Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of compound essential oil, and discloses slimming and weight-losing essential oil and a preparation method thereof. The slimming and weight-losing essential oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-0.4% of frankincense essential oil, 0.5-1.5% of cypress essential oil, 3-5% of juniper berry essential oil, 0.5-1.5% of lemon essential oil, 0.6-0.8% of lavender essential oil, 0.4-0.6% of rosemary essential oil, 0.5-1.5% of black pepper essential oil, 1-2% of grapefruit essential oil and 89-91% of Dongdun Kugua oil. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the slimming and weight-losing essential oil. The slimming and weight-losing essential oil has strong permeability, unique and fresh fragrance, makes people fresh and cool, and pleasant and comfortable, and when the essential oil is used, the fragrance has layering effect, and the fragrance retention time reaches more than 3 hours; the multifunctional essential oil has good effects of losing weight, eliminating fatigue, repairing skin, compacting skin and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of compound essential oil, and particularly relates to slimming and weight-losing essential oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the increase of the working pressure and the acceleration of the life rhythm, the intake of high-energy foods such as high oil, high sugar and the like is more and more, so that the obese people are increasingly increased; meanwhile, sub-health such as easy fatigue is increasingly obvious. Obesity not only affects beauty but also causes various diseases.
At present, the methods for losing weight mainly comprise methods of medicine weight loss, sports weight loss, diet therapy weight loss and the like, but rebound and side effects easily occur in medicine weight loss, long-time sports needs to be adhered to in sports weight loss, and the diet therapy weight loss is slow in effectiveness and needs to be kept constant. In addition, the current weight-reducing method cannot achieve the purpose of reducing weight and improving sub-health such as fatigue and the like.
The essential oil is volatile aromatic substance extracted from flower, leaf, stem, root or fruit of plant by steam distillation, extrusion, cold soaking or solvent extraction. The essential oil is easy to permeate into skin and deliver to brain, thereby regulating emotion and improving skin. The essential oil is divided into single essential oil and compound essential oil. The single-component essential oil has single effect and certain limitation, and can not meet more requirements of people.
The compound essential oil is prepared according to different characteristics of various plant essential oils, and the compound essential oil is prepared according to a certain proportion for use, so that the effect of the single essential oil can be exerted to the maximum. In the compounding process of the essential oil, not only the absorption effect of the essential oil but also the fragrance harmony and the compatibility of the essential oil are considered. However, the existing compound essential oil is only prepared by simply mixing single essential oil, which is not beneficial to preparing the compound essential oil with good efficacy and unique fragrance. Because each essential oil contains a plurality of components, how to realize the mutual synergistic action of the essential oils to achieve the purpose of doubling the efficacy is one of the problems to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the slimming and weight-losing essential oil and the preparation method thereof. The essential oil has a good weight-losing effect through massage, and has the effects of repairing skin, compacting skin, promoting cell regeneration and eliminating fatigue. The essential oil of the invention improves the sub-health of the human body while slimming and losing weight. In addition, when the essential oil is used, the fragrance of the essential oil can relax the mind of a human body, enhance the confidence and restore the energy. By the method, the prepared essential oil has the advantages that the components are mutually synergistic, the penetrating power is strong, and the effect of the essential oil is further enhanced through the layering sense of the essential oil; the essential oil of the invention has fresh fragrance; when in use, the essential oil has layering fragrance and long retention time.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the frankincense essential oil has a density (20 ℃/20 ℃) of 0.836 and a refractive index (20 ℃) of 1.4570.
The cypress essential oil is extracted from conifer and cone; the density (20 ℃ C./20 ℃ C.) was 0.856, and the refractive index (20 ℃ C.) was 1.4680.
The juniper berry essential oil has the density (20 ℃/20 ℃) of 0.881 and the refractive index (20 ℃) of 1.4706.
The lemon essential oil is extracted from the peel; the density (20 ℃ C./20 ℃ C.) was 0.843 and the refractive index (20 ℃ C.) was 1.4690.
The lavender essential oil is French lavender essential oil, and is extracted from flowers; the density (20 ℃ C./20 ℃ C.) was 0.887 and the refractive index (20 ℃ C.) was 1.4590.
The rosemary essential oil is extracted from flowers and leaves; the density (20 ℃ C./20 ℃ C.) was 0.904 and the refractive index (20 ℃ C.) was 1.4700.
The black pepper essential oil has the density (20 ℃/20 ℃) of 0.866 and the refractive index (20 ℃) of 1.4810.
The grapefruit essential oil is extracted from pericarp; the density (20 ℃ C./20 ℃ C.) was 0.837 and the refractive index (20 ℃ C.) was 1.4695.
The Dongwwen Kugua oil is subjected to refining treatment of degumming, deacidification, decoloration, deodorization and dewaxing; the density (20 ℃ C./20 ℃ C.) was 0.919, and the refractive index (20 ℃ C.) was 1.4755.
The preparation method of the slimming and weight-losing essential oil comprises the following steps:
adding cypress essential oil into the frankincense essential oil under the condition of stirring, homogenizing at a constant temperature of 40-50 ℃ at a high speed, and then stirring at a low speed; sequentially adding juniper berry essential oil, lemon essential oil, lavender essential oil, rosemary essential oil, black pepper essential oil, grapefruit essential oil and Dongdun Kugua oil, wherein each addition of one essential oil is firstly carried out at constant temperature and high speed homogenization and then is carried out at low speed stirring, and then the next essential oil is added, cooling and discharging to obtain the slimming and weight-losing essential oil.
The rotating speed of the stirring is 40-60 r/min, and preferably 50 r/min.
The high-speed homogenizing rotating speed is 2000-4000 r/min, and 3000r/min is preferred; the rotating speed of the low-speed stirring is 40-60 r/min, and preferably 50 r/min.
The high-speed homogenization time is 1-3 min, preferably 2 min; the low-speed stirring time is 2-4 min, preferably 3 min.
Stirring at a low speed of 40-50 ℃.
The cooling means cooling to 30 ℃.
The preparation method of the slimming and weight-losing essential oil further comprises the treatment of white crystal; particularly, after discharging, white crystalline stone is soaked in the obtained compound essential oil; or filtering the obtained compound essential oil by white crystal to obtain the slimming and weight-losing essential oil.
The filtering times are 3-5 times.
Further, the preparation method of the slimming and weight-losing essential oil comprises the following steps:
adding cypress essential oil into the frankincense essential oil under the condition of stirring, homogenizing at a constant temperature of 40-50 ℃ for 1-3 min at a high speed, and then stirring at a low speed for 2-4 min; adding juniper berry essential oil, homogenizing at high speed at constant temperature, and stirring at low speed; adding lemon essential oil, homogenizing at constant temperature and high speed, and stirring at low speed; adding lavender essential oil, homogenizing at constant temperature and high speed, and stirring at low speed; adding rosemary essential oil, homogenizing at a high speed at a constant temperature, and stirring at a low speed; adding black pepper essential oil, homogenizing at high speed at constant temperature, and stirring at low speed; adding grapefruit essential oil, homogenizing at constant temperature and high speed, and stirring at low speed; and finally adding the DOTEWUSHUGUGUGUO oil, homogenizing at a high speed at a constant temperature, stirring at a low speed, cooling, discharging, and filtering with white crystal stone to obtain the slimming weight-reducing essential oil.
The raw materials used by the invention are nine kinds of plant essential oil, and different kinds of plant essential oil contain different chemical components, when various kinds of plant essential oil are mixed one by one according to a specific sequence and are subjected to constant-temperature high-speed homogenization and low-speed stirring, the components in the latter essential oil can be fully fused with the components in the former essential oil, the specific aromatic molecules in the later essential oil interact to generate unique fragrance, and the plant essential oil molecules are fully acted through constant-temperature high-speed homogenization and low-speed stirring. The essential oil obtained by the invention has enhanced efficacy by mixing various plant essential oils one by one according to a specific sequence, and carrying out constant-temperature high-speed homogenization and low-speed stirring. The essential oil prepared by the invention has strong penetrating power and unique fragrance, and when the essential oil is used, the fragrance of the essential oil has layering sense and is long in retention time; meanwhile, the essential oil is light yellow oily liquid, has no layering, and has fresh and cool skin feeling and no greasiness. After the white crystal stone is treated, the slimming and weight-losing essential oil disclosed by the invention is fresher in fragrance, longer in fragrance retention time and stronger in permeability.
In the slimming and weight-losing essential oil, frankincense essential oil, cypress essential oil, juniper berry essential oil, lemon essential oil, lavender essential oil, rosemary essential oil, black pepper essential oil, grapefruit essential oil and Dongdun Wenshuqiguo oil are coordinated and synergistic with each other, so that the curative effect of the essential oil is enhanced. The slimming and weight-losing essential oil obtained by the preparation method has a very good slimming and weight-losing effect, and has very good effects of repairing skin, compacting skin, promoting cell regeneration and eliminating fatigue. The essential oil of the invention improves the sub-health of the human body while slimming and losing weight. In addition, when the essential oil is used, the fragrance of the essential oil can relax the mind of a human body, enhance the confidence and restore the energy.
Compared with the prior art, the essential oil has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1) the slimming and weight-losing essential oil has strong permeability, unique and fresh fragrance, makes people fresh and cool, and pleasant and comfortable, and when the essential oil is used, the fragrance has layering effect, and the fragrance retention time reaches more than 3 hours;
2) the multifunctional essential oil has good effects of losing weight, eliminating fatigue, repairing skin, compacting skin and the like.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The chromatogram of the essential oil of boswellia of the present invention, which is commercially available from Katyani Exports of India under the trade name Frankincense oil-K-3360-KE-2018(INV-97), is shown in FIG. 1, and the components and contents are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 shows the contents and distribution of the components of Olibanum essential oil

The Lemon essential oil of the present invention has a Chromatogram of FIG. 2 and the components and contents are shown in Table 3, under the trade name Chromatogram Lemon oil-K-554-Export-19-20-50Kgs (available from Katyani Exports, India).

Example 1
The slimming and weight-losing essential oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.3% of frankincense essential oil, 1% of cypress essential oil, 4% of juniper berry essential oil, 1% of lemon essential oil, 0.7% of lavender essential oil, 0.5% of rosemary essential oil, 1% of black pepper essential oil, 1.5% of grapefruit essential oil and 90% of Dongdun Wenshu Quguo oil.
The preparation method of the slimming and weight-losing essential oil comprises the following steps:
adding Olibanum essential oil into a stirring pot, adding Cupressus Sempervirens essential oil under stirring (50r/min), homogenizing at 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, and stirring at 50r/min for 3 min; adding juniper berry essential oil, homogenizing at 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, and stirring at 50r/min for 3 min; adding lemon essential oil, homogenizing at 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, and stirring at 50r/min for 3 min; adding France Lavender essential oil, homogenizing at 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, and stirring at 50r/min for 3 min; adding rosemary oil, homogenizing at 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, and stirring at 50r/min for 3 min; adding fructus Piperis essential oil, homogenizing at 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, and stirring at 50r/min for 3 min; adding grapefruit essential oil, homogenizing at 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, and stirring at 50r/min for 3 min; finally adding the DOSTENSHENKUIGUGUGUGUGUO oil, homogenizing at a constant temperature of 45 deg.C (3000r/min) for 2min, stirring at 50r/min for 3min, cooling to 30 deg.C, and discharging to obtain compound essential oil; filtering the compound essential oil with white crystal for 3 times to obtain the slimming and weight-reducing essential oil.
The slimming and weight-losing essential oil prepared in the embodiment has smooth and elastic skin after being coated and massaged on the abdomen.
Comparative example 1 (filtration without white rock)
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: no white limestone filtration was used.
