Abstract
The invention provides a composition containing ergothioneine and a persimmon fruit extract. The composition is a skin care product or a cosmetic composition, wherein the persimmon (DIOSPYROS KAKI) fruit extract can reduce the odor of ergothioneine under the conditions of illumination, high temperature and normal temperature, so that the ergothioneine can be widely applied to cosmetics; the pH regulator such as citric acid, arginine, triethyl citrate, etc. has effect of increasing the effect of persimmon (DIOSPYROS KAKI) fruit extract. Technical Field

Background
Ergothioneine (mercaptohistidine trimethyl inner salt), a crystalline sulfur-containing compound, is mainly present in certain cereal plants and microorganisms. Although the human body cannot synthesize ergothioneine, the human body has a highly specific cation transporter OCTN1 which can actively transport the ergothioneine in food, so that the ergothioneine can be accumulated in a large amount.

However, when the ergothioneine is added in an amount of more than 0.001% in the cosmetic, odor is generated, which gives consumers an unpleasant experience and limits the application. Example 1:

MONTANOV TM 202 emulsifier is a mixture of arachidyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol and arachidyl alcohol in a ratio of 54;
SEPIPLUS TM the 400 thickening agent is a mixture of polyacrylate-13, polyisobutylene, polysorbate-20, water and sorbitan isostearate, and the ratio is (60);
the AQUAXYL xylitol humectant is xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, xylitol and water mixture, and the proportion is 44;
the preservative is a mixture of phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate, ethylparaben, ethylhexyl glycerol and propylene glycol, and the ratio is 50;
ergothioneine as a white powder at 100% active content;

(2) Mixing 6g of glycerol, 0.2g of polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6 and 60.18g of water in another 100mL beaker B, heating to 80 ℃, mixing, adding all the materials in the beaker A, homogenizing at 5000rmp/min for 3 minutes, and then adding 0.8g of SEPIPLUS TM Homogenizing 400 thickening agent for 3min, cooling to 40 deg.C, adding 2g AQUAXYL xylitol humectant, 0.6g antiseptic, 0.1g citric acid, and 0.15g PANCIL TOA-1.82g active substance, adding 0.1g arginine, and adjusting pH to 5-6.5;
(3) Then, a 100mL beaker C was taken, 0.2g of ergothioneine and 10g of water were added, mixed and dissolved, and then added to the beaker A, followed by stirring at 700rmp/min for 5 minutes.
The product was left for 3 months under light, heat (48 ℃ C.), cold (-15 ℃ C.) and ambient temperature, and evaluated for odor. Specifically, 5 odor evaluators (trained in odor-related professional training) were selected, and an appropriate amount of lotion or cream was applied to the back of the hand, and the back was opened by circling the hand, and whether amine odor was present or not was smelled during the period from the application to the complete absorption, and the evaluation was scored. Description of odor rating: 1, no amine smell; 2 has slight amine smell and is acceptable; 3 has an amine odor and is acceptable; 4, has obvious amine odor and is unacceptable; 5 Amines are too heavy to tolerate. Example 2
The fresh rose toner comprises the following raw materials in types and proportions:

6. Composition according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the content of pH regulator is between 0.05 and 0.5%, preferably between 0.1 and 0.3%; the ratio of the persimmon (DIOSPYROS KAKI) fruit extract to the pH adjuster is 0.2 to 4, preferably 0.3 to 1.5.
