Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a sleep spray composition aerosol and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the acceleration of the pace of modern life, the pressure of people's life is increasing, and the influence of the popularization of electronic products on the penetration of living aspects, the sleep problem is a ubiquitous problem of young generations. According to data of CBNData '2018 Chinese Internet user sleep white paper' (data research time: 2018, 1-2 months, N is 2000), 56% of Internet users think that the users have problems in sleep, and the main sleep problems include dreaminess, continuous light sleep, heavy head and head in the morning, insomnia, early sleepiness and the like. Aiming at the ubiquitous sleep problem, sleep improving products in the cosmetic market are mostly aromatherapy products, and the effects of the aromatherapy products are different from person to person and are different.
Chinese patent CN104800774B discloses a composition for improving sleep quality and its use, comprising: lavender essential oil: 2-8 parts of curcuma aromatica essential oil: 2-8 parts of rosemary essential oil, 1-5 parts of rosemary essential oil and 1-5 parts of jasmine essential oil. Although the product has a certain curative effect on promoting sleep, the essential oil formula is required to be used for nasal clip inhalation administration during use, which is inconvenient and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of sleep quality.
Therefore, a sleep product which is effective for most people, really has theoretical data to prove helpful for sleep and is simple and convenient to use is urgently needed. There is no product reported to improve the quality of sleep by combining a composition for improving the quality of sleep with a spray form.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a sleep spray composition aerosol and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a sleep spray composition aerosol comprises the following components in parts by mass: propellant 0.1-2.0%, water 43.8-99.229%, hemp leaf extract 0.01-2.0%, octopamine 0.01-5.0%, aminobutyric acid 0.1-5.0%, polyalcohol 0.5-40%, antiseptic 0.05-2%, and aromatic 0.001-0.2%.
Further, the sleep spray composition aerosol consists of the following components in parts by mass: propellant 0.1%, water 86.2%, hemp leaf extract 0.5%, octopamine 0.5%, aminobutyric acid 2.0%, polyalcohol 10.0%, antiseptic 0.6%, and aromatic 0.1%.
Further, the propellant is nitrogen.
Further, the polyhydric alcohol is dipropylene glycol.
Further, the preservative is phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol in a weight ratio of 0.5: 0.1.
Further, the aromatic is lavender oil.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the sleep spray composition aerosol, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing, stirring and dispersing the polyhydric alcohol, the preservative and the aromatic uniformly to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, adding water with the formula ratio into a reaction kettle, heating to 80-85 ℃ while stirring, preserving heat for half an hour, and then cooling;
s3, cooling the water in the step S2 to 40-45 ℃, adding the hemp leaf extract, the mantine and the aminobutyric acid, and stirring for 10-15min until the raw materials are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution B;
s4, adding the mixed liquid A obtained in the step S1 into the mixed liquid B obtained in the step S3, stirring for 5-10min, uniformly mixing, canning, sealing, and filling nitrogen to obtain the product.
In the sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention, the added hemp leaf extract is extracted from industrial hemp. The industrial hemp contains mental active components: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is less than 0.3%, the folium Cannabis extract obtained from industrial Cannabis can be used in cosmetic product, and its main active ingredient is Cannabidiol (CBD), and has effects of relieving inflammation, keeping moisture, inhibiting bacteria, and promoting wound healing; meanwhile, the plant aroma of the plant also has a tranquilizing effect.
In the sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention, the oximantine is composed of water, lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and mainly has the effects of resisting allergy, maintaining diversity of beneficial bacterial groups of skin, promoting synthesis of collagen, promoting synthesis of hyaluronic acid and keeping moisture for a long time.
In the sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention, the main effect of the aminobutyric acid is a nerve-inhibiting amino acid, and the sleep spray composition aerosol has the effects of removing wrinkles by removing wrinkles, smoothing skin and repairing damaged skin. Aminobutyric acid acts on GABA receptors in animal cells, the GABA receptors are chloride ion channels, the inhibition or excitability of GABA depends on the concentration of chloride ions inside and outside cell membranes, after the GABA receptors are activated, the chloride ion channels are opened, the permeability of the cell membranes to chloride ions can be increased, the chloride ions flow into nerve cells, the hyperpolarization of the cell membranes is caused, the excitation of nerve cell units is inhibited, and therefore the exercise amount of animals is reduced, and the physiological effects of calming, hypnosis, anticonvulsion and blood pressure reduction are achieved.
The applicant of the invention unexpectedly finds that when the cannabis leaf extract, the oxitenmin and the aminobutyric acid are used in combination, the melatonin secretion can be effectively promoted, so that the effect of improving sleep is achieved.
In addition, in the sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention, the adopted propellant is nitrogen, is a colorless and tasteless gas and is one of the main components of air. In addition, nitrogen is chemically inert and hardly reacts with other substances at normal temperature, and therefore, nitrogen is often used for preparing preservatives. The product can be used as a propellant, and can reduce the corrosion prevention system of the product and improve the mildness of the product. And the non-flammable property improves the safety of the product. Finally, nitrogen is a difficult-to-liquefy gas, which is a compressed gas, filled in the product without mixing with the material, and can make the product spray out according to a predetermined shape.
Compared with the prior art, the sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention can promote melatonin secretion when the cannabis leaf extract, the oxitenmin and the aminobutyric acid are combined for use, and meanwhile, the odor of the plant aromatherapy essential oil is effectively matched, so that the sleep improvement effect is achieved.
(2) The sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention combines the sleep-aiding component with the spray form for the first time, can spray out a fine water mist form, and is convenient and simple to use.
(3) Compared with the traditional sleep-assisting aromatherapy or other health-care products, the sleep spray composition aerosol provided by the invention has a wider application range, has better effects on symptoms such as insomnia, dreaminess, waking up, easy waking up in the middle of the night and the like caused by various people's body discomfort, and is safe and free of side effects.
