The individual components and the corresponding parts by weight of the tea seed oil creams of examples 1-3 are shown in Table 1.
Table 1: examples 1-3 tea seed oil creams each component and mass fraction thereof
Figure SMS_1
Based on example 1, a comparative example was set, and the composition of the comparative example is shown in table 2.
Table 2: the tea seed oil face cream of comparative examples 1-2 comprises the following components in percentage by mass
Figure SMS_2
The preparation method of comparative examples 1-2 differs from example 1 in that: the nicotinamide-modified vanillin component was replaced or deleted accordingly, with the other steps being the same as in example 1.
(1) Stability test
The testing method comprises the following steps: 2g of the tea seed oil creams prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were respectively dripped on fragrance smelling papers; and 20 fragrance smelling staff are selected, the group of fragrance smelling staff can easily distinguish deionized water, acetic acid with the mass concentration of 1% and beta-phenethyl alcohol with the mass concentration of 1%, the fragrance smelling staff can respectively smell and score tea seed oil facial cream on fragrance smelling paper every 1h in rooms with the same temperature and humidity conditions (the score is 0-10, and the score is 10 is the highest), and the average number of each time period is calculated.
Table 3: stability test results
Figure SMS_3
Figure SMS_4
According to Table 3, compared with the comparative example, the tea seed oil cream prepared in the embodiment of the invention still has a certain tea seed oil fragrance after volatilizing for 5 hours, and has good stability, but the fragrance component is volatilized when the comparative example without adding nicotinamide-modified vanillin is in 4-5 hours, so that the effect of stabilizing the tea seed oil component in the formula is demonstrated by the nicotinamide-modified vanillin added in the invention.
(2) Tyrosinase inhibition rate test
The tyrosinase inhibition rate of the tea seed oil cream was determined by an in vitro method [1], with 3 replicates per group. The calculation formula is as follows:
Figure SMS_5
wherein, A1 is the absorbance of the test group, A2 is the absorbance of the control group 1, B1 is the absorbance of the control group 2, and B2 is the absorbance of the control group 3;
the results of the inhibition ratios of tyrosinase for examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 are shown in Table 4 below.
Table 4: inhibition rate of tyrosinase
Inhibition of tyrosinase (%)
Example 1 86.1
Example 2 73.5
Example 3 69.3
Comparative example 1 84.3
Comparative example 2 83.6
As can be seen from Table 4, compared with the comparative example, the tea seed oil cream prepared in example 1 of the present invention has a higher tyrosinase inhibition rate, and can effectively inhibit tyrosine from forming dopaquinone in dopa and inhibit melanin production.
(3) DPPH clearance test
DPPH clearance of tea seed oil creams was determined by an in vitro method [1], with 3 replicates per group. The calculation formula is as follows:
Figure SMS_6
wherein A0 is the absorbance of the test group, A1 is the absorbance of the comparison group, and A2 is the absorbance of the blank group;
the DPPH clearance results of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in Table 5 below.
Table 5: DPPH clearance rate
DPPH clearance (%)
Example 1 85.3
Example 2 71.5
Example 3 67.9
Comparative example 1 82.1
Comparative example 2 81.9
As can be seen from Table 5, the tea seed oil cream prepared in example 1 of the present invention has DPPH clearance of up to 85.3% as compared with the comparative example, which is probably because the tea seed oil contains vitamin E and antioxidant components which have a strong DPPH clearance; the effect of the effective substances on DPPH is enhanced, so that the clearance rate of DPPH is improved.
(4) Moisture retention test of creams
Examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were tested for moisturizing performance in an environment at 22 ℃ and a relative humidity of 60% with reference to the standard QB/T4256-2011 cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guidelines. The results are shown in Table 6.
Table 6: moisture retention test
Figure SMS_7
As can be seen from Table 5, the tea seed oil cream prepared in example 1 of the present invention had the highest skin moisture content, which was 53.9% at the beginning, 56.1 after 1 hour of application and 51.2% after 8 hours of application, as compared with the comparative example, probably due to the moisture-retaining components such as caprylyl glycol contained in the cream inhibiting the loss of water on the skin surface and increasing the moisture content in the skin.
