本发明涉及茶饮技术领域,尤其涉及一种降尿酸保健茶。
背景技术
随着生活水平和饮食结构的改变,青少年儿童高尿酸血症发生率有非常明显的上升,随着患病率的提高,如果不加干预,长期高尿酸血症除了引起急性通风性关节炎、痛风性肾病和反复发作所致的关节损毁、肾功能不全外,还与代谢综合征和成年后心脑血管疾病的发生密切相关,严重影响患者的生活质量;
针对上述情况,目前采取西医治疗方式虽然可抑制尿酸的形成,但是此类药物副作用比较大,会损害肾功能,若长期使用严重的会导致肾衰竭,加之青少年个体及脏器发育情况致使多种药物使用受限,致使多种药物使用受限,进而不能实现早期干预并且进行治疗,而高尿酸血症的早期干预治疗对治疗高尿酸血症极为重要;
鉴于此,我们提供一种降尿酸保健茶用于解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种降尿酸保健茶,基于肺主气司呼吸,有通调水道作用,肾主水,有调节水液的作用,并根据肺肾母子关系的理论组方而成,其副作用小、口感好、适合青少年患者。
本发明提供一种降尿酸保健茶,由以下组分的颗粒剂组成,分别为:百合、车前草、玉米须、山慈菇、生山楂,其中百合10g、车前草10g、玉米须10g、山慈菇10g、生山楂10g。
方解:
百合:养阴润肺,主入肺心,长于清肺润燥止咳,能治肺阴虚的燥热咳嗽,肺虚久咳,痰中带血,劳咳嗽咯血,清热解毒,临床观察具有明显的降尿酸效果;
车前草:主小便不利、淋浊带下、水肿胀满、暑湿泻痢、目赤障翳、痰热咳喘,有显著的利尿作用,并且具有祛痰、抗菌、降压效果,作用于呼吸中枢,有很强的止咳力,能增进气管、支气管黏液的分泌,而有祛痰作用;
玉米须:降血脂、利尿、降压、利胆、降血糖;
山慈菇:具有清热解毒,消痈散结等功效,常用于痈肿疔毒,瘰疬痰核,蛇虫咬伤,瘸瘕痞块;
生山楂:消食健胃、袪瘀活血且有助于消化,降血脂、降血糖、治疗食积。
上述技术方案有益效果在于:
(1)本方案基于肺主气司呼吸,有通调水道作用,肾主水,有调节水液的作用,并根据肺肾母子关系的理论组方而成,其副作用小,尤其针对患有高尿酸血症的青少年早期患者可及时进行干预并治疗,可实现较好的预后治疗效果;
(2)本方案中的降尿酸保健茶为茶饮制剂,服用方便且口感较好,易被青少年所接受,适合青少年患者进行高尿酸血症的治疗。

具体实施方式
一种降尿酸保健茶,由以下组分的颗粒剂组成,分别为:百合、车前草、玉米须、山慈菇、生山楂,其中百合10g、车前草10g、玉米须10g、山慈菇10g、生山楂10g;
将上述各种原料按照要求的剂量混合并且用热水冲泡,其冲泡的浓度大小根据不同人群的口感进行相应的调配,患者在服用时,可添加适量的水调配成饮剂(根据不同人口味的不同,可调配成具有相应浓度的降尿酸保健茶),每日服用2-3次,用药时间不限,每次引用量>200ml,尤其适用于患有高尿酸血症的青少年患者,口感好且副作用小,没有任何添加,不含化学成分和抗生素,长期服用对患者机体无损害。
实验报告
实验动物:清洁级Wistar大鼠(雄性),鼠龄3周(约100g)
分组:70只并且进行适应性喂养3天,正常(Control)组常规饲养,其余大鼠统一造模,造模后随机分为6组:模型(生理盐水)组、苯溴马隆组、别嘌呤组、治疗组(中药高、中、低剂量)组,每组10只;
造模方法:复制高尿酸血症(HUA)模型:除正常(Control)组外,其他6组给予酵母膏10g/kg联合腺嘌呤100g/kg上、下午各灌胃1次,每次2mL,两次灌胃间隔大于66/14h,持续灌胃7d,同时分别于实验第1、5、10天腹腔注射300mg/kg氧嗪酸钾1次,模型(生理盐水)组灌胃和注射等体积生理盐水;
干预方法:
(1)正常(Control)组:每组10只,灌胃等量生理盐水;
(2)模型(生理盐水)组:每组10只,灌胃等量生理盐水;
(3)苯溴马隆组:每组10只,建立高尿酸血症模型,灌胃苯溴马隆;
(4)别嘌醇组:每组10只,建立高尿酸血症模型,灌胃别嘌醇;
(5)高剂量组:每组10只,建立高尿酸血症模型,灌胃高剂量降尿酸茶(每毫升含生药0.5g);
(6)中剂量组:每组10只,建立高尿酸血症模型,灌胃中剂量降尿酸茶(每毫升含生药1g);
(7)低剂量组:每组10只,建立高尿酸血症模型,灌胃低剂量降尿酸茶(每毫升含生药2g);
实验药品:
(1)降尿酸茶:根据临床经验总结,方药(颗粒剂)组成百合10g、车前草10g、玉米须10g、山慈菇10g、生山楂10g;
(2)苯溴马隆片(昆山龙灯瑞迪制药有限公司,H20010790,50*10片)使用研磨器充分研磨,使用分析天平准确称重0.065g后,加入100毫升蒸馏水充分溶解,配成6.5mg/kg溶液;
(3)别嘌醇片(广州康和药业有限公司,H44021695,0.1g*100片)使用研磨器充分研磨,使用分析天平准确称重0.12g后,加入100毫升蒸馏水充分溶解,配成12mg/kg溶液;
(4)酵母膏与腺嘌呤混合物:酵母膏与蒸馏水按照5:1(w:v)的比例进行7/14混匀,混匀后置于4℃保存,使用前需先经温水浴至30~35℃再行灌胃;
(5)氧嗪酸钾混悬液:准确称取氧嗪酸钾后,用灭菌生理盐水配置成3%浓度的混悬液,使用前摇匀并经温水浴至30~35℃后再行注射。
血尿酸水平检测:
造模后及药物干预后,每组取10只大鼠,大鼠眼内眦取血,检测大鼠血尿酸水平。
血尿酸结果:
各组小鼠进行血尿酸检验,并且分别得出模型组、苯溴马隆组、别嘌醇组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组小鼠的血尿酸水平,并且将上述各组小鼠的血尿酸水平进行对比,结果如附图1、2中所示:

病例1.
尚某,13岁,患有强直性脊柱炎,于2022年8月23日复诊时发现血尿酸升高,UA:507μmol/L,期间给予降尿酸茶,组分:百合10g,车前草10g,玉米须10g,山慈菇10g,山楂10g,将上述原料混合并且加水冲泡口服引用,口服引用本方案中的降尿酸茶近20日,于9月12日在当地医院复查血尿酸UA:341.2μmol/L,相对于初次检测时其血尿酸水平明显降低。
病例2.
胡某,19岁,2022年8月12日首诊,既往体检时发现血尿酸升高,要求复查,其UA:613μmol/L,随后给予其降尿酸茶,组分:百合10g,车前草10g,玉米须10g,山慈菇10g,山楂10g,将上述原料混合并且加水冲泡口服引用,口服引用本方案中的降尿酸茶近一个礼拜,于8与19日来院进行复查,其血尿酸UA:330μmol/L,相对于首诊检测时的血尿酸水平明显降低。

1.一种降尿酸保健茶,其特征在于,由以下组分组成,分别为:百合、车前草、玉米须、山慈菇、生山楂,其中百合10g、车前草10g、玉米须10g、山慈菇10g、生山楂10g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降尿酸保健茶,其特征在于,所述百合、车前草、玉米须、山慈菇、生山楂均为颗粒剂。
