Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of sterilization disinfectants, and particularly relates to a spray liquid for sterilizing and deodorizing pets and a preparation method thereof. The spray liquid comprises the following raw material formula components in percentage by mass: 0.20 to 0.35 percent of benzalkonium chloride, 3 to 5 percent of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.10 to 0.2 percent of glycol stearate, 0.10 to 0.20 percent of polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, 0.05 to 0.10 percent of hydroxybenzoate, 0.05 to 0.10 percent of nonionic dispersant, 5 to 10 percent of ethanol, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of auxiliary odor removing agent and 86 to 91 percent of deionized water. The irritation of high-concentration benzalkonium chloride to the skin is avoided by the hydroxyethyl urea; the pet hair is smooth and glossy by using the synergy of glycol stearate and polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, and bacterial propagation caused by sweat adhesion to the hair is resisted, so that lasting antibacterial effect is achieved; the spray liquid for sterilizing and deodorizing the pets has simple production process and industrialized production applicability, and can be widely applied to rapid cleaning and sterilization of bodies of the pets and sterilization and disinfection of pet cages, pet mats and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sterilization disinfectants, and particularly relates to a spray liquid for sterilizing and deodorizing pets and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the household pet industry, the requirements on the cleanliness and the sanitation of pets are higher and higher, and new requirements are put forward on the sterilization and odor removal technical products of the pets. The peculiar smell of the pets is mainly generated by the fact that sweat of the pets and bacteria adhered to skin and hair provide a moist propagation environment. Therefore, in addition to conventional cleansing, sterilizing the skin surface and hair of pets is a major means of removing odors.
In the prior art, hypochlorous acid disinfectant is mainly adopted for sterilizing pets. But the method mainly adopts the mode of hypochlorous acid water flushing when in use. If a spray mode is adopted, the irritating smell can be generated, and the respiratory tract can be greatly stimulated.
The portable pet sterilizing and deodorizing liquid capable of being directly sprayed is needed by people with fast-paced life demands. The benzalkonium chloride disinfectant is non-volatile and has low irritation, so that the benzalkonium chloride disinfectant becomes the first choice for spray disinfectant. The benzalkonium chloride disinfectant belongs to quaternary ammonium salt, has broad-spectrum sterilization effect, and has no obvious smell, so that the benzalkonium chloride disinfectant is dominant in the aspect of being used for quick spray sterilization. At present, the conventional benzalkonium chloride disinfectant has the concentration of less than 0.1%, is widely applied to sterilization and disinfection of skin, mucous membrane, wounds, home furnishings and the like, and has no smell and no irritation.
Chinese patent publication No. CN112088879A discloses a quaternary ammonium salt compound disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.09 to 0.11 percent of benzalkonium chloride, 0.01 to 0.02 percent of polyhexamethylene biguanide, 0.18 to 0.22 percent of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 0.2 percent of glycerol. The benzalkonium chloride and the polyhexamethylene biguanide are compounded into the compound disinfectant, and are ionized in aqueous solution to generate strong electropositivity, so that bacteria and viruses with negative charges can be adsorbed, and meanwhile, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and glycerol are cooperatively used, so that the bacteria and viruses can be killed, and the greater danger and the environmental influence on the safety of people are avoided.
However, the sterilizing effect of benzalkonium chloride sterilizing solution is relatively poor, and particularly when spray sterilization (non-soaking) is adopted, the sterilizing effect is affected to some extent. In order to improve the sterilizing effect of the benzalkonium chloride sterilizing solution when being used for spraying pets, the concentration of the benzalkonium chloride sterilizing solution needs to be increased to be more than 0.2%, and the concentration can cause certain irritation to the skin. In view of the fact that the high-concentration benzalkonium chloride sterilizing and disinfecting liquid is used for the long-term retention of skin and hair of the pet, licking and skin irritation of the pet exist, and how to reduce the irritation to the skin while ensuring the high-concentration sterilization of the benzalkonium chloride sterilizing liquid becomes a difficult problem facing the current technicians.
