在160℃-180℃条件下进行反应,得到所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物的制备方法包括如下步骤:将苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑与脂肪酸溶于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,在170℃条件下回流反应6h后停止反应冷却至室温,减压旋蒸,得到所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述脂肪酸包括油酸、椰子油脂肪酸或妥尔油酸中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种抗水纹印缺陷的不锈钢轧制液组合物,以重量份计,所述不锈钢轧制液组合物的组成原料包括:
所述抗水纹印缺陷添加剂为第一方面所述的唑类衍生物。
所述各组成原料的重量份之和为100重量份,各组分的重量份不在此范围内,则不能获得与本发明相同的技术效果。
所述植物油可以为35重量份,40重量份,45重量份等。
所述合成酯可以为42重量份,44重量份,46重量份,48重量份等。
所述抗氧剂可以为1重量份,1.5重量份,2重量份等。
所述防锈剂可以为1重量份,1.5重量份,2重量份,2.5重量份等。
所述极压润滑剂可以为1.5重量份,2重量份,2.5重量份等。
所述抗水纹印缺陷添加剂可以为1重量份,1.5重量份,2重量份,2.5重量份,3重量份,3.5重量份,4重量份,4.5重量份等。
所述乳化剂可以为2.5重量份,3重量份,3.5重量份等。
本发明提供的不锈钢轧制液组合物具有优异的抗水纹印性能,同时具有优异的润滑性、冷却性、清净性、防锈性,且不含刺激性气味成分,安全环保。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述极压润滑剂选自磷类极压润滑剂。磷类极压润滑剂因其特殊的极性结构,可在较低的温度下发挥出优异的润滑性。
本发明提供的不锈钢轧制液组合物中不含硫类极压润滑剂,从而避免了冷轧过程中硫极压润滑剂与不锈钢发生摩擦化学反应,防止影响不锈钢表面性能。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述磷类极压润滑剂选自磷酸酯铵盐类极压润滑剂或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯类极压润滑剂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述磷酸酯铵盐类极压润滑剂为XP349,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯类极压润滑剂为O-5P。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防锈剂选自C8-C20长链脂肪酸中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
本发明提供的C8-C20长链脂肪酸具有优异的防锈作用,而且在不锈钢轧制过程中能够生成铁皂,具有良好的润滑作用。
所述C8-C20长链脂肪酸可以为C9、C10、C11、C12、C13、C14、C15、C16、C17、C18、C19等的长链脂肪酸。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防锈剂选自辛酸、十二烯基丁二酸、油酰肌氨酸或格尔伯特酸中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述植物油选自椰子油、棕榈油、菜籽油或蓖麻油中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
本发明提供的植物油为精炼植物油,具有良好的润滑性和退火清净性。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述合成酯选自偏苯三酸酯、三羟甲基油酸酯或季戊四醇油酸酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。合成酯的应用在不锈钢冷轧轧制液中,可显著提升轧制液的抗水解安定性,提高轧制液的使用寿命。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述抗氧剂选自T501、C4703、BASF L57或L135中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
本发明提供的抗氧剂抗氧效果佳,可有效延缓不锈钢轧制液组分的氧化、高聚,显著减少油泥的产生,降低油耗,提高使用寿命。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述乳化剂选自阳离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阳离子表面活性剂选自脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚类阳离子表面活性剂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚类阳离子表面活性剂可以显著提升对铁粉的分散能力,提高冷轧带钢和轧机牌坊的清洁性。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阳离子表面活性剂选自T03、T05或AC1205中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。非离子表面活性剂可提高轧制液的清洗性,保持良好的冷却、清洗效果。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂选自Emulsogen M和/或Genapol O020,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂选自OP-4和/或OP-10。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、本发明利用唑类衍生物作为不锈钢轧制液中抗水纹印缺陷添加剂使用,能够有效抑制节镍型不锈钢冷轧带钢中水纹印的产生,效果显著。
2、本发明提供的不锈钢轧制液组合物具有优异的抗水纹印性能,同时具有优异的润滑性、冷却性、清净性,且不含刺激性气味成分,安全环保。

制备例1
本制备例提供了一种含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
在反应釜中加入0.2mol的椰子油脂肪酸和0.22mol的苯并三氮唑,溶于500mL的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,在170℃下回流反应6h后停止反应冷却至室温,减压旋蒸得到所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物。
制备例2
本制备例提供了一种含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物及其制备方法,与制备例1的区别在于,将椰子油脂肪酸替换为妥尔油酸。
制备例3
本制备例提供了一种含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物及其制备方法,与制备例1的区别在于,将苯并三氮唑替换为甲基苯并三氮唑。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种抗水纹印缺陷的不锈钢轧制液组合物及其制备方法,所述各组成原料的重量份为:
所述植物油为椰子油,合成酯为偏苯三酸酯,抗氧剂为T501和L135按1:1复配,防锈剂为辛酸,极压润滑剂为XP349,抗水纹印缺陷添加剂为制备例1制备得到的含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物,乳化剂为T03和Emulsogen M按1:3复配。
所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、在装有搅拌器和温度计的反应釜中分别加入植物油、合成酯、抗氧剂,搅拌升温至55℃,继续搅拌至完全溶解;
2、加入防锈剂,极压润滑剂,抗水纹印缺陷添加剂,乳化剂,继续搅拌至均匀;
3、持续搅拌至体系冷却至室温,得到所述抗水纹印缺陷的不锈钢轧制液组合物。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种不锈钢轧制液组合物及其制备方法,所述各组成原料的重量份为:
所述植物油为棕榈油,合成酯为三羟甲基油酸酯,抗氧剂为C4703,防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸,极压润滑剂为O-5P,抗水纹印缺陷添加剂为制备例2制备得到的含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物,乳化剂为T03。

实施例3
本实施例提供了一种不锈钢轧制液组合物及其制备方法,所述各组成原料的重量份为:
所述植物油为菜籽油,合成酯为季戊四醇油酸酯,抗氧剂为BASF L57,防锈剂为格尔伯特酸,极压润滑剂为O-5P,抗水纹印缺陷添加剂为制备例3制备得到的含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物,乳化剂为OP-4。

性能测试1
对实施例1-5和对比例1-4得到的不锈钢轧制液组合物进行最大无卡咬负荷PB测试,测试方法参照国标GB/T12583进行,测试结果见表1。
性能测试2
对实施例1-5和对比例1-4得到的不锈钢轧制液组合物进行润滑性能测试。以201J2牌号节镍型不锈钢为测试件,使用循环往复测试仪对轧制液进行润滑性能评价,测试条件为:温度为180℃,频率0.5HZ,轧制液进样量5μL,测试结果见表1。
性能测试3
考察实施例1-5和对比例1-4得到的不锈钢轧制液组合物的抗水纹印缺陷性能。通过现场泼洒不锈钢轧制液组合物,退火后仓储30天进行观察,结果见表1。
实施例1-5和对比例1-4得到的不锈钢轧制液组合物的最大无卡咬负荷PB、润滑性能、抗水纹印缺陷性能结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,采用本发明含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物作为抗水纹印缺陷添加剂,能够获得较优异的抗水纹印效果。在实施例4-5中,采用常规的唑类衍生物有一定的抗水纹印效果,但无法完全避免水纹印缺陷的产生。对比例1中在无抗水纹印缺陷添加剂的情况下,测试形成重度水纹印缺陷。对比例2中过量加入抗水纹印缺陷添加剂的情况下,虽然未产生水纹印缺陷,但唑类衍生物的过量加入与润滑剂会形成竞争吸附,影响润滑剂润滑性的发挥。对比例3中RC2540含硫润滑剂作为极压润滑剂,不仅无法获得良好的润滑效果且对水纹印缺陷产生一定的负面影响。对比例4中采用含有芳香烃链的唑类衍生物作为抗水纹印缺陷添加剂,无法发挥抗水纹印缺陷的效果。

1.唑类衍生物在不锈钢轧制液中作为抗水纹印缺陷添加剂的应用,其特征在于,所述唑类衍生物包括苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑或含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述唑类衍生物选自含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的应用,其特征在于,所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物的制备方法包括如下步骤:苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑与脂肪酸反应,得到所述含有脂肪链的唑类衍生物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸包括油酸、椰子油脂肪酸或妥尔油酸中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的不锈钢轧制液组合物,其特征在于,所述极压润滑剂选自磷类极压润滑剂;
优选地,所述磷类极压润滑剂选自磷酸酯铵盐类极压润滑剂或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯类极压润滑剂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
8.根据权利要求5-7中的任一项所述的不锈钢轧制液组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自C8-C20长链脂肪酸中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述防锈剂选自辛酸、十二烯基丁二酸、油酰肌氨酸或格尔伯特酸中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
9.根据权利要求5-8中的任一项所述的不锈钢轧制液组合物,其特征在于,所述植物油选自椰子油、棕榈油、菜籽油或蓖麻油中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
和/或,所述合成酯选自偏苯三酸酯、三羟甲基油酸酯或季戊四醇油酸酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;

优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
