Comparative examples 1-9 sleep-aid sprays and their preparation
The mass percentage formulations of the sleep-aid sprays of comparative examples 1 to 9 are shown in table 7.

The methods for producing sleep-assisting sprays of comparative examples 1 to 9 refer to the methods for producing sleep-assisting sprays of examples 1 to 4.
Example 6 sensory evaluation of sleep aid spray
50 subjects (18 men and 32 women) with different sleep quality problems are randomly selected to score the preference degree and the relaxation degree of the sleep-aid spray odor of the examples 1-6 and the comparative examples 1-9 (the evaluation is completed within 72 hours after the sample plate in the laboratory is manufactured), the score range is 1-10, and the higher the score is, the more popular the product odor is, and the more relaxing effect is. The scores for each group were averaged and the results are shown in Table 8.

From the results in table 8, it can be seen that the sleep-aiding spray prepared according to the present invention has a good odor and gives better relaxation after inhalation. After the hemp leaf extract is added, the sleep-aiding spray has a synergistic interaction effect with the sleep-aiding composition in the effects of relieving and relaxing immediately; the lack of any natural perfume in the sleep-aid composition and the addition of too low or too high of any natural perfume greatly reduces the overall smell and the relaxing effect of the sleep-aid spray.
In addition, as can be seen from the comparison of the results of example 1 and comparative example 9, the use of the filter aid QUIDEX in the manufacturing process significantly improves the overall fragrance smoothness of the sleep aid spray, and allows the user to relax more.
Example 7 sleep aid efficacy testing of a sleep aid spray
Office workers with Sleep disorders in 6-2020 in 2019 are selected as study objects and randomly divided into blank control groups, examples 1-5 groups and comparative examples 1-8 groups, and commercial British brand This Works Deep Sleep pilowSpray natural Sleep spray (mainly comprising lavender oil, vetiver oil, geranium, lemon oil, vetiver and chamomile oil) for study, wherein 40 cases are selected for each group, the age is 25-45 years, and the proportion of men and women is balanced.
Using method and frequency: turning off electronic equipment such as a mobile phone 15 minutes before sleeping at night, shaking up and spraying uniformly, spraying for 2-3 times at a distance of 20-30cm from the pillow, and deeply breathing to relax mood.
Each group of testers was followed by using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) from a test table, and data statistics were collected after continuous use for 1 month. The statistical results are shown in Table 9, respectively.

Note: the PSQI score ranges from 0 l to 2l, and the higher the score is, the worse the sleep quality is. PSQI < 8 indicates good sleep quality.
From the results in table 9, the average PSQI scores of examples 1-5 were significantly lower than those of the blank control, indicating that the spray of the present invention has a significant sleep-aiding effect, and the greater the amount of the perfume component base added, the more helpful the sleep-aiding effect. And the integral effect of the Sleep-aiding Spray is better than that of a Sleep-aiding Spray product 'This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray natural Sleep Spray' which takes lavender as a main essential oil component and has good feedback in the market.
From the results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 2 to 5, it can be seen that the PSQI average score is significantly improved and the sleep-aiding effect is deteriorated after the perfume components are changed, while the sleep-aiding effect is rather decreased when the amount of the perfume is too high (more than 10%), indicating that the optimal range of perfume addition can achieve better sleep-aiding effect. Meanwhile, as can be seen from the results of example 1 and comparative example 1, the cannabis leaf extract has a synergistic effect on the fragrance sleep-aiding effect, and can significantly improve the sleep quality.
In addition, through long-term investigation of testers, if the testers insist on using the sleep-aiding pillow spray of the invention every night, the sleep-aiding pillow has a remarkable improvement effect on the overall sleep quality of contemporary people, particularly office workers with high stress. Moreover, the sleep-aiding pillow spray can be matched with perfume components with different concentration ratios according to the severity of people with sleep disorder, and drug dependence can not occur after long-term use.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The composition with the sleep-aiding effect is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: sandalwood oil: butter oil: bitter orange flower oil: the rosewood oil is 2-4: 1-2: 1-2: 1 to 2.
2. The composition with sleep-aiding efficacy according to claim 1, wherein the sandalwood oil: butter oil: bitter orange flower oil: the rosewood oil is 2: 1: 1: 1.
3. the composition with sleep-aiding efficacy according to claim 2, wherein the sandalwood oil contains not less than 20% of santalol and not less than 3% of santalol by mass percent; in the mastic oil, the content of n-caprylic acid acetate is not less than 38%, the content of santalol is not less than 5%, the content of d-limonene is not less than 3%, and the content of alpha-terpineol is not less than 1%; linalool in the neroli oil is not less than 38%, dextrolimonene is not less than 10%, and alpha-terpineol is not less than 3%; the linalool content in rosewood oil is not less than 78%.

A composition with sleep-aiding efficacy according to claim 3, further comprising cannabis leaf extract, wherein the composition comprises the following components in mass ratio: sandalwood oil: butter oil: bitter orange flower oil: rose wood oil: the cannabis leaf extract is 2-4: 1-2: 1-2: 1-2: 1 to 10.
5. A composition with sleep promoting effect as claimed in claim 4, wherein cannabidiol is not less than 3% by mass of the cannabis leaf extract.
6. A spray with sleep-aiding effect, which comprises the composition of any one of claims 1 to 3, and the composition is added in an amount of less than or equal to 10% by mass.
7. The spray with sleep-aiding efficacy according to claim 6, further comprising cannabis leaf extract and filter aid Quidex.
8. The spray with the sleep-aiding efficacy according to claim 7, characterized in that the spray comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.4-4% of sandalwood oil, 0.2-2% of frankincense oil, 0.2-2% of bitter orange flower oil, 0.2-2% of rosewood oil, 1-10% of hemp leaf extract, 0.5-2% of filter aid Quidex and the balance of solvent, wherein the solvent is deionized water and odorless ethanol.
9. The spray with the sleep-aiding efficacy according to claim 8, characterized in that the spray comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4% of sandalwood oil, 2% of frankincense oil, 2% of bitter orange flower oil, 2% of rosewood oil, 2% of hemp leaf extract, 1% of filter aid Quidex, 58% of odorless ethanol and the balance of deionized water.
10. The method for preparing a spray with sleep-aiding efficacy according to claim 8 or 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing solvent and folium Cannabis extract uniformly;
(2) mixing lignum Santali albi oil, oleum Sesami, flos Citri Junoris oil, and oleum Rosae Rugosae uniformly;
(3) and (3) pouring the mixture prepared in the step (2) into the mixture prepared in the step (1), uniformly stirring, adding a filter aid, uniformly stirring, standing for 15min, and filtering to obtain the filter aid.
